There are no express buses except Degloor-Aurangabad early in the morning are plying from Degloor to the district headquarter Nanded. I don't understand the exact reason behind it why the DM of Degloor MSRTC depot took such a silly decision. On the contrary, there are so many super express buses of Mukhed & Biloli depots run to the same destination. Under the name of "Jaadaa gaadi" Asiad Nim Aaraam buses with heavy fare are plying from Nanded to Degloor with three stoppages. These jada gadis belong to Nanded Depot. oOn the same route with same destinations express bus are plying but not a single express bus of Degloor Depot is moving. This is so ridiculous. I hope the concerned competent authority will look into the matter and take a prompt and positive action at the earliest possible.

    On 26.05.2012, I was going to Mahabaleshwar with my wife and two daughter. The Pune Station to Mahabaleshwar Asiad bus came at Swargate S T Stand at 7.20 hours which would depart at 7.30 hours (Asiad Bus Number MH 12 EF 6703 Conductor Name P S Paushe {written on Ticket}). The conductor was very rude and misbehaving with public. As soon as bus came at swargate St Stand, he stand at the door of bus and saying that nobody will enter in bus as there is reservation. He was pulling the crowd out of the bus by abusing to the public. He was beating me and also beat me by his leg and tell that i will not take you in this bus. My daughter age 10 year seat on seat No 48 and 49 behind the driver but he pulled her out of the bus. Then i complaint at the inquiry counter and told them the problem of the conductor but the inquiry counter employee was also took his side. In this case there was only 13 seats reserved, then why that conductor pulled out the public, beat me, pulled out my daughter from the seat. The behavior of the conductor was very rude and may be he was consuming liquor. This should be inquired and disciplinary action should be taken against the conductor. I hope the action will be taken.

    Dear Sir,
    I Mr. Manoj C. Naik, (M.TECH), working in Printing industry, staying at Belapur, Yesterday dated 14/11/2012 at 1.00 pm i was with my friend travelling from Nalasopara to Kalamb. I asked conductor Mr. A.A. KHAN (Bus No.: MH 14. BT 2008) to give me 2 tickets of kalamb. I gave him 50 Rs. note and change of Rs. 11 if he requires any. he said give me exact change in harsh word. I said i dont have more change. He used very wrong language and insulted me in front of passenger and pushed me said "shut up dont teach my duty". I went to Nalasopara west S.T. depot to complain in this regard. But I shocked when i faced full staff of S.T. depot they all were his collegues. Blamed me that you only responsible for such of our behaviour. and challenged me to complain anywhere. Sir if such behaviour they can behave with me then what we can expect that how they will be behaving with common illeterate, poor people. I want fair justice in this regard as soon as possible.

      प्रवाशांच्या सेवेसाठी असं ब्रीदवाक्य अभिमानानं मिरवणारी एस. टी. आता खरंच प्रवाश्यांच्या सेवेसाठी आहे का हा प्रश्न पडावा असा किस्सा परवा मी अनुभवला. मी 27 मे रोजी सोलापूरहून सांगलीला येत होतो. रात्रीचे साधारण 10.30 वाजले होते. सांगोल्याच्या अलिकडे रेडिएटर गरम होऊन बस बंद पडली. एका प्रवाशाने धावाधाव करुन पाणी आणलं. ते रेडिएटरमध्ये टाकून गाडी सुमारे पाऊण तासाने सुरु केली. सांगोला बस स्थानकावर चालक वाहकांनी छान पोटभर जेवण केले पण, डेपोत जाऊन गाडी दाखवली नाही. जेवण झाल्यावर गाडी निघाली आणि शिरढोण जवळ आल्यावर पुन्हा रेडिएटर गरम होऊन बंद पडली. यावेळी रात्रीचे साधारण 1.30 वाजले होते. थोडावेळ थांबून प्रयत्न केला, पण गाडी सुरु झाली नाही. शेवटी मागून आलेली आंबेजोगाई डेपोची कोल्हापूर गाडी थांबविण्यात आली. पण या गाडीच्या वाहकाने डे ची गाडी आणि नाईटची गाडी असा विषय करत प्रवाशांना गाडीत घेण्यास नकार दिला. यायचे असेल तर फरकाच्या रक्कमेची तिकीटं घ्यावी लागतील असं अडवणुकीचं धोरण स्वीकारलं. खूप वाद झाला. पण शेवटी त्यानं फरकाच्या रक्कमेची तिकीटं घ्यायलाच लावली. या घटनेनं माझ्या मनात काही प्रश्न निर्माण झाले.
      १) सोलापूर ते सांगली हे अंतर दिवसा आणि रात्री बदलत नाही. एस.टी.ची बस ही दिवसासाठी वेगळी आणि रात्रीसाठी वेगळी नसते. मग दिवसा आणि रात्रीसाठी वेगळे वेगळे दर का असतात ? ही प्रवाशांची सेवा आहे की प्रवाशांची लूट आहे ?
      २) दिवसाची बस बंद पडली यात प्रवाशांचा काय दोष ? त्यांनी जादा पैसे का मोजायचे ?
      ३) बस नादुरुस्त झाली तर प्रवाशांना पुढील प्रवासाची सोय करुन देण्याची जबाबदारी कुणाची ? रात्रीच्या वेळी ही सोय करणे महत्वाचे की जादा दराची तिकीटे काढा म्हणून अडवणूक करणे ?
      या प्रश्नांची उत्तर मला मिळाली नाहीत. पण इतकं नक्की की या घटनेन एक मात्र झालं की, प्रवाशांच्या सेवेसाठी असणारी एस.टी आता तशी राहिली नाही. ती व्यवसायिक झाली आणि आता प्रवाशांना लुटायला लागली का ? असा प्रश्न मला सतत सतावू लागला आहे.

        Dear Sir, I am a regular commuter from Khopoli working in Nerul, New Mumbai. My work finishes at 9pm. Their are now bus service from panvel to khopoli as all the State transport buses plying between Panvel to Pune say that they go by expressway. And when we ask the bus conductors, we get a very rude and harsh reply. Even the persons sitting at Panvel bus stand do not listen to us. And one more thing observed is that the Buses which are going through Khopoli also dont take the passengers by saying a lie that they are going by Express highway. Sir it seems that the express highway has become a curse for the people travelling to Khopoli.After working whole day we have to run hither and thither for requesting private vehicles to take us to Khopoli. Sir, the problems we people of Khopoli are facing cannot be expressed in words. It is my request from the depth of my heart to please take the matter to the concerned authorities.

          Dear Sir / Madam,

          Its been two moths that I am travelling in S.T Bus. Every time I have observed that Drivers stop on local Dhabas (Hotels) for about 25 to 30 min. I have never seen or heard any rule about this. We choose S.T. (MSRTC) Services because it is reliable. But now it not like that. Every time we have to waste our 30 min. Is it like every government firm has to be corrupt? Because of this we choose other transport and they cram people like animals. I dont know what traffic police is doing? If everything is going to be this way, then how the common people should survive?

            I had booked ticket for Pune to Mumbai journey dt 07/05/2012 time 06;45 am in morning it was around 7 then to bus with time 6;15 bus was not departed more over the main officer asking the people to sit in one bus the another official telling the passenger to board another bus.the bus timing which had scheduled timing of 6;45 departed at 7;20 causing delay to passenger which had to report to office as it was monday most of them were offce going.

              I had booked 2 tickets from Wakad, Pune to Panvel and Vashi on 27th April 2012 in 8:00 p.m. Mumbai Central from Swargate. The bus driver and conductor did not stop the bus at the boarding point. I want refund for both the tickets. An action should be taken against such irresponsible bus driver and conductor. My ticket nos are 8808172 and 8808679. Hope you would help me.

                Subject : No bus facility provided to common people in vasai
                Dear Sir
                I am a local resident of papdy , vasai West ,(Mumbai) ,Dist : thane 401201. I and almost all people travel from vasai to Mumbai for job I have been traveling for last 10 years . we have to take a auto from papdy to naigaon station everyday as there is no public transportation facility at all in this area .as we leave to work In the morning and come home late at night there r no auto available in this area to go to our house. As the rate of hire a auto is sky high here.
                The common man can not afford this kind of rate to travel to work everyday . and I am been facing this problem from last 10 years I have complained many times but there is always no response from the authorities. As if we r cats n dogs o them they don’t even see that a man who has to go to work early in the morning he has to walk 1 km till the main road just to take auto to station. and the frequency of auto is very very very low we have to wait for 2 hours just to take a auto to station.
                I am disappointed because your Maharashtra State Road Transport Corporation in vasai as they r not providing any public service which is very much problematic to the general public n this has to be changes so other people donot suffer the thing that I have been going through from last 10 years
                To resolve the problem I would appreciate your I would pleade to the Maharashtra State Road Transport Corporation to provide a bus facility to the general public from papdy to naigaon station..

                Dear Sir,

                I also agreed with Mr. Larryson Rodrigues. People have to travel by train only for not available of bus facility from Nalasopara / Vasai to Mumbai. For this, there is a heavy rush in the train and lots of accident occurs. Although Maharashtra is one of the most advanced State in India, but the activeness of Maharashtra State Road Transport Corporation towards Vasai, Nalasopara is very poor, which is not expected form the State like Maharashtra.

                To resolve the problem I would appreciate your I would pleade to the Maharashtra State Road Transport Corporation to provide a bus facility to the general public from Andheri to Virar station.

                  I was booked ticked in MSRTC.COM for Vashi Depot to Rajgurunagar. That bus is started fron Andheri Versova, As per the information given by depot supervisor that bus is available from vashi vashi depot not from vashi highway, that same information is given in ticket but that bus is gone without reaching vashi depot. When i was discussed with depot supervisor about that wrong information, all staff are talked with very rude behavior. My ticket no is 8622592

                  MSRTC — wrong fare charged

                  I boarded in bus MH 20 BE 2706 from Manapada, thane for Kashimira on 27.08.2013 at 18:32. I have been charged from Thane to Borivali Rs.29. Bus controller said fare will be charged from first stop to last stop irrespectice of location I board from. I would like to know if it is a correct practice?

                    THIS BUS STARTED FROM AURANGABAD 11.15 AM.
                    WHEN BUS ENTER IN TARAPUR BUS STAND THE CONDUCTOR TOLD EVERY BODY TO GET DOWN THIS BUS IS FAIL BECAUSE OF BELT .
                    WHEN HE ENQUIRE IN DEPOT THE BELT IS NOT AVAILABLE ,HE SAID HE HAS TO PURCHASE OUT SIDE AND IT WILL TAKE MINIMUM 2 HOURS.BUT ALL TRAVELLERS I WILL ADJEST IN OTHER BUS ,
                    I AM TAKEN ATICKET UPTO NIGDI,SO MANY OTHER TRAVELLERS ALSO THERE .
                    IN BETWEEN ONE BUS HAS CAME THERE OF PEN AGAR (MH BT-2048.)
                    CODUCTOR TOLD ME TO CATCH THIS BUS I AM GOING TO ASK HIM TO ALLOW.
                    MEANTIME SOME PASSENGER RTYING GO IN THE BUS BUT LADYCONDUCTOR REFUSE TO TAKE INSIDE.SHE SAID LET BUS REPAIR AND COME IN THIS BUS.AND SHE SHUT THE DOOR.
                    THE CONDUCTOR START REQUESTING HIM TO TAKE THIS PASSENGER INSIDE BUT HE DENIED TO TAKE.HE STARTED THE BUS THE CODUCTOR STANDS IN FRONT OF THE BUS AND FORCE HIM TO TAKE PASSENGERS INSIDE .
                    BUT THAT BUS MH -BT 2048 DENIED AND RAN AWAY.

                    THEN WITH OUR CONDUCTOR WE ALL PASSENGERS MEET TO CONTROLLER HE ALSO NOT HELPING US,AND TOLD TO CONDUCTOR LET THEM WAIT FOR 1 HOURS OR 4 HOURS.
                    THEN WE ALL MEET TO MR SHIVALKAR OF THAT DEPOT THEY HELP US SEND ONE OFFICER TO ASK OTHER BUS TO TRAVELS.

                    BUT WE HAVING MANY QUESTIONS,
                    WHY ALL BUS IS UNDER ONE ROOF WHY THEY NOT GIVING ENTRY.
                    ARE THEY QWNER OF THE BUS.
                    NOT LISTNING TO CONTROLLER AND THEIR COLLEGE CONDUCTOR.
                    IS THIS A PUBLIC TRANSPORT OR PRIVATISATION PROCESS ALREADY OVER.
                    WHEN BUS IS EMPTY 40% AND PASSENGERS ARE ONLY 10-12,WHY THEY ARE NOT ALLOWED.
                    WHAT WILL HAPPENED FOR THE COMPLAINT WHICH WE HAD WRITTEN THE TARAPUR BUS DEPOT REGISTER.

                      M.S.R.T.C. has taken the responsibilities to transport the people between Thane - BHiwandi and Kalyan- Bhiwandi sectors. It is so horrible, unsystematic, un professionally managed that every day passengers suffers.
                      There is NO Management at all in these routes. The callous officers just give excuses and counting the salaries and perks. The worst situation found in the year 1984 and the same situation is found in the year 2012 too.
                      The matter can be controlled within a day! Yes, just within a day. Those who are taking salaries either do not know , or do not want to solve the problems. .
                      The people do not have any sympathy towards those people with khaki uniform as they do not have any sympathy to a police man or Politician.
                      People pay to M.S.R.T.C. what fare they demand, then why not the services are not improved?

                        I am a daily traveler from Shenoli to Karad from Tasgaon Bus(9:30Am) since past year. I was observed that the conductor of this bus named
                        Mr. S.L.Mali who does not give ticket to the passengers not received to passengers (Maximum passengers are from Shenoli to karad. ) & take all money into his pocket. Before this complaint we the travelers was put complaint in writing but there is no solution come out, passengers are suffers from that and his behavior with passengers is not good. Kindly Look into the matter.

                          Hi!

                          I am very sorry to say but the complaint I am writing is without any hope of getting resolution.But this is just one way for my satisfaction, that I have reduced my anger on government.

                          I travel to Pune very frequently & while travelling I have experienced this several times.
                          This time during my travel from Pune to Thane via semi Luxury bus no MH07 C 7262,the conductor diverted the bus to Panvel & took the bus to ST stand in panvel for diesel filling.
                          When a passenger asked the bus driver about the change of route, he didn't answer but behaved rudely.The bus conductor was not having logbook also with him.
                          The bus timing from Pune was 18.15pm i.e 6.15 evening but the bus arrived around 6:35 pm & left at 6:40pm.
                          It reached in Thane at 11:15 pm i.e almost 5hrs.Hence I have decided that I will never travel by Bus in the evening either it is Semi Luxury or Shivneri.
                          The reason being, we are paying for the ticket , but still we are not getting proper service.Instead we are harassed mentally & physically.
                          So if you people can actually figure out any solution it would be good for people who will be using MSRTC services in future.But from now onwards atleast I will never travel by MSRTC.

                            I am weekly Travellling From Swarget Pune to Umadi (Tal- Jat, Dist Sangli) with Swarget - Bijapur Day Ordinary Express In that Bus Conductor Mr. P. Bhujbal vide Bill No. 0140993 is behave towards Passengers he is not return any amount less than Rs. 10/- e.g. The Ticket is 142/- he take Rs 150/- from passenger and doesn't pay back when the passenger ask the him than to pay 142 Rs otherwise pay with 150/- when the customer asked to pay out of 150/- Ticket than Conductor replying you dont come with this bus. leave the bus.

                            2) Uneducated Passengers come towards BUS and asked to some thing Than the Answers from Mr. Bhubal I am not your Personal Assistant the Board is Infront of Bus Read it and Sit.

                            I have traveled through MSRTC Bus no MH80 N-8149 Dt. 1 Dec 2012 from Nagpur to Warud ( Bus starting from Nagpur at 11:13 AM.I have seen The conductor of bus is giving tickets to only new people and the regular travelers tickets were managed by him with less money paid. even i have observed lot of gossiph with the regular travelers and ticket management was clearly observed with their communication with conductor.App 15 to 20 tickets were managed. when the bus was about to reach Warud depot he received a call on his mobile, bus stopped, all managed tickets were given. It means all the flying ticket checker information were reaching to him.This clearly shows wide spread corruption and many MSRTC people may be involved from Nagpur or Warud Bus Depot.I feel this is a regular affair & thus state exchequer or MSRTC are looted.Same was observed when I returned from Warud to Nagpur by Bus no.MH40 N - 9635 Dt 1 dec 12 ( Bus timing from Warud 17:39.)One more conductor attitude was just to right all balance money on ticket in spite it was observed change with him.I was also observed that after taking full ticket money the poor villagers was not given tickets.
                            Thus how remote villagers are looted & managed . I hope Higher MSRTC Authority will take a note of it.

                              in this government sector the officers use mechanical ladies staff for clerical work and its effect on other mechanical staff.also the clerical work is completed by this staff thats why there is no chance to recruit new clerical staff in the firm.also its affect on other mechanical staff because that ladies mechanical staff work also on them so it is a like a load so kindly do somthing for this if after this complent there is no emprovment in firm then i will take some serious action against this government office.

                                I had to travel from Shrirampur to Pune on 02/10/2011 at time 5 pm that is 17:00.
                                So i have booked the ticket for the same using MSRTC Reservation system.I booked it successfully and also money deducted from my account(Attachecd the ticket).
                                But when i reached at the bus stand controller told me that this bus is no longer scheduled at the time i have booked.
                                So my complaint is As they have not scheduled the bus at that time they must have updated their reservation system and i should not have booked the ticket.
                                If the scheduled bus is cancelled there has to be a refund option but they are not providing any such option.

                                  my subject is change the bus from amravati to bhopal ST BUS (MSRTC). I am all ready 3 time complaint for ST dipo amravati but my problem is not solution. this bus are not comfortable for this rout. Amravati to bhopal 410 KM and running time is 11 hours . And bus are not comfortable for this rout .

                                    Dear Sir,

                                    I had 3 seats booked in the Thane CBS to Chincholi ST bus. The ticket booking reference is A1864017 ticket[protected] .The seat numbers are 27,28 & 32 journey date 31st Aug 2011. Our scheduled boarding was at the Airoli Circle. The driver on the ST bus for this journey was Mr.Pagare. We had been waiting for the bus at the Airoli circle from 12.45pm till 3.25pm. On enquiring about the bus delay I was shocked to know that the driver rerouted the bus from Thane directly stopping at Rabale stop without any prior intimation or information. I strongly protest the utmost negligence by the MSRTC and valuable loss of time & money and severe inconvenience caused to me and my family. I expect an explanation and apology for the severe inconvenience caused to me and my family and immediate arrangement for the refund of my ticket expenses.

                                      I would like to bring in notice of the State Transport (ST) buses services authorities and the state transformational ministry regarding the un-humanely, disorganized, careless, non professional and very corrupt and disturbed bus services operations at Bhiwandi bus stand,
                                      There are around 15,000 – 20,000 people travels from Bhiwandi to Thane for the employment needs (service persons), students, patients and others, ST is the only available source of traveling and everyone has to rely on this, but there is a major problem in the buses operations from bus depot management and staffs, Bhiwandi bus depot is highly corrupt, there is no attention towards duty timings, there is no attendant there is no system to hear public problems, people has to wait an hour to catch the buses even some time more than that, and no buses, while depot is enjoying the monthly & quarterly bus passes fare collection, why they do issue the passes when they do not have sufficient bus services
                                      Can some one take a note of this, and hear our problem, please organized the betterment of bus service operations, make in line the system,
                                      The other routes are also affected:
                                      Bhiwandi – Thane & Thane – Bhiwandi (Both route bypass and local)

                                        Dear Sir,

                                        I have booked two bus e-Ticket from online MSRTC site . On the travelling date 02-08-11 from Shivajinagar-Pune to Buldhana our bus timiming was 20.00 hours and bus came on 20.15 hours. we have asked controller about the bus and he also replies that your bus is Pune to Malkapur which is comining right now,

                                        When bus came we both were sit in the bus, there was heavy rainfall in pune and we have very much of tired . after bus was away from bus stand bus conductoer checked our reservation and told us that there is no any reservation in this bus.

                                        we need to take freash ticket of Rs 706 on that day.

                                        We have strong mental problem on that day as we do not carry any money and when this situatuion occored we need to demand money to passenger and then we could travel

                                        if E -tickets are now available then why MSRTC is not properly manage the same. We have demanding compensation of RS 150000 each against metal harreshment against this.

                                        we request the court to please exmine the our problem and give the proper justic.

                                        sir,

                                        It is to submit that there are no. of pax travelling on WR route to-n-from Borivali, therefore, no. of pax. alighting at Borivali to proceed their designations located at CR, Thane, Navi mumbai and other suburban areas, as there are no convenient buses at midnight at Borivali sukharwadi bus deposit between 0330 hrs till 0545 hrs and during this odd hours pax. has stranded not less than 2 hrs between odd posiotions as no conveneit shelter is available especially ladies and old pax.

                                        Therefore, it is appealed to your kind gesture to ST buses are made available from borivali to thane, at least at 0330 hrs, 03-55 hrs and 0420 hrs in morning to get relief WR executive working on surat ahmedabad belt having their lovely home at thane and around areas.

                                        It is pertinnt to mention herethat that at this odd hrs there are hundreds are pax. people to enhance MSRTC revenue ane convenient to comman man.
