I was traveling from Sakharpa to Mumbai by Lanja Mumbai bus on[protected]. My bus timing was around 7.00pm and reached there by 5.30PM. That time depot was over crowding by passengers. Almost there was no seating place to relax. If I am not wrong temperature that day was not below 45 degrees and all the three fans at stand was in off condition. Control room door was locked. After same time one person with Khaki uniform has open the control room door hence I requested to on the fan but he avoid me saying his boss is not available and he can not on the fan. And immediately locked the cabin. After some time one tall man in civil dress has come and open the cabin. This time also requested to on the fan but he arrogantly reply that he can not on the fan after 5.00Pm and he has such instruction from his seniors officials who seating in Deourukh. I requested to give their seniors telephone no but he refused to give the number. Also he was not ready to share his name also. After 5 -10 minutes he has left the depot. After 20 minutes one person has come in civil dress, open the cabin, on only tube lights and locked the cabin. Please think about the children and women's seating there in such high temperature without fan in spite fan was available there in stand. I was there for one and half hrs and seen there is no body attendant of MSRTC in the depot. Horrible thing is one drunk man in half pant was guiding the peoples and controlling the traffic. Because such attitude of MSRTC staff most of the passengers are preferring trains or private bus services.

    Sir,
    Today I booked ticket from Satara to Swargate on 1st June 14 while making payment through Bank of Maharashtra Debit card. BOM debited my account by Rs.233/- and sent SMS at 11.07 am. I have not received Ticket from MSRTC. I wait for a hour and confirmed that my seat no 9 & 10 is open for Reservation. I booked again and made payment through Debit card and Bank of Maharshtra debited Rs.233/- then I received e-ticket. In short MSRTC got double payment against one ticket. Hence excess payment by Rs.233/- should be returned to Bank of Maharashtra for credit to my saving account which is mainted.

      There is authorized bus stop created by M.S.R.T.C. at Kridanagari (Baner-Balewadi). But it is seen that none of the Bus depot buses are taking stop on this bus stop and bypassing it clearly (Even the Pune bus depot buses too) It should be asked every bus depot from MSRTC to include the name of this bus stop in their Ticket list and also to stop the buses on this bus stop whenever there is passenger standing on the same. All buses travelling to Mumbai, Sangli, Satara, Kolhapur should take an official stop at this bus stop whenever passenger asks for the same. As passenger has to catch the local bus service reach out to some other destination like Swargate/Katraj etc...etc.. When the bus is passing from the same bus stop and has vacant seats, why not to include the passengers waiting and running towards the same destinations.

        I booked ticket from swargate to tuljapur on 17 April 2014 but due to some reason bus was cancelled. I meet swargate dept. incharge Mr. gaikwad, he said to bus was cancelled. department will be refund your booking amount but till date I am not getting this amount

          I had booked for shiverni bus on 2 may 2014 from pune chandni chowk to thane vandana, the bus was supposed to leave swagate bus stop at 8.30 pm & reach chandanichowk by 8.45, but inspite of waiting till 10 pm at very isolated spot where there was no attendant, or any lights on the bus stop the bus did not reach, i repeated tried calling swagate bus stop but inspite of constanting calling no one bothered to pick the phone. No sms was send by the authority. Finally one shivneri bus arrived at 10.15, however the bus driver informed us that they have merged three buses together as there was no booking [ 8-30/9-00/9.30] &; finally 10-pm bus, this reflects highly wrong attitudeof state transport services, the very purpose of prior resevertion gets defeated. . This same incident has repeated earlier on many occasions, kindly take serious note of this, revert back your follow up to me urgently.

            I had booked ticket on MSRTC website, ticket no. 16504579. During the booking process at pre payment stage the preferred seats were shown (5, 6) but post payment it showed that the tickets were booked for 3 & 6. Upon contacting customer care(Toll Free) number the representative was not helpful nor he was ready to disclose his name. He was asking me to cancel the ticket instead. Really a poor support for online booking initiative.

              Dear sir,

              Most of buses going from this rout aurangabad -nagar -pune highway.
              They are taking hault at "gurudatt hotel" & "24/7 hotel.
              In morning, afternoon & evening also which may be time bus will stop at that stop .
              Bus driver and conductor get total food free and rs.100 each .
              So they are bothered to stop at these hotels. I saw many times to take money from hotel owners.
              I just think many of buses are start their depo not much distance near about 90/100 km . How can that
              Bus stop before 100km ? Rule is that bus can not be take hault before 200 km .
              If this will happen day by day then passenger will take other option like private transport facility.
              Please stop these nonsence..

                Hi, I had booked a ticket of ST which leaves from BORIVALI NANCY COLONY to SWARGATE of 5:15AM in the morning on 17th of February 2014. My boarding point was Vile-Parle(SAI BABA MANDIR). I reached the stop at around 5.20AM and waiting for the bus. As it leaves from borivali at 5.15AM so it reach at vile parle around 5.45AM. But the bus did not come. I was waiting there till 7.00 AM. And few more passenger also was waiting for the same bus as they had also booked ticket for the same bus. We were there till 7.00AM. We also called at BORIVALI bus stop and they informed that bus left at usual time. But as we were standing at the stop we did not see any bus coming over there. The bus did not come to the stop and have taken some another route. I want to enquire about the bus that which route it has taken and how they can go without taking their passengers and who sat on the seats which we have booked. And why it did not come on the stop. We have to go to the office early in the morning thats why we book ticket and still the bus has left without taking their passenger. It is very irresponsible behaviour and could not be bearable. Please do further enquiry about the issue.

                  I boarded shivnery bus on 05.10.2013 at 14.00hrs from aurangabad to pune .ticket issued uptill pune shivajinagar stand and with permission of driver and ticket clerk i ask to alight at sikrapur before boarding the bus, which both of them agreed.when i reached sikrapur, driver refused to stop the bus saying that bus will directly go to shivajinagar.i was with my wife and kid.I faced lot of difficulty and after repeated request he finally stopped the bus about 07 km far from sikrapur after seizing both of the ticket.his rude behaviour is at all not acceptable.i have to claim travelling allowance after presenting the ticket .Driver name was Mr sawant and ticket clerk name was solanke (not sure).I registered the written complaint in the complaint register at aurangabad cbs bus stand on 11.10 .2013.I request you to please retrieve the ticket back from the driver and post it in my address mentioned below and strict action may please be initiated against the person making fools to the passenger by putting in dark and defaming the name of ac shivnery services.IF THE MATTER WILL NOT BE SOLVED I WILL INITIATE TO GO TO THE TRANSPORT MINISTRY ALSO.                     Luggage stolen from shivneri ac volvo bus during travel

                    On.Dec.15th, 7am. We traveled from PUNE RLY.STATION to DADAR EAST, MUMBAI by SHIVNERI AC VOLVO BUS NO. 9252 and SEAT NO.3a, 4a, 5a. We load our laguage in laguage cabin as per the instructions of bus staff.But when we reached DADAR EAST.Our laguage was not there IT was STOLAN . FURTHER WE WENT TO THE OFFICE OF THE BUS AND EXPANDED ALL THE INCIDENT TO THE PERSON WHO WERE SITTING AT THERE. BUT UNFORTUNATELY NOBUDDY TOOK INTEREST IN THE MATTER....

Ticket Number : 15311532 Transaction Id : MCIT[protected] Service Start Place : BORIVALI NANCY COLONY Service End Place : SWARGATE, PUNE Passenger Boarding Point : BORIVALI CHAMUNDA CIRCLE Passenger Alighting Point : SWARGATE, PUNE Date of Journey : 03/12/13 Departure time from Starting Place : 12:30 Hrs. Bus Service Type : AC-SHIVNERI No. of Seats : 2 My old parents were waiting at the Chamunda Circle stop right from 12:20 PM to 1:30 PM however the bus never arrived there. I called up Nancy Colony bus depot and they said that the bus left the depot on time which is at 12:30. They even gave me the bus number 9216. It seems like the bus driver chose to skip this stop and directly continued with it's onward journey. This is completely unacceptable. My parents had to look for alternative travel arrangements for the same. When I filed a complaint over email, I was asked to call on TOLLFREE NO. [protected]. When I call on that number, they ask me to send an email to the same email address where I filed a complaint.This is inexcusable. I want a full refund for the same and a compensation for the trouble my parents had to go through.

                    I booked Shivneri bus ticket for Pune to Borivali, Mumbai. Ticket details are attached in the image. The bus was supposed to come to Vanaj bus stop at 9:12 AM but didn’t show up at all. The bus stop attendees kept saying it bus hasn’t left from Swargate. I took another bus after waiting for couple of hours.
                    Please provide a full refund of the fare (Rs. 525) as the bus didn’t show up.

                      I had travelled to Vasai Navaghar from Kapurbawdi Thane on 4th Nov 2013 around 7 p.m.

                      Ticket No 164105 and Conductor details are 0109280, N S Rathod.

                      I was with my wife boarded the bus around 7 pm from Kapurbawdi bus stand.

                      As there were two male passengers already seating on ladies seat, I requested them to please seat elsewhere as that seat is reserved for ladies.

                      Passenger refused to seat elsewhere and hence I requested conductor to ask male passenger to empty the ladies reserved seat.

                      However, instead of helping me and my wife he refused to ask male passenger to empty the ladies reserved seat and argued and humiliated me in front of co passengers.

                      He has also given misleading and false information about ladies seat saying this facility is only for travel more than 300 km. and passenger boarding from starting point.

                      whereas thru internet websites i came to know this facility is available for less than 150 km travel and my wife was eligible to seat on ladies seat which was pre occupied by male passenger.

                      Conductors inability to do his duty and discriminating behaviour has cause me humiliation as well as my wife has to sit with fear o[censored]nwanted touching on last seat between male passenger who were chewing tobacco.

                      You are requested to please take strict action against this conductor for refusing to do duty and misleading passengers with false information and humiliating the passengers based on their religious appearances.

                      I am travelling from nashikphata to manchar by msrtc ordinary bus pune sangamner bus no mh14 bt4211 my ticket no is 022807
                      i am travelling with my wife and 6 year daughter 2year son
                      two male passengers already sit on seat no 13 14 that's reserved for ladies request them to empty seat for my wife and daughter but they refused
                      i complaint to conductor but she told me that seat reserved only at starting point and not after that and i can't told that male passengers to empty seat after starting point
                      so please give information that is this rule exist that seat reserved only at starting point
                      if not such rule then take strict action on related condoctor and kindly inform me for action taken

                          This is regarding the journey of Shivneri from Wakad to Dadar on 25/09/2013 at 10:25 am ticket number 008383 Vehicle Number MH12 FZ 8604. I have taken the ticket of Rs 350/- and fortunately there are two seats available at that time W37 & 38 as i have started my journey something started itching me at my seat when I have seen curiously then i have found pieces of glass on my seat as well as at floor. I immediately shown this to driver and asked him to change my seat but he advised me to stick to that seat as there is no vacant space or seat available in the bus till Chembur so I have reached to dadar and again contacted the main officer and showed him the seat but he was also casually said me that it is nothing but broken glass and I should write this complaint in complaint register and when I asked him how this is happen he started to play blame game with other stops (Pune aagar) I have asked him about the action what he is going to take? again he was totally blanked and asked to write in book and we will get back to you (still I am awaiting for them to get back to me) even there my written complaint with address and mobile number is there. unfortunately there are some glass particles are injected in my back as well as in bum and costed me around Rs 1200/- who will bare this loss incurred by this poor service of MSRTC Shivneri ??? since I am faithful customer of Shivneri I felt really bad as i usually goes 5 or 6 times in month to Dadar by Shivneri when there are Volvo options like Neeta and etc are available to help me in less amount still I goes with Shivneri.                             Dear Sir / Madam, We have been facing this problem of Normal Buses with Nim-Aram Board not taking Mouda Stop on NH 6 on daily basis. On 23.09.2013 at 07.45 am when i asked bus-conductor that bus no: MH40/D8146 is (normal red color bus) then why it is not taking Mouda stop then he replied that this is Nim-Aram Bus. This has been happening with Bhandara Depo buses at Morning hours & Evening hours. Our Concern is if it is Nim-Aram Bus (Ashiad) then condutor should take Ashiad fair from passengars travelling in that Bus, but they recover only normal fair & do not allow Mouda passengers to travel in normal buses with Nim-Aram Board. All other depo like Tumsar, Sakoli, Nagpur, Gondia does not put Nim-Aram Board on normal buses. We request you to look into the matter & do the needful at the earliest. Awaits yr kind reply.                               I want to lodge complaint with regards to ST bus driver,from route Malad West SV Road.
                              Bus Details:
                              Destination: Shrivardhan (ST Bus)
                              Bus Timing : 7.30 am at Malad West

                              We were waiting for Bus from 6.45 am as we want to go to our village.
                              As bus timing is 7.30 am from Malad.But ST bus driver did not stop at bus stop.
                              And even we called Borivali ST stand depo for such case and ask them to stop that bus(shrivardhan)
                              at kurla.
                              As my dad is senior citizen of India.
                              Repect to be given and need to obey some kind of
                              discipline from Bus driver.

                              Hope such case doesn't happen to anyone.

                                Dear Sir
                                My self Santosh Patil from Sajani village of Kolhapur district is daily travelling from Sajani to Kolhapur for service and official work. It has been observed that, many times bus conductor Ajara to Ichalkaranji, Gadhinglaj to Ichalkaranji, Chandgad to Ichalkaranji, Kurundwad to Kolhapur, Nrusinhwadi to Kolhapur (excluding Radhanagari to Ichalkaranji and Gaganbavada to Ichalkaranji) are not allowing passengers to enter in the bus. They are stating that, this bus is not ordinary bus and will not stop at small villages in between.
                                Time and again I raised this issue at different platforms (including controller of Kolhapur division and Ichalkarnji depot), but they are also not willing to solve this problem and keep on giving false reasons. Conductors are not even bother to controllers and disobey their commands and do not stop at our villages. This make every day quarreling with conductors and create mental stress for all villagers. Senior citizens are facing problems, as they are unable to read nameplate and conductors did not board them for small bus stops.
                                One thing is that so called attitude of conductors lead to increase the private transportation and peoples are now not willing to travel by ST bus.
                                Conductor does not stop in-between even though bus is empty.
                                I hope you will take proper action against these culprits and hope we will get justice.

                                  Dear Sir,

                                  The State Transport Services have been cancelled on 14 Nov 2012. Due to Sugar Cane Strike and Rasta Band Andolan leaded by Mr. Raju Shetti.
                                  From that time I continuously complaining to ST Dept., Billing Gateway Dept. But nobody is bothered about the refund. I had booked the ticket online the Ticket details are below:

                                    Dear Sir / Madam,

                                    I have complaint about 1.45 hours i was waiting to get Chiplun To Mumbai ticket reservation at Chiplun ST stand.

                                    Yesterday [07.04.2013] this incidence was happened at the Chiplun ST reservation window.At 11:00 am i was standing in Que for the ticket & 12:45 pm i have got the ticket.Many times me & other customers have asking for the delay and counter person (lady conductor)) answered Internet problem & same intimated to IT support person & that IT support person was came after 1 hour & says BSNL net was very slow & continue disconnect.When i was cross verify then i found there is no Local area network [LAN] connection they are using data card.

                                    Suggestion.

                                    Please do not use Data card take net server [Local Area Network] & if possible then take Net service of TATA.

                                    I have requested to you please take action against this complaint & do the needful & this incidence never happened again with our customer.

                                      I am a Female working In Satpur MIDC, My official timings are from 9.00 am to 6.15pm.
                                      In the morning I take the bus for Satpur from Nashik Road, between 8.00am to 8.45 am and there are regular buses to Satpur at that time.
                                      In the evening I dont get the direct bus from Satpur to Nashik Road from 6.30pm to 7.15pm, so I take break journey From Satpur to CBS and then Shalimar to NashikRoad,
                                      I reach Shalimar by 6.45 pm but i dont get bus from Shalimar to Nashik Road upto 7.30pm.
                                      Since its a peak hour there is heavy rush during that time and its very difficult for a female person to get into the bus.
                                      Most of the times the bus just slows down and dont hault making the passengers run for it, which may also cause some serious accident.
                                      I request you to please look into the matter and do the neatful.
