Bus no mh40-y 5161
This bus is in very worst condition. Bus has very highly shivering windows, loose upperside head shelf... This create a very high noise while running... It is impossible to seat in this bus... I hv asked to conductor for this... He said... No one caring abt this... And there is no any rule to change a bus or refund a money... If it is not ok to travel. This bus has very poor cleaning...
Please do corrective action for the same.. And bring a rule to change a bus on a same tikit without refund a money.. If it is not in well condition...

I am the student of engineering. have a exams on head but I want a pass for daily travel but they don't give us student pass .

    I booked ticket from pune to shrirampur. According to reservation, i was scheduled to travel on 21th april 2018 at 2:45 pm. I reached to shivajinagar to travel. After waiting for 2 hours till 4pm bus did not arrive. For 2 hours i was asking why bus did not come, they kept telling me bus is late. At 4:15 booking officer vitekar told me that 2 consecutive buses, bus at 2:45 and 3:45 have been cancelled. They kept telling me that they are not responsible for reservation and there would not be any refund. This is clear case of fraud from msrtc.

      Shivshahi bus no mh 09 em 1959 from nagpur to warud time 10 am. Conductor was sitting on passenger seat & not on his seat. I asked for seat he didn't provide me seat. So i had to get down. I was going to katol. Conductor should sit on his sit & not on passenger seat. Because of him i got late for office. To sit on passenger seat is passenger's right.
      Bus number MH - 14 BT 5083, From Borivali (Nancy depot) to satara, time 23.30 PM. Date[protected], Seat number 13 and 14 are broken seats. Msrtc charge for online reservation with all kind of taxes than why can't they provide proper facilities. People are ready to pay money than why msrtc is so careless.

      I was waiting at Tilak chowk, Wani dist. Yavatmal at 6.00 am[protected] where I was waiting for bus for Warora. I saw bus Ambejogai- Chandrapur coming, driver had stop the bus but condactor had refused to take in and tell me that this bus not going to Warora.
      After request he is refused to take in.

        I travelled from mumbai to aurangabad by shiv shahi bus. The arrival time was 12:30am as per schedul. But the bus arrived at aurangabad railway station at 4:10am. This reuined all my night. And reuined my whole schedule. Not only me all passengers suffered the same. The ride was undesciplined. The driver and conductor stopped the bus at three points. Which wasted 1 hour or more.
        Strict action should be taken against this. And i want my money back. As the difference between schedule arrival and actual arrival is 4 hours.

          I am travelling from nagpur to amravati on 19/04/2018 at 6.30 pm in shivashahi bus no. Mh 09 es1483, when near aboit 15 seet was book and booking is going on at that time the bus driver come and off the ac and go out and told us it is my bus i[censored] dint want to seat go out, near about half our we are seating without ac, i want to ask is this your customer service orr this bus driver is owner of this bus, please peovide us solution or make sure this not happend again

            We (2 passengers) were traveling from kolhapur nasik bus no mh 14 bt 4784
            At hotel gurudev before sangamner, while the bus stopped for dinner, we were left behind by conductor even after requesting to wait for 2 minutes since we were about to finish our lunch.
            This is total negligence on the part of conductor who acted totally irrisponsibly.
            We demand strict action on the driver conductor duo of this bus and also a compensation of rs. 5000 towards the extra expenses required to be borne by us for traveling from this place to nasik by taxi and also for the inconvenience and trouble experienced.
            Expecting a quick and positive feedback from your side.

              Hello
              I am SAVITRI BIRANJE from kandivali east.. i was registered seats on date 17 april 2018 of shivshahi night express bus for 5th may 2018 and that seats no are 15, 16, 17, 18..in that having 3 ladies seats ad 1 of is gents seat but problem is seats are not properly booked and balanced is redundant from my account...
              I had already complaints to register office at Nancy Depot before one week ago but still they didn't give me any satisfy reply or any helped about this issue...me and my family is unsatisfied this online failure process
              So, now I am kindly request to you...please refund my money in my account as soon as possible

                I am laxman waghmare, on 18 april 2018 i was travelling from beed to pune. I have with some luggage of two bags of grains each of 25kg. I had given ₹500 note for ticket to controller & the controller given me a ticket with ₹278 of mine& ₹39 of luggage & return me a100₹ note & controller said me that he will give my remained money after a while. But when i asked him about it after some time, controller said me, that you have so much luggage & i can't give you money. But i have already paid for it. I am providing information below.. Please help me...

                  I travelled by shivneri (Mh06s9483) from borivli-swargate on 15th april 2018 (Etd 8 :00 hrs). This bus was not cleaned at borivli. On enquiry with bus staff /depot manager, it was learnt that, there is no staff for cleaning. You are requested to look into the matter & ensure that, at least for a. C bus proper cleaning is ensured. Also, water bottle was not provided, which i received while travelling from pune to borivli by shivneri on 14th april. Bu sconductor informed that, it was not provided by swargate depot.

                    Dear sir,
                    I Niyoj Lambat today Dated 14/04/2018 traveling from Nagpur to Chandrapur by msrtc bus no.MH40 5954...at around 17:41:45 having ticket no. 007164.
                    When I entered into the bus, the bus was full of passengers. Only the seat left it is in cabin..on which driver kept his baggage, when I request him to allow me to seat there, he denied and told me to go backside... But when requested conductor and asked him to take Ur seat which is reserved for him and it's located in cabin, he also denied.. and after next stoppage again lot of passengers came and Tri to seat that seat every time driver denied... So I kindly request you to take strict action against both unless our faith on s.t. mahamandal was gone and we Tri to travel by private transport... I hope u ll understand my problem... Best of luck for MSRTC

                      Very dangours driving suddenly god saved us.

                      When passenger said to driver to slow drive then driver and ticket conductor mis behave with us.

                      Why the driver of st bus misuse of govt property.
                      Very very rash driving.
                      If it is always drive rash and fast n furious then loss of govt vehicle. St bus is common indian peoples property
                      So plz take care of our govt vehicle.
                      And enquire this bus driver.

                        I wanted to book a ticket for 15th april 2018 of shivshahi bus service form mahad to panvel on 14th april 2018. Although ticket was not booked but my mony were deducted from my account. I need a refund.

                        For proof, i received a message from my bank for the deduction of money.

                        Route: mahad to panvel
                        Time &date: 5.15am on 15th april 2018
                        Due to Protest in Jan. buses were not left from depot yet for that neither any services nor refund.
                        Please take look out or else will spen on social media.

                          It is very disappointing to wait for a bus for more than 2 hours, the time by when we can reach to our destination.

                          Waiting for shivneri bus at rabale bus stand on 14th april 2018 for more than 2 hours. The time of waiting is more than the overall timing of the travel. The bus was supposed to reach therabale stop at 7.20 but it's more than 9.30 and the bus has not reached yet. It will be always preferable not to book the tickets in advance if that could be the case
                          Why should anyone will travel by this?
                          Highly disappointed.

                            I godwin d'souza staying in vashi always use to travel by st to sawantwadi (Borivali sawantwadi) from vashi highway but from last year you have stopped the services. Hence i request you to start the bus service till sawantwadi atleast in the month of may. It will be a pleasure if you can atleast keep a semi luxury bus. And night express.

                                I am traveling from nipani to kolhapur through msrtc's bus mh 14 bt 3720 which is departed from gadhinglaj to pune.
                                On behalf of all the travellers i would like to complain that this bus vibrates a lot and creates unbearable noise. Please repair the bus. The travels on long and major routes of maharashtra. Please do the needful.

                                  As i was travelling to pune from shirdi with my wife and children my elder daughter was 11 years 7 months and 6 day's as per the date i requested the conductor to issue me two and half ticket but he refused and asked for the proof i provided original aadhar card and birth certificate soft copy he didn't recognize the birth certificate and issued the full ticket so i please kindly request you to take certain action on him this conductor no is 33431.

                                    I have been waiting for shivneri bus for more than one hour at breman chowk, pune. The bus (Swargate - thane, 2 pm) has not yet arrived even though the scheduled time of the bus is 2.10 pm. The swargate bus station people are not picking my calls. I asked the attendant here to give me complaint register, but he said that he doesn't have it. Due to waiting in the heat for so long, i am not feeling well.

                                      Date 11/04/2018
                                      Time 11.15 a. M.
                                      Bus number - 9469
                                      I paid payment rs. 882 through my debit card but the first payment was failed and second time the payment was done at dadar t. T.
                                      But after getting the statement from bank i came to know that there was deduction for two times from my debit card i request you to refund me the failed payment of rs. 882 to you, i have attached the bank statement

                                        I have booked ticket for nagpur on 10th april 2018 of shivshahi, should be scheduled at 6pm. But it has not come yet. This is so frustrating that you put timetable of buses which does not even run on regular basis!! This has wasted my time as well as money!!
                                        You should atleast give message 2 to 3 hrs before the departure time about the status of buses to avoid inconvenience to passengers!
                                        R/Sir above said bus deled due to Bus Driver came late likekly 00.30hrs and bus is very ugly condition, due to not cleaning up, very much dust and garbej inside the bus. so please look into matter and take n.a.
