Today Dated 1.4.2015 was travelling in MSRTC bus On JAMKHED-NAGAR-PUNE having Ticket NO :-049237 time:-09:24:20, While going Pune Bus stopped at authorised S.T Hotel having Name "Viraj Garden" i asked at counter for Water Bottle having M.R.P 18rs but he sold me at 20 rs.

    Refund of Bus ticket fare

    I was done the reservation of HYD to NANDED bus of the 10.30 pm. on 27 March 2015 and i was waiting that bus till 12.45 am at JBS bus stand till that time bus was not came .it was got cancelled and I was done online reservation so please Refund my bus fare as it was fault by MSRTC.     Dear Sir, I was coming from Shirdi to Manmad ( Maharashtra) on dated 29/03/2015 through Bus name Pune -Nandurbar ( Bus No-: MH-20BL, 1953). During travelling i observed that bus fare from Shirdi to Manmad is Rs.63/- only & as i have not rupees change i have given Rs.500 /- to bus conductor, bus conductor replied that i have no change & i will give you once your detination is come . However, after reaching one Village named as Yeola, bus driver stop the bus at highway Hotel named as Hotel Manas Veg. & Non - Veg. Both Bus Driver & bus conductor were started Lunch along with Gossiping . As i want to Pick the Train from Manmad which is expected to come at Railway Station on 11.30am, i request to both bus conductor & Bus driver for completing the Lunch at fast without doing any gossiping which they were doing since last 45 minutes as at that time round the clock is 11am. After requesting to both, Bus driver using very Harsh language along with very abused words in Marathi Language ( example -: Madarchod, Bahenchod, etc. etc.) in front of Ladies which in bus . Bus Driver is also saying that government is not providing any meals for us & this is our duty to stop the bus at anywhere & do the Lunch with Gossiping & there is no time limit for us on Luch & Gossiping . He was also asked whatever you want to do, you do but we will not started the bus once the Lunch of 1.30hrs is completed. After huge request of me & along with Passanger which trevelling along with me, bus driver started the bus on 11.15am. After reaching the manmad on 11.40am, bus conductor refused to give balance amount of Rs.437/- & used very harsh language that i will not give balance Money . You do what ever you want to do. Due to above scerinio, also i miss the Train & lost Train Reservation of Rs. 2450 /- . So request you please take necessary action for both Driver & conductor . Bus Conductor are very Young, hardly age of 28-30 Years with Black Skin. With the hope of any Fruitful positive response.       I m a regular Passenger From BelapurTo IGPLl, And i am Working in Taloja M.I.D.C Daily Bus Go Before 8:40am& I come at 8:38am But The bus Driver Could'nt Stop the bus at that place When there are 2-3 passenger is weaiting for the bus including me because of this i cant reach the office at right time, And this Think is Happen twice or Three time with me at the same bus And same Driver because of this my Office boss given me Late mark Memo .. this think is happen regularly with me n some of my friends n traveller of this route so i think that u have to take strict action on that or not happen it again with anyone ... And this think is not stop please look into matter regards surendra mane TaLoJA [protected]

        ST bus conductor have NO value about the people travelling in ST, although there behavior is also very arrogant, gives always invalid reasons to not to stop at legal stops My father have some physical problem and i wanted to go fast at home, i also told the bus conductor OF ASHIYAD PUNE SOLAPUR 8PM, ST NO 7980 and driver about the situation but he neglected and having stop at SAGAR DHABA ON PUNE SOLAPUR ROAD NEAR CHOUFULA AND MY STOP WAS JUST AFTER 3 KM WARWAND FROM THE DHABA. THIS STOP IS RARE IN LOCALITY AND HAVING CHANCES OF ROBBERY HOW COULD THESE PEOPLE SO CARE LESS ABOUT US??? AND ALSO THE ST MAHAMANDAL???

          bus conductor not returned remaining amount

          Dear sir, . Complaint of : Mr R.M.Patil (mstrc bus conductor chopda depot) I was travelling from chopda to pune by msrtc night express bus on dated 15.03.2015. For ticket i was given Rs.600 /- to bus conductor mr. R.M.Patil (his no. is 19116 from chopda depot). He has given me ticket of Rs.529/- & not returning remaing amount due to unavailability of change money. So i request him give me remaining amount later as i m travelling...

            Hi, I had booked a ticket from msrtc site for 5th March 2015.The bus was from Swargate-Thane @15:45. The boarding point for the bus was Wakad and the time to arrive the bus at Wakad was 16:07.I was waiting for the bus till 19:30 but the bus failed to arrive at Wakad.I called several times on the given number to Swargate so that they can help me up but he told me that I dont know.Is this the way to talk to a customer? and how can a bus be cancelled if there is an reservation? I didn't receive my money(i.e. 205/-) back.I want my money to be credited to my account ASAP.

              Today ( 05.03.15) at 10pm I left from Pune, shivaji nagar to Nashik with semi luxury bus. That bus got some problem at Sangamner at 3.00am. After that another bus is not arranged by MSRTC. All employees of MSRTC available there send all passengers by buses which are alredy full. All the passengers of our bus has travelled standing from sangamner to Nasik. We all have done online prior bookings and paid RS 318. How MSRTC can send reservation made people's to stand for 2 n half hours. Please take necessary action.

                I am weekly up down pune to tenbhurni and tembhurni to bhosepati. and from tembhurni i traveling in nashik-pandharpur, a.nagar-pandharpur, malegaon-pandharpur etc. and from tembhurni i take ticket pandharpur and land at BHOSEPATI. All bus support and help us i satisfied wits ST. But, today i am traveling with st and i waiting ST bus on tembhurni st stand. and at 17.20 pm there come ST NASIK-PANDHARPUR ST BUS no. MH.14.BT.4081. this bus conductor buckle no. 626078 He said "karkamb ha stop nahi gadi karkamb la thambnr nahi v bhosepatila pan thambnar nahi" sadar conductor yani mala v baki passenger yana karkamb cha stop nahi mhanun gadit ghetale nahi.tari yogya ti karwai vhavi v sadar ST bhosepati-karkamb yathikani thambanebabat suchna dyavyat. hi namra vinanti.

                  Sir, This is to inform you that, on[protected], I have booked one Asiad Bus ticket No. 19850717 for seat No. 35 & 36 for Shivajinagar To Belgaum bus of 11.00 p.m.from Swargate to Belgaum on[protected]. But due to some unavoidable circumstances, it was not possible for me to perform the journey on that day. Also. the condition of the bus ticket was not so good as it was spoiled and damaged. The cost of the bus ticket was Rs. 940/- only including the reservation charges of Rs. 14/- only. On[protected], I personally went to Swargate depot and met Mr. Sawant, the Depot Manager and explained my problem & shown to him the condition of the bus ticket. But without considering my hearing, request and appeal also he straight away refused the case and denied refund to me. I request you to kindly suggest me the way out for this for getting me the refund of my unused ticket. An early action in this regard is highly appreciated. Thanking you, Yours sincerely, ( Uday G.                     Sir, I have done online reservation on MSRTC site for bus from pune to mumbai. I added the account details. The money was deducted but then it showed cannot load page and my ticket was not done. Amount of Rs.379 was deducted from my account which i was told from MSRTC customer care will be refunded in 10 days but I didnt get it yet. Please look into the issue and provide the refund amount asap. Thankyou,

                      Drivers are rude and Rash drivers Hi Team, Please note I am daily traveller from Hinjewadi Phase3 to Phase1 daily buses drove by the drivers are very Rash. Today when i was waiting for Bus in bus stop a bus didn't halt and when i showed the hand he still drive and when i bang the bus and shouted the driver shouted and was so rude he was literally coming back as if he will hit me Thanks, Dharini Visaria

                        Hii This is Amit Suryavanshi. Yesterday on dated 26th January 2015 I travelled from Bhor to Borivali. During this I suffered from worst service provide by Bhor Depo and Swargate (Pune) Depo. Following problems are faced during this journey. i) When I went to Bhor reservation counter on dated 26th January 2015 morning at 11.00am, i found that no one was there. After asking controller for the reservation then he told not he also dont know where he will come and give me different answer every time or he was not clear about that. The language of controller with the passenger is also not good. As I knew that due to holidays there will be rush for Buses specially for Mumbai so i preferred to do reservation but after waiting for about 2 hrs no one is coming for that counter. This happened with passenger many times in Bhor Depo. So i cant got reservation for Borivali bus. 2) When Bhor-Borivali bus came to stand @ 3:10 pm. I again asked to conductor about reservation for safer side then he told that As there is no any reservation for this bus u can seat anywhere. But when bus reaches to Khed-Shivapur toll naka, coductor told that he called to swargate depo and they told that only 4 seats are reserved. so u can seat another seats. and height of all that is when bus reached to Swargate Depo we found that almost 15-20 seats are reserved. And we are about 4-5 peoples traveled from Swargate to Borivali Standing. What the hell is this??? Is this your good service..??? My question is before started the journey why u are not communicated to other Depo for reservation??. Why there was so many communication gap?? And about Bhor Depo, why there is reservation counter if this counter is closed many times during there timing and not capable of providing service. Is yours following line is true?- "ST CHA PRAVAS SUKHACHA PRAVAS". This is the reason MSRTC is in loss and u deserve it. Thats why peoples preferred private bus service. So give me answers for all the above questions. and requested u to take action on Bhor and Swargate depo for there worst services. and I[censored] have any doubt about my complaint then hesitate to contact me.                               १५ डिसेंबर २०१४ पासून printout ऐवजी mobile sms वर प्रवास करता येयील असे MSRTC वेब्सायीट वर लिहिण्यात आले आहे. तरीही सातारा एस टी चे अधिकारी मोबईल sms द्वारे ticket confirm करून प्रवास करूदेत नाहीत . मोबईल sms द्वारे ticket confirm करून प्रवास करूदेत नाहीत .


                              vijay / Viju navcha eka Driver pravasha Na rude bhashet
                              Uttare deto. पूणे शहारा मधले सिग्नल तोडतो परंतु BRT मार्गामधील बस stop वर बस बस थांबवण्याची विनंती विजय/ विजू driver प्रवास्यांवर्ती खेकसतो चिडून बोलतो . आम्ही पैसे देऊन प्रवास करतो फुकट करत nahi जमत नसेल तर काढून टाका.

                                I took shivneri bus no MH 11 T 9257 from Swargate to Thane on 24th January 2015 at 22.00 pm. The Board written on bus was from Swargate to Thane via Wakad and Mulund. I was supposed to get down at Airoli Bridge, Nahur (Ahead of Airoli Check Naka). The driver has routed this bus via Kalva, Talav Pali and den to vandana instead of going through Airoli Check naka & Mulund. I asked the driver why this bus is not going via mulund?? He told that bus of 22.00 pm is always goes via kalwa only. Then why board was written via mulund to Thane. I had earlier also travelled through same bus of 22.00 pm that time that bus travelled through Via Mulund. Is that means route depends on driver?? The customers are not important for you. We can take any ticket and you will drop us according to you and as per your route. I asked the Driver his name he denied to give his name as he was scared. First he told me reason that 22.00 pm from swargate to thane always goes via kalwa. When i went vandana depo that time he told this bus is of 20.00 pm that why it went via kalwa. I asked Depo manager (Mr.A.P. Asamani) to give me complaint register, he searched register for a while and told we do not have complaint register and then he asked me what happened?? i told the incident but Mr asamani too do not have any answer for this. It is very ridiculous, Please look into this matter so that customers will not suffered in future.

                                  I took a hirkani bus MH07 C.9175 from wakad for thane at 4.15 pmn the 24th of jan 2015. We were informed at wakad that the bus will not be going to the panvel depot which was a relief as it would have been peak hour traffic time. First of all the bus driver drove really slowly n the expressway every tom dick and harry overtook us and people in the bus kept looking at each other but we didnt complain secondly he took the bus to panvel where please note no one got off r got into the bus as it was full. It took us more than an hour to get to panvel depot and out. This is not acceptable at 200 rs per ticket i dont expect luxuries but for the driver to follow the route so that people specially old ones, and women/children can get home n time and without frustrations and surprises n route. I expect some action against the driver so that other drivers realise that they cant get away with it. And also so that they realise that u dont do unto others what you wouldnt want them to do to u and ur families. Its 8 pm rite nw am still in the bus writing this frm my cellphone
