I AM FROM MAHABALESHWAR AND FIND THAT MSRTC BUSES RUNNING LOCALLY WITHIN MAHABALESHWAR VILLAGES EG TAPOLA, DUDHGAON ETC I FIND THAT MSRTC GIVES CHANCE TO PRIVATE BUSES AND VANS THEREBY THEY ARE ALWAYS RUNNING LATE. PLEASE ENSURE THAT THEY MAINTAIN THEIR TIMINGS AND DO NOT CAUSE PROBLEM TO COMMUTERS.

    Hi There, There are always late buses from Paithan bus stand, specially for Pune. They always adjust/change their time depending upon the time of other buses like Ambad-Pune bus. Very frustrating work done by Paithan bus department. You have to look into this. Waiting for your reply.

      Dear sir/ madam, the behavior of Bus conductor of bus no. mh20bl 3254 was so abusive and arrogant with the lady passenger on 22 may 2015 the journey is from Mumbai (kharghar) to Pune ( Somathane phata). in this journey the language and the aggressiveness of conductor is not acceptable. You need to take action against this guy or we will go further as possible to him punish. we need strict action against this guy and looking for your kind reply. thank you.

          I have did reservation for ( 2 seats) MSRTC of bus Vithalwadi to Islampur (from Dombivali to Islampur for journey date 30.04.2015) on 20 th may 2015. At the time of journey I shown print out of e-Ticket, e-mail & also the message which is received from authorised MSRTC site after ticket confirmation to conductor with my Office ID proof but he is demanding for government ID proof I request him to accept the ticket but he is such a stupid person & talking roughly & loudly. He tod about that anybody can show the messege, it is not countable.Meanwhile we reach in to Panvel bus depot, I am going to meet the depot manager for help, but he is another stupid person named Mr. Jadhav, i think he don't know any rule about that because he disclose another demand he asking for two passanger ID proofs & age etc. & talking very roughly, I am requesting again & again but anybody not listening. Finaly he is issued a fresh ticket of Rs-850 /-. & also the conductor was shouting on 2-3 senior citizen without any reason during the journey. My question is where is "BAHUJAN HITAY BAHUJAN SUKHAY", ST is for helping the people not for harrasing people. KIndly look into the matter seriously. HOPE SOMEBODY WILL TAKE ACTION ON THE SAME.             I am daily travelling bhor to pune, when i was going pass renevation on today at 8 am. This dep not open when i was asked to enquiry dep they said pass dep will open on 9.30am. But when i was checked pass dep timing opening time is daily 7 am. Kindly confirm pass dep timing & why bhor dep is provided poor service to customers. My office time is 8.30 To 7.30, hence when i renew the pass as dep working is after 9.30 To 7.30.

                I have booked online ticket for Shivneri Bus leaving Nashik at 17.30 hours on 11.05.2015. The boarding point as mentioned in the online reservation and printed on my ticket is Nashik CBS Trip, PNEM0006922 Ticket No. 20875470 I was very new to Nashik City and I was not aware of the various bus stands and boarding points available at Nashik. I was at Nashik CBS from 17.15 hours to 17.45 hours and after enquiry it was revealed that the said Shivneri bus will start from Mela Stand, I have to enquire about it and rush to this stand with my luggage. To my surprise the said Shivneri bus did not halt at Nashik CBS. it was very painful that when your online site says that there is pick up at Nashik CBS then the bus must go to that stand for pick up. Again I have planed my journey as per the arriving time at Shivaji Nagar Pune i.e 21.30 p.m. Accordingly I have booked a cab for my pick up from Shivaji Nagar Pune, to my surprise the bus landed at Shivaji Nagar at about 23.45 p.m i.e almost 2 hours late and for this delay I have pay handsome of amount to the hired Taxi.While chating with the co passengers it was revealed that the minimum time taken from Nshik to Pune is more than 6 hours, whether this fact is not known to the S.T. authorities who have prepared and tested the online booking site. Now, I want to know the exact status for 1. whether Nashik CBS is the pick up point or not. 2. Whether the time table provided while booking online is correct or needs improvement Hoping for reply and the solutions to these issue. Pl note that I will take up the matter with higher authorities and or the ministry if I donot get the satisfactory reply and the steps taken to rectify the anomalies in the online booking site

                  Hi, Myself is yogesh shintre.I booked Kolhapur to Chinchwad Semi-Luxury bus ticket online for 05-Apr-2015 At 1:00 PM. This bus was unfortunately cancelled.so, I submit my ticket at kolhapur ST depot for refund. After 2-3 weeks, I inquire at kolhapur ST depot about the refund, they told that, ticket would be transfer to Vallabhnagar ST depot for refund. After this I inquire at Vallabhnagar ST depot for 5-6 times.Mr. Jadhav at Vallabhnagar ST depot told that the refund is already send to your account.but the case is still I didn't receive any refund, I show my bank statement to them as well.so they told me we can not do anything further.please can anybody look in to this I am very much frustrated.                     In the morning of 11th May 2015 at about 6:25AM Bus Number MH-40 N-N-9170 ( Chandrapur - Latur ) does not stop on schedule stop of Junona Square even 4-5 peoples ( all have to going to their job having daily bus passes ) shows hand sign to stop. Please do the needful action against that.

                      Online Ticket No :[protected] Passengers : Uday Kshirsagar & Uma Kshirsagar I had booked tickets of Shivneri Bus leaving at 5.30 from Nashik Mela stand to Shivajinagar, Pune for my parents on 7th May'15. As i am writing this complaint now, they are haplessly fighting with ARROGANT MSRTC STAFF. The concerned bus has arrived 2 hours late from its scheduled arrival and according to my parents, MSRTC AUTHORITIES at Nashik Mela Stand are holding the bus back till 8.00 P.M for no reason. That means there is unncessa ry DELAY of 3 HOURS in busy period such as summer vacations. My parents are Senior citizens and they are fighting a loosing battle with these ARROGANT AUTHORITIES. One of the reasons given by the authorities was that there were cancellations of tickets for 5.30 p.m Shivneri as other customers got frustrated due to non-arrival of bus and they cancelled their tickers. and these authorities are holding back the bus to fill up these seats which is completely not accepatable. I sincerely request to look into this matter at the earliest and save the exploit ation of passengers who are haplessly waiting at Nashik Mela stand for departure of their 5.30 p.m Shivneri bus.

                        Hi, I have booked ticket for my family from Indira college to Vandana talkies (last time) the timing was 11:25AM (because of some work only this timing is available on 11th hour) in the booking ticket. It was the month of MAY every body understand the temperature of the PUNE city in the Month of MAY. We all are waited till 1:40PM still the Thane bus is not reaching the Indira stop. We called 2 times to the call center[protected] they always told bus will reach in 10 min. When I tried for 3th time they disconnect my phone after half an hour tried phone is OUT of SERVICE. And such experience happen 2-3 times. Also ask co-ordinator at the Indira stop as usual they rudely behave and instead of help us they misguide to providing the wrong number. Also experience like when You book ticket of HIRKANI bus they merge 2-3 buses and tell us to adjust even we booked our seat. Unnecessarily accept the last seat. More over they offer us to go by the Shivneri to increase their business . How ridiculous the MSRTC service is ? If You are not providing the service properly let it handle by private bus with affordable prize. VERY BAD EXPERIENCE WITH MSRTC.

All the passengers including women Senior citizens were standing on road for more than a hour. The driver was so stubborn that he was not even calling to depot for exchange of bus.This are very denigrating remarks on msrtc we trust msrtc for safety and which they are failed to provide. Hard action should be taken on all such drivers who feigns during their duty and keep passengers at risk.

                              On 27th April, 2015 l and my lady friend were traveling from Ahmed nagar to pune on bus number MH20 BL2027 at 2:30pm to 6pm. We asked a man sitting on ladies seat to move and vacant the seat but he talked very badly to us and humilated both o[censored]s. He was very rude and no one in the bus stand for support. Even the conductor said that the ladies seats written on bus doesn't hold any meaning and we should go and sit at the back. The conductor too was very rude while talking to us. If these rules are diminished then why not removed from buses? Why these reservations are still written on buses? We two only were there who were speaking hindi;rest all were marathis, so the conductor and everyone supported that man and insulted us. Because of conductor, it gives support to eve teasers like that man to laugh at us. It was really a shame to face such incident in a diverse country like India and on a govt bus. No respect for women by msrtc, real shame.

                              You forgot that MSRTC is a government undertaking.
                              You are fortunate that the conductor didn't ask you to de-board the Bus.

                              But did you forgot that government undertakings are made by common people like us. And its not your or your bus conductors private bus that he could ask us to leave.
                              Yes I don't expect any favourable action from people like you who support such actions and break the rules. Because of people like you ladies in India regularly faces such insults and tortures.


                              Regarding ladies seats, even if you would be a part of that bus, you might also had enjoyed that. If ladies seats are not supposed to booked for ladies, then pls ask your service to remove that from bus.
                              But I don't at all expect anything from such govt. service which is run by people like you.


                              Thanks for realizing me that what a hopeless govt. service we had!

                                  Today since 10:15 i was waiting for bus at nerul (LP) bus stop. After 40 min bus came but stopped prior to bus stop. I ran to catch the same by the time driver started to move on so i tried to catch bus from front door. Driver started shouting, so i asked him bus supposed to be stop at bus stop. He started using abusive language and say don’t tell me the rules i have my own rules. Also asked me to take his name and log a compliant. Additionally he said i have union who is from his side so my compliant will get no support. I said ok, i will get it down and stand on the bus stand you stop the bus as per rule i will catch the same. Surprisingly bus conductor who supposed to be there, he was happy to sit and watch the discussion. Driver doesn’t have fear hence he didn’t stop the bus on the stop, so i could not able to catch the same. I just wanted to know why those unions are supporting to such drivers who doesn’t have basic manner. How both the driver and conductor are useless. Bus number is MH20 0021 towards panvel.

                                    This is with regards to incident happened today 22-04-15 at 9:00-9:15 am on thane Belapur road near Turbhe station. The driver of Shivneri Volvo bus no MH-04-Q-76 to thane from Pune (I am not sure about serial no ….if it was only Q or something else) was driving recklessly cutting the lanes causing dangerous situations for other commuters traveling on road. He was not wearing uniform and the way was driving, I doubt that he was under influence of alcohol. MSRTC should investigate this matter further and take stern action to discourage rash driving. Safety of people not only travelling in buses of state transport but also commuting on public road should be given top most priority. Hope for immediate action.

                                      Daily passenger of "pune to kalwan" bus. i today on 17 april 2015 travelled by this bus. scheduled time of this bus at sangamner is 6.00 am but it arrived on 6.40am at sangamner due to this I reached lateto office at nasik. half day sallary will be deducted. to cover this late delayed time driver was driving very roughly. missed 2 times accidentin this journey. please ask msrtc to strict on timeline in the interest of passengers time and safety.

                                        GREETINGS SIR/MADAM, I Siraj from hyderabad booked reservation of ticket for MSRTC bus on 15/04/2015 thats yesterday at hyderabad MGBS bus station bound towards MUMBAI CENTRAL(MCT) at 7:25 PM which was to leave the bus stand at 9.30 PM.for me and my brother-in-law, thats for two persons, the ticket no.is 20506343 .The ticket cost is 1684 including reservation charges.However due to change of program by my brother--in-law i went back MGBS at the MSRTC counter opp to platform no.48 where Mr.Lakhan has booked my ticket and asked him to cancel my reservation and give me refund or post pone my travel to Friday or Saturday night .He said he will give 50% refund which is the only option available .But for 15 mins he dilly dallied the matter by saying he will look into system for cancellation and give me refund.when it was beyond 8.30 Pm which is reservation deadline for the day, he checked ticket number which 20506343 and shown me as unable to give refund as WB is already generated .When i was shouting on his head for the urgency of matter, he still acted in a dastardly manner .He is the most adamant and self centric customer service official I have ever seen.I did not board the bus and remained back in hyderabad.Im attaching the scan of ticket which is without any strike mark by conductor or T.T which means it is still unused ticket.I want the refund or reschedule of ticket which is about Rs.1700 which isn't a small amount to be ignored.Pls treat this matter seriously.
