Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the handling of my ticket cancellation and refund process. I booked a journey from Pune to Ratnagiri for the date of 20/10/2023 at 20:45, with the ticket number 48887835 and a trip number of RTNL0003274. Unfortunately, I had to cancel my journey on 20/10/2023, well before the 24-hour cancellation period.

According to the company's policy, I should have received a refund of Rs. 368. However, to my disappointment, the amount has not been credited back to my account. I have attached the cancellation voucher with the number 48889883 for your reference.

I kindly request you to look into this matter urgently and expedite the process of refunding the due amount. It is my sincere hope that this issue will be resolved promptly, as any undue delay will only lead to further inconvenience and dissatisfaction.

There is damaged windows, bus get punchered every now and then, There is too much rush in the buses. There is too much noice in the bus.
There is not the proper maintenance of services
Please try to maintain the proper buses
Please grant my request 🙏🙏🙏🙏

Kalyan st depot. Drainage line is chok up.
Some old passenger is fell off because of that and to much dirt is spreading all over the place where passenger are sitting.

It is extremely disappointing and inconvenient for the passengers to wait for 2 hours since morning.

There are from elder age groups waiting without any breakfast since morning for straight 2 hours at Talegaon Dabhade ST bus stand.

We as citizens want to escalate this issue on emergency basis to higher authorities or else we have to take more severe actions.

I was booking reservation for Swargate -Mahad 21:00 bus for date : 27/09/2023 so after filling all mandatory details site navigated to payment gateway so I did my transaction with my card by choosing atom as payment opt so amount has been deducted from my account but e-ticket not generated. Pls look into it

There are lot of times buses getting failed between Pune to Shirdi travelling. Need to changes old buses to new one. Those buses are very old and always failed during travelling. Also not working any helpline number of these services. Also, Please provides some mechanical help from nearby bus depot to onroads where bus getting failed. It was already happened with me lots of time so no idea about other people also. Please change old buses. Worst MH gov department.

Booked ticket from Shrivardhan to Swargate, transaction was successful but ticket booking did not process. Please provide refund.

The employees of MSRTC daily do repairing
work in the mid-night around 3am. Or
sometimes even they fight with each other by
making loud noises. They talk louder, they use
abuse language at a high loud noise.
It's a humble request to please into this
matter.

They cancelled ticket successfully and told that refund will get within 48 hours. But refund is not credited even after 72 hours. So kindly help me to get the refund on priority.

Dear Sir, Ma'am, Today on the nagar road a bus dented my car in traffic on the boot and argues with me that i backed my car. The was standing extremely close and when questioned started arguing with me and stood in front of the car and started creating a scene.

I am writing to report an issue with an online bus ticket booking through MSRTC on September 8, 2023. Despite a successful payment of Rs. 335 for a ticket from Mumbai Central to Tide, I did not receive a booking confirmation or e-ticket. My MSRTC reference number for this transaction is[protected].

I request the following:

Immediate refund for the unsuccessful booking.
An investigation into the issue and accountability by MSRTC.
The receipt should be issued in the name of Sanjeev Bhogal.

I have booked e-ticket from msrtc web site. I used upi payment while booking a ticket. Total amount rs.1065/- cut from my bank account.
(Transaction status - success)
I checked "my tickets"on msrtc web site, but ticket status was not available nor i have received booking confirmation sms.
I checked the "availability of the seats" which i have booked, but, it was showing seats are available on msrtc site even after my booking.

Requesting refund for the transactions.

I was booking ticket for MSRTC shivshahi Bus starting from Swargate Pune to Miraj dated 8th sept 2023 with Departure time as 18:00 hrs. After filling all the details and making payment i filled all necessary card details, the amount was deducted from my bank account but the ticket was not booked. I haven't received any ticket in my MSRTC account nor any mail from MSRTC.
Ticket was booked for 2 people costing total amount Rs.831.18/-.
Kindly initiate the refund in my respective bank account.

Dear Sir, I cancelled my online journey ticket, As per message on MSRTC online reservation system my cancellation voucher number is 46939956. even after around more than 2 months from ticket cancellation date i didnt received my refund amount. as per message of MSRTC i should receive my amount within 7 days after cancellation, Please guide me to recive my ticket cancellation amount. This was a bus from khed to Borivali.
Bus number MH13CU6844. Driver Batch Number 28411. This Incident took place near Mankurd Bridge on Monday 4th September 2023 at 5:02pm.
The Bus was being driven rash in the traffic and the driver intentionally hit my car from behind. after hitting when i stepped down the car and i abused and told him to take the bus behind. then he started arguing with me so i called the police and then the officer asked me to file a complaint to MSRTC with driver batch number and license number as i faced a loss of 10, 000 . do take action against this driver with the batch number 28411.

I am unable to download it from website. I received only message but I couldn't download it.My Ticket No. is 48306511.Could you help me in this matter.

I haven't received any ticket in my MSRTC account nor any mail from MSRTC.
