my plot is located at Piccadilly resorts at mircholi. we are having frequent power breakdowns in our locality. after giving complaint to the concerned wireman, it is not attended for days and we get a lousy reply. i have also contacted the Sr engineer Mr Gulani at Karjat and then the complaint is attended. i pay my bills regurlary then why should i always call the Sr engineer..why cant the wireman concerned attend on priority. i have also got complaints hat in my area the electrical dept persons dont attend and they expect something. i request the top authorities to look into this matter on priority and solve this once and for all.

        Bill amount: - 680
        Receipt number: - 4664386
        Name of the person who disconnected the connection:- Santosh Singh

        Dear Sir, I am holding the MSEB connection since last 3 years. My connection is disconnected on 5th Oct, 13 for nonpayment of Sept'13 Bill. I am having the following concerns with regards to this disconnection,
        1. No prior notice has been served to me for this disconnection
        2. The behavior of the contacted employee (Name: - Santosh Singh) was not proper
        3. Santosh Singh used the prosecution tone/ arrogant tone against female.
        4. In spite of repetitive request to santosh singh he ignored the same
        Can you please confirm whether the applicable guidelines are followed while disconnecting the connection?
        5. I am having the security deposit Rs.1500 the same were not taken into account while disconnection of the connection.
        6. Whether the contracted agencies are having the powers of disconnections and if yes whether they have followed the applicable guidelines in my case

        I have also raised the written complaint on this issue in Wadgaon sheri office on 5th Oct'13.
        Can I request you to investigate the issue and share the finding along with action plan.

          I am really frustrated due to frequent power cuts in Balewadi, Pune for past 4 months. The power is so unstable that often the power goes and comes back in less than a second. This can damage our appliances due to surge/spikes as there is no time to react. Can't expect such stuff in a city like Pune. MSEB Pune is the worst electricity dept in the world!!! Best example for management disaster. Seems there are only nincompoops sitting in the office. Useless MSEB officials!!! I hope you are listening!!!.

            my electricity meter no[protected] address s no 121/122 plot no 25, rambaug colony flat no. 12, kothrud paud road pune. My complaint is my electricity supply discontinues 3-4 times every day and electricity bill in the month of august was Rs. 1250/ it is increasing without reason. Please look into the matter and there is no load shading declared in the News paper so why 3-4 times discontinuation of electricity. I made a police complaint today. Otherwise I will have to give this matter to CBI.

                We are from Bill collection center, now a days we are facing the problem to insert bill details in mahavitaran software. We found that most of the bill having uncleared, Black dotted, Cut Barcodes on prints of bills. So such bills unable to scan with barcode reader. And we are collecting maximum bills on daily basis. Hence our employee having problem to collect all these bills with the help of software. So please Solve this problem of bill printing as soon as possible.

                  Sir myself rented my house from April 2013 till than my flat was vacant and myself was getting Rs.40/- but as soon as consumption started it showed consumption of following units 10th Apr to 10th May 2013=167 units 10th May to 10th June 2013= 99 units 10th June to 10th July 2013=162 units 10th July to 10th Aug 2013=219 units but my rented flat is having just 2 fans 4 CFL bulbs 1 fridge and 1 TV no geyser no AC's. I think you have thought that my meter was malfunctioning for last one year and recollecting arrears in form of High meter reading. Please look into this matter Regards Kaushik Satose [protected]

                    We have a shop in Pune which we've had for the last 20 years. Just today, the MSEB officer came and said we've been using a residential meter and we have to pay the difference, interest and fine and they are filing a case against us. The point is, the meter is the original one as provided by the builder and the the Mseb connection is still on the builder's name. The mseb officer remarked that they fit a meter as per the documents we submitted, but obviously, we submitted documents of the shop only. Anyway, the meter is the original one which the mseb officials had fitted and if they fit the wrong meter and didn't realise their mistake for so many years, why should we be penalised ? We thought we could tell them that since the meter is on the builder's nme, they should deal directly with him, but they will just cut our electricity supply in the process. This is probably just another one of their bribery attempts I guess..shame on them

                      MSEB Pune (Hadapsar) officer are useless and employed uneducated people for meter fixing, they changed our meter without informing us and now they charging higher bill for the same and not responding to our questions. People with zero knowledge about electricity are recruited at higher posts. When we inquired we got to know that around 40,000 complaints is been received for the same subject but not a single one is processed. AND THESE METERES ARE INSTALLED WITH OBJECT TO CHARGE HIGHER ELECTRICITY BILLS TO CONSUMERS.

                      Maharashtra State Electricity Board — Electric Line Passing over my house

                      A dead electric line is there above my house. After sevral complaints MSEB people are not ready to remove that line. They are demanding for money to remove that line. That line is a dead spam and is of no use for MSEB, but then also they are not removing it. Please help.

                        I would like to inform you that Mr. Dhansingh Suklal Suryawanshi, Gat No. 299, Local name of land Vaghal, Amode Budruk, Tal-Jalgaon, District-Jalgaon, Maharashtra is using electricity illegally (Robbing Electricity) from the last Three years.

                        He is using electricity for bore well without demand note from last Three years and also supplying water from this land (Vaghal) to another land (Dhawade) by underground pipeline.

                        In this illegal usage of electricity involves Mr. Sarjerao Dhansingh Suryawanshi and Mr. Jayram Madhav Patil both are supporting and involved in this activities.


                        Kindly look into the matter as soon as possible and inspect the Gat No. 299, Local name of land Vaghal, Amode Budruk to stop the robbing of electricity. Also to request you please take strict action against these people, so that they will never try to do this in future.

                          I S. Sapaliga, staying at Ulwe, Sector-21, navi Mumbai. From the day when I shifted to my new house here, I'm daily facing electricity problem. Daily Power Cutoff, Voltage is highly irregular, Sometimes their will be no power for 2-3 days.

                          When asked about this to M.S.E.B officials, they send some people to check. These people generally give some excuse. All people in this area are facing this problem on daily basis and they have raised this issue to M.S.E.B officials for many times. Lack of Transformer, is the main reason behind this irregular power supply. When asked about this to M.S.E.B officials, they keep giving false assurances that very soon they are going to set up a new transformer etc. etc. Nothing has happened till now. Again there is no power for last 2 days. Despite of paying electricity bills regularly, I'm facing this problem.

                          How long this power cutoff problem will continue? and due to this cutoff problem there is no water supply also in our building from last 2 days. How a normal people will survive. Why these bloody people dont understand the problem of comman man. Inspite of taking somuch of money why the hell they are not able to provide proper power and water supply.

                          Bullsheit with the service of MSEB. There is neither power nor water supply.

                            Respedted Sir,

                            I had applied new meter connection one year back. i.e 24th july 2012 for my farming purpose.

                            According to MSEB engg. (Shivjit Patil) due to certain reason it will take 2 to 3 month to connect new DP and meter in my plot.

                            And as per his suggestion i have submitted the application form with amount 7550/-. Amount receipt is attached in mail.

                            But its now taking more than one year and i m still facing to get the connection.

                            My family is leaving in mumbai and i got frusted because every month i am coming for follow up and getting negative resonse from MSEB engg.

                            After few observation i got to know Mr. Shivjit patil is not serious with his job and getting excuses because of his local relative requsting him to denie the service in my farming plot.

                            I had requested him more than 1000 times and now he is saying "i will not give you the connection you can do whatever you want"

                            please mark this issue as serious because i have taken loan for diffrent banks to develop my plot soon but since last one year i was facing isue with MSEB people.

                            They make me as basketball whenevr i requesting MSEB ppl for status then every engg. is saying me to get update from diffrent department and both department is too far from one place to another.

                            Please get into the urgent action and i hope i will get electricity in my farming plot soon.

                              This billing website http://wss.mahadiscom.in/wss/wss really pathetic of MSEB. Tried after checking all their links the address was http://wss.mahadiscom.in/wss/wss .Which comes always as down. There is no informstion if the web service is down.

                              Really this online bill pay sucks for MSEB. High time to take action on their web site.

                              Soon we will be going again to office to pay bill.. Worst web site.

                                I have been away from my house since march end .
                                From Last 2 months(April and May) I am getting an incorrect bill.I have consumed 0 Units (Check current meter reading and previous meter reading).
                                Still I have been billed for 90 Units.

                                For June Month , My meter has been resetted and now it is showing previous reading as 1 and current reading as 610. This is also incorrect .

                                I am still out of station and would be coming back next month.

                                Please suggest a way to handle this.

SUDDENLY READING TAKEN IN CURRENT MONTH IS 300 UNIT. I.E. AGAINST READING OF 8690 THE READING TAKEN IS 8990. THIS HAS LEAD TO HEAVY BILL. ALSO THE BRACKET OF RATE IS CHANGED. HOW OT HANDLE THE CASE?

                                  This is Kanam Prasad. My consumer no. in MSEDCL is[protected]. I have a Shop at Dombivli East for that, last month i received a bill of Rs.20000. Then i thought something is wrong in my meter so i called an electrician he found some extra lines in my meter which means someone has joint his connection in my meter.I have lodged complaint in dombivli east station but they didn't provide the complaint no and they didn't revert on the same. Even today i lodged the complaint but again they didn't provide the complaint no. I want the settlement on my bill and i will pay the bill with respect to my electricity consumption only. Please revert to me as early as possible.

                                    I dont know where to complain about this, but we are fed up with frequent power cuts in our are. We live in Shri Vihar Society, Behind Appu Ghar, Nigdi. Everytime it rains, even if it is little raun, they switch off the power. Sometimes there is no power for almost 2 days. This is a frequemt activity in rainy season. Now, while I m writing this we r sitting in the dark, unable to sleep, thanks to mosquoto menace. Its a punishment for us if it rains. If it was a rare thing, I would not have complained. But every single day it rains, and power goes off. Do we have right of continuous power in our area. Why the repair work is so cheap that it requires frequent re-repairs????

                                      Mr. Dhuru: You are lucky. You received at least bills from MSEB. Whether it is lesser or higher. You know that one of my neighbour received for the last many months JUST ONLY RS. 40/-. You know he has all the electric appliances and he use it. All ther other neighbours received Rs. 150/- or more than this, when they have only a fan. You know MSEB Fixed Charges is Rs. 40/-, whether your home is closed or not closed. Some says MSEB personnel has done this MAGIC. Let the MSEB people do such MAGIC with other people. Why not MSEB fix Rs. 40/- for all, whatever we use or not use. At least MESB will receive Rs. 40/- regularly. The farmers will not die and they will have nothing to offer subsidy to the farmers families. MSEB SHOULD CONSIDER THIS SUGGESTION.

                                        Dear Sir,
                                        Sub: Low Voltage supply & Unnessary Electricity Cutting

                                        I Nilesh Thakur is a consumer of your esteemed organization since last 20 years and my billing unit is 4261 : KALWA S/DN.; residing at New Manisha Nagar, Kalwa, Thane-400605.

                                        From last 2-3 weeks, We have unnessary electricity cutting in our area without any reason & after that they supply low voltage.
                                        If there is genuine problem and cutting of electricity its ok but Without any reason they cut the electricity for 1/2 Day or sometimes whole day. In anyways Electricity is already cutted on every friday so please help us to resolve this issue ASAP.
