Dear sir,
We are ht consumer aurangabad electrical pvt ltd. Gut no 122, pangra, chitegaon, tq. Paithan. Consumer no[protected]. We had received april 2020 electricity bill with kvah bill. We found more kvah unit's bill as compare kwh i. E. 85023 units. It's happen due to suddenly central government declare 'lock down'. We had not reach company for to shut down the capacitor. You are request to layoff the kvah units for the month of april 2020.

Dear sir,
We are ht consumer m/s aurangabad electricals ltd. Cons. No[protected]. We had received electricity bill month of april' 2020 with kvah unit. We found more consumption of kvah unit as compare kwh unit i. E. 91320. It was happen due to sudden government declare ' lock down'. So during lock down period we had not reach plan to shut down the capacitor so you are request to lay off the kvah unit bill for the only april month.
This happened to many commercial Malls and other premises where Electrical staff working with them could not reach the premises to switched off the capacitor systems due to sudden lock down.

And KVAh billing system registered RKVAh - Lead units during April-May-June-July, which can be checked as very low MD (KW-KVA) registered shows that the premises were shut on these lock down months.

My humble appeal to MSEB to consider the same to their valuable consumers.

      In February month, light bill was 210rs then in March lockdown started so no one came for taking meter reading, so light bill came 600. same for April cases no one came for taking meter reading so bill came directly 950rs without any extra usage and now in may month light bill directly came 1170 while no extra appliances are added not any extra usage.
      Can you please let me know why light bill is raising so high without that much usage?

        I have been following up with msedcl on email regarding change in name on my electricity bill from more than a year but no one is responding.
        And maybe your telephones are for show-piece only.

        Complaint status showing : resolved/closed but still i am receiving bill with the old name only.

        Kindly update on the same as immediate possible.

          Hi, I am getting very high unimaginable bill from past few months even though there are none high end devices like A/C etc at my house.
          I am shocked seeing the bill of Rs.3430 for May month and also last month it was Rs.2290.
          Kindly perform correction on my bill and please share details about this sudden unbelievable increase in bill amount.

                Sry for interupting my consumer no. Is[protected] as the average bill we get per month is rs2, 400 till rs2, 900 but in this month of may2020 its a big hike in the bill as the bill amount is rs5, 020 as d consumption of the month is 260 units and my last month i. E. April2020 consumption is also 260units which one and the same so i want to know why there is a hike in the bill, due to lockdown are you going to execute more money from the middle class please look back into this matter as if we paid the bill the problem will not resolve so please look into the following matter and your office is also closed so how can a consumer be helped plz revert

                    Since the lockdown started the msedcl stated that they will take out monthly average o[censored]nits consumption, my monthly meter readings never went above 150 units but now these thieves are charging and showing in unit readings 280+ which is not at all possible i have raised high bill complaints in msedcl app still not rectified pathetic, if government can do this i will post this all in social media. Need this rectified asap

                      I am resident of flat d-6, pratiknagar, talegaon dabhde station. My consumer no. Is[protected]. Since 24th jan.2020, i am abroad in u. S. A. With my son and the flat is locked up. So the consumption is 0. But the bill for the month of may 20 is charged for rs.370/- after adjusting the credit of rs.250/- shown in the bill for april 20. However i have paid the bill today. I request to take note of it and adjust the future billing accordingly.

                        My electricity bill for my flat since dec 2019 is just 90 per month till march.
                        I am not staying in the flat for last 6months hence the power consumption is nil, due which my monthly elec bills are min ₹90 since nov 2019 onwards.
                        I have now received a bill for 2700 without any consumption to be paid by june 8th.
                        I think the electricity connection given to my flat is being tapped. Looks someone is stealing and using my power supply. How can their be a 169 units consumption when their
                        Is no one staying in the flat.
                        Earnestly request to kindly attend my concern at the earliest and catch the theft. I am unable to come personally to nasik due to lockdown enforcement.
                        Please help resolve the issue. Look forward for kind support.

                              Recently we get "may" month bill of rupees 2620/- including net arrears of rupees 1306.85/-
                              We pay bill regularly each month via online portal and also paid bill of last month of rupees 1310/-
                              So what kind of net arrears is included in bill of "may" month please rectify that mistake and issue us a new bill

                                As high bill received of rupees 2160. According to the average consumption i am getting bill around 550 to 650 rupees every month. But this month mseb send me high bill which is four time more which is not expected. So kindly take action seriously and send average bill again of rupees 650 around..

                                  Dear Sir, pls find customer no[protected], BIU : 4541. Since more than a year and currently last 3 months consumption shows every high. Humble request to replace the meter completely. I had recently purchased this flat which locked since more than 4yrs...Pls check records where bill used to minimum charges going more than 3 times. We are going shift to this place. At present, no fridge, geyser, aquaguard, fan available. Pls check and humble request to replace the meter with new one.

                                        Dangerous tree need to cut for safety.

                                        Dear sir, near to our society there is mseb dp and one big tree. Tree height is bigger than four storey building, tree branches are now touching to dp and also building, it is harmful to our society as well as other people and animals.
                                        We are requesting you kindly cut that tree so that we can avoid majour accident in future, probably in rainey season....
