Dear Sir/Madam,

Complaint 1:
Last Friday I was standing in the queue at Thane Vandana Talkies Bus Stand for current ticketing of Shivneri to Pune via Chandni Chwok.Just 1 ahead of me got the ticket and then conductor said it was full. I quietly got out from the line, but after sometime I saw there was a man sitting in Bus who was behind me in the ticket queue. When asked to the conductor, he din't even took effort to reply me.
I felt irated but then realised that he was an goverment officer.

Complaint 2:
http://public.msrtcors.com/ is one of the most unuser friendly site that I have came across.
Most of the times the site is very slow, I was not able to take printout of the ticket and had to pay the amount again.
Many a times there comes a page 'Connection Refused' when there is utmost urgency to book the ticket.
Last and most important, the ticket booked can be cancelled 2 days prior to the travel date. I don't know if the developers of the site (Trimax IT Infrastructure & Services Ltd.) are not able to develop it in such way or the Officials don;t think that people can have last minute cancellations because a similar facility is already provided in www.irctc.co.in
I request you to please do the needful from Passengers' side.

Most of the times the site is very slow, I was not able to take printout of the ticket and had to pay the amount again.
Many a times there comes a page 'Connection Refused' when there is utmost urgency to book the ticket.
Last and most important, the ticket booked can be cancelled 2 days prior to the travel date. Bus timing of starting point only is given, if we want book inbetween boarding point bus timing is not mentioned. then how could we know, when top report at boarding point.

    Dear All,

    Another case happened with me when I needed to travel from Thane vandana talkies stop to Chandni Chowk pune and had a reservation of the Asiad Bus on 8th April 2011 leaving Thane at 18:00 hrs.

    Ticket # 4410947

    I then had to travel in KSRTC bus till Belgaum.

    Ticket#115602 Z04/53 Zoo[protected].
    Amount Rs.133=00

    But due to same problem, that I was not ableto get printout of the ticket, I missed the bus, no need to say that the amount Rs.156=00 were lost on because of the site was very slow.

    I would like to request the authorities that please consider that there is huge traffic of commuters between Mumbai and Pune which regularly use website to book their tickets. Incidents like this is nothing but adds the already frustated life of commuters, since it is not only loss on money but time and energy of an individual. The matter also needs to be undersood by the Trimax Development team that the site should be capable enough to bear the load of maximum users on the site(e.g. Population of Maharashtra since they would be using MSRTC bus services)

    Any how I would be taking the matter with officials, not because of my loss of Rs.156=00 but because this needs to be recified soon.

    Also I request you to please transfer the Amount Rs.156=00 back to my account.

      Dear Sir,

      I am the residence of Mungurwadi, Dist. Kolhapur and frequently travelled to native place by Mumbai Central to Lingnoor bus.
      During said travel i have found dificulty as the said bus was previously running via Nipani to Sankeswar, Khandal, halkarni, Hirdugi, Kadal, Mungurwadi and then Lingoor which is now changed to Nipani to Gadhinglaj, Bhadgaon, Channekupi, Tanavadi, Nool, Basarge, Halkarni, and then Mumgurwadi Lingnoor. the said root is very lenghty and time consuming. Further there are no travellers and passengers available on the said root. travelling fiar also raised due to said changes.

      I therfore request you to kindly continue the earliar root for the said bus and chnaged the time as per the convinience of travellers.

          There is no BUS available between 9.30 AM TO 10.30 AM at Sangamer and that of at Akole between 17.00 hrs to 18.30 pm . So travelers have resort to private transport (Taxi) which is not too much safe.

          Travelers believe in reliable and safe services provided by the MSRTC staff.
          The administration of Sangamner and Akole MSRTC BUS depot to look into the matter thoroughly so as to avoid the inconvenience to the common people ultimately which can help to generate the revenue to MSRTC.

            There is bus which run between Shrirampur to Mumbai.The time of the bus is at 8.00AM.But due non availability of staff the bus delayed & not going out at specified time. Many employeea who make up & down are not reaching in time.Ultimately they have resort to private transport.

            The administration of Shrirampur Bus depot may please look into the matter thoroughly so as to avoid inconvenience to the travellers.

              I m staying in Vasai & working at Thane,my only mode of transport is ST bus via Ghodbundar Road.In evening hours i am catching the bus at Kapurbavadi- Thane. I want to file a complaint against the poor service & scheduled of Thane- Vasia ST buses. Vasai buses are never comes on time neither in the morning hours not in the evening. Their is not any particular time scheduled for Buses. Sometimes we are waiting more than 2-3 hours for the bus. Also the buses are over crowded that you unable to stand properly.If we enquired about the bus at bus depot every time there is the answer " bus just moved from the depot will reach in 10-15 mintes" which long lasted more than 2 hours. Sometimes bus arrived but never stop due to the over crowd or for any reason( mood of the driver & conductor).Most of the buses( vasai depot buses mentioned on the bus) are diverted to Borivali whereas there is continous buses for Borivali- in every 15 min. Yesterday we were waited for Vasai bus since 6.30pm to 8.15pm. there was one vasai depot bus arrived which was totally empty was diverted to Borivali. We do not understand earleir more than 20 buses went to Borivali then what was the logic to divert vasai bus to Borivali. don't they bother about vasai public who were waiting for so long. Since last 4-5 years we have submitted so many complaint letter in vasai depot but still no one has take up the matter seriously. Now vasai is under Municipal Corporation, at least now they have to take some progressive action against it.

                THIS IS A COPY OF E-MAILED TO MSRTC AS A COMPLAINT ON SAME DAY i.e. 2nd Dec 2010,
                BUT THERE IS NO REPLY FROM DEPARTMENT.
                Detailed report:
                On date 02.12.2010, I was standing at Request Stop at Ambedkar Chouk
                Bhokar where from one road is goes to your Bhokar Bus Stand and other
                one to Nanded. On above date one bus of Kinwat Depot came from
                Chandrapur to go to Latur at
                6.00 p.m. Your bus was directly diverted by driver to Nanded without
                reporting to Bhokar Controller and also not attended the standing
                approx 15 passengers at Chouk.
                I was knocking the door but there was no response from your employees.
                It is unbelivable that lot of pvt. services are available at the point
                of chouk and we avoid them to took secure service, but your employees
                are doing this type of service.

                  I took the Asiad 2x2 bus from Satara to Mumbai Central (Bus No MH12 EF 6896) on 28th of Nov, 2010 at 4:15 p.m. from Satara. The fair from Satara to Mumbai Central is Rs. 263. I gave him Rs. 313 and conductor was not having change of Rs 50, so he said he is give my 50 bugs afterwards. After reaching to Pune I asked for my Rs. 50, however conductor refused to give it back saying he has returned everyone's money and can't give me a single penny. After fighting also he was not ready to give single rupees.

                    i have allocate this ticket & make payment by SBI ATM Cum Debit Card (Card No[protected]) Payment is done with PR no[protected] But My Ticket is not Generate & also not sent on my mail id & my msrtc acount (manishzope). After that i am check same ticket avaibalality the ticket is available. So please Refund my Ticket Amount 354Rs.

                    Dear Sir,
                    I would like to bring in your knowledge regarding that you have launched / started new bus on dated 29 / 09/2010 Thane via Muambra, Khed Panhalje just was not yet over month and the service just to fragment under a plot yours Khed Depot and Thane (Khopat) officials have started Depot is. As far as I have heard and seen from directly above the public good of just getting response and people you used to book tickets online via computer two days ago but you have missed her by being too fragmented. Sir you the act you possess and you attain the achievement of its intent to people features of this act, but how many people you reach disservice to this and perhaps you have no idea why you also how the general public, So do not be. As far as I understand you're not human.
                    Sir, you really hate the institution of mutual discrimination and punishment you give people the general public why it is beyond our understanding and perhaps because of the above to date this type of organization is always in deficit even further continues, this institution in the near future neither will save you an angel nor God.
                    Sir, as I said this type of mail you will surely exasperating accost you on the way your officials enjoy us our money and city facilities to ignore you become a trend of people might have missed.
                    Yet I am to request you if you want to keep the institution alive please first all you have to solve public problems and you have to alert authorities to the popular sentiment.

                    MSRTC — no bus is available

                    I hv been standing since last 3 hour but still not getting any bus to go to villege zari jamni but when i asked then they didnt talk anything...i really irritated...

                      The Driver of Shivneri bus from Pune to Thane did not stop at Chandni Chowk.
                      He straight away passed me while I stood there helplessly waiving my hand trying to stop him.
                      This guys are pathetic.
                      MSRTC lacks the professionalism to operate Volvo service.
                      They are meant to operate this volvo service. This should be given to private companies.
                      This happened to me twice even though I had booked my ticket 3-4 days in advance,
                      I WANT MY MONEY BACK...OTHERWISE I WILL GO TO COURT

                      The MSRTC bus stop at Chandani Chawk in around 200-300 meters ahead of Chandni Chawk bridge. There is a small MSRTC cabin built there and an employee is stationed who help you board the right bus. Most people are not aware of it and they wait near Chandni Chawk bridge where other private buses stop. MSRTC buses stop at the designated place which is 200m ahead from Chandni Chawk bridge on the Mumbai highway and not below the bridge.

                        MSRTC ticket booking failed thrice

                        Yesterday I logged on msrtc.gov.in which is the site used to book Shivneri buses from Pune to Mumbai. Surprisingly, after money was deducted for the ticket from my ICICI bank account and money being paid through IndiaIdeas, the msrtc site said transaction unsuccessful.
                        Since I was in an emergency, I tried two more times. Again, both times, my transaction was unsuccessful but the money kept getting deducted from my account.

                        Ticket not Booked/Unsuccessful transaction

                        I tried to book ticket today, 16th September, 2010 at around 11:20 AM with following details

                        login ID: rbhutad
                        From Thane Vandana(THNVND)
                        To Chandani Chwok(CWK)
                        Bus: 17:31 AC Shivneri
                        Seat: 28(window)

                        The amount was deducted from my HDFC Bank Account but the ticket was not booked as the page displaying...

                        I had booked my ticket from pune to mumbai online via msrtc.com, but since it was late nigth and an urgency to travel I did not get chance to print the ticket, instead i saved the ticket in my laptop. Despite giving a proper ticket number and seat number the bus conductor did not agree. My place of boarding was parihar chowk, the driver instead of taking me took another passenger for the same seat and made money out of it, I then demanded a justice, but he yelled at me and made me cry, then he told you need to pay again for the seat u booked since i did not have a hard copy of the prinout. I dont understand the point in online booking, why the hell govt have this stupid system it means they dont understand that for some reason a person could not print it out they dont understand the meaning of online booking. I also asked him to check my name in the list and check my ticket name and check my passport for identity if they feel its fraud still the condutor did not listen and he took again 250 from me for the same seat.

                        I strongly agree with you, that the State Transaport have implemented the Online Ticket Booking System but at the same time not trained the staff such as Bus Conductors and Drivers.
                        Also we often face a rude behaviour from the Bus Conductors as if we are stepping in his property, whilst the Organisation says that ST is a public property and we should take care of it.
                        Although I have found a decent and helpful staff while travelling from Thane to Pune, I would mention the Depot Manager of Swar Gate an approachable and very understanding and very helpful fellow amongst the lot.
                        What a stupid complain. This is not possible for a ST conductor to verify e-ticket on all 43 traveler’s laptop.
                        There is clear cut policy of MSRTC to show your printed ticket with an id card and this is mentioned in MSRTC web sites as well as in your said E-ticket so you can’t deny that and can’t change the rule.
                        I feel what the ST conductor did is right for you and it is a punishment so that next time you should step-in to MSRTC with a Printed E ticket not with a laptop/smart phone.
                        I would say that the ST staff needs to be more educatcated on this front. Passport is considered as the most legal and confirmed document as a proof of identity. If the passenger is showing his/her passport for identity proof then i think there should be no denial for the accepting the ticket. Moreover, the conductors do have their own list against which they check the correctness of the reservations that the passengers hold (ideally by the names and may be some additional information that appears on the ticket such as - Trip Number, Ticket Number, Transaction Id etc.).

                        I strongly agree with the complain.

                        My very recent incidence that i experienced with MSRTC. I booked a ticket online from Borivali to Satara for the morning bus starting at 7:30 am from Borivali. The boarding point (as selected from the online booking) was "VILEPARLE (E) SAIBABA MANDIR". We were at the stop at 8 am anticipating that the bus will take atleast 30 mins to reach Vile Parle after starting from Borivali at 7:30 am. The bus did not arrive till 9:15 am and we were forced to take another but to Pune and then switch over to a different bus from there.
                        Why u call it as E-ticket (Electronic Ticket) then ??? i[censored] want printout of e-ticket.
                        And why should we pay double for the same ticket ?
                        I had similar experience this week, and i had to pay again to get aboard...the conductors were really stubborn and didn't cooperate..I agree its a very inconvenient rule, and MSRTC should reconsider its stance on compulsory hard copy of e-ticket.

                        Most consumer services now revolve around soft copy (SMS/ email proof) like in banks, cinemas, railways..all MSRTC need to worry about is identity proof, and they have the right to disembark the passenger if they dont have one.
                        I had the same experience today.I had to pay twice as well. It is not the mistake of that msrtc conductor...but all the conductors should be educated.
                        Whats wrong in showing the soft copy as long as there is a valid id proof.
                        Ridiculous rule of printing the ticket.
                        One more thing to add...I was travelling from Thane to Pune, The bus got punctured somewhere near lonavla, and I had wait for half an hour in the hot sun for another bus to come and then later tarvel standing till pune.

                          this is with regards to my stolen bag incident which happened while i boarded the first volvo from pune to Mumbai where i lost all my certificates marksheets passports mobile phones clothes and other articles worth close to 2 lakh rupees and i suspect a strong involvement of the driver The Volvo Bus in which this incident happened beared the number MH 11 T 9241 I had a confirmed flight from bombay to Delhi along with my wife which also went a waste as we couldnt board it as we had to lodge the complaint which took all day long my bus tkt numbers were 020047 and 020048 dated 1st September booked at 5 36am the bus drivers name is Suresh Dichukle and his mobile number is [protected] i need help the driver is summoned to nerul police station but is not showing up;

                            Dear Sir,
                            My mother age 64 years had to travel urgently to Mumbai (Mulund) and I made a full fare reservation for her on the net and arranged for the ticket on the Bus.
                            For want of ID proof of a 64 years aged lady was demanded to pay for the entire fare amount.
                            While she was travelling from Pune to Mumbai on 23-08-10 by MH 43 -- 2200 bus to thane the lady conductor has insisted her for it and forced her to buy another ticket by paying the full amount.
                            I dont understand is this a way to behave with a senoir citizen travelling alone and that too a lady.
                            At one end you grant discounts for Senior citizens and here is a case where you charge her double for want of ID proof which is only for security purpose to which I agree but what is the fun harrasing and charging an old lady travelling alone.

                            I would appreciate that MSRTC looks into the matter and does justice to people like my mother. Also I would like to have a refund for the same.

                            Also there is a complain that I wanted to make on your website which allows only 4000 character but generates an error with just 500 Caracters.

                            Will really appreciate to receive a positive response on the complain made.

                              i am having v good experience with Shivneri, too spacious, comfortable seating and good air condition....
                              prefer shivenri compare to any other travels or especially Neeta..........

                                On 13.06.10 we travelled from Chinchwad to Khopoli
                                By MSRTC Pune - Murud ST.We reached at khopoli at 17:00. We requested to conductor to stop the Bus at Khopoli Shilphata bus stop were all bus stopped regurally which are going towards Mumbai, Thane & Panvel side. He refused to stop & arrogently said that shilphata bus stop is not for Alibaug or Roha side buses
                                Kindly allowd to stop for all buses at Khopoli shilphata stop

                                i have also same experience and now stopped by going buses of MSRTC.
                                The all buses from pune or mumbai have stop in Ruikar Colony kolhapur, but at morning tiime they never allow to alight at ruikar colony.so many times arraogant conductorsand drivers had quarrel with me, but they are not improving.
                                thing is that they don't care for commuter or customer, they are getting salary ontime.
                                even mumbai - kolhapur highway is very good and with pune bypass, still many buses from mumbai goes to pune and then kolhapur-means taking 10 hrs.
                                again i have noticed one thing they people do not allow karnataka depo buses to stop in maharshtra premises. ideally karnataka bus staff behaves like human and very co-operative. since last 8 months i didn't went by MSRTC bus.
                                i use either pvt bus(konduskar or GPT/ Neeta only- no sana/fina, labbaaik, pawan). or use train.
                                i wish to stop this MSRTC and replace transportation from private company like tata or reliance.

                                I HATE ALL MSRTC STAFF. JUST HATE!!!

                                Today 24.10.10 Mumbai cent Medha BusNo.8344 Driver No.7610 & Condt.No.24626 was not enter in sion hospital stop & hole ther are five passenger was waiting for bus.sion depo controler also remark it.
                                kindly do needfull.
                                All buses from pune to mumbai are on fixed route .There is no mixed combination. people living on express highway route like wakad, chandani chowk, kothrud have no connection with cities on old highway like khopoli, pen, alibag and even panvel. Buses running via these areas run only on express haghway. They even don't go to panvel bus stand. Take outside route.So people in thease areas if they have to go to cities on old highway or alibag may try to change their route at places like lonavala. But there is a problem. buses running on express highway don't go to lonavala stand. They stop outside at food plaza.So passengers can not change their route easily.Likewise if people from pen, alibag, khopoli, panvel city have to go to kothrud, pashan, wakad they have to alight at shivaji nagar and again pay Rs 150 to auto and travel for 30 min. Therefore it is nacessary to have mixed combination like few buses from alibag to swarget and panvel to swarget should take old highway up to lonavala and then express highway via wakad, pashan, kothrud. Similar bus service should be there from swarget to alibag and panvel.

                                  Sir,

                                  On 28th May'10, I was travelling from Aurangabad to Nagpur in my car (MH14 BX 9689) along with my wife and daughters to see my Mother-in-law who is admitted in Hospital at Nagpur. At @ 8.45 am, Buldhana - Jalna bus bearing no. MH12 AJ 9454 crossed us near Deolgaonraja. In front of my car, one TRAX vehicle came in front of the bus and stopped the bus. Due to this the bus driver was angry. Then the trax driver took the car aside and went on his way. During this incident, I took my car extreme left and waited for clearance of the bus. But the bus driver dashed my car at the rear RH side and damaged my car deliberately (Damage photos are attached) and took the bus fast to ran away. The driver has done this wrong act even if I am at no fault. I think this act of the driver is very dangerous and may damage the society and people.
                                  I request to take the appropriate action against this driver to save the society.

                                    Hi,
                                    I am Dr.Anisha Nerurkar, I used the MUMBAI- PANJIM Shivneri on the 23/05/10 from Dadar to Kudal and then on 26/05/10 from Kudal to Dadar. On both the occasions i was dissappointed. I had my ticket issued till Kudal but i was asked to get down on the Mumbai Goa high-way, way before the ST bus stop for Kudal .Then for my return journey they could not inform me about the boarding point, I had to spend half a day running to the depot manager and the controller asking them to settle the issue, and the answer that I received was that its a new bus service and they had not yet finalised the point.Finally the bus was brought to the Kudal ST bus depot for that day through the co-ordination of the depot managers of Kudal and Sawantwadi.This is not the way a state transport should be working, where the ticket is issued but no boarding point is fixed.
