I was booking ticket for MSRTC shivshahi Bus starting from Swargate Pune to Miraj dated 8th sept 2023 with Departure time as 18:00 hrs. After filling all the details and making payment i filled all necessary card details, the amount was deducted from my bank account but the ticket was not booked. I haven't received any ticket in my MSRTC account nor any mail from MSRTC.
Ticket was booked for 2 people costing total amount Rs.831.18/-.
Kindly initiate the refund in my respective bank account.

Dear Sir, I cancelled my online journey ticket, As per message on MSRTC online reservation system my cancellation voucher number is 46939956. even after around more than 2 months from ticket cancellation date i didnt received my refund amount. as per message of MSRTC i should receive my amount within 7 days after cancellation, Please guide me to recive my ticket cancellation amount. This was a bus from khed to Borivali.
Bus number MH13CU6844. Driver Batch Number 28411. This Incident took place near Mankurd Bridge on Monday 4th September 2023 at 5:02pm.
The Bus was being driven rash in the traffic and the driver intentionally hit my car from behind. after hitting when i stepped down the car and i abused and told him to take the bus behind. then he started arguing with me so i called the police and then the officer asked me to file a complaint to MSRTC with driver batch number and license number as i faced a loss of 10, 000 . do take action against this driver with the batch number 28411.

I am unable to download it from website. I received only message but I couldn't download it.My Ticket No. is 48306511.Could you help me in this matter.

I was booking ticket for MSRTC Shivshahi Bus starting from sangli Bus stand till Swargate Pune dated 20th Aug 2023 with Departure time as 04:30 pm. After filling all the details and making payment, the amount was deducted from my bank account but the ticket was not booked. I haven't received any ticket in my MSRTC account nor any mail from MSRTC.
Ticket was booked for 2 people costing total amount Rs.790/-.
Kindly initiate the refund in my respective bank account.

I had Booked ticket from Dadar East to Phaltan for 06/08/2023 with ticket number 48026467 which I had cancelled approximately two days before the departure of the bus. The Cancellation Voucher number is 48040636. I have not recieved the Refund till date.

Hello,

I am frequently traveling from shivaji nagar, pune to alephata. Every time I found very less buses between this route where mostly we are traveling by standing as it always crowd there. This is basic need where MSRTC closely look into this as every person paying full ticket fees but they not even get sit for traveling.
I request MSRTC to think to add more buses as it going to crowded in future as well.

I travelled by Deogad aagar(depot) bus from Pune to Pethnaka on 8-8-23.

My Tickets no. is 083971 dt. 8-8-23 at 6:38:44 am time. Tkt. photo is attached.

Bus Ticket timing is 6.38 am. Bus stopped at all stands & no stand locations also. Karad & Satara going inside & coming out is cumbersome. It dropped me at Pethnaka at @11:30 am a 5 hr. journey. Its too much travel of 5 hrs.

Bus took some different route from Karad via Malakapur road. It was different route than usual only for taking tiffin of conductor. How can this be alllowed ? This added time of travel.

Why bus stands for lunch/snacks in a hotel when it took much time on various official bus stands ? If it is to be stopped so It should leave from bus stands at 5 minutes stop.

Writing this email to bring to your notice of a recent incident happened with me during my journey (refer the details below and attached ticket screenshot). There was one fellow passenger who boarded the bus at Swargate (Pune) . He was having a report of a break down bus and was asked by some MSRTC authority on carry his journey. An argument started between the fellow passenger when the bus was on its way to Thane. It almost travelled 8-10 Kilometers. To resolve the issue instead of taking the concern/dispute with MSRTC authority o[censored]pcoming/immediate next stop (i.e. Chandani chowk or Wakad stand). Conductor and driver reversed the vehicle and traveled back to Swargate depot. The same fellow passenger was allowed to travel post discussion with the Swargate controller.

When I requested them to take this up with the next available stop (i.e. Chandani chowk), conductor of the bus refused and started abusing me in the bus. He used filthy language. Also, he threatened to throw me out of the bus. Just because of ego he made the passengers suffer and spoiled more than an hour in a journey. There was no point in taking the bus back to the depot if there was a feasible option (competent authority) available to resolve this in the next available stand. This is a waste of fuel and time.

Request you to take stringent actions against the concern defaulter from MSRTC (conductor and driver) and educate them in handling such situations. There was around 42 passenger with some of them with families in the journey and this arrogance has led to suffering of all the families late in the night. Please ensure that the person is taken to task so that his attitude will not damage the reputation of MSRTC.

Respected sir/madam,
Yesterday I was there on Pandharpur bus stand. I was there for nearly about 2.5 hours. But there was not single local pandharpur sangola bus in that time duration. There were another long route buses but they don't allowed sangola passangers in their bus because of heavy crowd.
On enquiry counter they said that there are buses after every half hour. But these buses don't come most of the time for 2 to 4 hours. And whenever come they come at a time or one behind another 4 to 6 buses.

And this happens on sangola akluj route, pune pandharpur route and pandharpur sangola route also in my experience.

I request you to take some action on this to avoid inconvenience of people.

I booked 2 tickets from botivali to mahad for the amount of 445 which is debit from my account but ticket is booked by MSRTC please resolve it or refund me that amount asap.

I am travelling by 7:00 hrs bus to Mahad from swargate via Tamini Ghat.
The concrete pavement works are in progress near Ghotawade Phata. Everyday the bus gets delayed til reaching pirangute. The school buses also get stranded as private buses also travelling through this route
Can we take up route to pirangute via Hingewadi or other route so that the delays can be avoided till road works are completed. Being AC lot of fuel is lost in idling.

I m regular traveller of nagpur to wardha route by msrtc bus... I pay rs 115 fare for nagpur to wardha... But for asiad fare is 155/- and there is no such demarcation or differant display board on asiad bus...hence unnecessarily i have to pay extra fare on the same route... What is the use of such bus when so many buses available on the same route... Only 6-7 passengers boarded in MH40 BT5021 on 3-8-23 8.15 am... I think its wastage of diesel and money

Reporting a horrific incident happened today, 02.08.2023 at 6.40p.m. near Nair Hospital, Mumbai Central. Few meters as the bus (MH 03 CV 6782) started from the stand from Nair hospital, the bus stopped due to traffic. A senior citizen lady, barely able to walk, requested to open the bus door (automatic). The bus stopped in traffic for atleast 5 minutes. However to the shock of everyone sitting in the bus, the driver denied opening the door. The lady was pleading the door be opened. But this bus driver, named Sagar, stubbornly turned away. When we asked the conductor, he said he is helpless and the driver takes these decisions. When asked the driver, he said it's his wish and talked abusively.

Requesting to issue an enquiry into the incident and take appropriate action against the driver. Not able to attach all clipping due to size constrain. Please provide alternatives to share Video and photos.

Despite the numerous large potholes present on Pune Satara road, it is truly disheartening that a few major ones are situated just after the Satara toll plaza, heading towards Pune, covering a distance of 2-3 kilometers. This current state of affairs is causing immense suffering for people, with the risk of accidents and vehicle damage becoming a real concern. It is unfortunate that despite paying tolls, people continue to endure these adverse conditions.

I earnestly urge the authorities to take immediate action and have these potholes fixed as soon as possible. As a concerned citizen, I am frustrated by the poor road conditions, and I believe it is essential to prioritize the safety and convenience of all road users. Let's work together to ensure a smoother and safer journey for everyone.

Msrtc Bus No MH14B3206 Pandharpur To Swargate pune. Date 30.7.2023 time 4pm.from Pandharpur. Number of passengers more than 70, vehicle observed generating noise at absorbers, even driver observed when raised complaint. Even after requesting, shouting by 8-10 passengers conductor didn't responded not took any action against complaint. Vehicle booked with over capacity and possibility of major accident. Kindly take immediate action we are at jejuri.vehicle is making annoying noise while turning left side.
