I got a ticket of rs. 391+50=441, but conductor took rs. 450 from me. Not only me but other passanger whose ticket fair was 391 conductor took 400 & didnt returned rs. 9.
My bus number is 9507, date 3 june 2018, ticket time 22:28 hrs, bus time 9:30 pm, route pune to thane.

Because it was too late for me to go home so i didnt argued with conductor.

    I am traveling by nagpur solapur shiv sahi bus. I have reserved tickets from nanded to latur. Actual, departure time was 1:10 pm. It was departure by 2:50 pm which was totally annoying situation for me and another passengers. We didn't any reason why it was late by 2 hrs. Nanded depot staff also don't know exact timing. Once, bus came at depot i asked to conductor for delay. He arrogantly said it is just 2 hrs late which is common for any bus. I totally dissatisfied msrtc service. If you really want to do business then kindly take action against your employees. Otherwise, we will prefer private transport atleast they can give proper service with extra cost.

    Driver is abusing passengers as his fault is been there as he didn't turned on the AC and took the ticket and left passengers on road and didn't arranged any other bus for the passengers.

      I had a reservation of chinchwad umerga bus scheduled to arrive at shivajinagar bus stand at 10.30 pm. I had reached shivajinagar bus stand at 10 pm and asked for around 4 to 5 times about the bus. The controller was either not responding or every time he responded saying that the bus will reach by 11 pm. Finally at around 11.10 pm, when asked he was saying that the bus left and he had done the announcements. There were other people as well complaining about his behaviour. He was most of the time not available on his seat and when told that we will complaint. He was very comfortable in saying that you can complain whomever you want. Can provide the snaps

          We had reserve the seat no. 29, 30 the date 1.06.2018 for bus time 8.30 borivali to nashik shivshahi. We have book the ticket from borivali to nashik and catch the bus at kashimira stop. And condutor is now telling us that he had already sold the ticket to some one else. Now you have to seat on last seat. How can he sold the reserve ticket? Second thing i try to call nancy colony st depot to inform them we will catch the bus from kashimira but the no. [protected] is all time busy. The frustrating thing is that the bus conductor literally told a senior citizen man to get down from the bus, your reservation is already given to someone else now what to say about this bus conductor. Really you have thing msrtc about this. Also i tried to call customer care firstly that lady spoke from my side then after talking with conductor she also respond like that conductor i told her to give this phone to to ur senior she told literali cut the phone???

            Sir,
            I would like to inform you that borivali bhiwandi bus which starts at sukarwadi depot route was changed at last minute in the pretext of traffic on mankoli rajnouli route. All passengers were made to get down from borivali bhiwandi bus as route for the bus was kaaman kalyan bhiwandi we all passengers got down and were directed to another borivali bhiwandi bus mh o7 c 9920 we all passengers sat for another 10 min then conductor came and informed us even this bus will take same route as a result half passengers got down and took 700number tmt and nmt bus till majwada. When we asked conductor about change in route he bluntly said that due to traffic all busses to bhiwandi will take kaaman - aklayan naka-, route. Every other day they change route as a result footfalls to borivali bhiwandi has decreases, kindly look into this practice. Google map showed their was no traffic on borivali kalyan bypass bhiwandi route still route is changed everyday kindly look into this as less footfall results in decrease in revenue and this practice causes inconvenience to passengers too

              Dear sir/madam,
              This is make you aware about the above captioned subject, myself raju gavali was traveling from nasik to pune date29/5/18ticket time 17.12pm. Bus no. Mh09 1943. (Shivshahi bus) i put my luggage in bus and went outside the bus for taking snacks in front of bus. At drivers seat there was not driver to tell him.
              In two minutes of period the bus went away without taking me, my seat no.26. Also one of the passenger seat no.25 also was out of bus when moved away. It means that neither driver nor conductor confirmed about if all the passengers were in who took the bus ticket. I catched the bus by taking auto as my luggage was in the bus.
              At nasik road when i went to launch the complaint, the depo manager did not allowed me to lodge the complaint and used ir-reluctant language with me.
              So i request you to instruct all depos from where bus leaves, the conductor or driver has to confirm the seat members are there in the bus or not.
              Hope my complaint mail works positively to give better services to the customer i. E. Passenger. Whiling writing the. Complaint i am in the bus itself.

                I'm a student and i often go to akola for educational reasons. On akloa road in akot there is a big residential area and there is official bus stop sanctioned in year 2015, tought many msrtc bus do not stop their event after waving hands and this results in huge disappointment.
                So i request to act accordingly the caption line of msrtc which is 'प्रवाश्यांच्या सेवेसाठी ' and not 'प्रवाश्यांच्या असुविधेसाठी'.
                My exam is held in Dhule and I live in Nardana but bus not come from Shirpur to Dhule and costumer care also careless.

                  I am travelling from phaltan to pune station and i have reservation for morning 6 am bus, as bus changes from semi luxurious to shivshai bus and conductor of bus won't allow us to sit in bus even we are ready to pay difference of amount of ticket.
                  We have reservation and no bus is there and controller is also not on his duty
                  No one is there to here and provide poor quality of service

                  This all mistake of conductor he should punish for that
                  This all happens on monday 28th may 2018 at 6am.

                  I hope state transport department will take strickt action on such hope less people
                  I am traveling from mangalvedha to sangola by bus(MH40-N 8319) at 2.15 pm.
                  This bus is as like scrab condition. The luggage racks are totally damaged.
                  As discuss with driver and stand incharge he is blamed to machines and thay are handed over bus forcefully without proper repairing.

                    Bus conductor misbehave and use abusive words while giving tickets as i was busy working on my phone.. Then when i asked them to stop at regular bus stop named gajanan vatika shegaon, they ignored my request.. I requested 4-5 times yet they ignored me even when i was standing at door or bus.. I requested driver to do so but he also looked at me and avoided the request.. Took bus 1 km ahead almost to next stop and then stopped when i yelled "please stop now the bus stop has gone far behind (Thambava ki bus stop mage gelay)" over that they started yelling "what happened if we took bus ahead. Your legs won't break i[censored] walk. You play games on phone but can't walk?? (Zal kay mag pushed alo tar, pay tutun jat nahi chalale tar. Mobile car game bar khelta yet)"
                    Sir/madam, it's my personal decision whether to use my phone in bus or not. Moreover they abused me verbally with words like "murkha, nalayak, chu*ya etc etc"
                    I am well educated surgeon and responsible citizen of india..
                    I kindly request you to please put some light on this matter. As this is regular problem with beed depot buses which comes to shegaon..

When i asked the reason he told me to get down from the bus. He spoke in marathi saying that these people to our place dont understand anything any lots of other things. Conductor no:106664

                        My ticket no is[protected]. I travelled by shivshai bus from kolhapur to pune on 27 may 2018.
                        The bus was halted at ashina hotel. The items like flavored milk, lassie were charged more than the mrp on the products. (30 rs in place of 25 rs.). When asked why 5 rs extra there was no reason by the vendor.
                        If the passengers are being looted why msrtc is making their authorized stops on hotels like this?
                        Is there any check by msrtc on the approved hotel stoppages?

                          My father and mother travelling by msrtc.. Dated[protected] by thane cbs to kolhapur. My parents seated there in shivshahi bus picked up in thane vandana at 11.15 pm. Conductor asking for new ticket even i show him all the proofs. Received message of ticket. And online ticket.. I am asking you why you send the ticket messages.? Please answer.

                            Hello my self avinash sonavane and i am from pune. I am frequent traveller of shivshahi from pune to nashik and nashik to pune. I have very bad experience of shivshahi bus services given by pune (Shivaji nagar bus depo). Shivshahi bus are not moving on time from shivaji nagar to nashik on time. If bus time is 13.00 pm bus will leave shivaji nagar depo at 13.30 pm. Its frequently happens when ever i travel from shivshahi in week days or in working days and if we asked reason for delayed no proper answers given by depo or on enquery count. Approx answers given as usual that traffic and all but on the other hand from nashik depo shivshahi bus service is very good and buses leaving on time for pune. Its only problem from pune depo that they are not moving buses on time from pune to nashik.

                            Kindly requesting maharashtra transport minister that look in to this issue because time has value for everyone and make sure that every bus depart on time from each places (Etc. Pune)

                              Bus no. Mh 20 bl 3592
                              Was driving very badly on sillod aurangabad highway at 9:45 am on 27.05.2018.
                              He was driving on wrong side.. Was not giving side.. And was also driving very rashly..
                              He just missed atleast 2-3 cars by crashing.. Its a kind request to take urgent action against the driver to avoid such cases. Suspend the driver if possible..
                              So that it may be a lesson for others drivers..

                                Under sangli division bus no. Mh_14 bt 3553 this kavathe mahankal to nashik bus time is 8.00 am today but he goes to 8.45 am
                                I say to depo manager about bus time but he tell driver _conducter not coming hence the answer is not satisfaction so please take action.
                                And also bus is so damaged we are not hearing cause bus sound is too much

                                I am picking bus from Shivajinagar pune for journey to Ahmednagar by bus pune to mehkar bus no.MH KR 5110.Before sitting in bus i was tell to driver to drop kedgaon stop then he was asking me that it will cost 50 rs extra to drop kedgaon stop.at the time when bus at kedgaon stop at 11.30 pm in night the bus was not dropped me at kedgaon only because of i say no to extra money to driver.
                                In bus there is ladies conductor who is also not handle this .
                                Plz take action.

                                  I was travelling on 25th may at 10:30 am ist, i booked online ticket and when i reached chinchwad st bus stop, i asked to bus arrival time, he told me that bus will come at 12 pm ist, i told him bus timing is 11:35, so will it be possible to adjust my ticket request 1 hour earlier (Around 11) i will pay the difference/penalties, he said ok, i will do it let bus needs to come in stop. But when bus shivneri bus reached in chinchwad railway bus stop for mumbai, i was in queue and waiting for my turn, when my turn came he was trying to throw my online ticket booking print paper, talking very ruddy. I was talking with very passions, because i was talking with 52 years old government employee. But that employee does not have manners, how to talk with passenger.

                                  I am requesting with officers/msrtc pune commissioners that this is case is not related to money or other process, this is just the case of behavior, which you can pass the warning to such 50 years old senior employee. Sir behavior is the base of all the department and specially for msrts employee, where passenger feedback can matter.

                                  I travelled many time in msrtc bus, this chinchwad railway st bus stop boarding male conductor is abnormal and not good for msrtc department.

                                  Please take immediate action with warning on this.

                                      We all passengers want to bring your notice about the incident dated 25 may 2018 at 23 hours.
                                      The in charge of the bus driver name: mane and conductor name: hanchate.
                                      They have took the bus charge without observing the fule in the bus.
                                      In the widway, hipargaon, karnataka pin code 585329.
                                      Bus has stopped due l of fuel. Moreover the in charge of the bus did not carried the tow material with the bus. Because of which all the passengers including sr. Citizen, women and childrens and did faced the mental agony. By putting all of them on the side of the road at midnight.
                                      The conductor and driver behaved roundly and asked the passengers to go on their own.
                                      They could not arrange another vehicle and vehemently responding the lady passengers.

                                      Hence, it is kindly requested that an appropriate action may kindly be taken against the in charge driver and conductor as such the passengers may not suffer in future and simultaneously all the passengers be compensated with total fare charged to them.

                                      For this act of kindness passengers will remain grateful, if instant action taken against them.

                                      all the passengers are still standing roadside on the mentioned location.
