There is No electricity in Sadashiv peth Pune for last two hours now and toll free no is continuously busy . Yesterday also the electricity was shut down for few hours and again today there is no electricity ..Let us know when it will be resolved ..

Why are there frequent power cuts since yesterday and consumers are not informed at all about such power cuts which are happening .

The toll free number is coming busy and we are not able to llog a complaint ..

    Why doesn't mseb provide decent electricity in opp sahastrabudhe hospital area of old panvel.I am a customer like many others who face power cuts everyday either all day or in the morning or afternoon or night. What is the use of paying bills regularly when i am not getting their services? I have raised complaints about power failure everyday.

    Please do needful and correct action.

    Mseb is really bad.

      Dear Sir,
      We have been getting an unimaginably high bill MoM, There is some issue in the billing every month 10-15 days our house is empty and the range of bill is[protected] some times 3500 we have complained to nearest office and the answer we get is there is a picture of your meter in the bill and it is correct,
      This time shockingly the bill is 7880, which is almost double of what we get and it is all time high.
      Why should we pay Electricity Duty / FAC Charges etc at 16% as we are already paying the highest charges for electricity in the country in Thane District.
      Request you to help sort out the same at the earliest.

        I had abrupt high and faulty bills in the past for couple of months. For which I visited our sub division offices near Park Street and Dange Chowk.

        After persuading the matter for long, the Dange chowk office related the issue to my faulty meter and advised that the same will be changed. The order for changing the faulty meter was given on 20th February 2016 of which I have a signed copy. The office allotted some Mr. Mhaskey for the job and also gave me his number for follow up. Despite my regular follow ups the Meter has not been changed till date.

        Now, in the month of May'16 (bill is for April'16) again the bill has come to Rs. 7340 as against previous month's bill of 840 and as against monthly average of 204 units / month . This kind of consumption has never been a case for my Consumer No. apart from the month for which I have already raised the bill. Also this huge bill can't be even attributed to high consumption for a family which only has two members.

        During the past occasion when the meter was not changed inspite of the written orders, I deliberately held the bill payment (which was faulty) till the matter could be solved but MSEB officials threatened and came to disconnect my connection and after no customer service, I had to pay for even faulty bills.

        I have visited Park Street office many a times after taking leaves from my office and facing so much of trauma. Now they mention that since you have come so many times we will give you 350 discount. For 7340 bill they are giving me 350 discount just because I have a faulty meter which they have acknowledged but not changed till date. It is a random decision which is not acceptable to me. First my meter should be changed immediately and then my bill should be corrected based on my average consumption.

          There is some problem in the meter. Could smell something burning. It might create some serious issue. Its an emergency.
          The power supply is cuttoff.
          The problem persist since yesterday. Could you please action it asap??

            This is inform to you that i am not staying in my flat and its a vacant flat but i received a bill for month of march 2016 which unit consumption of 20. Now in a new bill a previous meter reading is 1 unit and current meter reading is 1 unit. I have logged a several complaint to customer care which are below.

            I always got a answer from customer care as we had forward your complaints to concern department and will give a call to you but till date there is no call from anyone. It is one type of harassment to customer and should take quick action on this.

              We are 2 working ladies staying in a flat, hance the electricity is not used for whole day except for weekend.

              We have a ac, fridge, washing machine, and the ac is used for few hours only in the mornings.

              We have been facing high bills for month of april and may. The units consumed on april was 502 and we paid 4, 880, but in may the units consumed is 645 and bill is 7568. The unit difference is around 100 units and bill almost the double.

              Can you please check if the meter is faulty or any other technical problem and help us out here. This bill is way too high to believe.

                  Open Fuse board on transformer. Very dangerous and electric board employees are not providing service on time. Resulting farmer to attempt service of electric fuse box which is Open. This causes sometimes electric shock to farmers. Please find attached photo where you can see the open board. There are no fuse, only direct wires. Mr.Sanap engg at MSEB office is saying govt is not providing supply so we are not able to give this. Impacting a farmers schedule and water to farm very low rate. Some farmers has burnt there farming.

                  Please look into priority.

                    We have one ac, fan, refrigerator. Ac operate only at night. Last month bill was only 2280 but current month bill is 5, 800 without any excess usage compared to last month. Even if i compare my bill with the neighbor they are getting a bill of 1200 to 1500. Which is even less than 2280. So 5800 bill is something unimaginable.

                      We received bill for march16 for 200 units - old reading on 23/02/16 was 6274- new reading on 24/03/16 was locked -
                      In april 16 bill old reading -6274 and new reading is 6772 - units charged is 498 this is more by 200 units. Old reading should have been taken as 6274+200 =6474.
                      Wehave paid bill for march16 - rs 1530 & forapril 16- rs2690

                      Please organise to correct and give us credit for 200 units in may16 bill.

                        Than after my metre has been changed on 29.01.2016.

                        In every bill mentioned current units= metre change

                        Now my new changed electric metre reading is = 505 units from start.
                        I made 5 times complaint & personal visit with mr. Vairagar (Mobile =[protected]) at wagholi office.
                        He always making statement that don't pay monthly bills & next time get corrected bills. Than after i received 3 bills.
                        After 4 months over after changed new metre i not receiving monthly bills as per actual change new metre reading.
                        After so many complaints not getting solution.
                        I hereby requesting you that please solve my above problem & reply me at earliest possible.

                          We have noticed that in ravet though we pay high corporation taxes but yet we dont get any facility which are basic and must for anybody.
                          Regarding mseb we have noticed that here most of the time the power is very low and that too with high fluctuation. Our mostly expensive house hold electrical things get damaged due to this and as we are running a small scale industry in ravet most of the time due to power failier our works get disturbed and our client suffer due to this. Even if the power goes most of the time it is delayed. When ever you try to call mseb number no body answers the calls.
                          We hope you understand the problems and do the needful.

                            Hi, my bill dated 03/05/16 is very high. My average bill is[protected]. I do not understand this sudden surge in the amount.                                 Dear Sir,

                                I belong to the 4636 : SANGHVI SUB-DN. for my electricity requirements and would like to bring to your notice the malpractice that is being followed and how all the customers are fooled . Ideally the bill should be for a period of 1 month. As it is generated on 21st of every month, it should be till the next month's 21st, however the bill is getting generated for more than 30 days, sometimes 35 days, sometimes 40 days, this increased the units and we are charged for the highest slab which increased the bill amount to a big amount.
                                My consumer no is[protected]. You can check that the bill is from Mar 21 to Apr 30 2016 which is 40 days. which is fooling customers, the bill amount is 8000 INR. Pls bring justice to me .

                                  I was totally surprised to see April 2016 MSEDCL Bill with the following details 4541 : KOLSHETH URBAN S/DN. consumer no[protected] of Rs 6270/- my normal bills are in the range of Rs1200 to Rs1600/- per month . However April 2016 bill had huge arrears of Rs 4590.08, when I have already paid the last bill and I had no arrears. I have already lodged the complaint but so far I have not got any response from MSEDCL. From fear of disconnection I have already made the payment MSEDCL. Thus I request MSEDCL authority to look into the matter and refund execss amount charged

                                    From last 4 month nobody is leaving in my flat & there is no light and fan in my flat but still electricity bill is showing unit consumption of 69 for marc 16, 67 for feb 16. For january 16 month consumption unit was 0 but after that in feb it was 67 and in march it is 69. How it is happening, we have checked the line and meter for any misusing but everything is fine from his end.

                                      In last one month we have observed frequent more bill in bhau patil road, bopodi, pune and the reason given is of high power consumption.
                                      From last few days when i am observing the power use at my place is very less
                                      Please let us know how much more time its going to take to rectify this issue.
                                      When i am trying to speak to customer care they have said you need to visit sub division office after that your meter will be check & will send a revise bill is any issue found.
                                      Mahadiscom / MSEB / MSEDCL customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                        Myself Shri Vishwarkarma Mangaru Ramji. Customer No.[protected] request you to kindly cross check with the bill usage according to my meter no is 764139 using curently, and hence I am wrongly being charged every month with the meter no [protected] which dose not exist from last 2years and may be above due to meter being faulty and was changed. Yet it has not being entered in your account on my name. The person who changed the meter was not the new meter but used meter was being replaced in place of faulty meter, Whereas I paid the amount of 1500 for change of the meter as its cost. The name of the Technician is Prakash Tambure. Currently my outstanding as per my current bill with wrong meter no is Rs.30260. As per my electricity consumption is about 120 Kwa per month.
                                        My last paid amount Rs.1580 in the month of 22th December 2015.
                                        I have made complained three times in the same issue with PimpriGaon branch.
                                        Its my humble request you to kindly go through the issue, and resolve the problem soon as possible.
                                        Below I am attaching the picture of the meter that I am currently using it.
