Today while travelling from satara st depo to phaltan. The st no. Mh 14 bt 3821... Late by 15 minuts. The actual departure time of the bus was as per schedule its 9.30..
But the bus was not leave till 9.45...
Then all passangers left the bus. Saying that the bus was punctured. And this was the last bus to phaltan as per ahedule... At 9.50. The conductor comes and says that the bus was cancelled due to tyre puncture.
My complaint is about that why the passangers should wait for half an hour.
All the peoples are got late to there destination.
The depot arranged another bus no. Mh 14. Bt 0953..
No announcement done by depot manager. Not informed to passanger by any source.
The staff of that particular bus was not performing there duties. And what about the depot manager doing in between he is also responsible. For that...

      रोजी वेळ सकाळी ६ वाजता सुटणारी दापोली बोरिवली (शिवशाही)हि बस सकाळी 8.१७ पर्यंत सुटलेली नाही आपल्या या अश्या नियोजना मुळे मला मानासिक, आर्थिक, शारीरिक, त्रास झाला. तसेच ता.१९-५-२०१८ रोजी सुटणाऱ्या ७.३० दापोली -ठाणे शिवशाही प्रवास करण्यास लेखी परवानगी दिली परंतु, सदर बस मध्ये सीट नं.१व२ रिकाम्या असून संधीत वाहतूक नियंत्रक व सदर बस चे वाहक यांनी कोणतेही सहकार्य केले नाही तसेच कोणीही रा.प अधिकारी कार्यालयात ८.३० पर्यंत हजर नसल्या कारणाने कोणतेही सहकार्य मिळु शकले नाही. मी या मो.नं (९४[protected] वरून आगार व्यवस्थापक याना ८.३३ वाजता फोन करण्याचा प्रयत्न केला परंतु फोन उचलला गेला नाही किंवा काही कार्णासत्व बंद असेल आपल्या या भोंगळ कारभारा मुळे मी माझ्या इच्छित स्थळी वेळेवर पोहचू शकलो नाही . या बाबत आपणाकडून संबंधितांची चौकशी व्हावी व या बाबत आपणा कडून कोणती कार्यवाही केली गेली याबाबत सविस्तर खुलासा व्हावा .

        Please increase the bus frequency from panvel bus stand to mahalaxmi nagar, nere as the buses are at an interval of 1 hour or more than that.

        Also start one last bus at 12.00 pm at night because there is no other transportation means after 9.45 pm last bus is gone.

        Kindly take a prompt action on the same.

          I travelled in your bus on[protected]. From pune shivaji nagar bus stand to bhim shankar. I have done advance reservation for this travel well in advance with trip no pnes0112936 and ticket no 32238120. Sheduled departure of this bus is 09.30am but your bus left around 10.05 am that to not scheduled 09.30bus but another bus. For this reason my entire trip got upset. And in return i booked return journey for 03.45pm bus and your officials said that this bus will always be cancelled and another bus came and left at bhim shankar around 05.35 pm. My ticket details for this journey are as follows trip no pnes0119197 and ticket no 32238191. Due to your negligence and mis management of buses i didnot able to catch my train.in which i have a confirmed first ac ticket. I needed to change my entire trip and needed to cancel one of my destination. And loss for my not travelling in that train is around 1400 (To and fro). And mental agony i faced during my entire journey from bhimshankar to pune is inexpressable that i will catch the train or not. So i want an explanation this issue and compensation for my loss.

            बसेस कधीही वेळापत्रकानुसार निघत नाही, इथले कर्मचारी प्रवासांशी अतीशय वाईट वागतात..
            कोणती बस कधी पण निघते .. कधीही येते..

            गावात जाणार्या बस तर वेळेवर कधीच जात नाही.
            प्रवासी काही विचारायला गेले तर त्यांना चुकीची माहीती देतात. किंवा त्यांना भुलथापा देतात.

            स्थानकावर स्वच्छता अजीबात आढळत नाही.
            प्रवासी नेहमी ताटकळत राहतात बस ची वाट बघत.

            कुनघाडा ह्या गावापासुन जवळ असलेल्या मालेरमाल, पोटेगाव, गिलगाव या गावी दिवसातुन जवळपास 6 बस गडचिरोली कडून येतात असं गडचिरोली वेळापत्रकात लिहलेलं आहे.. परंतु दिवसातुन 6 ऐवजी 3 किंवा 2 वेळा बस इकडे येते.. बाकी वेळेस driver उपलब्ध नाही, बस उपलब्ध नाही अशी कारणे प्रवासांना दिली जातात..
            गडचीरोली बस डेपो च्या या भोंगळ कारभारा बद्दल त्वरीत कार्यवाही करावी ही विनंती..
            कारण हा भाग जंगली आहे व इथल्या लोकांना खुप त्रास होतो बस च्या अनियमीत पणा मुळे.

                I was travelling from pune to mumbai. Went to the tkt counter and asked for tkt for cbd belapur.. I got the ticket of dadar... When i asked the reason she said that the bus is going to dadar and hence you need to pay the amount till dadar and charged me rs 456... Request you to confirm that if i want to cbd belapur why should i pay the fare up to dadar

                Please check my money got deducted while we get site not rechable errir during transaction and even no seats has been booked.

                Please do some immediate action as i dnt have money to book another ticket tomorrow

                  तुमच्या साधारण बसेस 7 तासात लातूर वरुन पुणे पोहचतात मग शिवशाही ला पोहचायला 8ते8:30 तास का लागत आहेत मी कंडक्टर ला विचारले तर काहितरी कारण सांगतो की A/C बस आहे मणून गाडी जास्त वेगाने धावत नाही हि काही कारण झाली सांगायची शिवशाही चे तिकीट घेवुन फायदा काय आम्हा लोकांना त्यां पेक्षा साधारण बसेस ने प्रवास केलेला फायदा आहे मी शिवशाही बस प्रवासात Dissatisfied आहे
                  I frequently travel from pune to nashik. There you take a stop at gurudev dhaba. Toilets there are pathetic and seriously [censored]. You people should go there once and smell those. It should be changed immediately. We don't want food when we stop we just want clean toilets.

                    We had done booking for 3 family members for swargate to kalyan shivshahi bus on 11th may. Boarding point was wakad and boarding time was 18.50.
                    We waited at bus stop till 21.00, more than 2 hours for same bus but that bus did not turn up. We asked conductor who was there at bus stop he communicated us that normal st bus has left swargate at 20.15... And shivshahi will not come now.
                    There was no prior communication from msrtc about bus cancellation/delay.
                    We waited till 21.15 bus st bus also did not turned up. We were very much frustrated.
                    Also my mother who is a senior citizen had to wait at bus stop for 2.5 hrs even if we had done prior booking.
                    There is no tracking/communication from msrtc side. We had to waste our time, money, efforts and we are very much frustrated with this experience.
                    I will never ever suggest people to book this bus as we ended up with nothing but waste of everything.
                    I need refund of bus tickets 715/- i had booked.

                      I came to Maharashtra bhusaval railway station last Sunday 13may2018 morning so I want to refresh so I go to toilet at railway station I read rate board on outside it shows 5rs for toilet use I go to inside their is a person who collecting money he told me 10 RS for toilet use very curruption and next day I want to return at home Surat Gujarat so I decided to come with st bus so I came bus stand and encounter again bad experience Toilet management shows 2 RS on rate board for toilate use and in seated person demand 10 rs shame on you Maharashtra govt clean your curruption how you treat your guests clean your employees please resolve my complaint asap to clean your image to outside person

                        Msrtc is in desperate need of improvement in bus schedule of every bus, overtaking of buses by wrong side and inclining down to service road which causes major accidents. Also it needs to improve the services and language with behaviour of the enquiry booth employees as they are talking very very rudely and with non ignorable slang languages.
                        This may be a major reason that msrtc going in a loss and private business catch to boost their profit.
                        I hope in the rule of bjp and shivsena govt. This will improve.
                        Awaiting for your kind response.
                        I am traveling through shivshahi bus Kolhapur Latur on 13.05.18 boarding Solapur at 15:00 suffering lot of dust coming inside bus there is no answer with conductor.

                        Travelling video TK no.37076028 seat no. O3 and 38. Conductor refused to offer seat no. 38 left side of driver and forced to seat 33 on back side.

                          The worst road transport service ever. I booked a ticket from pune to thane in shivneri bus and i have been waiting for more than an hour for my bus to come to its stop. It's already 1 hour 15 min late and still we have no status of the bus... The fare of the bus is already high so the least a customer expects is that he gets to his destination on time but these bus services have always disappointed me but this time it was the limit. They should always consider that people do not have all the free time in there lives to keep waiting for their buses.
                          Sir i have booked 3 tickets but later i have cancelled it I have cancelled 12 days ago but till now i have not get my refund back
                          So sir as fast as possible please refund my money

                          The bus Mumbai-Akkalkuwa is scheduled to arrive @12.30am @ New CBS...It's 2am now ..Here are passengers waiting from including ladies & children...This bus regularly comes late & the only reason is being given to passengers 'Traffic'..

                            I booked shivashahi ticket from malkapur to pune, and ticket payment was done but no ticket generated. Trying to contact msrtc to resolve this issue, but no proper communication link between msrtc and customer. Nobody is responding to customer queries. All support numbers provided seems to be fake. No seat allocated but money deducted from my bank account.
                            9 May 2018.
                            Travelling by 7.30 am Swargate-Murud Bus. Voice of video put on is too loud. Conductor is very arrogant
                            It will be better to have peace in the bus. Or provide earphones.
                            It is too noisy, chaotic situation in the bus.

                              I was trying to cancel night express ticket which was booked at around 12 noon on 10/05/18 and departure of bus was at 9.00 pm.. But it wasn't getting cancelled.. As action column was showing can not cancel in the site.. So i have called customer care.. They said go and meet bus depot and as i went there.. They said we can not do that.. Date of journey was on 10/05/2018.. I couldn't do anything and lost my money.. What kind service is that?? Kindly help me for refund

                                Bus services between dhule to surat highway are not allowing passengers of vyara and songhad.
                                I complained this to depot manager... He replied that you neglect the conductor and just seat inside the bus he will definitely drop you at vyara /songhad...
                                Plz review this issue and allow vyara and songhad passangers to board the bus service running between dhule surat highway.

                                  Bus timing given as 5 pm but each shivshahi bus to pune from yavatmal start at 6 pm very casual approach of drivers and conductors towords timing no punctuality at all,

                                  Because of this casual approach travel time is 17-18 hrs

                                  Bus never reaches to stop on time in pune

                                  Very rude behavior and they are providing suggestions like not to be travel with shivshahi bus services

                                    I came to solapur bus stand on 11/05/2018. I came in the office to complain about misbehavior of conductor. I requested senior clark rathod to tell me the procedure. But instead he started to go back and he said that he will not take complaint and then he left the office. As i requested more he started to misbehave me and pushed me out of the office by hands. He talked me in very disrespectful language. It was very humiliating moment for me. The surname of that senior clerk was rathod that only i knew about him.
                                    I travelled from Pune to Thane from shivneri numbered 9411 at 6 in the morning on 6th May 2018. I have a complaint against a conductor at swargate named Deepa patil. Deepa here incorrectly charged me for my ticket and when I raises a concern refusedto return the extra money charged and misbehave towards me
                                    I am from Kanjurmarg is traveling to korlai I took a bus from Panvel at 8 o'clock n reached alibag at 10 from 10 I am waiting for the bus n it's been past 2 hrs they are telling me that there is no bus up till 12 o'clock

                                      Today i am traveling from pune to aurangabad. I was reaches at pune station around 3:10 from this time to 4:30 there was no any shivneri at pune station. 3:00 pm shivneri was pending also 4:00 pm shivneri was pending. Finally i got 4:30pm shivneri for aurangabad. No is 9094. Near shirur above shivneri was failed due to problem of back side tyres after 6:30 hours till the time i am not reach at aurangabad. This is very bad thing & hopeless service of shivneri. I already paid extra money for reach aarlier at aurangabad. Due to this travelling i lost my important meeting. Who is responsible for this. This is ridiculous. That's why private vehicle provide better services than mscrt. I hope you will think about it and give better decision for great future.

                                        I am very very very very... Disappointed with the time of the bus. I have booked a online ticket of a shivneri bus from pune to aurangabad on 10/5/18 where bus was supposed to leave at 6:20. I waited for the bus for 2 hours and the bus conductor at the bus stop was saying that bus will come in 15mins. I am so furious, angry at the service of the bus and the timing of the bus. It is very very unprofessional to work like this. Please improve bus timings and try to make sure that bus will come on time at all bus stops mentioned in the online booking service. I’ve faced the worst system until now. Hope you will do something.

                                        आज कोल्हापूर तसेच इचलकरंजीच्या बस स्थानकात जाण्याचा योग आला. परिसरात सर्व ठीकाणी कचरा होता. कमीत कमी 15 दिवस कचरा गोळा केला नसावा इतकी घाण होती. योग्य ती दखल घ्यावी
