This is about shivneri bus going to aurangabad. I am a regular traveller and and user of msrtc services. On all the fridays it is seen that whichever shivneri i book it is always late my 1 hour at least.
The msrtc should respect the travellers time as well. There are women travellers who book a ticker of early time so that we reach on time. Whereas the shivneri is always late.

    I took the ticket for shahapur whereas i was asked toh get down at bypass as the bus was not going to shahapur bus stand. So i asked to drop me 2 mins further maximum 0.5 kms further it was. And i ask them for because it 12:30 at night as i ws not going to get auto. But instead the conductor a. B. Kambal and driver ask me toh get down aur take the ticket for further stop to go ahead, in a rude manner...

      I was traveling from mumbai to satara. We sat in the 23:30 bus. We were asked to get down since the bus was not working. Fine with it. Then we reach lower parel and are asked to get down again with the luggage. Finally we heard that the bus was again faulty and from the hirkani bus we we're straight away asked to sit in a red bus. Also no extra charge was refunded. One can imagine how it feels to go through such a scenario when you have 30 kg luggages with yourself.
      I know this complaint would not change anything but i believe at least you might feel the guilt for the joke you have been making of people's convince.

Today the girl Bullying to go police station for complain on my brother for Marriage. They was cleared on them points i.e. only relationship not marriage. Now she is change. My brother is a BBA student, his education is not complete. please stop the girl and help my brother he is so depressed & that affect on his educattion.

          On 21st may that is the day before yesterday, i got on a bus from islampur (Sangli) to pune and requested the conductor to let me get down at wakad. The conductor confidently guided me to get down at a place called wadgaon which is about 10 km before wakad. The conductor should be asked to be more careful in asking the passengers while guiding them getting down. Had i known his cell number i would have advised him for the same.             Batach number 30124, mr raut vehicle no mh-40-n-9260 depo koregaon location will be pusegaon we will written one complaint againt driver we will not getting any feed back from any msrctc department. Who will give me reply for any action taken by company. Driver such a behave a like rudely and not behaving proper with ladies. I have a complaint copy we have a reply through call :contact [protected] if anybody not giving me proper result i will complaint with consumer corm.

              Dear team,

              Dally travelling from thane (W) to borivali (E) via st.

              Extremely poor manegment by unit controler n rude behavior by bus conductor.

              Almost 2 hours waited for direct borivali (Shiv shahi) n finally got into non ac direct borivali bus.

              Conductor stated long route bus will not stop at gokul anand from where nancy colony is near. But during the travel bus stoped at khopat, manpada as well as kashi mera.

                I had do reservation for 20th may for junnar mumbai st which has departure time as 1.30 pm daily from junnar st stand. As per my understanding st should departure on time and before they leaving from actual stop, they should confirmed all reserved passenger are in bus and if not, then they can call and wait for them. I had reached 1.25 pm on junnar bus stand on 20th may. But when i get inquired in inquiry box, i got to know that bus has been departure from junnar stand. As i have been booked my ticket online, i have provided all my details as mobile no too. I didn't get any call from conductor before they departure bus from stand. We need to follow around till 8km to catch the bus. Once i caught bus somehow near pangari phata and asked conductor how they departure before 5 min of actual time, the answer got them was very funny. Conductor said driver had started bus without informing him and conductor was blank for situation.
                But my questions are:-
                1. Are you really agreed on statement of conductor?
                2. If yes, then train your employee well with their roles and responsibility?
                3. They will really need communication skills and personality development classed for handing such kind of situation

                Steps to be taken by company:- 1. conductor should check that all reserved passenger boarded into the bus . 2. If not, then they should call them and can wait for seconds. 3. If possible, they can allow passenger to board into bus as near by point for avoiding delay and better customer service. 4. Employee should be realistic for their answer as they are answerable for their actions and communication. Atleast all of the above will implement, then I think we can experience better service of MSRTC.

                वरील विषयास अनुसरून,
                औरंगाबाद येथून नाशिक ला जाणार्‍या महामंडळाच्या अनेक बसेस शिवूर येथे थांबत नाहीत. शिवूर येथे महामंडळाचा अधिकृत बस थांबा आहे. तरीही वाहकांना येथील प्रवाशांचे वावडे झाले आहे. त्यांना जाब विचारल्यास उडवाउडवीची उत्तरे देतात.
                तरीही कृपया आपण माझ्या तक्रारीची दखल घेऊन प्रवाशांना दिलासा द्यावा ही नम्र विनंती.

                  On 21st may 2018 when i was traveling through pune kurundwad bus it got punctured in islampur stand. The conductor has somehow arranged me travel in another sangli bus. But the new bus conductor of bus islmapur sangli was completely non cooperative. Initially he told take your luggage and go to original bus. When i have taken out luggage the original bus didn't stop and went directly to work shop. So again i came back to this islmpur sangli bus no mh 14 bt 3301. The conductor of this bus was completely rude and asked me why you are carrying so much luggage in st. I was having one luggage trolley bag and one small cabin trolley bag.in one hour journey he asked me to change my seat number of times and change the position of luggage from here to there. This was completely inappropriate behavior with passengers in today's scenario where st is facing lot of losses due to competition with other private buses. Please let me why should i travel with st in future and recommend any one to do so if st doesn't have any respect to their passengers? My contact number is [protected] if you wish to talk to me
                  I boarded the bus from Nasik road bus station, the bus wasn't cleaned. There are packet wrapper and used bottles and food fallen on the floor of the bus. Looks like msrtc is not bothered to clean the bus. Very bad.When I complained to the conductor she told me to complain online as no solution is available locally.

                    For online booking left side column shows the time of bus i saw it and booked my tickets of vita nasik bus for 7.30 am but the said bus reached satara at 9.30 am. Generally we public will see left side time only because already destination is mentioned before search of the bus so obviously will not see right side column where other matter is written.
                    I would like to make necessary changes in online booking system and repay my amount.
                    Bus no is. MH14 BT 4420.
                    DATED 19 MAY 2018.
                    TIME: 7.45 PM @ SANGLI STAND.
                    Also I enquired in enquiry office, but they are not interested in taking complaint.
                    Please take necessary action against this issue cause no. Of passengers are suffering the same issue.

                      We are traveling in boriviali bus. Bus departed from revdnada at morning around 8.30am and reached roha at 10.00 am. Destination of business is boriviali
                      It got panctured at vadkhal around 11.30 am, and your employees took 3.30 hrs to repair a simple pancture.

                      Is this kind of service your providing to people. Please provide justification.

                        Dear sir,
                        Myself d. T. Bhandari. Age - 60 yrs. Purchased a ticket for traveling from nasik to dhule on date 16/05/18 at 16:45 hours with bypass route booking. But extra wheel was kept on the seat allotted to me. I have told to driver about this and ask to remove that wheel and allot me my seat. But driver and booking clark didn't co operate with this situation and given silly answer that go anywhere, we are not responsible for this. And wasted my time and disturb my schedule. And after one hour adusted in regular bus via malegaon, not given bypass bus seat.
                        So what to do with misbehaving staff of s t maharashtra
                        Please do the needful and take necessary action.

                          We arrived on ratnagiri deto, at 8.00 o clok for 9.30 st rantnagi mumbai 7.30 ratnagiri mumbai st is arrived on 11 o clock (2 hrs late), we request to mr. Bhambre told that we geting online tickt for 9.30 st so they can not arrange our seat in previous st seats available but mr bhamre can not arrange our seats

                          Shall we not got online ticket?

                          Still 9.30 st not available in ratnagiri depo

                            Hi team we booked 7 am kalyan to swargate shivshahi bus on dated 20tb may but bus havnt come on time nor does crew knows anything about bus arrival. What kind of service is being given to consumer. We expect on time delivery what the # is wrong with bunch of individuals they don't care about people's timing so india will never be developed country.

                              Today while travelling from satara st depo to phaltan. The st no. Mh 14 bt 3821... Late by 15 minuts. The actual departure time of the bus was as per schedule its 9.30..
                              But the bus was not leave till 9.45...
                              Then all passangers left the bus. Saying that the bus was punctured. And this was the last bus to phaltan as per ahedule... At 9.50. The conductor comes and says that the bus was cancelled due to tyre puncture.
                              My complaint is about that why the passangers should wait for half an hour.
                              All the peoples are got late to there destination.
                              The depot arranged another bus no. Mh 14. Bt 0953..
                              No announcement done by depot manager. Not informed to passanger by any source.
                              The staff of that particular bus was not performing there duties. And what about the depot manager doing in between he is also responsible. For that...

                                  रोजी वेळ सकाळी ६ वाजता सुटणारी दापोली बोरिवली (शिवशाही)हि बस सकाळी 8.१७ पर्यंत सुटलेली नाही आपल्या या अश्या नियोजना मुळे मला मानासिक, आर्थिक, शारीरिक, त्रास झाला. तसेच ता.१९-५-२०१८ रोजी सुटणाऱ्या ७.३० दापोली -ठाणे शिवशाही प्रवास करण्यास लेखी परवानगी दिली परंतु, सदर बस मध्ये सीट नं.१व२ रिकाम्या असून संधीत वाहतूक नियंत्रक व सदर बस चे वाहक यांनी कोणतेही सहकार्य केले नाही तसेच कोणीही रा.प अधिकारी कार्यालयात ८.३० पर्यंत हजर नसल्या कारणाने कोणतेही सहकार्य मिळु शकले नाही. मी या मो.नं (९४[protected] वरून आगार व्यवस्थापक याना ८.३३ वाजता फोन करण्याचा प्रयत्न केला परंतु फोन उचलला गेला नाही किंवा काही कार्णासत्व बंद असेल आपल्या या भोंगळ कारभारा मुळे मी माझ्या इच्छित स्थळी वेळेवर पोहचू शकलो नाही . या बाबत आपणाकडून संबंधितांची चौकशी व्हावी व या बाबत आपणा कडून कोणती कार्यवाही केली गेली याबाबत सविस्तर खुलासा व्हावा .

                                    Please increase the bus frequency from panvel bus stand to mahalaxmi nagar, nere as the buses are at an interval of 1 hour or more than that.

                                    Also start one last bus at 12.00 pm at night because there is no other transportation means after 9.45 pm last bus is gone.

                                    Kindly take a prompt action on the same.

                                      I travelled in your bus on[protected]. From pune shivaji nagar bus stand to bhim shankar. I have done advance reservation for this travel well in advance with trip no pnes0112936 and ticket no 32238120. Sheduled departure of this bus is 09.30am but your bus left around 10.05 am that to not scheduled 09.30bus but another bus. For this reason my entire trip got upset. And in return i booked return journey for 03.45pm bus and your officials said that this bus will always be cancelled and another bus came and left at bhim shankar around 05.35 pm. My ticket details for this journey are as follows trip no pnes0119197 and ticket no 32238191. Due to your negligence and mis management of buses i didnot able to catch my train.in which i have a confirmed first ac ticket. I needed to change my entire trip and needed to cancel one of my destination. And loss for my not travelling in that train is around 1400 (To and fro). And mental agony i faced during my entire journey from bhimshankar to pune is inexpressable that i will catch the train or not. So i want an explanation this issue and compensation for my loss.
