I have been promised installation at my residence for piped gas within 6 months from the payment done...however despite having called their helpline more that 6 times i have been handed with just lame promises by their Customer service reps...this is the height o[censored]nprofessionalism from a listed company like Mahanagar Gas ltd...by BP number give to be is [protected] in the name of Abhik Jitendra Shah, residing at Mahavir Nagar, Kandivali west, Mumbai 400067

    We are Registered Society under Radhika Residency CHS Ltd.

    The following documents have been given to your officials Mr. Pradip and Santish ( [protected] / [protected])

    1. Building has been given Part OC by SRA, and the same was collected by your officials. Pls check with with your DMS system or the representatives. In tilak nagar No building has been given OC, but you guys have given MGL connection to so many buildings.
    2. Fire Noc was collected by your officials
    3. Floor Plan drawing. The same was collected by your officials - as per approved plan by SRA
    4. B form also submitted

    MGL has collected deposit of Rs. 6000 from almost 86 members in 2014. Most of the members got the letter from MGL says the connection will be given by Aug 2015. Even after 2 yeras from the letter no connection and no communication from MGL

    After collecting all documents from society, the MGL connection confirmation letter issued to all 84 members in the building and Deposit of Rs. 6000 collected.

    There is no Recon process or audit process to refund the money of give connection to customers. Such a large company, how could they do like this with customers by taking money and not giving connection?

      For last couple of months, the billing for the consumption of gas has been made on the estimated quantity, as the house has been found locked during the visit of meter reader.

      The meter reader was not visiting on the tentative date shown in the bill, but much earlier to that. The quantity informed vide sms has not been considered at all.

      As a result the estimated quantity of gas consumption shown in the bill is less than the actual quantity of consumption of gas, as informed by me through sms

      I am experiencing at least triple value of Bill generating for my gas connection and this is repeating from last 6 monthmonths.

      I wanted to revie1 my meter billing or in case any Leakage happening at some points.

      Please do the needful.

        Even after lodging complaints through calling customer service, emails or escalation no response. So frustrating. My complain mails are long. I had raised a request to install meter and piping in my flat bearing bp no. [protected] on 12th june via phone customer service and 13th via your website and then 16th and 19th june via app.

        It is not being attended nor any update from your end. Only comment in 48 hrs or shortly. You also have entered my contact no incorrectly instead of [protected] you have entered 29011320.

        I have booked a Piped Gas Connection on line and made a payment of Rs. 6, 500/- on 24.06.2017. I have not yet received the receipt of the payment made. My application No. is WG/O/35854/2017.

          Bp no [protected] new connection applied for on 17/3/2017 and made payment on same day. Within 90 days connection was promised till date no feed bank. Call center nos for communication are useless because there is no feed back inspite of several connection. Connection app no is wg/o/33876/2017 dated 17/3/2017. Call to mgl on 5/5/107 — 25/5/2017 — 17/6/2017 — 19/6/2017 - 20/6/2017. No positive response.

            Dear sir, my bp no is [protected]. My gas line line was dissconnected around 7-8 june for my work in kitchen. Work was finished within 1-2 days & i requested for reconnection on 10 th of june & since 9 days are passed & no body is reported for reconnection. Everyday i am phoning for that & reply is given that your work in priority & some body will phone you. Sir in my house senior citizens are there & they can not eat out side food since my kitchen is closed since last 15 days. Pl. Do the needful, it is very very urgent. — mrs. Jayshree doshi.

              I geetanjali pradhan, having my bp no - [protected] have applied for a new gas pipeline connection on february 2017. As per the mahanagar gas ltd, i should get my connection with in 90 days but till today i didn't get any response from mahanagar gas. I went several times to local customer care office of mahanagar gas ltd at mira road branch but they are not responding to my request and telling me to contact head office. Please take the appropriate action to get my job done as early as possible.

                We had made final installment charges on 17th september, 2016, but i regret to inform you that even after nine months i am still waiting for my piped gas connection. Our bp no : [protected]. We had also made several complaints in the past, latest being on 18th april, 2017 and the docket no : 3204776.
                In the above mentioned circumstances what i am supposed to do.

                  The roof and parapet in my premises have been damaged during installation of pipe gas of mahanagar gas ltd. The company did not bother to inform us and did the drill work through the roof and cut open the nylon net even when we were not at home and inspite o[censored]s giving our contact number and requesting that we be informed when they need to do the work.

                    I reside in nahur west, prathamesh view society, an i hereby wants you to understand the pain in my heads becoz of lethargic work performed everytime by the mgl team.. They have given gas connection and we all know its not free of cost.. But the contractors they hire for digging n fixinig things are not worth to take care of things.. Plz dnt leave it till the work done and also plz appoint some officials from higher authorities to always check the work dne at the end.. Our side my society the debris r left by the mgl people after the work is completed.. Its been more then a month for me and i can see no one is taking responsibility on their own and always want us to rite mail and letters for the work which shld have been done by them at the time of thr project,.,.. Kaam karo lekin accha karo kyun ek aam aadmi ko pareshan karne main lage hai sab... This is highly ridiculous behavior to expect that people shld complaint n then we will take action and also take some bribe.. Hattsoff ot our nation.. Jo fully developed ho sakta tha but aaj bhi pichda hua hi hai : (

                      We payed all amount after doing full payment you made connections in our building but still nobuddy getting his own connection in ready state. Please start this gas pipeline in urgent basis.in our area the building besides me getting connections and gas pipeline is also started. So why my building is facing please take immediate action and start this gas pipeline on urgent basis.
                      Kindly send your engineers to check and start this gas pipeline. Waiting for your reply.

                        Mahanagar gas ltd dug the public road in nerul sector 20, which was widely used for transport and public for the setting up of new connections. The monsoon is going to come soon. So far mud layer was just closed and final clearance and finishing were not done after the digging which is giving lot of inconvenience to public can it be repaired immediately before monsoon since it is the prime duty to ensure the public convenience for a company...

                        Digging and installing of lines began on 13 th May in our building Morning Star, Sherly Rajan Road, Bandra West. Lines have been put. Now rubble is not being removed and pits not filled up. So cars are continuing to be parked outside since more than 18 days. Contractor, engineer, no one answers their phones. We are totally disgusted with their unprofessional behaviour.

                          I had received a bill through mobile sms services giving all the details of my gas connection.We recently got the gas connection hence, it was our 1st bill, mentioning the details. But, unfortunately, I lost my phone, so, the detalis are all gone. I am unable to pay the bill and its last date is 25th may, 2017. We haven't yet received any hard copy of the bill.

                              Mahanagar gas has accepted my application and initial payment of rs 6500. However till date they have neither installed pipeline gas at my residence nor have they sent anyone to do this. I have made several phone calls on their helpline 26594555. From here i am guided to (Extn: 4548 mr. Rishikumar) who is never really there to take the call. Needless to say that the work of installation is still not done. My bp number is : [protected].. I would like to lodge a complaint against them as they are harassing people like me and not doing their job

                                We have paid deposit for our gas connection to our flat no. C2102 chaitanya tower against bp no.[protected] & ca no.[protected] in 2010. Still we have not got the connection and no body is doing the same even after so many complaints we have made. Kindly do the same at the earliest. Please contact mr.                                   My BP no. is [protected]. I had applied for gas connection in the month of Oct., 2016. I was told at the time of application that connection would be provided with in 90 days. Till now, connection has not been provided. I have contacted your Sanpada, Navi-Mumbai office a number of times but nothing has happened and no commitment has been given. It may be noted that in our building complex, Mahanagar gas connection is already available.

                                    I have been provided with 9th time the date of installation of PNG connection as 30th April 2017. Whereas as usual no one turned up for the gas connection. It is almost 1 year I have made the payment now. I have unable to understand the reason for delay.

                                    I am surprised how it is possible, in the same building later applied got the connection early and I am denied in name of technician not available.

                                    Kindly look into the matter at earliest, and let me know the date of connection finally.

                                      I had been to native place from 14.2.2017 till 19.2, 2017. The gas was locked on 14.2.2017 and meter reading taken as 1743161. Surprisingly, on my return, before opening the lock, the meter reading is showing as 1743304. I or nobody used the gas during this period.
                                      I contacted your customer service on telephone when they asked me to see the reading for one day after closing during night and watch the reading on the next day morning before use. The reading was same as previous day. No consumption showing on that particular day during locked time. Please look into this case, and let us know the reason for the consumption during my absence. Either meter fault or any leakage problem? Please solve this problem immediately. I made a similar complaint during my last tour of absence for 4 months. I paid about rs.8000/- extra for not using the gas.

                                      Please note that I had written a complaint on a bill No.[protected] dated 25.12.2016 for Rs.5949.00 without using the Gas during the period 24.6.2016 to 22.10.2016.
                                      I sent a letter on 5.1.2017 but no reply from your Company. I request you to kindlly look into this unused gas consumption during my absence and refund the excess amount paid for without using the gas.

                                      Similarly, I was away from Mumbai on 14.2.2017 till 19.4.2017and taken the Gas Meter reading as 1743161 and On my return from native place, I found the Meter reading as 1743304. I have not used the gas during the above period . Please look into this and request you not to bill me for the above fault reading. I took Meter reading for one day from night to next day morning and the meter reading remained the same. Please find out the reason for the fault reading whether Meter fault or gas leakage or else? Please help us as we cannot afford to pay like this. This is second time happenning.
