I've been complaining about inflated bill since last 8months,
they didn't bat an eye on it.
Every week 5-6times electricity goes off for an hour or two,
And every week on every friday from morning 8 am to 6pm in evening there is no electricity over there.
Why shall i pay a hefty bill, which i don't consume.??
Only 2 Fans & Fridge is been used over there.
All these details is been conveyed to them(divisional office), they're behaving as dumb and deaf.
My neighbour's who are using TV, AC & Inverters getting bill of 600-800Rs and I'm being charged 2800Rs every month for no cause.
Consumer Complaint Helpline is my only hope for my grievance Attaching the snapshot(and bill) of last six months & and list of service request raised since last 6months of high billing. Consumer Number [protected] - BU - 4162 PALGHAR S/DN.
