Dear sir, i cancelled my online journey ticket, as per message on msrtc online reservation system my cancellation voucher number is 32545056. Even after around 12 days from ticket cancellation date i didn't receive my refund amount. As per message of msrtc i should receive my amount within 7 days after cancellation, please guide me to recive my ticket cancellation amount. Thank you. Mahesh falmari [protected]@gmail.com

    I have booked a ticket for semi luxery bus but they brought khatara gadi for mahabaleshwar on 30th apr 2018. @ 9:30 pm. I have suffered a lot by back pain.
    Driver also was driving like pilot. It was horror incident invma lyf. Hencfoeth i will never travel by msrtc or will not recommend to other to trav3l with msrtc. They are fraud. Giving 3rd class service to the customer.

      I have booked online ticket from pune hinjewadi bridge to mumbai central for 30april, 5:40pm. The reservation message does not contain bus number & driver details. The conductor at hinjewadi stand said the bus has not started from the origin at 6pm which means it is delayed by 7:00pm than he asked me to pay the more for ac ticket against the old ticket & asked me drop at dadar. I was fully harrassed as i have 3 bags with me & i booked direct bus whose driver has called me at 7:00pm to confim my booking. I have my train from mmct hence i have to pay more n took ac volvo from there.

        Travelled between swargate pune to dombivali three times last week. Only the good thing is bus condition. All the times bus started journey around 2-3 hrs late. They don't have enough buses and traffic is not considered in travel time. The bus come from pune/dombivali which always running late and same send back. No spare bus. Last wednesday bus started at 7:45 pm from dombivali which the timing of pune arrival. It's all pathetic. And it's not a single time. Three times in a row.
        Today my mother who is senior citizen booked swargate to dombivali bus of 1pm. At 3:45 pm the guy sitting behind window told that bus is cancelled. No need to say he was so arrogant as like all babus / masters of msrtc. He even didn't had sense to talk senior citizen ladies. My mother has reservation sms. That man refused to refund and asked to present hard copy that to at kalyan aagaar. All the passengers waited for 3 hrs in 42°c. How these people dare to behave like this?

          The shivneri volvo from thane vandana to pune swargate bus at 0630 on 20/04/18 was not cleaned at all. I reserved my seat 20 online and the seat pocket in front of me contained empty fruit drink plastic bottle, left over biscuit packets (2), droppings of food on the seat itself, the seat was dusty (I could see the dust puf[censored]p when i was dusting the droppings), the curtains were stained and dusty.
          This is the second instance the bus was not cleaned. The previous instance was shivneri pune to thane in the month of january 2018 when left overs in the seat pocket were not cleaned and droppings of food on the seat (No.17) itself and it was the evening bus 1830 hrs, i think.
          Unfortunately there is no any foto as proof but will trust the concerned to take appropriate action.

          The usual 300ml bottled water was not given to passengers of the shivneri pune to thane bus evening time 1630 hrs on 21/04/18. Also same was not given to passengers in the 1830 hrs bus in january 2018 from pune to thane.
          Will suggest an inspection of someone higher than the conductor level be carried out before the passengers board the bus to check if the same is available in ample stock.
          Sometime people take connecting routes and take the first available bus leaving the depot (Rear seats are sometime vacant as people prefer to take the next bus front seat) thereby leaving very little or no time to pick up a water bottle from the depot.

            I, nitin ingawale, would like to mention that the st bus no mh 20 3293 nalasopara-kolhapur was not halted at waghbill naka request bus stand inspite of waiving hand to driver.
            Date 30/4/2018
            Timing 9.25am
            Me and my family came to vandana for catching the st bus to reach satara.
            At vandana depot, we came to know that many seats were vacant on the st bus mh 20 3293.
            Now travelling in thane - galmewadi bus to reach satara.

              I had booked a ladies seat in the shivneri bus from dadar to pune because i was traveling alone. To my surprise, there was already a man sitting on the ladies seat besides me. Not only that, all the seats reserved for ladies were occupied by men
              The conductors are extremely rude and have no manners on how to talk. They spoke to me in a very bad manner. Shameful
              I am traveling pune to solapur by shivshahi, water is continuously falling from AC, its really frustrating

                I am alaviya we booked 4 tickets from solapur to hyderabad in shivshahi. The ac in the beginning was working good, after an hour the ac was gone it was too sophisticated that we were not able to breath properly the bus started smelling.
                Secondly, there are extra passengers carried the extra passengers are standing in the middle. Its very uncomfortable. So please take an action as soon as possible. And we need our money back its just wasted. Hereafter we are not going to book tickets in this bus. Thank you

                  I have made online reservation for kolhapur nigdi bus of msrtc shivshahi sunday 28th mar 2018, time 12.00 noon
                  It's almost 1.00pm now and bus is stand still on platform... There are only 2 passengers from starting station sambhaji nagar... And people here are least bothered about inconvenience vehicle no:mh14 gu 0241

                    There is hotel named dhanashree in between pune and ahmednagar which is also a official hotel (Dhana) partner. The foo d quality really sucks. The roti they serve is really of poor quality. The main course also really sucks... They just give a bhaji of 80 which is not really worth 40.

                    I think this should be stopped, if not stopped the civilians will loose there trust in msrtc.

                    The hotel is really not good choice for being official partner...

                      Very worst customer service seen ever, i lost my total 698 (349+349).
                      Transaction failed twice while booking the shivshahi bus ticket. I'm continuosly trying to call your customer support team even emailed the complaint, not receiving call, no reply to email. No transaction /booking failure message. The support service is totally poor and worst, i'm very frustrating with the issue i'm facing. I've lost money and unable to book the ticket.
                      Kindly pick the calls and resolve my issue as soon as possible.

                        I m standing at wardha bus depot since 45 min... I was reached at bus stop at 8:15 pm and it's 9 already... Only one bus came that was full... When asked for availability of bus.. I got reply to wait for 15-20 min. It's regular answer given to me by them... But don't get sufficient bus in time... Very bad customer service and bad bus availability. Request to increase buses from wardha to nagur.

                          Very rubbish language use with passenger, also he told no any stop taken between swargate to satara. But multiple time he stopped at many places. Bus no. Mh 20 be 3671. Traveling date : 26 april 2018. St time : 5 pm. Bus goes from swargate to vita. As per rule he agree to dont take any stop between swargate to satara. But he take multiple stops as well he stop at surur on food mall from more than half and hour.
                          We already mentioned above bus details. Please take appropriate action on it and confirm back. Otherwise we will strictly take action. Because for this delay we pay more value than this time.
                          I was traveling from pune to ahmednagar. Bus stoped on ashirwad hotel near wade gavhan place . I had some lunch there and had to pay Rs. 260 for two plate dal khichadi and a water bottle (30 Rs.).i find it as expensive as some ac hotel .i can't tell you the condition of bathroom. It was too bad even a dog would not want to go there. But we had to

                            Mh14 gd 9620 this is shivshahi ac bus and so called best in class. We booked tickets for 25th april 2018. Departure time from pune was 8.50 pm, but bus came at 10.45 pm to swargate bus stand and left swargate bus depo at 11.15 pm.

                            Secondly, when we asked about the reaching time at hyderabad, driver didn’t give response. We booked msrtc bus considering, they will make it on time. Next day we have important meetings in hyderabad and now we are not sure, whether we can make it in time or not. From now onwards we have decided not to book msrtc buses. Sorry to say but government employees will be government employees forever with their old practices and behaviour.

                            Only bus designs has changed and ac buses plying... Basic mentality is same.

                              Lately my female friend was travelling from pune to aurangabad via shivneri bus. As she was travelling alone i booked the ladies reserved seat. But when she boarded the bus to her surprise the seat next to her (Which was reserved for ladies ofcourse) was taken by a male passenger. The journey was very uncomfortable for her as sharing adjacent seat to a male passenger and this is the second time this happened with me. Shivneri is kinda premium bus service run by msrtc and one of my trusted one hence this incidence are not accepted from their side.

                                Today 24th april i am staying in reservation line from 7 pm at 9.30 pm counter closed and switch off outside lights by woking madam even some ladies are in line. Actually timing was upto 10 pm in line. So we are asking why counter closed before 10 pm. He says you go anywhere counter is not opened. So we call iqbal shaikh. Madam also not wanted to speak shaikh sir. How any employee not listening sineor person. Shaikh sir call home 2 times. Finally after 45 minutes he agree give tickets but while giving tickets for every person ticket kept pending for change purposefully and wrong ticket also given for me so that i loss my money, also speaks improper language.
                                If such type employee who are non cooperative, not listning of senior person, no gives value of customer st will always in loss. No body can travel by st.
                                Need to change this type employee so that st will become no 1 position.

                                    I am regular pessenger from sakoli to gadegaon,
                                    Today morning bus no. Is mh40aq6080
                                    Conductor not stop bus on specific bus stop in gadegaon and asking to take new tickit on next stop.

                                    I am taking ticking from sakoli to gadegaon on 8.30 am but bus not stop on stoppage.

                                    We face many times this problem
                                    Hope st depot taken this seriously for customer satisfaction.

                                      Date 22nd April 2018, I had booking for Shivshai bus from Mahad to Pune - Tamhini way at 6:30 PM.

                                      There was multiple issue as below :

                                      1) Very last moment Mahad depot has change there bus service Shivshai to Semi Luxury.
                                      2) Mahad depot arrange Semi Luxury bus which has 39 seats and Shivshai bus has 43 seats. Mahad depot management don't understand, how they are going to manage 43 seats reservation against 39 seats. Some reservation at Mangaon also impacted because of this that include kid and women
                                      3) This is open harassment for people like me who do online reservation. Mahad depot in charge deny to give refund for online reservation people.
                                      Refund of amount which they charge us for booking shivshai and last moment they ask us to travel on Semi Luxury.
                                      4) Mahad Deopt - Devdhar form A.W.S. has deny all this responsibility and ask Mangaon depot. people to manage there own.
                                      5) We insist Managon Depot, they said they can't help us on this. Not for travel and not for money. passenger need to manage there own to travel whatever they have now.

                                      I have written later from Managon Deopt, which details about this incident.

                                      Mahad Depot is manipulating passenger and harassing them with what passenger has paid for that travel. This is repeated incident with some other traveler as well.

                                      Request you to kindly take strike action.

                                        I am krishna surawar from wagholi. I was registering seat on date 19 april 2018 of shivshahi night express bus for 19 april 2018 and that seats no is 24. But problem is seat is not properly booked and balanced is redundant from my account, it was said if balance is redundant form your account it will be refunded in 3 days. Today is 4th day but i have not got my refunded money, give me response. Refund my money please
                                        The Shivshaahi buses from kolhapur to Pune or vice versa, are very well idea., But they are not properly maintained, in some buses the invertor got damaged, still they are not get repaired.
                                        I[censored]'ll go like this, Shivshaahi will also become worthless..
