I booked ticket on 27th Feb From Shivaji Nagar to Nashik.
Amount was debited from account but i have not received ticket its showing in failed ticket.
Please help me.

Hello I'm a government servant working in velhe, Pune.Our duty timing is from 10 am to 5 pm . There is not a single ST from velhe after 4 pm and for PMT we need to go 5 km from working place till 5 pm which is not possible everyday and PMT is only upto katraj . It's my humble request to look into the matter.We are facing very serious problem related to vehicles here.

Presently traveling by sleeper seating bus from dadar to karad. Seating seats are semi push back. But for seat no.6 there is no button for push back. When asked conductor, told तुम्हाला आम्ही बोलावलं नाही बसायला, तुम्हीच आलाय. पैसे दिले म्हणुन उपकार करत नाही.
We are traveling paying full amount expecting all services are fulfilled. If any service is not rendered, why shall passengers pay, and have to listen such comments from msrtc employee.
Charges for sleepers and seating are same which is also not acceptable. There are many options for traveling but we prefer govt transportation.

On 25 th of February, I was travelling on shivshahi bus from Jalgaon to Pune, when the bus arrived at my destination, wagholi, bus conductor refused to stop the bus at given bus stop and dropped me nearly 5 km away from the bus stop, he misbehaved with me, and used abusive language also, as I was in hurry and there were other passengers I didn't wanted to create a scene there, the driver was cooperative, even though driver wanted to stop the bus but conductor didn't let him stop, this is very shameful, I have lost my trust in msrtc .

I have booked e-ticket from msrtc web site. I used upi payment while booking a ticket. Total amount rs.380- cut from my bank account.

I checked "my tickets"on msrtc web site, but ticket status was not available, nor i have received booking confirmation sms.
I checked the "availability of the seats" which i have booked, but, it was showing seats are available on msrtc site even after my booking.

Requesting refund for the transactions.

Driver was drunk at the wheel smelled of alcohol . And was dozing at the wheel while going down the ghats . Unacceptable, bus driver was made to stop and bus was changed

I have booked ticket from pune to kej via msrtc app payment done successfully money debited from my account but ticket not booked and it is showing in Failed ticket.

Either bring new Shivshahi buses or close them forever. First of all the buses do not come on time, they come late by an hour or two. And all the buses are very dirty from inside, no cleanliness, all the buses have broken AC boxes, you have to travel with putting the curtains inside it or the people sitting down will get cold.
Even if there are no seats in the bus, the passengers are allowed and the seated passengers are requested to adjust for them. While the conductor sits comfortably on his seat. Also because they get free food, they stop the bus in a hotel and when their eating is over they start the bus and hurry to leave.
Also they cancelled buses without any intimation and reservation people forces to travel by ordinary buses after 1 or 2 hrs of wating. Also the working staff are able to answer anyting.

I took an ST bus from Nagpur to Wardha, these people are stuffing people inside the bus like they stuff cotton inside pillows . It is such a shame that these people don't understand how disease and infections can spread from such close proximity. There is absolutely no space to even stand or move . It's violation of privacy too . Please take a strong action

My daughter was supposed to travel from Pune to Alibag
on 1/1/24 the bus service was Swargate to Murud and we had booked the ticket till Alibag

The bus was delayed we waited for 3 hours at the bus station in pune and returned home as it was inconvenient for my daughter to travel alone as the bus came at 5.30 pm in the evening . it would have reached late night to Alibag owing to the traffic of new year this was the reason told by the conductor as the bus was delayed . we had to for go the journey
I had asked the conductor and he said as the ticket is online you need to complain to office . I have written several times to MSRTC and there is no reply . There phone numbers are not functional . hence thought that this is a right forum for the complaint . Note its highly inconvenient for my daughter and as a parent i am concerned to send my daughter alone as she would have reached no later than 12 am on that day .
Hence we did not board the bus . I request MSRTC to look into the matter and process my refund . Though its a small amount, its the question of security which no one would take responsibility .hence we cancelled the journey .

On 15/02/2024, Thursday, I was traveling from CIDCO Chatrapati Sambhajinagar to Miraj by CIDCO Chatrapati Sambhajinagar to Ichalkaranji bus. I had done online reservation through MSRTC app for the same. But due to some problems, ride was cancelled from Gevrai bus depot. Conductor, refunded the remaining amount of fair to all passengers. But he didn't give me refunds saying that your reservation was online so you have to collect it from CIDCO Bus Depot and he also said that you show your ticket and message of transaction from MSRTC in the depot, your money will be refunded. I visited CIDCO Chatrapati Sambhajinagar Depot and made application form for refund. But Sthank Head and officer from reservation window refused to give refund saying that you get attestation of Gevrai Depot controller that the bus ride was cancelled from Gevrai then only we will give your refunds. Now my concern is for fair of INR 500 to 600, is it ok to travel from CIDCO to Gevrai! So, I request you to resolve my refund issue and only request to MSRTC that please refund my ticket fair of cancelled ride from Gevrai Bus Depot to Miraj. I am mentioning My MSRTC ticket number 562415.

I also have filed online complaint on MSRTC portal, but no any response yet from MSRTC.

Bus not available at CBS nashik since last one hour for Pune Shivai, Shivshahi, and Shivneri

Hi, my name is Akhila. Me and my mom traveling from Ugar khurd to islampur in MSRTC BUS. But the bus conductor charger full amount to us despite there is 50% off on ticket fare. And also he's rude behavior made us uncomfortable. For that reason We want to complain against that conductor. The conductor name is
G, V, Khenjle and the bus number is
MH-13 CU 6582.
And I have also attached ticket details.

I booked my ticket from thane to swargate for AC- Shivneri. Payment 285 rupees got debited from my account but the ticket was not booked and it's showing failed ticket. Still didn't got my debited payment return.

From Shivaji Nagar Pune Bus Station we take Pune to Shirpur bus. Bus no. MH 20 BL 1877 bus time 9 PM.
The driver did not stop the bus for food. Almost everyone had food left, but even after everyone told them, the bus did not stop for food.
The driver was also threatening to call anyone. Bus will not stop for food.
Bus driver had very bad behavior.

The bus No MH 06 BW 0493 is going Nashik to pune.The was started on 12.30 from Nashik but condition of bus is very poor and not have speed it is going very slow towards pune.The bus really stuck in to the ghat section and have enough speed to cross to ghat section.The bus engine is very bad condition.We request to conductor of bus to provide another bus to us and in between ticket checker also visited to bus again request to them but they not provided alternative bus.Kindly check buses before traveling.

Shivshahi Thane to Alibagh is delayed by more than 15 minutes now. Please check.

Sir I am a regular passenger of msrtc bus transport. I made a reservation for Swargate Nashik electric shivai bus from Chakan today on 17 Feb 2024. I was at that stop with my wife from 6.15 am. Swargate nasik bus reached there at 6.45 am. The bus did not stop even though we raised our hands and shouted. So we were very sad. Please refund my ticket money. Along with adding online ticket.

As compared to ordinari shivneri, e-shivneri also comfortable for travelling except its irritating horn. It is disturbing for inside passengers. Horn sounds hard in ears to passengers who are unable to take rest or slip calmly compared to ordinary shivnery. Request MSRTC to take note of it with installation of silencer to horn for inside passengers.
