With reference to above i would like to inform you that the flat of which the bill has been raised, is not in use. It is locked since the construction work completed. Always the minimum charges has been billing, which may be verified from your record. Now the bill dated 02/12/2016 has been raised amounting to rs. 3, 750/- which is absolutely wrong. The meter reading is also not clear. The units consumed shown on the bill is quite fabricated. Hence you are requested to make an inquiry to find out the actual units consumed as well as the amount of the bill as soon as possible to enable me to pay the bill in time.

      Consumer number is[protected], Billing Unit is 0311 : Panvel SDN/ Panvel Urban Division.
      Bills of September 2016 and November 2016 shows meter number is different, bill for the month October 2016 not received and meter is faulty.
      I want the company to replace the faulty meter and revise the bills on actual basis as Flat is locked out.
      Bills of September and November are already paid.
      If excess amount is paid please adjust the amount in the upcoming month bill

      I am getting high bill from last three months stating that faulty meter. Meter is installed by MSEB. How long they will take to replace. Delay from MSEB for replacement then why high bill being issued? Already filed complaint one month back on telephone & no action yet.
      This is regarding illegal use of electricity for wedding ceremony. The electricity has been taken from nearest transformer DP and lighting and halogens are still on till 11am in the morning.
      For every function like haldi function, birthday celebration, weddings, cricket matches it happens. And local MSEB workers providing the same.

        Excess amount has been charged inspite of the house not being occupied.
        I had made payment in excess for the period not in town. Inspiet if that mseb has charged amount as"adjustment". This is ridiculous and cheating customer.in my absence and without any intimation meter was changed. Earlier meter was running perfectly fine, just that it showed nominal amount as i was out of station. Amount of approx 5000/- has been charged in excess

          I have been paying bills in time but this Nov16 bill they have charged arrears.
          Charged Rs.2022 as arrears when all bills paid in time.
          This is hafta vasuli by MSEDCL.
          I want them to eloborate the calculation of atrears and can they be more than the bill ?
          Please revert it soon
          We instal 5 star fans and LED lights just to save power and cost but they keep on raping consumers by giving inflated bill.

              Our Electricity Bill for 19/10/2016-19/11/2016 came around 1800/- and we were completely shocked, as during this time for 10 days we were not at home (Diwali vacation) and wondered!!!

              Then we registered complaint (Complaint no:[protected] and they informed us that our meter is faulty (another shock) and that when meters' are at fault we get average bill (another shock). If Electricity Board are aware about faulty meter they should come and replace. Repair it rather then sending average bill.
              How can they extract even an extra single penny for the electricity we have not even used???

              After multiple follow-ups they asked us to visit Kalamboli Office (i think complain was done online, so personal visit was not required) and there one Babu told us 'It is a big process to lodge a complaint and get the meter repaired/replaced' so we will have to pay our bill.

              Also, if we don't pay they will cut our meter (the one which is already shutdown)!!!

              Why are we supposed to pay/asked to pay the bill for a faulty meter? Why are our complaints being ignored? Is this the service provided? or should this be circulated among st internet and to the higher authorities?

              Our bill is due to be paid on 19.12.2016 and we expect assistance before that.

              Also, all these last months we have been paying extra bill (as my husband and I both are working and hardly there is use of any electricity) but came to our notice when we were not at home for 10 days and still bill came so high.

                Sir my consumer no is[protected] and my meter is disconnected since jan 2015 now when i heard of the scheme of permanent disconnected accounts i went to the officer in charge md ganbahadur but he clearly denied it to put in the pd scheme as he says that the meter is not present at location and to my knowledge the meter was removed and taken in their custody by msedcl officials in jan 2015 but they did not bring it on paper account.
                Now when 2 years have passed since no connection by law the meter has to be pd if in temporary disconnected for the stipulated time.
                Please treat this as urgent as i'm ready to pay full amount at 1 stroke if treated in pd scheme.

                  Our consumer no is[protected]. our complaint is in our last two months bill Reading show 7193 and unit show 116, but our current Reading is 7431 in our Electricity meter. and in bill show meter falty how it is falty?. Reading go ahead in our meter then why it is falty. so why not show current reading in our Electricity bill. I also lodge complaint in your toll free no. last 15 to 20 days my complaint no is 5090441. but till my complaint not solve.
                  I Request you to sent your office men to our home visit to check our Current meter Reading.

                    In the month of september, we received bill dtd 29/09/16 for an amount of irs 5850. unit consumed -581
                    The photo of the meter was taken in such a way that it was not possible to see the reading.
                    The last reading as shown in the bill was more than the actual reading recorded on 10th october.
                    It was a clear case of presenting high bills prior to diwali for reasons best known to mseb.

                    The payment was done on 19/10/2016 for the full amount via txn ref. no -[protected], online through om sai service boisar.

                    However we received october bill for amount irs 1029.91 with outstanding of september month as unpaid (irs 5962) and unit consumed was shown as 162.

                    In the first place how is it possible to have such a huge difference in unit consumed in consecutive months. we had to pay higher tariff for high unit consumed in month of september.

                    When we presented the proof to the mseb boisar office for the payment we had done, they said that the representative of om sai service has not made payment to mseb, and we will have to pay all the amount once again with late charge.

                    They will repay the amount back to us once they receive the same from om sai service but no time frame was promised for the refund.

                    We did not have any option but to pay the bill of septemeber once again.

                    It seems to be a big scam going on in mseb boisar.
                    Why did they authorise om sai service in the first place to collect the payment on behalf of mseb?
                    Why the photos of meter are not visible?
                    Will mseb refund the amount including the late fee charge?
                    How and when will mseb refund the amount?

                    We request for immediate attention in resolving the issue else we will have no option but to go to the consumer court.

                      This is in regards to the electricity bill at my Showroom in Pimpri(pune)
                      I have been occupying the space for the last 6 years and the average bill was not more than Rs 5-6 thousand (max being 11000/-)
                      Since December 2015 there has been a major issue with bills.
                      I received a bill of Rs @ 65000/- in the month of december 15.After following it up with your department for more than 3 months they finally came to a conclusion that the meter was faulty and reduced the bill to @10000/-.
                      There was no problem for about a month but again I received a bill of @ 40000/-, 30000/, 16000/- in the subsequent months.After continueouly following it up with the concerned officers they forced me to pay all the bills assuring me that I would get a credit in the next bill.I have yet to get any credit up till now.For the month of September 16 I received a bill for Rs 6527.00 for 570 units and again in the subsequent month of October I received a bill of Rs 16090/- for 574 units.They also forced me to make a payment of Rs 11000/- for a capacitor which they are yet to install even after more than 3 months since I have made the payment.
                      You are requested to look into the matter as it has cost a lot of mental agony to me at the age of 69 years
                      Please direct the concerned department to refund all the extra charges as I have made a payment of @ 120000/- in 4 months as against @ 60000/- which is my average bill for the entire year in the previous 5 years.

                        I have been paying my monthly electricity bill timely through online system. This time. Today while trying to pay my bill I am getting the following message :

                        "The owner of billing.mahadiscom.in has configured their website improperly. To protect your information from being stolen, Firefox has not connected to this website."

                        As such I am unable to pay the electricity bill. My Consumer No is[protected], bill is payable at Kalamboli

                        Your MSEB employee did not take reading on time so electricity bill come for 2 months so that billing unit slab changes after 100 units as per your rule and extra bill have to pay this is happening for last 2 to 3 times so please take immediate action on that.

I have three different issues which were never resolved by support and they closed all my complaints without contacting me. I logged more than 100 complaints for the same reason but no one is interested to resolve my issues. 1. Correction in name : one character is missing in my first name. Trying to correct my name since last 1 year but still waiting to get an update on this. When i got my first bill, the name was correct. But after few months, came to know that someone from your back-office team changed my name. I logged many complaints, but still waiting for correction. Few of them are :[protected] request - change of name closed 13 feb 2016 08:21:14 pm[protected] request - change of name closed 22 feb 2016 02:52:13 pm[protected] request - change of name closed 22 feb 2016 01:57:35 pm 2. I am not getting paper bills (Never opted for e-bill). I have to login to online portal to check & pay my bills. Raising complaints since got my connection, but still waiting for paper bill. Few complaints numbers are :[protected] complaint - non receipt of bill closed 17 feb 2016 09:49:54 pm[protected] complaint - non receipt of bill closed 05 aug 2016 11:28:14 am 3. Voltage fluctuations : no proper supply of electricity in whole society.                               I got more than ten times the bill amount charged for electricity consumption during the month of October and that too when I was not at home for a week.

                              When I checked the meter reading to verify if the updated details were correct, I found out that the meter reading is falsly updated on my Bill. It said the current reading to be - 7851 units. Although when I got home and verified the same after 5 6 days, I noticed that the current reading is 7563 which was even after a few days of the Billing cycle date.

                              My consumption every month is less than 100 units and all of a sudden in this bill it shoot to 472 units.

                                Today 20.11.2016 I have checked my meter reading it shows 1032 units which is same from last 6 to 8 months but then also MSEDCL has shown reading 1195 units in my bill amounting Rs 1630 which should be Rs 220. I am paying my bill regulay Rs. 220 every month. My meter is commercial and I am not using my commercial meter since my shop is closed. Pls do the needful.

                                      Since the month of june 16 we have been receiving exorbitantly high electricity bills. we have visited the naigaon and vasai electricity department for this issue.

                                      Please be advised since june 16 we have been receiving extremely high consumption bills when our usage is bare minimum. we are both working throughout the day and return home only by late evening. so we fail understand the high units that show on the meter. its very inconvenient for us employees to keep taking leave and running to your offices to resolve these issues practically every month.
                                      Initially we were informed that our meter was faulty. we had not received the original invoice for the month of july instead a bill was sent to us in the month of august for 9120.
                                      Please note that despite the change in meter we are still receiving high consumptions invoices. we need a solution for this and would like your team to resolve this issue for us at the earliest.
