Frequent Power Cuts without prior intimation

I dont know where to complain about this, but we are fed up with frequent power cuts in our are. We live in Shri Vihar Society, Behind Appu Ghar, Nigdi. Everytime it rains, even if it is little raun, they switch off the power. Sometimes there is no power for almost 2 days. This is a frequemt activity in rainy season. I am resident of , Hadapsar, Pune-28. Since last 2 months my flat electricity meter is not working and I have submitted application to replace the meter in Magarpatta MSEB office, Hadapsar . But still now the meter is not replaced. I have called to the manager of concerned department many times and I was told every time that MSEB doesn’t have agency to replace the meter.

Bill amount is excessive as compared to usage and officer in sub division is not answering properly

Since December 2011 we are getting excessive amount of electricity bill. We filed complaint in electricity board but nobody is answering properly.
The officer S. B. Pawar is not available on any weekends and today we found him so he is asking to go for internal testing again and again, that we have gone through many times...
We have already paid around 18k to MSEB as excessive bill.
They are not ready to sign application...

Hi, sir am in yavatmal, most of the time there is power cut, here people are habited to it, earlier there was 6-7hrs power cut in the city during daytime, but now it has started with night also. faulty meter and overbilling since more than a year

I stay in Pimple Saudagar area..and have been charged a huge electricity bill inspite of hardly any usage. I have repeatedly gone to the MSEB office and given a complaint in writing. I have the receipt of my complaint letter dated 12th september 2012. I have also spoken to mr. Darade.. who's in cahrge. and he has convinced me repeatedly that he will get the meter changed.. But nothing has happened...
