the website takes a very very long time to load...very difficult to make payments

It is extremely difficult to make online payments on Mahadiscom website. It just does not load...it takes ages and then the log-in session gets timed out. Online payment is a NECESSITY for working people and if this is not working...it becomes very difficult and tedious to pay the bills on time.

Unexpected High Electricity Bill

Hello,

Since last 15 months my electricity bill varied from Rs. 400 -600 whereas this month it went to Rs.10900. Based on usage MSEB team says its correct however 1 month back they reported no reading available for meter. Suddenly for 1 month my electricity consumption whent to 1300 Units from a regular <100 units. I am not sure what to do :(

Non receipt 0f bill in time

MSEDCL offer some concession to the customers if they pay the bill before the particular date. However it was observed that the bill is received after the date where the concession is offered. Complaint was lodged on 4.4.2008 and subsequent reminder on 12.5.2008. No reply and corrective action taken from the company....
