We are continuously calling MSEB office for some enquiry, whenever we are calling either they are not picking up the phone or disconnecting the Line, & this is not today’s experience, we have been facing this from Years. Contact no which I am trying is 27452418

They are not picking up phone
HORRIBLE!
There has been a power cut for 6 hrs staright now. No one's answering the calls. The last time someone did answer said it'll take about 2-3hrs now it's been way more than that. Height of irresponsiblility and carelessness.
Every other day there is a power cut. Sometimes during midnight and even early mornings.
No one picks up the call unless you've called 10 times or more (no exaggeration). If and when they do either there is no answer as to when electricity will be regenerated or their answer is -couple of hrs. Although it takes way more than that and the power is cut again several times after that.
As I am writing this the power has been cut for 6 hrs straight ie from 6 in the eve till now ie 12 am and there is no response.
Don't know when the power will be regenerated but it'll definitely be cut again on Tuesday. And on multiple other occasions.
Panvel mseb is the ### government service you will ever see. Like the laziest job they wont even pick up your phone.

    Sir, I own one house. I have MSEDC domestic power meter on my name. One of my relative staying in as gratuitous licensee -neither rented nor lease- and using power. I stay out-other place. With amended E A2003- I am afraid -he may bring me in trouble as responsible customer of MSEDC. Electricity Theft or like. Presently I don't have supervision/control over meter. I don't want to give him supply.
    Do I have right to keep my said meter in your safe custody?
    What are provisions under such conditions. Has he any right to have supply from this meter on my name?
    Pl let me know.

      Dear Sir My Name is Rajaram Balkrishna Patil, i am residing in Yelapur Taluka Shirala District Sangli. I have a personal plot in Shedgewadi Taluka Shirala District Sangli. In that plot Electricity department started to form an electricity pole without any prior intimation and approval on dated 06th January 2014. Hence i reported a written complaint on 07/01/2014 at format "A " to Mr.Jadhav(Deputy Engineer - Panumbre Taluka Shirala District Sangli) Electricity Office.I have acknowledgement copy of that complaint letter.dated 07/01/2014. He said that problem will be resolved and electricity pole is temporary and will be removed shortly. Now on (18/04/2014) today they have started to form permanent electricity pole in my personal plot.(Again complaint was not resolved and work is going in full speed without my permission). I had shock of my life. Hence i reported again my Complaint to Mr.Jadhav (Deputy Engineer - Panumbre Taluka Shirala District Sangli) Electricity Office. he started neglecting and said give another complaint application. I had a severe bad impression of electricity department regarding issue. Rather removing pole they have started to prepare a permanent pole. I had plan to setup a borewell at the same place for comercial use at my plot but due to electricity pole i cannot make it.i had financial loss since last three months due to electricity pole. I do not think so problem will be resolved by Electricity office (Panumbre Taluka Shirala District Sangli) Hence look into this matter and remove the electricity pole from our personal plot.         Respected Sir/Madam I am Sanket Kamat staying in Mumbra (Thane) Wanted to bring to your notice that there is a building named Rana Apartment in market road. Many of the meters in this building were suspended/disconnected because of illegal usage of the meter and making alterations in meters illegally. However some people in this building have connected their wires in main line of building thereby leading to yet another electricity theft. If the list of people whose meters were disconnected is pulled, you will get the names these people. I am concerned because as a tax paying citizen I felt it my responsibility to get such things and misuse of our hard earned money used to pay tax.             dear sir, i bhagirath bhagwat, owner of jai sainath construction, shop no 04, vitthal rukmuni niwas, panch amba achole, nallasopara(e), dist, thane, maharashtra, pin-401209, my consumer no.[protected]want to register complet against MSEDCL about my energy bill, sir my shop is closed since i have purchased it, i pay my minimum bill, every time, but my meter has disconnected date on 28.01.2013, that time my meter reading was 10724, and that time my bill arrears was Rs 1600 approximately, i collected my duplicate p.d report as date on 4.3.2014 in achole sec tion office and i submited this report to achole sub division, nallasopara(e) as date on 5.3.2014, i enquiry dally about my p d final bill, In sub div office issue my final bill date on 27.3.2014, of amount Rs 10020, i ask how to bill is much more, but they are answered me (bill ka kuchh nehin hoga jo bhi bill he bharna padega), but i am not getting that how come i am receiving high amount bill, i am not using my meter, i paid my wrong bill because i open my shop, please refund my extra amount of bill, my consumer no,[protected]

The MSEB's small stupidity creates trouble for me, I am not able to use this bill as a valid address proof...

Now my complaint is your person who takes the reading is not taking the reading regularly and because of that he is approximately charging me the high Units. I have only 2 Tube lights, 1 cealing Fan, 1 Small TV and my average units are from last 1 Year is approximately is 50 to 55 units a month. Jan13- 47 units, Feb13--58, Mar13--70, Apr13--67, May13--62, June13--33, From July13--150, Aug13--150, Sept13--150, Oct13--150, Nov13--421 APPROXIMATELY CHARGED, Dec13--53, Jan--39. The above reading shows that your person just sending the bills without confirming the reading. Previously was also the same story in the Year 2011-12 and I had solved and made the payment personally and then FAULTY meter was replaced. Now same story is repeated. This time your person is Disconnected my Electric Meter and when I had made Payments again he replaced a new Meter, as my old meter was in good condition and working properly. The responsible persons who are sitting in Mumbra Office is not co-operative and simply neglecting the consumers. I really Fed up with these people. Now requesting you to please look into this matter and return my excess money. I will be very thankful to you if you could personally solve this issue.                         high billing consumer no.[protected],[protected],[protected] billing unite : 4136 : sriwardan i am receiving excess bill for the last month. my house is always closed. it is occationally used by us. i. e one in a mounth thats why my metre shows no consumption. and therefore MSEDC putting his own approximate consuption unit. which is injustified. so sir i request you please kindly do the needful. i have aleady applied for minimum bill for my close down house.

                        I have raised multiple complaints for high billing but unfortunately I didn’t get any feedback or reply from the respected person from my zone or area. I am providing my details below,

                        Sir/Madam it’s very frustrating to approach any MSEB person for complaint so I have decided to write down this email. I am living in a society of 24 flats & every flat is getting avg. billing amount around 500rs to 1000rs max. Also adding on this point I have received call from MSEB person about this improper billing & inform me that I will be getting proper bill in next cycle, but again the bill is high as per my usage. I request you to look into this matter & get it solved. ( I am ready for change in new Meter) please do needful

                            Dear MAHADISCOM, Consumer No :[protected] Bu : 4641 Airoli S/DN Name : Shahaji Bhimrao Tate We are facing problem in monthly billing cycle. Our Monthly meter unit is coming more than 500 unit. which is very high for 4 members family. Till the date form April 2013 i had paid Rs.20000/- for light bill, which is very high for person like me who is salaried. if i pay my 40% of salary in light bill, then how should i survive for month and how should i save money. My father is continuously going to local sub division office in airoli for high billing and for meter complaint, but till the date there is no action taken, & i am paying the bill for it. Hand written application is also submitted in local office of Airoli Till the March 2013 the unit was coming proper, but after suddenly form April 2013 it is been double. So i strongly request you to change my meter of my home and refund my money which i had paid extra for the last several months. There are several peoples who illegally used electricity and the peoples like us are smathced in between to pay the high bills which we are not using. so please take necessary action against it at earliest.                               Respected Sir/Mam, My Customer ID:[protected] Billing Unit :- 6173 KADAMWADI, our old Electricity Meter is changed in August-13 because it was running fast than other meter & it gave to your kadamwadi office to Checking then that report is got 100% defective. So because of that defective meter our electricity bill so higher in month of Aug-13, Jul-13 & June-13. So I request to your pl adjust thats our bill as per our average use of electricity. I have all-ready gave all documents in your bapat Cap(Kadamwadi) office. & we was Rs.1000 cash paid to your wire-men(shiye) in 22.08.2013 but it is still not adjust in our statement . That wire-men us accpect that he has got that money

                                    i already my bill by credit card before due date still they show as outstanding in bill also charge late payment fee in current month bill. my consumer no is[protected] @ nallasopara div -4375 . also the amount of bill deducted twice from my credit card. the due date of bill is 21 oct 2013 and bill pay by me on 15 oct 2013.

                                        The electricity bill for my consumer no[protected] have a worng meter no mention on it that is 00365154 due to which I am getting bill of different consumer where the actual meter associated to my flat is 00365153 which have less consumtion than mention on meter. I have filled application form and folloup from a month but getting a false commitment that it will be resolved in next bill, where there no resolution so far. please advice.

                                        Mseb officer of mangrulpir is not provide mseb servises i am tired going on office office is any time close one man avaible out of office he say gime me 100 rupees that time i will give your any compet that man name is bhavane is mseb man

                                        MSEB — Electricity cut off

                                        Electricity goes for every 2 minutes come back after 30 mins again remain for 2 mins then again it goes. This is happenning from last 10 days please do something to resolve it i have small kid of only 2 years he cant sleep at night or day.I stay at naigaon east thane 401208.
