In reference to BP No: [protected], I have submitted the depot on 8th Jan 2017. Connection is not so far provided inspite of several followup with Mahanagar Gas Limited. The amount of bill payment is observed to be the same as the previous one though the usage of the stove is comparably less, even when the house is empty for say a duration of one week . And on one comes for meter reading. So in short the amount of bill is very high compare to the usage of the stove which is less and no one comes for meter reading due to which previous months amount is printed in the bill...

My land owner had already tried to submit application for new png connection for my rented house in march 2016. Line and connections are already establised in my nearby houses.in april to june the guys were coming for survey and digging.. But all of sudden they stopped saying that they need permission from tmc. For which mgl will take efforts. But till now noone come back and even on personal visit to thane office.
