Pune to akkalkuwa bus no 3751, this bus not arriving in rahata bus stand on today 27 jun 2018. Bus never arrived at rahata bus stand. When i called up the shirdi bus stand, they said that the bus has already left. Senior citizens, servants & students are presented in this time at rahata bus stand & waiting for this bus. I dont know where the bus dissappeared in between. This is the much time it is happening to me with msrtc and this would be my last time as i have never experienced such a worst service in my entire life. Please check the arrival & departure log book in rahata bus stop and given the strong action.

    Dear authority, msrtc
    I am currently traveling from swargate to barshi by ordinary bus mh 14 bt 3774. Driver stops bus on a hotel named "national hotel and lodge" alias "national dhaba" at location nh 65 kedgaon station road maharashtra 412203. My complaints regarding this are beliw
    1) why msrtc bus stops on non assigned dhaba
    2) they are charging higher rates then normal fares (Like they have charged me rs. 150/- for just half plate rice and daal
    3) food quality was worse
    Kindly answer my complaint and reverse the paid amount to hotel as this is drivers fault
    Thanks
    Waiting for bus on the bus stop with family from last 2 hours. Don't have other option I have reservation. Very angry with service.

      I mrs vidya suryvanshi would like to bring to your notice that pls tek an action on the bus conductor for delay n rudeness with the lady passengers,
      I booked bus tkt from wai to pune station for 15/06/18... Bus was scheduling at 1:15 pm but came at 2:10 from mahabaleshwar and when i asked conductor whether bus will reach by 4 pm as i had to catch train at 4:35 pm on the same day... He said rudely that buses won’t run on time k said he will break for lunch... I spoke to mahabaleshwar depo official he was helpless and sorry too. She had to drop that bus&went by taxi to catch the train. We neither traveled nor got refund bus fare &had to pay 1000/- for taxi from wai to pune.
      Request to authority that not to misguide passengers.. Follow timings or atleast intimate delay in advance.. Pls teach wai enquiry counter to behave and answer to ladies atleast.

      I ishan Sagar Ambegaonkar to would like to share my complaint against the tickets of SWARGET to GANPATIPULE which I have booked but the problem is that the transaction has been done by me but the tickets are not shown in the msrtc official app.please It's my humble request to you too check the seats 20, 21, 22 are booked or not or please refund my ₹1255 rs plz thank you

        Today as on 25/06/18 i am traveling from latur to osmanabad from bus no mh 20 bl 4233. Bus start his journey at about 10:30 pm from latur.

        Driver has very much slow speed that it will take more than 3.5 hrs to reach osmanabad. And driver talking on mobile phone while driving bus.

        So take strick action so that passengers will reach there destination on time & safely.

        The bus is not properly maintained as rain water was continuously leaking on the second last seat from the sun roof. Even after charging exorbitant amount the passengers have to face such an inconvenience.MSRTC should consider this seriously and refund the ticket to the passenger.

          I take bus from indra, wakad to hiranandani (Borivali bus) every monday morning. The timing of the bus is 5:30 from swargate and in wakad it is 6. But the bus always comes late by around 7:30. This is frustrating, because so many people travel and it's almost all booked. So people have to show their ticket and get in. Still always late. You should make this better because a lot of people use this mode. Increase the number of buses from different stops at least. It's really annoying because it doesn't matter how early bus timing you book, you will always be late

            My bus was having some problem so the driver held my ticket to s. V. Patil. After boarding the bus in midway she told me that it was not right ticket and told me to get out of the bus. But before boarding i shown her my ticket and she allowed me to board the bus. I request you to take strict action against her as i was traveling alone it was worst experience of my life.

              From 5-6 months mh.12. Ef.6820 buses arrive at 7:15 pm. Pimpri lauki fits, but if the distance is 5 to 10 kilometers, the bus stops or the lights stop and the gear does not fall. This happens at least 2 times in a week.
              The bus passes through a lot of staff, as well as school children and girls and citizens. Some days the passengers have to suffer a lot and then wait for an hour-long bus that comes in the bus.
              Currently the cases of theft and robbery have increased so much that it is expected that proper action should be taken to prevent the bus from happening in the future
              But i hope you will take this action

                I had booked a ticket from thane to pune (Tm[protected]) for 8th june which was cancelled due to operator strike. Pnr[protected]/367607/[protected]. I had done online payment and am continuously following up with the red bus but they are not paying the money and saying that confirmation is pending from msrtc and also saying that i might not get online refund but may get it in cash. Since i have paid through online i am not supposed to receive cash for it.
                Pune stations / swargate to kankavli/ oras not showing buses day oradinary /oradinary buses(st). Why the buses are close in this route and otger route. Passengers avliblity .what is the problem of your side

                  I was having reservation from pushpapark, malad to satara of shivshahi bus which starts at 23:00 hrs from borivali Nancy colony bus stand.
                  I reached the stop pushpa park
                  @ 22:44 hrs and was waiting for my bus.
                  Around 23:20 i saw the said bus, it was in the rightmost lane and it was in speed; i waved at it, the bus the driver noticed me and started taking bus to left slowly, i thought he will stop atleast at kurar village (the immideate next stop) stop but he didn't. After few minutes the bus conductor called me and asked me to come at Gondavali-Andheri stop.
                  I got the bus but I had to pay 90 Rs extra for the auto to travel from pushpa park to Gondavali stop.
                  Then when I reached i asked driver that why didn't he stopped, he started misbehaving and giving false reasons for his mistake.
                  I have attached my ticket alongwith for reference.
                  And hope that the authority will take concerne of this matter.

                    Dear sir,

                    This mahesh i was booked four (3 ladies, 1 senior citizen) tickets on 19 jun 18 for pune to borivali scheduled departure 20 june 18 10 am. We reached before half and hour waiting for bus. Till 12.30 pm no bus is on platform. When i asked to controller for 10 am borivali bus he is not sure about bus and misguiding me continuously during 10 am to 12.30 pm. Lastly when i inquired in bus depot they told me driver and bus not available for today.

                    My question is?
                    If driver and bus are not confirmed. Why msrtc are taking bookings on websites no coordination between depot and website. Why wasting time people's in booking and cancellation.in the case of cancellation of bus it is the responsibility of the msrtc to adjust the seats to other borivali busses.

                    I hope you take appropriate actions on my suggestion. I also requested for cancellation of my ticket. Please refund me as soon as possible.

                      Buses from pune to thane were canceled without prior intimation, and refund to that is still not made. At least have the courtesy to inform the cancelation by sms or via email, customers have to travel all the way to the bus depot and get to know the buses are cancelled and on top of that rude behavior of msrtc employees and why does it take such a long time to make a refund trip no: tnhm0004856, ticket number : 33595770, transaction id :[protected], date of booking : 08.06.2018
                      There is absolutely no frequency of buses from Dadar to swargate. The management is broken. Controller doesn't answer properly and have very rude behaviour
                      Shivneri bus at two pm has not come to swargate pune yet. This is as of today seventeenth June. It's been almost more than one hour at bus is delayed and not yet has come.

                      Please explain the reasons for the delay.

                        The office of msrtc in panvel is not giving student pass to "information technology" student as they are telling that student passes for "informatiom technology" student has been close and we have to pay the regular charges. I have the humble request that you should solve this problem as soon has possible please.
                        I hope sir/ madam that you will solve my problem as soon as possible.

                        Bus is for chalisgaon to malegaon.
                        The condition of bus is worst ...
                        On the way it was raining in side the from roof of bus.
                        Literally the water is falling on the seat of passengers and the lagauge carrier.
                        It's totally unfair for all passengers.
                        Do something about it

                        I am sufiyan chougle i had done my resrvation 15 days before for todays 14th june at 11:00pm for SHIV SHAHI bus services.

                        But when i come for the travel they are giving me a normal bus service which in un accepted.
                        My request to you please iisue this problem and atleast give me return journy with shiv shahi service

                          In Ratnagiri ST Stand following are issues
                          1) While issuing student CIty Bus Pass the window is not opened at 8.00a.m. but closed before 4.30 p.m. as well as the working hours which are specified are not followed, The window clerk behaves with parents and students very arogently.
                          2) The Ratnagiri "Agar Pramukh" is not present in his office in working time. without his signature no one issues the pass, though there is a letter displayed in his cabin regarding the authority given to window clerk. I am also attaching photo of emplty chairs in the office.
                          3) While asking for complaint register, it is not easily find in the cabin round about waiting of 30 mins then we get complaint register.
                          4) At Pass window they are issuing 7 to 8 passes to one candidate does it a mass working? then issue a date to school and send your employee in that particular school and issue passes to student which avoid students educational loss which happens at present.
                          5) form last two three days we observe that there is no disel in Ratnagiri at ST PUMP, so the buses are not running in time.
                          Now the most important thing that when we call the "Agar Pramukh" he also answers arogently and said to lauch Police Complaint against him.
                          No reponsible person is present in ST Stand who are capable to anwer the questions.
                          If there is time to ST Pass window then there no time to employee of ST rather for responsible person of ST has to present and answer to passengers.
                          St working on "Bahujan Hitay, Bahujan Sukhay", Is this for employee as they are taking salaries without working?

                            Sir,
                            Bus - shivshahi is supposed to depart at 6.30 pm from kolhapur bus stand for alibaug.
                            But, yet not departed (7.14 pm), on asking enquiry counter came to know that bus conductor is not available.
                            Kindly look into issue.
                            On 7:10 visited bus stand incharge office, incharge was not present at office. Waited for 10 mins.
                            Returned to bus, bus conductor arrived at 7:30 pm.
                            Bus is delayed by 1 hr.
                            There was no prior information regarding absense of bus conductor, if the information has passed on immediately.
                            I would have opted for another bus option.
                            Also, time of 1 hr. Got waste of all other passengers. Bus was parked at departure position on 6:10 pm.

                            The delay of the departure affects all the future planning & work schedule.
                            It causes late arrival at destination & result s in less time for sleep. Also duty have to be attended for the next day.

                            The delay at the departure hampers all the related activities & why many people should suffer due to delay of 1 single person.
                            It doesn't sound ethical & is non professional.

                              Ac was stopped in midnight sleeper coach. It's worst experience for me after paying 1365 ₹. Mh 18 bg 1479 shivshai sleeper journey date 17/06/2018 start time 7 pm nagpur. We have asked the driver and conductor 4 to 5 times to start the ac but did not get the desired result.
                              Pls don't do these things. U will destroy in couple of months.
                              Also running late taking lots if stops for long time at each station.
                              I travel from pune to nasik via shivshahi AC bus. At the time MSRTC bus employee strike on 08th June 2018. So please Refund my e-ticket charges.

                              There is no facility of students bus pass from Kolhapur CST to Sanjay Ghodawat University ESPECIALLY FOR COMPUTER SCIENCE STUDENTS please look into the matter as early as possible to avoid students inconvenience

                                Hi

                                Today on 18 jun morning 5 clock we reach on the satara bus stop
                                As per the shahar bus station need to open around 5.30 but the depo in charge as well as the all staff was come by 6.10
                                When we inquire about the bus he said like bus nahi ahet
                                Is there my issue the bus nahi and all you need to cooperate with the coustmer is way talking was very rudaly who was on depo incharge
                                Is the main reason the coustmer are not happy due to the bus bussiness going down and another people take care off the bussiness
                                My bus time was 5.45 (Degoan) but he said the bus nahi ahe atta bus ahe 6.45 it's 1 hours late is very disappoing by to us
                                We are almost wait for the bus around 2 hours but he was not understand the problem

                                  Respected sir, i am kunal kshirsagar travelling from latur to tuljapur via latur-solapur msrtc no. Is mh14 bt1498.

                                  At ujani driver stop that bus for eating purpose, but actually traveling distance is too small for taking dinner.

                                  But truth behind this halt that driver & conductor provide free lunch with some extra money. So that the way your system is giving worst quality food in maximum prize alongwith wastage of time.

                                    I wait on yavatmal bus stand since 3.30 pm for shivshahi yavatmal to nagpur til 6 pm, but couldn't find any shivshahi bus.. When enquired to conductor (The one who sits in cabin on bus stand for ticket booking) he said"timings are not fix.. When the bus will arrive vll give you tickets". And it is not the first time that this bus got delayed.. Who is responsible for this irresponsible behavior.. If you can raise the rate of travel why not improve the punctuality.. Who keeps watch on above schedule and wht action management will take on such delay.. Is not there importance to our time.. N why people should travel with government transport with such service.. Worst service i would say..

                                    There was 7 rupees ticket from Kalyan Stand to Breeze on the way to Padgha And now it's 10 rupees.
                                    So how much ticket fare is increased. Can anyone explain. Who will give explanation for the fare. And exactly how much percentage of fare is increased.

                                      I have done online booking for a 4 pm swargate to mumbai msrtc bus which is delayed by 2 hours but they are not ready to put me on the previous bus where they are booking current customers. So the one who has booked in advance has to wait the most! Staff is unruly and does not listen to so many o[censored]s who are pleading for the past 2 hours. Not even refunding my money so that i can take some other travels. State transport is the worst

                                        I had booked online ticket for nashik pune shivsahi bus on 16 june 2018. My transaction was successful but i haven't received any e ticket as well as any booking details. When asked at ticket counter they replied your booking was not done. I was with my 5 year old daughter and was under trouble. They told me to book again. E ticket is just helpless. We cannot releive on such transaction.
