Money was not refunded

Sir, I have done online reservation on MSRTC site for bus from pune to mumbai. I added the account details. The money was deducted but then it showed cannot load page and my ticket was not done. Amount of Rs.379 was deducted from my account which i was told from MSRTC customer care will be refunded in 10 days but I didnt get it yet. Please look into the issue and provide the refund amount asap. Thankyou,...

I took shivneri bus no MH 11 T 9257 from Swargate to Thane on 24th January 2015 at 22.00 pm. The Board written on bus was from Swargate to Thane via Wakad and Mulund. Hirkani driver going off route

Hi team, Yesterday i have very bad experience regarding the pune to nagar travel by pune-kaannad bus which started from shivaji nagar on 5 PM sharp. I have paid normal fair 246 for aurangabad and it took more than 4 hrs to reach nagar only.when we did enquiry about the same we came to know that bus has speed lock so it can run more than 40km speed. Bus doesnt halt at Bremen Chowk, Pune
