Frustrated due to Power cuts

I am really frustrated due to frequent power cuts in Balewadi, Pune for past 4 months. The power is so unstable that often the power goes and comes back in less than a second. MSEB mix up

We have a shop in Pune which we've had for the last 20 years. Just today, the MSEB officer came and said we've been using a residential meter and we have to pay the difference, interest and fine and they are filing a case against us. The point is, the meter is the original one as provided by the builder and the the Mseb connection is still on the builder's name. Really this online bill pay sucks for MSEB. High time to take action on their web site.
