Address: MSEB Aurangabad

Exorbitant electricity bill since almost 8 to 9 months now. The usage has been very low since when we were not at home for 15 days of month, still the bill was high.. Pls get this checked on priority pls.

    Streetlights have not been working since over a year now despite repeated complaints raised.
    Area - nath prangan, garkheda, opp. Shreeji hospital.

      Due to corona we are being asked to submit the readings online which we did in the month of april'20 - rs. 960/- (Current reading - 19665 & previous reading - 19516)
      But we failed to submit the reading in may month rs. 790/- (Current reading - not available - previous reading - 19665)
      And we submitted the reading in june month rs. 2720/- (Current reading - 20071 - previous reading - 19665)
      The reading units for june months bill mseb has charged between[protected] = 406) which is incorrect.
      Kindly refund the amount or adjust in our next bill.

          Bill average for last 2 years is 1000 rupees with the same electric appliances.
          Bill no. (Ggn): do[protected]
          Bill received for this month its more than the double amount which is not possible there is definitely an error.
          Our location, entire society user are experiencing the same difficulty.
          We have contacted our electricity supplier MSEDCL.
          They do not any proof for high electricity bill.
          As per the meter reading 124 UNITS They have charged as per 477 UNITS.

            We are getting high bill since lockdown and so we have not paid bill since then because given bill amount is very high as per consumption every year. We have raised complaint earlier but it was closed unknowingly and without any confirmation. We need your intervention to resolve high bill issue.

              Concerned authority, i am writing a complaint in regards to the rising electricity bill. The electricity bill has been extremely high lately. I have been paying electricity bill every month i am the only person earning at my house with less salary... I cannot handle such high prices.                 The bill amount is more than the regular bill and usage. Please check the meter reading and do the needful change in bill amount.
                The usual bill amount each month is not more than 1500 and all last payments are done on time. So there can't be any dues and reading is incorrect.

                    Sub- Consumer No[protected] is closed but still electricity bill is getting generated..
                    My Name is Shravan Shripat Wanjari (At-Sirsi, Post-Warthi, Tal-Bhandara, Dist-Bhandara State -Maharashtra)... I made application on 10.08.2016 and connection is closed at that time there was no outstanding..and I have made application on 14.03.2019 related to Consumer No[protected] is closed but still bill is getting generated.But still there is no response from Mahavitaran.. Current Outstanding- 102, 390.00 bill they have generated.

                      Due to this covid situation we need to do work from home and we are observing frequent electricity cut everyday for sometimes 1hr, sometimes 2hrs.in addition to this on every thursday there is a load shedding of min 6 to 7hrs

                      Kindly suggest how do we work? If you are not in a state of reply please confirm that too, need to escalate this as this has been a daily routine and no one is taking action on it

                          Msedcl consumer no.[protected]/ 1155 self reading was taken and i tried to submit the self reading but i could not submit it as it is said 'reading already submitted'. The reading is 47 and consumption is zero units whereas msedcl raised bill for 02 units. The message received from msedcl that they will start reading but in the bill it is mentioned current reading is 'not available'. Therefore without any consumption, i have received bill of 02 units of rs. 130/-. It is request to correct the bill for june 2020.

                                But unfortunately my bank account got debited and transaction is getting reflected as failure at mahavitarn app end.

                                    My electricity bill for june is 3460 rs which is really high and unexpected.

                                    I have seen this first time from the time i start staying, my average bill from last 3 is around 900-1000. Nothing has changed, no new device and it's lockdown period.

                                    I request to check and reduce my bill.

                                    My average consumption is 130 unit and max 160 now it's showing 600 what is this.

                                    Why bill has increased suddenly, request you to help me.
