Hi,

I am located in Gothivali, Navi Mumbai.

We have so much Electricity issue since last couple of months now.

Every week (Once or twice )we have Elcetricity issue. Some time we have outage more then 12 hours.

Leaving in metro city now a days very challanging since we are facing issue of water more then 5 years now.

Even in my native place in gujarat e have 24/7 Electricity.

Do needful and help us.

    There is frequent power outage in Khanda Colony, Khandeshwar area, Navi Mumbai.
    Kalamboli Sub Divn.

    There has been several complaints already raised on Mahavitran but of no help.
    At this difficult time of Pandemic where people are working from home, this failed support of Electricity board is not leading anywhere.
    In a place residing is a City\town where such daily multiple power outage is unacceptable.
    This is total harrassment.
    Request you to take appropriate action against Mahavitran managing Kalamboli Sub Divn.

          Hi,
          This is regarding frequent electricity cut- off in my neighbouring area.
          This is after new underground lining was done.

          The electricity is getting damaged from the same place persistent from last 6 month.
          Every time electricity is damaged in front Tulja bhavani mandir, Astyavinayak chowk.

          Every time electrician repair, and after couple of day, it gets faulty at the same place.

          After repeatedly complaint, electrician dig and repair the underground electricity line.

          This is the vicious cycle from last 6 months,
          In the pandemic situation where everybody is working from home. This is causing inconvenience.

          Request you to please kindly look into it on urgent basis as this is causing inconvenience to all o[censored]s.

              Hi All,

              My name is Shanmugaraja Manian Thevar customer no[protected].

              I received a exorbitant bill amount Rs. 3150 for the month of September. I have been paying the bills regularly and have no outstanding amount. When I called the customer care they say that the bill amount for past six month was average d but in that case I should have received less bill amount for the past months but I didn't see any significant reduction in bill amount for the past months.This is not te first time this is happening it's been a regular practice by MahaVaitran Boling to sent High Bills to the customers with an excuse of Averaging bill amount.

              I would request MahaVaitran to treat every customer fairly and charge them based on their consumption and not apply the logic of Averaging going forward.

              I also want them to send me the revised bill with actual bill amount as the current bill seems to be incorrect.

                For august billing i have been charged with rs 3060 staying meter is faulty. Again in september i have been charged with same amount stating fault meter. On 16 sept 2021, i raised ticket by calling useless customer care[protected], stating my issue and to replace it. After that i keep on following up. Later on 22sept customer care executive told me you should visit electricity office and submit request for meter change. I did nit get this then why this customer care is being created just to make us fool. Then if this was the resolution then why i have been not informed in first place. Later i visited electricity office.there they said only when meter us available, it will be replaced until that you have to pay 3000.
                Does this make any sense. If goverment do not have enough meter, why i should suffer with default charge, which also confirmed by electricity officer that once meter is replaced even then these amount will be adjusted. Then what if you guys do not replace meter now, then i am liable to pay 3000 in oct, and same goes to every month.

                  I made a bill payment of ₹ 1070 through Mahavitaran App. The transaction failed, but amount was debited from my bank account.

                    Their is loose connections of main electric line at our site ;some sparking is going on .For which I had already made complaint at their complaint no. [protected] till now no action had taken. If any damage happens to any living or nonliving thing this will wholly responsible of MSEB. Even though complaining twice not a single person visited at site.

                      From Last 2 years when there was a lockdown u all guy's kept faulty things and assumptions of bill and send it with lots of higher bill, Since then i am doing follow up where my meter was also off. Bill was 24000 when Person said pay 12000 then will decrease the remaining amt, but know one change the faulty meter where as again it got 25000 bill after I paid 12000. In my house only fan n light is there but still I used to receive 3000 bill per month and some of the house in my building they have fridge n ac they use to get bill of Rs. 800, I don't understand how this guy's are working. ### work is going on with Maharashtra Electricity Board, This way u all are framing a bad picture o[censored]r State. Pathetic n Hilirous

                          माझे नविन विद्युत मिटर आहे. मिटर लावल्‍या पासुन ते दिनांक २४/०९/२०२१ पर्यंतचे युनिट ७६८ आहेत. मला नोव्‍हेंबर २०२० व डीसेंबर २०२० या दोन महिन्‍याचे अंदाजीत बिल आकारले त्‍यावेळी माझे मिटर मध्‍ये फक्‍त ५८ युनिट खर्च झाले होते. त्‍यावेळी दिनांक २०/११/२०२० रोजी उमरखेड येथील कार्यालयात लेखी कळविले होते. त्‍यानंतर मी ऑनलाईन अॅप वर ३ वेळा तक्रार ID [protected], [protected], [protected] वर नोंदविली निवारण करतांना फक्‍त ६० युनिटचे बिल कमी केले आहे. त्‍यांना माझी व्‍यथा सांगीतली पण त्‍यांनी बिल न भरल्‍यास पुरवठा बंद करण्‍याचे सांगीतल्‍या वरुन मी यापुर्वी ५००/-, ५००/- असे दोन वेळा बिल भरले आज दिनांक २४/०९/२०२१ विज वितरण ला ३०००.००रु. भरले. परंतु माझ्या तक्रारीचे कुणिही निवारण केले नाही. उमरखेड (१७४१) वितरणचे चे कर्मचारी यांचे कडे गेलो असता त्‍यांनी सदर बिलाची दुरुस्‍ती झाल्‍याचे सांगीतले व आता कोणतीही रक्‍कम कमी होत नसल्‍याचे सांगीतले परंतु मला माहे ऑगस्‍ट २०२१ पर्यंतचे एकुण १०७९ युनिटचे एकुण ६३००.०० बिल चार्ज केले. माझा वितरण कंपनी दिलेल्‍या मिटर मध्‍ये जितके युनिटचे बिल झाले तेव्‍हढेच बिल देण्‍याचा आग्रह केला असता आजपावेतो कोणतिही दखल घेण्‍यात आली नाही. व विद्युत पुरवठा खंडीत करण्‍याचे सांगीतले. जर माझ्या मिटर मध्‍ये ७००च युनिट खर्च झाल्‍यास मी १०७९ युनिटचे बिल का भरावे. या बाबत मार्गदर्शन करण्‍यात यावे व योग्‍य तो सल्‍ला द्यावा.

                            I have applied for Address Change online. Since there is no response, I have emailed to Customercare, complained to CustomerCare no a number of times. The online complaints registered on Mahavitaran App has been closed after saying complaint resolved. The fact remains that there is no address change is made yet.

                            I have made end number of requests both online and otherwise. The pending Complaint Registrations are:-

                            The above complaints are registered 3 weeks back. There has been no response from the authorities yet.

                            Please let us know what is the problem in changing my address? If any problem, please let me know so that I can attend to the same.
