Dear sir, my complain is against mseb electric man of vasai east, mr gandhi and er. Vijay, i have paid all final bill on 10/11/2016. But they people are comming to disconnect my home's power supply. I have extra paid of 1150/- rs. They people chitting people and wants bribe. So doing false calculationa and sending false electric bill. Do some i being obelized thanks regards sujeet kumar 401, jay ambey building, valiv gaon, vasai east, palghar maharashtra 401208, mob. [protected].

    My name is naishadhkumar jani. My consumer number is[protected] bu : 4599 aundh sub-dn. I have three different issues which were never resolved by support and they closed all my complaints without contacting me. I logged more than 100 complaints for the same reason but no one is interested to resolve my issues. 1. Correction in name : one character is missing in my first name. Trying to correct my name since last 1 year but still waiting to get an update on this. When i got my first bill, the name was correct. But after few months, came to know that someone from your back-office team changed my name. I logged many complaints, but still waiting for correction. Few of them are :[protected] request - change of name closed 13 feb 2016 08:21:14 pm[protected] request - change of name closed 22 feb 2016 02:52:13 pm[protected] request - change of name closed 22 feb 2016 01:57:35 pm 2. I am not getting paper bills (Never opted for e-bill). I have to login to online portal to check & pay my bills. Raising complaints since got my connection, but still waiting for paper bill. Few complaints numbers are :[protected] complaint - non receipt of bill closed 17 feb 2016 09:49:54 pm[protected] complaint - non receipt of bill closed 05 aug 2016 11:28:14 am 3. Voltage fluctuations : no proper supply of electricity in whole society. Trying to resolve this since last 3 months, but no one came to check for the issue.[protected] complaint - supply failed - phase out closed 17 may 2016 06:42:01 pm[protected] complaint - supply failed - total area closed 15 aug 2016 10:48:36 am[protected] complaint - voltage - fluctuation closed 10 sep 2016 10:23:31 am[protected] complaint - voltage - fluctuation closed 10 sep 2016 10:23:08 am also tried to contact [protected]@ho.       I got more than ten times the bill amount charged for electricity consumption during the month of October and that too when I was not at home for a week.

      When I checked the meter reading to verify if the updated details were correct, I found out that the meter reading is falsly updated on my Bill. It said the current reading to be - 7851 units. Although when I got home and verified the same after 5 6 days, I noticed that the current reading is 7563 which was even after a few days of the Billing cycle date.

      My consumption every month is less than 100 units and all of a sudden in this bill it shoot to 472 units.

        Today 20.11.2016 I have checked my meter reading it shows 1032 units which is same from last 6 to 8 months but then also MSEDCL has shown reading 1195 units in my bill amounting Rs 1630 which should be Rs 220. I am paying my bill regulay Rs. 220 every month. My meter is commercial and I am not using my commercial meter since my shop is closed. Pls do the needful.

            I have a solar electricity in my home.
            I use mseb light only at day that also in morning and evening.meter gives 20 units per day.i have submitted written complaint in vasind office 1 month ago.but no actions were taken.please help meter is giving very high units 25 per day with very low consumption.

              Since the month of june 16 we have been receiving exorbitantly high electricity bills. we have visited the naigaon and vasai electricity department for this issue.

              Please be advised since june 16 we have been receiving extremely high consumption bills when our usage is bare minimum. we are both working throughout the day and return home only by late evening. so we fail understand the high units that show on the meter. its very inconvenient for us employees to keep taking leave and running to your offices to resolve these issues practically every month.
              Initially we were informed that our meter was faulty. we had not received the original invoice for the month of july instead a bill was sent to us in the month of august for 9120.
              Please note that despite the change in meter we are still receiving high consumptions invoices. we need a solution for this and would like your team to resolve this issue for us at the earliest.

                Complaint lodged for faulty meter.
                Meter is not faulty. Complaint lodged on[protected] ms. Rasmi [[protected]]
                She provided mbl : [protected] [asst. Engg.]
                [1] go through last one year reading.
                [2] sept 16 reading shown on last 3 months reading.
                [3] oct 16 [current bill shown as faulty where as reading is 18045.
                [4] hence for sept +oct 16, 381 units consume [[protected]=381]
                [5] average for both months 190+191 less than 200 units per month.
                [6] talked on mbl:[protected] [asst. Engg.] for more than 2 times.
                [7] again meter reading was taken twice on different dates as 18103 & 18170
                [8] i am most regular in payments as per my past record speaks by itself. No default at all.
                [9] it was decide by govt. That units below 200 will have very reduced bill and published in the news paper and also in tv news on various channels.
                [10] be kind enough to sent me revised bill with discounted amount and oblige.

                  My consumer number is[protected]. I am based out in reliable garden, naigaon east, vasai. I own 1 bhk in naigaon. I had requested for replacement of electric meter because o[censored]nusual and unexpected meter reading on 11-august-2016.

                  Summary of my bill is :
                  Oct 2016 - rs.13960
                  Sep 2016 - rs.31120
                  Aug 2016 - rs.29290
                  July 2016 - rs.13760
                  June 2016 - rs.13570
                  May 2016 - rs.1910
                  April[protected]

                  In testing report, meter was found faulty. Since installation of new meter dated 11-aug-2016, meter reading till 12-nov-2016 is 378. All these information is mentioned on electricity bill. All these remarks have been made by incharge mr. Rathod (M. No-[protected]). Attaching electricity bill for your kind reference.

                  I have visited vasai east office for almost 7 times to resolve this issue since 28-oct-2016 spending 2-3 hours standing in queue during my all visits. I was assured by the visiting officers of mseb at naigaon (East) that post testing of meter, my bills will be revised on the lines of consumption as per new meter reading.

                  After my hard toil, they have reduced my bill but concerned ldc is not ready to work out on my bill as he is claiming to have reduced my bill earlier to 9000 in the month of july-august and he can't reduce it further.

                  This is to bring to your kind notice once again that i had requested for replacement of meter on august 2016. On the same date i had visited mseb - naigaon office where they had reduced my bill of 13, 760 to 9000 and after lengthy dicsussion they concluded to replace the meter.

                  Since 11-aug-2016 till 12-nov-16 my meter reading is 378 which comes to average consumption of 4 units/day. Reduction in bill from 13, 000 to 9000 was made by ldc on the date i requested for meter replacement without knowing facts and figures. Now the way ldc is denying to reduce the bill ignoring the fact that replacement of meter was made in the same month in which bill was reduced as per his wish.

                  Request you to kindly help me out in getting this issue resolved asap.

                    Hello.

                    I received message in my mobile for payment of energy bill of consumer No.[protected] and consumer no.[protected] for Rs.440/- and Rs 220/- respectively before 2nd Nov 2016.

                    The msg has been wrongly sent to me as I am not a consumer of MSEDCL . My mobile no has been wrongly fed in MSEDCL database or furnished wrongly by the a over costumers. Please correct your database and do the send any such have messages in future.

It is surprising, how my mobile number has been linked with these consumer numbers. Pl.immediately delink my mobile no.[protected] and stop sending bill payment msgs in respect of the above consumers.

                      We have been receiving very HIGH BILLS for a new and vacant flat where power consumption is ZERO. We had paid the first bill after taking possession of flat for the month of Aug-16 of Rs.1150 as the builder had informed us that the first bill amount is reversed in subsequent electricity bills, however we never got any reversal of the amount paid but are receiving HIGHER BILLS month on month. We had logged complaint on the MSEB site the status of which is showing resolved but there is still no correction in the latest electricity bill.

                      Request you to please resolve my complaint by reducing the excess amount charged on my bill.

                        Hello, This is Sushil Tripathi, and I have moved into this room as a tenant last month. And when over the last two month I got the electricity bill It was way too high, 1150 rs. I just use one LED bulb and a Fan so this amount was way too high for me. Then I came to know that my meter for some reason had gone FAULTY and this was a random average amount generated as my bill. I had raised a complaint with reference number 4961718, but the meter still shows junk values some times. On following up several times every time I get a response saying it takes one month cycle. But still no results.

                        So please consider this request of mine to look into this matter. Please arrange someone to get the meter work properly for me and also please inspect my usage and consider a fare amount as my bill. You can call me in case you need any further information.

                          We reside in Dombivli west and ours is a 1 room kitchen flat and we don't use air conditioner as well being its winter season and dont have any other electrical devices that consume high electricity and we have received a shocking electricity bill of Rs. 2150. Kindly revise the bill at the earliest. Such a huge mistake is not justified on the part of your concern. It would be appreciated if you take this as utmost priority.

                            Respected sir, i m from amdapur substation talukha chikhali district buldhana. I have a complaint that the 4 poles and 2 transformer poles are badly broken and fallen down in the farm due to which there is no current electricity. And the farmers are in bad condition...

                                We r just shifted to our newly made house. plot no. 36/b, shree nagar colony, shahadat road, shirpur dist - dhule. pin - 425405
                                As per potos attached, high voltage 11 kv cables passes just in front of our house, we can touch it with our hands also, and it is very harmful for our life. some other day possibility of any serious accident.
                                So it is our humble request to shift or transfer theses cables with some distance from our house.

                                  Our current electricity bill is for 11.09.16 to 11.10.16. meter reading shown by msedcl is 19834. where as i have photograph of 14th October.2016 meter reading is 19806 (Then It sholuld be around 19785 by 11th Oct.2016, a minimum difference of 50 units) it is nothing but cheating/extortion by msedcl employees. it is a common practice for every month.Last month I made complaints for the same reason, nothing happened. kindly look into this grave matter.

                                    I am having 2 mseb meters at jambhul, tal maval, pune... Numbers[protected]... N[protected] in the names of vijay dixit n amit dixit... The said flats are purchased in vision woods scheme in jambul... Since last nov 15 i am paying regular bills online.. The said flats are vacant n no one is living there.. Hence the rental bills are coming to rs. 50/- pm for both the flats... But sine last 2 months i am receiving the average bills to the tune of rs. 600/- pm for each flat, without actually taking meter reading... Kindly look into the matter urgently..                                       We have received this bill for rs. 1490.00 with arrears of rs. 765.10 included in it.

                                      Please note that we have paid all our bills online and on time and there are no pending bills to be paid by the company. the excess amount of rs. 765.10 is incorrectly charged.

                                      The payment history for the above consumer number shows all the bills have been paid and on time and there are no pending bills.

                                      As of now, the company has paid rs. 790.00 for the billing period 13.09.2016 to 13.10.2016, as against the excess bill of rs. 1490.00

                                      Kindly look into this matter at the earliest and rectify the bill.

                                        Dear sir/madam,
                                        My consumer no. is[protected] & meter no. [protected].

                                        My meter is not working and every month i am getting unrealistic bill. i have submitted a written complaint to mseb talawade office in the month of august 2016 & after that i personally visited the office 5 times, every time i am told that new meter is not available and whenever new meter arrives my faulty meter would be replaced.

                                        I request you to please look into this and arrange to replace the meter at the earliest possible.
