I am ratnakumar gharat from dronagiri sector 47, vian chs ltd, from last two months we are facing frequent power cut problem at sector 47 and 50, the power cut is13 to 15 hours daily, and we all societies in these sector are getting very tired of this situation. We are facing electricity issue in our society from yesterday night. Due to this we are facing water issue as water motor not working, also there are many senior citizens are facing problems as lift is not in operation due to electricity. Loosing contacts with family nd friends as mobile battery also lost. Please assist asap. One more thing students are also there n exams are going on nowadays....

Respected sir,
We are totally 15 residing in our locality. We are facing a severe problem of growing instances of power failure for the last three days in our locality.
In our locality there are many students who are preparing for their upcoming exams as well as for other final examinations....

Need an explanation as the why the bill is charged high even though less usage in july month.
May being the higher usage moth all over the year still my bill is not high as much as in july where the is low usage.
Also the unit consumed in july is half the time than the unit consumed in may.
Still the bill for july is rs 5300.
I have already raised a complaint and its been 5days no response yet.

Complaint 1:

Three times in this year 2019, self went to substation which is located at bhingari (Panvel, pincode 410206) regarding faulty meter which is clearly mentioned in the bill. There was no action taken. Because of faulty meter i am getting inflated bill every month.

Complaint 2:
Frequent electricity disconnection in my area. There is no limit in disconnecting electricity.

Street light near our building is not working properly it is so from last 2-3 weeks. It keeps on keeping on and off when it is turned on in the evening. Due to this, it is causing inconvenience. Kindly take the corrective action as soon as possible.

We are facing frequent power cuts in 390, guruwar peth, pune 411042 area. This needs to be looked into on priority and mseb should ensure good quality of service. If you need to understand this problem look at the history of complaints raised in last one and half year.
Till now no action has been taken to resolve the actual issue and only temporary fix is made to resume power supply.
If this issue is because of load shedding...

I got light bill 61 units for month june and july 2019. Actually my use of light matching with avarage bill given to me so please update my light bill to lower side.

I've been complaining about inflated bill since last 8months,
they didn't bat an eye on it.
Every week 5-6times electricity goes off for an hour or two,
And every week on every friday from morning 8 am to 6pm in evening there is no electricity over there.

Why shall i pay a hefty bill, which i don't consume.??

I'm sejal mehta, residing at b 32, ishwar nagar, lbs math, bhandup west. I reside in one bhk apartment having 2 fans, 3 tube lights, a washing machine and fridge. These have minimal use. Against the minimal use of these electronics, a very high amount of electricity bill of 6500 (June) and 3700 (July) is unfair and unjust

Pl. note that for consumer No.[protected] for Jul-2019 Bill Reading considered is 14845 where as it is actually 14645 as on that date . Due to which consumption considered is 306 which is actually 106 only . Current meter reading photo is attached which clearly shows reading 14702 .
