We already done reservation for Thane chinchilla bus seat no 13, 14. Ticket number 32931220. We forgot to carry our id proof, conductor told me to pay fare for ticket. We paid it and take ticket. I was show our id proof in mobile but conductor was not agry to accept this. This thing is very ridiculous you taking double fare from us. Your panvel office member also not supported. I want my reservation fare refund.

    Im a frequent traveller of mumbai pune with shivneri bus, buses are not maintained well as for as customer is concern. Bus has broke down due to various reasons more often. It has been happened 5 times with me while travelling from mumbai to chinchwad. We travel by this bus cause we have time constraints when you people are going to understand. Just give prior maintenance to the old buses or sell. For the sake of msrtc.
    I had booked tickets from Pune to Shirdi for 30/04/2018 and boarding point is Chandan nagar at 11:25 pm but no bus arrived.I had waited more than 2 hrs at boarding point and I called on the enquiry number but no one picked so they are providing worst service to the customer.So I had to return back to home as no bus came. Worst experience ever.

      As per above subect reservation no[protected] and 32920861 is booked for 06.05.2018 from govele gaon to borivali nancy colony mubai, but theres in no st available near about 2 hours after time sheduled. After reaching goregaon depo they r simply said catch the another st, this reservation is valid for that st. Passenger had to find himself the seat availabe in another bus which takes lots of time. More than 15-20 reservation had been doen regulary for this bus. Last 15 days the are doing same process of cancelleation of st without any instruction to passenger. Huge trouble facing by passenger after reservation. Please make a note of this and take necessory action againt this.
      I have taken ticket from chandwad to Manmad but as it was extra I requested if possible to return it. Conductor gave that ticket to other person but later refuse to give money or ticket either. And started misbehaving & fighting. He said he thrown the ticket. Conductor started cursing. We informed it in Manmad Depo but they said make it online.

      Please have stops where cleaned washrooms and hyginic etables are available. for Dapoli- Mumbai shivshahi, pl. avoid Goregaon, ratnagiri and panvel depot, there washroom stinks like hell.
      Air cooling was average. pl do action otherwise customer will prefer pvt transport.

        We had bus reservation from satara to mumbai central at 6:00 pm. No bus was available till 8:15. We asked about bus at inquiry office at following given times, and they gave non sense answers to that questions.
        6:00pm - bus will be there in 10-15 minutes.

        6:15 - (Inquiry officer was not on the place)

        6:30 - 2 buses came but they went for maintainence so wait for 15 min more.

        7:0 pm - go and ask to g. D. Shinde, he will answer you.

        (We went to meet g. D. Shinde at maintainence room)

        7:10 - (We asked for g. D. Shinde. They asked about matter. We told them that reservation buses are not available to mumbai from 5:30 pm. They even don't know about this. They don't know that reservation buses are not available.) someone but not g. D. Shinde told that bus will be there in 10 minutes. Bcoz bus has gone for cleaning.

        7:30 - (Same place. Maintainence room or something. No one was available. Some people, conductors we're standing outside. They told that g. D. Shinde is in office near to control room. And that to in very rude way.)

        7:40 onwards (Office near control room where we met g. D. Shinde). They called some people and ask to arrange buses. (Buses still was not there.) they told that buses went to fill diesel. Wow.. They asked us to stay there for 10 min more. And gave us answers. But that was not at all related.
        They told us that buses are at there place. Some people went and come back. Buses was still not there.

        8:10 pm: 2 buses came for 5:30 pm and 6:00 pm reservation people.

        Please tell us, who will take care of girls security who are travelling and will reach late.
        Kids of 5-6 months was also there. Who will take responsibility of them?
        Everyone there from buses department was just giving reasons and that was too non sense.
        Lazy staff as well as not proper provision of shivshahi buses .
        Costomers or passengers have to wait for bus and after long time they will get ticket and then they travel to start his journey.
        Also Rude behavior with passengers at the enquiry time

        No one is from control room giving appropriate response

          This is in regards to a problem i faced while traveling from nasik to borivali from a bus of msrtc (Shivshahi), the conductor of the bus was forcing me to sit in the cabin seat which got alloted to me while doing an online reservation (Seat num.44). And inspite of being told by the driver and other msrtc employee that i should be sitting inside and conductor should be sitting with driver but he still argued stating that the conductor wil sit inside the bus and me being a lady passenger had to sit out with the driver. Although there is no where inside the bus mentioned that a seat has been reserved for the conductor he abused me and misbehaved with me saying that where will i sit if i will allow you to sit on this seat which is supposed to be passengers seat that i had reserved it online. I don't know his name however i have bus details and his batch number.

          On 22/04/2018, we were travelling from Mumbai to Pune. We had booked online tickets for Shivneri A/c bus. But, the ticket didn't generate onine. Money was deducted from my card. As we boarded the bus, the conductor told that our seats were not reserved. so, we paid cash for the ticket and came to pune.
          Please help us for the refund.

            I have booked the msrtc ticket but because of error the transaction of rs 692 fails they promise to retain money to accounts within 4 days but its now 10 days and uptill now money has not been refunded so plzz take my complaint and resolve it plzzz... Msrtc... This happens many times with me and uf we call the customer care of msrtc they dosent respond well

            But due to some reasons bus was cancelled. So Pl.Refund my money in my account.

              I have book a ticket from msrtc app. Ticket is from nashik phata to shirdi of vallabhnagar to indore bus (Indore depot).
              I reach to shop at 5.45 since waiting of 90 min on stop bus has not arrived. I enquired about this to vallabhnagar depot incharge, they topd me the driver and bus are come here to rest only, we don't have details about this.
              My question is if they dont have details about this bus then why should they wrote the vallabha nagar to indore bus on website.
              I want my money refund.

                I have booked a ticket of shivshahi bus no 1277 to nashik from shivajinagar. The public services provide in bus are to the best but the charging facility provided are not working at seat no 27, 28 and 25, 26 too which are creating issue to me. Cause the reason behind traveling in shivshahi is the comfort and the facilities provided by you..
                Please take corrective action immediately and revert back to me

                  I was about to travel by msrtc booked shivshahi bus on 28th april 2018 at 8.40am from swargate bus stand in pune. I reached at bus stand at 8.00am and was sitting there. At approximately 8.15. I asked on which platform the bus was supposed to arrive. The person at inquiry told me to wait on no.8. I just went for snacks and returned at 8.40am. Again i asked the person when the bus will arrive. He told me that bus in gone just minutes ago. I again asked by saying detailed travel destination and type of bus service. He again told me that bus is gone.
                  So basically i thought i missed the bus. I asked him to give any contact number so that i can tell the conductor or driver of my bus to stop for few minutes, or the next stand's number; he refused.in rush, i hired in auto rikshaw for rs.150 and tried to catch the bus i missed by few minutes but nowhere i found the bus. Felt down and caught a private transport bus to drop me in kolhapur. The private bus was in katraj ghat on the way to kolhapur and i got a call from shivshahi bus conductor.
                  He was saying that the bus came at 8.45am and was waiting for me to come and board bus. So i alighted for that private bus at khed-shivapur toll plaza and waited for my booked bus to come. It came after 40 mins. And i went to my booked destination.
                  That guy in the inquiry room told me that i missed the bus which hadn't even arrived in the stands. That guys gave a total misleading information and didn't even bothered about trying to help.
                  So, in this scenario which made me somewhat to panic by missing a not missed bus. And other financial losses too. If he don't know the information then he shouldn't be there.

                    I am passenger who work in bank, at nashik so me travelling daily Pimpalgaon to nasik but after 8 pm every bus conductor avoid to take passenger who going to Pimpalgaon Baswant mostly Satana bus conductor avoid, even many complaints from passenger still no action was taken on them, many times they use hard language to passenger, ×when will msrtc will take action, many times bus r empty but still they not take passenger then how will msrtc will earn money i[censored] want improve ur service so take action on such issue also I can see even after many complaints that even not reply from u may be need to take this issue to transport minister Mr Diwakar Raute sir ...

                      I am sangita kailas bendake. Living in pimpalgaon baswant, tal - niphad, dist - nashik. I was traveling from nashik to pimpalgaon baswant on 3rd may 2018 9:00 pm, i caught the msrtc bus (Bus number - mh 15 t3808) from old cbs nashik. The bus was going from nashik to satana.

                      I was with my 2 years daughter and conductor asked me to leave the bus by giving the reason there is no stop for bus pimpalgaon baswant. I have two bags and 2 years daughter.

                      I want to file a complaint against this rude conductor. Please help me. Last option i will have only to go in press and give the news. This is happened earlier too. Satana depo conductor alwasys denied to stop at pimpalgaon baswant.

                        On 03.05.2018 i have booked shivshahi bus for ahmednagar to nanded by online system. Bus timing from ahmednagar is 11:00 pm but bus is not come till 01:00 pm. While asked to controller he said bus will come 11.00, 11:30, 12:00, 12:30.
                        We called up to pune control room for enquiry then he said bus is not came from nanded hence bus was cancelled.
                        Customers are waiting for bus along with his wife, childrens for 2 to 3 hours.
                        Very bad service i want my refund amount immediately.

                          We sometimes board the asiad by paying the difference in fares and requested the conductor for the same he flatly refused stoped the bus and was forcing me to get of the bus i told him that i would purchase the ticket but he refused to listen
                          He acted as if he was the owner of the bus and was very rude also has no knowledge of a difference ticket

                            My ticket number is 32858563. Seat no. is S-44 of Bus Shiv shahi . Reservation is from BULDHANA TO PUNE. It is a very uncomfortable seat and very risky as well. It is at the left side of driver seat. Not feeling like traveling in ac bus. They shouldn't have sold this seat or should make it safe at least. If driver had to break urgently, i would get injured. I can fall on stairs from the seat.
                            So i want the refund of my money.

                              Hi Team,

                              I am Siddhi Hegishte writing this to you asking the refund of an amount deducted while doing transaction on MSRTC site on 27/04/2018.

                              Below are the details.

                              1. While booking a ticket for four passangers, I entered all the details and got redirected onto the page of ICICI net banking payment. I entered my details and unfortunately the site got down. Fare amount of Rs. 2198.39 was deducted but i didn't get any ticket booked. (at 21.16 hrs.)

                              2. after this I got redirected on home page of MSRTC and had to fill in all the details again. This time the transaction was successful and i got the tickets with deduction of same amount as mentioned above. (at 21.20 hrs.)

                              Please let me know asap when will an extra deducted amount be refunded back in my account?
                              Please do the needful. I expect your co-operation.

                                Now it's 45 minutes late; yet late is extending to unknown limits. What is value of our time?

                                The above time loss occurred with all the customers of the said bus.

                                  I had booked ticket for kalyan - pune shivshahi bus for date 1-may-2018 and kalyan departure time of 5:30pm. Bus was expected to arrive at dombivli st stand on 5:45pm. However, it didn't arrive till 8:30 pm. After several calls made to kalyan st depot we were getting different false answers and promises about the bus. There were children, old people waiting for the bus and no proper communication was done from st department. It was really irritating and pathetic experience of new shivshahi bus.

                                  For the waste of time and the physical and mental stress caused due to this; i want the entire fare amount refunded to me for my 2 tickets.

                                      I am a regular traveller of shiveneri buses from swargate to thane & vice-versa. Drivers don't abide by the timings, never! Not even once i reached on time. Please please improve it.. Otherwise with time you'll lose out many (Trust me, many) customers.

                                      I have other queries as well, there is no proper display of the bus timings on the bus, each time a bus arrives i need to go & ask personally, as the buses are always late, we are ought to ask them every single time which bus is this.
                                      The bus MH 14 BT 5003 is the semi luxury bus which renders service from PUNE-Sangamner-NASHIK ! But the bus driver has stopped the bus at rajguru nagar and he let the passengers board who had no reservations and made them standing ! It is causing discomfort to passengers like us ! I seek your kind assistance and strict action should be taken

                                        मी ठाणे बस स्थानक ला 4 वाजल्या पासून धुळे गाडीची वाट पाहत होतो. चौकशी कक्षा वर विचारपूस केल्यास कळालं की, धुळे ची गाडी 8.15 pm. ला ठाणे बस स्टॉप ला येणार आहे..
                                        रिजारवेशन करावा कि नाही हे सुद्धा विचारल तर त्यांनी सांगितले की करून घ्या..
                                        आणि महत्वाचं म्हणजे 4 वाजल्या पासून मी ठाणे बस स्टॉप चा बसलो होतो तेवढ्यात 8 वाजता एक गाडी लागली जी धुळे गावात जाणारी होती..
                                        आता मी तुमच्या सांगण्यावरून रिझर्वेशन केलं म्हणून मला त्या गाडीत बसून दिले नाही, म्हणून मी पुन्हा चौकशी करण्यास गेलो तर मला योग्य असे उत्तर मिळाले नाही..

                                        मला त्रास झाला तो झाला पण एक विनंती तुम्हाला कि चौकशी कक्षात सुधारा करा..
