Travelling ticket is 51 rupees and i given him 100 rupees when my stop was came i told plz give me remaining rupees and suddenly he said i don't have change you go to the karad and collect it and after that his behaviour very bad and arguing with me.. I have full of recoding conversion between both o[censored]s (Me and conductor).. I want take action early by msrtc..

    I am traveling from nipani to kolhapur through msrtc's bus mh 14 bt 3720 which is departed from gadhinglaj to pune.
    On behalf of all the travellers i would like to complain that this bus vibrates a lot and creates unbearable noise. Please repair the bus. The travels on long and major routes of maharashtra. Please do the needful.

      As i was travelling to pune from shirdi with my wife and children my elder daughter was 11 years 7 months and 6 day's as per the date i requested the conductor to issue me two and half ticket but he refused and asked for the proof i provided original aadhar card and birth certificate soft copy he didn't recognize the birth certificate and issued the full ticket so i please kindly request you to take certain action on him this conductor no is 33431.

        I have been waiting for shivneri bus for more than one hour at breman chowk, pune. The bus (Swargate - thane, 2 pm) has not yet arrived even though the scheduled time of the bus is 2.10 pm. The swargate bus station people are not picking my calls. I asked the attendant here to give me complaint register, but he said that he doesn't have it. Due to waiting in the heat for so long, i am not feeling well.

          I paid payment rs. 882 through my debit card but the first payment was failed and second time the payment was done at dadar t. T.
          But after getting the statement from bank i came to know that there was deduction for two times from my debit card i request you to refund me the failed payment of rs. 882 to you, i have attached the bank statement

            I have booked ticket for nagpur on 10th april 2018 of shivshahi, should be scheduled at 6pm. But it has not come yet. This is so frustrating that you put timetable of buses which does not even run on regular basis!! This has wasted my time as well as money!!
            You should atleast give message 2 to 3 hrs before the departure time about the status of buses to avoid inconvenience to passengers!
            R/Sir above said bus deled due to Bus Driver came late likekly 00.30hrs and bus is very ugly condition, due to not cleaning up, very much dust and garbej inside the bus. so please look into matter and take n.a.

              The bus i'm taking is in nagpur, from mekosabagh to buldi. The number of the bus is :mh31 ca6086. The time is 4:03 pm and date is 8th april 2018, sunday. The driver is a bearded thin tall person who isn't giving a ticket. He's only collecting cash and letting the passengers get off anywhere. He is pocketing the unaccounted money. Even after me repeatedly asking to issue a tickete refused. Finally on more pursuation he obliged.

                Just to imform you the bus from borivli/ thane to uran reaching mahape at 6 doesnt have a fix route. They sometimes either come inside mbp stop or sometimes goes directly frm highway.
                The drivers after showing them hand doesnt even bother to stop bus in mahape stop which is very unethical. We wait for 1 hr for dat bus and the driver doenst care for their passengers. Request you to look inro this matter asap.

                It's too undefined lengthy process which makes u angry on management. Pls sort out the shortage of monthly pass

                And also makes availebal debit and credit card swipe facilities in depot..

                  Bus timing given to me was 23.50 but actually bus came to my stop at 2.00 am. It is almost 2 hours late and no any prior information about delay is conveyed. It is really mentally harassment if you have some ladies with you and you are standing at bus stand at midnight. So company should pay ticket return to a passenger. Or at least they should provide driver details or live tracking of the bus so that we can check and we can go on time to bus stand.
                  The bus driver and the carrier refused to take the Buldhana-Yavatmal bus Yavatmal and asked all the passengers to come to Karanja. The driver refused to ask Darwha and Yavatmal while the carrier refused. M H 40 5727

                    Dear Sir, I'm complaining about operator not receiving phone call, public needs to go to Bus stand and make enquiry. Sometime it is possible but each and every time it's not possible and convenient to do so. Please do the needful.
                    If not possible from your side, Don't provide helpline number or phone number for enquiry on website, or any other. No need to just give contact number of Bus stand for show off.

                      Hello,

                      I booked a ticket on msrctc website. The bus time mentioned from satara was 17:45 pm. When i went to the bus station, i got to knew that bus is going to depart from kolhapur at 17:45 and will reach satara by 8:30. Distance from kolhapur to satara is 110 km roughly 2 hours. At 9:30 pm still the bus did not arrive and i was not given any proper guidance is to wht time the bus is going to take and why is there so much of delay. I had to reach pune by 9pm but because of this unnecessary inconviniene i missed the event and had to catch another bus paying for another ticket.
                      He is not seating on his seat in shivshahi which is on front side

                        St buses (Thane to bhayandar/borivali/vasai)
                        Seats are not marked with paint that it is reserved for senior citizens/pregnant womem/handicap.
                        These people have to suffer because other passengers does not give them seat saying there is no reservation mark on seats. Please paint /mark seats as reserved and ensure comfortable travel for more vulnerable people.

                        At certain Age, it is there right to tell other people to get comfortable seat. And if other passengers does not let them sit, with false reason, that nothing is marked on bus side walls /seat about reservation and unnecessary age and insult elderly people, it is Inhuman. Imagine situations In summer and noon, and it is quite long journey. Please do the needful as soon as possible. Paint/mark all ST Buses across mumbai/Thane /and across maharashtra (if you really care)

                          The dhule st depot does not maintain the cleanness in shivshahi busses which runs on dhule-nashik bypass services, the windows of busses are full of dust & seats if bus are dirty & self clean by passenger & the food wrappers, waste papers, are not collected by the cleaning staff, so to maintain the cleanness & healthy environment for passengers msrtc do better work.
                          The above bus drive rashly on 30/3/18 on shernapur road to aurangabad where on hanumanjayanti many people walking driver over take and when I oppose at baba petrol pump he said bus is on GPS and camera is fitted do what you want so pl check is between 11.30 to 11.45pm

                            I have been complaining you, that the buses in our area that is in phulambri are not stopping and entering in phulambri bustand and on phulambri t-point also, they are dropping the travellers far behind or ahead the bustand.
                            Due to it, students, service man, old people, etc are suffering. Student's and service man are getting late to there school / college and work respectively, old people are not able to catch bus because they are not able to run as bus stop behind or before the stand and this is a real incident happening daily, at least 10 times in a day.
                            As i know that education should be first priority, and government is doing a lot for education, but here buses are not stopping, so we fail to go on time in classes, our first lecture get miss. Then you will say that we should go early and we are going also. We leave our home half hour early, we can reach on time, then also we fail to go on time. Hardly some local buses enters in the stand. People wait inside the stand with the hope of "bus will enter", but here bus does not enters in stand only. Buses come and drop people outside and people waiting inside the stand are not able to know, if the bus is going empty also. And phulambri is not a village that buses will not stop, it is a taluka. Under phulambri total 100s of villages are there.
                            So i hope that you will take action against this as soon as possible...
                            Sir i[censored] r do PUC OF our maharashtra buses then tell me about this bus bus condition..?

                              My self dinkar muluk, frequently traveling on pune - nashik road through msrtc bus. It has been observed that cleanliness about fountain hotel were buses taking halt for food. Some photograph attached here specially near drinking area and toilets are not cleaned which is reminded to management of fountain hotel but they misbehaves with passenger and arguing. Near drinking area tap they are cleaning utensil, through used tea glasses and many things, pics are attached here. Its not uploading but i can submit proof.

                              Kindly take necessary action on immediate basis and change food point. As they charged more and food quality also not upto the mark.

                                I would like to bring to your notice the harrowing experience we faced during one of our recent pune-mumbai trip. On 11th mar 18 v boarded shivneri bus no e0000005 3cebc64 at 3:32 pm from indira college wakad bus stop. Conductor gave us 2 tickets (03 n 04). V got into d bus. It was hardly dht v hd settled dht d next stop arrived n a passenger boarded d bus. He came to me n asked me to vacate d seat as he had already booked it. V first thought there was sum confusion but to our utter shock d lady conductor confirmed dht only 1 seat was vacate, in d bus, how come u were issued 2 tickets at wakad stop by d conductor. Surprisingly, bus driver went numb he was clueless... D entire trip i n my frnd hd struggle rchn mumbai... V paid total 792 volvo but we were made to sit near d standby seat wd our baggage at d door where dhr was so much of heat, dust, sun rays falling on d windows, public gttn in n out of d bus.
                                U can chk ur records wd d above dtls prvdd also i m shrng copy of tckt.
                                I claim refund of one ticket with compensation (391+208=600) for d trouble v faced as it was ur staff error who punched in 2 tckts. Had it been nybdy else dhy would hv not allowed d bus to move from wakad stop but v, frm mumbai, thought of other pssngers n tolerated evrythng for 4-5 hrs.

                                Awaiting positive response.

                                  वसई - रत्नागिरी ही एसटी बस पूर्वी नागोठणे एसटी स्टँड मध्ये यायची आता ही बस नागोठणे हायवे फाटा येथून जाते तर ही एसटी बस पुन्हा नागोठणे एसटी स्टँड मध्ये यावी. रायगड विभागाच्या मानगाव, श्रीवर्धन, महाड तसेच रायगड विभागाच्या सर्व एसटी आगारच्या सर्व एसटी बस नागोठणे एसटी स्टँड मध्ये येत नाही काही मोजक्याचा बस येतात तर या सर्व बस नागोठणे एसटी स्टँड यावेत, तसेच पालघर, ठाणे, रत्नागिरी व सिधुदुर्ग विभाग्याच्या काही एसटी बसेस नागोठणे एसटी स्टँड मध्ये यावेत. आणि नागोठणे - पंढरपूर, नागोठणे - मुंबई ही नवीन बस सेवा सुरू करावी ही विनती

                                  Sir, I am from bardoli and in morning mainly boards MSRTC bus Mh20 BL 2406 VAPI TO CHAHAL, to go to Vyara but some days conductor not take passengers of vyara. They simply refuse saying bus won't stop at vyara eventho bus has stop at vyara. Kindly look in to the matter.

                                  Today also they didn't take passengers of vyara. Where as the bus has stop at vyara. If they are not taking passengers of vyara it means they are bypassing vyara as a result not even picking passengers from vyara.

                                    Worst behaviour of staff member
                                    We r regularly traveling from partwada to amravati through msrtc bus running from bhokarbardi to daryapur bus no mh 40 _ 5913 for our office at 9 am. The bus driver name mr. Rane his conductor name mr. Deshmukh never fallow their duties properly. We have some issues which are complainting to dm partwada and amravati after that their is no change behaviour of mr. Rane and mr. Deshmukh issue no 1) if rane drivering then bus was never been on proper platform at partwada depot that bus always stand out side bus stand. When we just go to inquiry about the bus timing they talk lmisbehavely to us. And he used very bad issues no 2) they always miss guides passenger about bus timings.
                                    When i asked him that why you are sitting here for then he just tell that "i am not here for you". When we pressure him then told bus has mechanical problems, tyre is puncture, speed lock and verious problem which they know well.
                                    This is not first time we faced this problem here many time these peoples are misbehaving to the passengers. Please take some action on this.

                                      I have booked 3 tickets from MSRTC site on 18March 2018. On completion of payment I could not see tickets under my account, but still amount of 529.36 was deducted from my account.

                                      Also when I tried to call toll free number given on MSRTC site no one replied and it kept on saying that routes are busy. This is really ridiculous, these govt people dont know how to run a simple site.

                                      Not sure how can I get it back.
