I sanjay warthe have purchased mahindra kuv100 k6 in the month of 9th july 2016 model registration number mho5 cv 2623 engine no rbgzf31142, chasis no maiva2rbcg6f94114 colour fier orange.
My complaint is very serious request urgent help towards it. When i have taken delivery of kuv100 petrol from g3 motors dombivali west showroom i and my wide both have complained to sales person that tail lamps are fogged and when showroom executive came with us to fill petrol in car we have noticed that while driving are smelling petrol in car showroom person also noticed but he said he its new car so its spelling petrol. But he ensured that tail lamps will be changed when 1st service is done. Experience was very bad in 1st day only but we were so happy that we purchased our dream car. Driving is so comfort in kuv100 my family and friens appreciated mahindra kuv100. But later when use to drive car when i use to put fuel in that after few km car again started to smell of petrol but i ignored and said its new so its smelling petrol inside car. But my wife, friends everyone who sitted in car they kept complaining that car is smeling of petrol which is not good sign. And i have also noticed that car average is around 4 to 5 km in ac which was really shoking to us. We have to fill petrol so many times which was no affordable to us.in the mean time we contacted sales person sales head n service team they keep on suggested that its new so u r facing such problems.
With in a month only we have taken kuv100 to service dept in dombivali g3 motors there we complained them regarding petrol smell and average of around 5 to 6 km is what we are getting. Initially they laughed at us saying sir company said it gives around 18km per litre avg.. So i asked service person to check.. Finally they agreed to check my kuv100 after an hour they deducted that due to software not updated average if vehicle is only 4km these are words of my yogesh who is from service team g3 motors.
Later he updated all software we waisted full day in showroom. Then i asked him that now mow much avg i will get he assured hencegoing you will get avg of 10km he said after one service u will get avg of 15 to 17 km as all other kuv are getting.
They also noticed petrol smile while test drive but they said engine is yet to free so they assured after on service petrol smell problem will be resolved.
We left service centre & later i noticed vehicle is giving avg of aroun 10km on ac but smell of petrol was continuously was there inside my kuv100. Again we called n complained regarding same but service person said now i[censored]r getting 10km avg smell problems will also resolve.
When i called n complained on regular basis regarding avg issue as i was still not satisfied with average issue. As per company avg given on petrol is around 18km.
Again i took my car to service station again i have complained and asked them to chk my kuv thoroughly they said they will initiate 1st service as they were more interested in doing only service. 1st service is done on only 1000km.
After service done they said now you will get avg. After that i kept record of petrol vs average daily and noticed car is takin more petrol which was costing to me a lot. And only giving avg of only 10 km per ltr.
Again i complained few month later regarding same they said come for 2nd service they also said we will chk avg you have to fill full tank in car then we will go for long ride again after few km we will have to fill tank full and then we will come to kno whats the exact avg is.
Service was not satisfactory from there end and i was also not convinced in wasting around 4000 in petrol.
My car is still is in warranty i have just drive car only 4000 km as we are afraid to drive that car now as inside car petrol smell is continuously smelling now we are not feeling safe to drive kuv100 due to petrol smell and avg was also costing us a lot ant both are very serious issue. My request is to mahindra team that they should send some professional tecnicall plant mahindra engineer to have check of my car regarding petrol smell and avg issue as now we personally feel that there is definitely technical error in my kuv 100 as since 1st day i kept complaining about petrol smell n avg of car but due to no help and resolution from service team i am forced to drop mail. This mail escalation is due to no resolution by service team as they are only interested in doing service. My strong request to mahindra team to kindly look into this serious matter and send there highly experienced technical engineer who is expertised in kuv100 who can chk resolve my complained. Till now we have been very patience but the vehicle which we have purchased is continuously not giving avg & above all major serious issue is petrol smell inside car while driving.. Hope concerned engineer will come and verify what is the defect in car otherwise last thing is what common man can do is file a complaint against mahindra in consumer court as is not safe for me and my family. Request to take action on this complaint on priority basis.

    Mahindra... The name is so big... That much 3rd class service... Really pathetic one... I am highly disappointed with it.. All manageres and high authority in service of mahindra was seated in their to make customer fool... Just they knw how to make customer cheated...

    I bought top end dual tone diesel of kuv100 in mid january and from day one i am suffering till now my car almost in service center for 14 days so i don't knw i bought car to use for myself or just to keep in service center..

    On the day of delivery itself there was a debt and some color feded and rubber putty in window was not proper so it's not air proof or water proof in car still excepted the car as dealer manish tripathi ([censored]al motorway, ahmedabad) promised us to rectify it in next week. So we trusted him n excepted car with full happiness.. Then as guided by mr tripathi sent car for that dent removing and 3m coating (As company saying they are doing again a big big lie.. Just washing car with normally they say it as 3m coating which is again cheat). They took car in mrng from my job with assurance they will return it in evening... But they didn't... They said will send next day as will do proper work (Which is again fake)
    . Next day whole day till evening i waited for car at job.. But there was no driver available avaibile so i need to hire uber... N 3rd day they delivered my car at job.. So it's just 2 or 3 hrs work took 3days to. Comolete... Thn we sent car on 1st service after 3200 km around and then the real fool making started...

    -on name of free service they charged 2500/- so i am already in tetion now how much they gonna charge on chargeble service;
    -then to replace that rubber line on driver window which is still pending they assured is in service they gonna change that... But they just made stick that line by gum so made us fool.. Like we don't understand anything... We are stupid people who just had waste money and so we bought their car.
    -after service when car came it was horrible... My car was more pathetic then i sent..
    As they used some wax in interior but didn't wiped tht... No cleaning at all.. Not inside not outside so pa hetic... We complained and assercice incharge promised us he will do in a week so we took service delivery which was out biggest mistake..

    After 10 days of service pennle of ac is jam so we need to take in service center they temporarily fix it and declared panel needed to be change so they will arrange new panel and will contact us in a week...
    But as we are biggest fool to purchased their car they didn't contacted us till 15 -20 days... N after that cable of my gear box was broke when i was driving car in 3rd gear.. Car was locked and stopped on road with solid jerk which was terrifying for me (I was lucky enough tht my car was just on 30-40 speed think if i was in 90 speed.. May be i was not here)
    We call toll for taking car to service center on last thursday (3rd may) in mrng...
    And now their drama started..
    I mean in 4 months o[censored]se.. Panel failure.. Gear failure patehtic service who except that car who took responsibility or assurity of my car now.. So they just told cable is repaired we asked for assurity for further... But # all manageres are just really pathetic... Dealers manish tripathi also kept his hand up after saling car... And service in charges... I don't knw their post but.. Anil... Jignesh... Xiveir dicosta... Nitin misha... All making just pull.. As we are escalating car they don't want us to escalate... We asked for assurance proof in written they didn't agreed on that.. And this mr. Mishra told me he is giving me assurity that if any technical issue happne they will replace all parts of my car in warranty of 3 years and after warranty also.. They they told me.. He gave us roadside or any place assistant for free anytime.. Then in my free service there must be free of coast... So i agreed to take car back on thier condition and tried to kept again trust asking car delivery with all his written as his said...in that also they made fool... They sent driver with just some sorry later... When we called they asked take car will send later... As we denied and sent car back not accepted car.. They sent later on what's app... With different terms.. So again we didn't accepted car.. So still my car is in service center only.. And i told them keep car with company i don't want car and not money too

    As i m highly disabilities with company so i don't want anything... But for their job forcing us to accept the car...

    But really now i will fight... N now i don't want my car at all.. If company want to keep it keep it.. I don't care.. Now... Their car to them.. It's really pathetic service...

    Please guys mahindra's team response and their work is so dull.. I felt i bought some third class vehicle from them... Don't but car from them.. I[censored] want to just go n visit frequently service centers of them then only buy.. As ur some day car gonna be there only..

    N who ever mahindra's person reading this... I really don't want my car now.. Accept that car as shift from our side to it pathetic company... We don't want any call not mail.. Not any disturbance
    . Just don't want this car..

    For know whole issue u can reach to mahindra's service center and also for my car.. My name is sujal... But don't dare to call me to just make me more fool...

    N don't buy cars from mahindra
    After spending our money we only need to suffer... So i[censored] want to suffer after spending ur own precious money thn buy car from them...

    Again in service your company making us fool and harrasing so much ..really I feel it's my biggest mistake I bought car from Mahindra or may be from shirltal motors don't knw. But will not suggest anyone to buy economical range car from Mahindra at all

      We bought mahindra bolero from mundra showroom (Kutch, gujarat) on emi by paying 1.98 lacs in advance and 18, 190/- as monthly emi. We were said that provide your all documents at earliest and we did so. Later i asked them now there is nothing remaining from our side, right? They said okay, all is perfect now. Later, after few days we came to know from mahindra showroom person that you need to pay late docs submission charges. I was shocked hearing this, i replied her that no one from your team or mahindra team informed me about this type of charges. If there were such charges, then you need to tell this at the time when we were at your office providing you documents. I request you to please check with those people. If we had received any such information of late docs submission charges, we would have done that. Now they are threatening that we wont claim your free service unless you provide us late charges.

        My car services delay more than 20 days. My car mahindra xuv 500 given to service station president motors, surat gujarat for change in gear box, they give me time for 10 days bust today after more than 20 day, till they says for waiting for few days the repairing are not done.
        Please take necessary action and given the service in proper time.
        Very poor level of service please do needful as early as possible.

          Within 70000km changed clutch 4 times. Last 12000 km before changed everything clutch to the paddle to the spring yet failed within 12000 km. We have another 3 vehicles, all models have crossed more than 60 to 70 k kms with ourselves driving not one needed clutch replacement. They donot have courtesy to assist. Bogus comapny, bogus product. Bogus dealer. Bogus after sales service.

          I have purchased junk for 16 lakhs
          And now i am thinking of parking the vehicle in front of the showroom with this tag.

          I am also facing same kind of clutch issue but even after sending an email to [protected]@mahindra.com no use to me. Still I my clutch issue is not resolved and my vehicle is in service station for almost one week.

            My younger brother bought scorpio s2 in november (25) 2017 at bhagalpur, bihar from amit motor. It's having starting problems since[protected].in this context my younger brother contacted with service center bhagalpur and a mechanic depute by them. Mechanic was visit on site and repair the same with visiting cost. 2nd -3rd time it's happened same problem and started automatically. After that my brother visited to workshop of service center for repairing and conveying to mr abhishek the manager of workshop but he didn't give proper response and don't do repair. Last night again having same problem and we are continuing contact with mr abhishek the manager of workshop of amit service center and don't take it serious and talked with rudely with me. Please help us

              My name is Satish kumar. I bought a Mahindra jeeto mini van on 20th April. At that time Arvind Giri (sales man) told that he gave me every thing on time. insurance paper and invoice as well. after complaining so many time he provide me insurance paper after 5 days. And invoice i get in 9 May from (Model Fuel) showroom. Arvind giri forcing me to take registration from them. in spite of that I make a written that i do registration from myself. He charged me 25994 for insurance and he provide us 23648 insurance and price of vehical 348436 finance from us and give a invoice of 324097.

                Dear Sir/Mam, I purchased Mahindra Maximo Van in 2015 from that time every month I faced wiring issue or some other issue. Every month i spend some extra money except from maintenance. Last month i fully repaired and wiring in Sanjay Automotive Mahindra service center Gurugram and i paid 66, 500 Rs that time and they(service center) said this is fully ok and gave me 6 months warranty. Now again i face some wiring problem in this van and service center again make an estimate bill of 15000 Rs. I am unable to spend so much money every month.on that time your service center not check the wire and not solve the wire problem? so please help me for this issue because i am unable to spend so much money every month.

Sapls/0037/18-19 in the name of mohammad altaf shaggo r/o bul bul bagh barzulla booking date 20/4/18 the promise to deliver the car within 15 days but till date no response i completely 4 days back on tollfree no. But no response from there side as well as a new customer it's a bad experience hope u do the needful thanks

                    I am vyas from bangalore. I paid the amount for booking purpose for kuv 1oo
                    Rs 1000/- on 11-3-18. Afterwards i dropped to purchase the vehicle. I have spoken to your employee to pay the amount. On that day he accepted to pay the amount. As on till date.9-5-18.
                    I didn't get the amount. They are telling it's not refundable.

                    Kindly help me to get the amount as soon as possible.

                        I bought mahindra thar from lochab mahindra, rohtak on 23rd march 2018. The rc was not provided till 25th april and when enquired, i was informed that my documnets have been submitted and the rc book will be given to me in the first week of may. They even provided me a copy of some other customers rc. And when i found out about the mistake made the asked me to wait a few more days. It has already been 45 days since i bought my vehicle. And this process shoukd not take more then 7 days.

                        The air conditioner of my car doest work properly since i has buyed it for almost 1 year i have experienced a disgusting problem with ac it doesn't work properly at all

                          The customer relations manger is of poor knowledge to handle corporate clients, the corporate client will need pan number, account details of the service company to do the money transfer or in issuing cheque in their favour. They dont provide any details and for everything they say the need to consult headoffice, if so why do they run the station here. It is a blunder to have given the vehicle for service at shiva automobiles karur. They dont know even how to handle the client politely. Vehicle delivery is delayed since funds could not be transferred, for transfering fund they dont provide any details. Worst customer management.

                          I have a mahindra thar and there is a problem in its speedmeter.
                          It’s showing more kilometers than covered for eg for 92 kilometers the meter shows 100 km.
                          It is also conveyed to service center many times it.
                          They kept the car for 20-25 days but still the peoblem is not resolved.
                          I bought my car from unnati motars Nagpur.

                          We had purchased new Crd loadking (6wheels) after running 400kms It s clutch
                          and Gear got damaged after showing in showroom they told us that, due it's manufacturing defect .
                          So please make it serious and clarify this issue for further running off this vehicle..

                            I purchased a new mahindra bolero big pick up in the last week of march at bettiah (Bihar) on[protected]Invoice attached) and from the very first day the vehicle had a wheel alignment problem which i reported immediately to the bettiah workshop but the problem could not be sorted out in the workshop because of their incapability and i was told to get it corrected during my next service visit. But now they are telling me that i have to pay for the wheel alignment as it is not covered under 2 years’ service contract and it does not matter at all that it was a manufacturing defect.

                            I spoke to mr. Nandkishore from bettiah office and mr. Manish from motihari office and both of them bluntly refused to look at my problem saying that i have to pay to get the wheel aligned doesn’t matter even if it was a manufacturing defect.

                            So i am left wonder if you cannot take care of even your small manufacturing defects then this 2 year’s free maintenance promise from mahindra seems to be a complete scam of bluffing the costumers, where even small things like wheel alignment is not covered. Even the behaviour of your staff is completely inappropriate and impolite.

                            Please tell me what to do in this regard asap.

                              I have bought xuv500 w6 dated on 28/2/2018 my first servicing was done on 21/4/2018 at 5000km by that time everything was ok but today at 10083km my vechile started showing that my front brakes are burn out when I came to showroom they said brake oil is low they put oil then they went for test drive after that they said that the brake lines have to be changed when I said that how come my brake lines finished on 10000km and company says to change at 30000km they said ok we will manage it then after few hours when I went to see my vechil I saw that they where fixing local break line when I asked is this the original one they first said yes but when I took pictures of it then they started saying that we didn't have original in stock that's why we r fixing local line when I said why did u told me before then they said that we thought we will tell you after work I want to say that if I shouldn't have noticed that then they will have charged 4500rs from me and again after 1000km same problem will have persuade.
                              I have left my vechile in showroom and give a written complaint and took one copy of receiving wich I'm attaching to you to take a strict action against the showroom and owner they r playing with the life of innocent people

                              X[protected]IND is the reimbursement claim number for road side assistance. I contacted Mahindra Road side assistance 1 Feb 2018. May 5 2018 now, and Still no clue about my claim. I contacted custom service many times, but in vain. Can anyone in Mahindra help me to reimburse the claim of just ₹ 5000, please ? More effort for just ₹ 5000...

                                To concerning person, my vehicle bolero turbo di registration number cg04hs3547 had been accident on end of march-2018. Vehicle was given to ralas motors, ge road tatibandh raipur (Chhattisgarh) for repairing. Till that time i continually taken many followups about the vehicle repairing status but since a long time i get same answer by mahindra accidental manager that vehicle roof is not available in company, as per spoke by mr amardeep, still roof status is not clear that when the part will come.
                                It is very painful for me to unnecessary stand my vehicle there due to one part only. Still part availability is not confirm & after receiving part minimum 2 to 3 days workers will take for repairing.
                                Kindly help to us & take necessary action on this.

                                  This is first time i ever visited to your service centre with my own vehicle and the experience what i got it is just unacceptable.

                                  Service take on dt-24/04/2018
                                  Service type - regular service

                                  No proper care of vehicle, people even dot attend and care about customer, servicing is done in 30 minute for such big vehicle. Oiling & greasing even not done in single part of vehicle. Only washing been done properly. They took all most 2 hrs for billing, plus on the payment from credit card they have charged 1.26% extra.

                                  Kindly note, as customer it's an request please do the needful as we have trust on mahindra and it will be great help if the process of billing and vehicle care can be taken care professionally.

                                  Mere bolero ko 3000 km pr 1st servicing karana tha pr nahi kara paye .6000 km pr servicing ke liye lekr jane pr servicing nahi kiya gya.RSA ka amm. Pay kiya gya h fir bhi service center me dubara RSA amm manga gya .Service center staff very loos and careless and not suport with me.i am not satisfied this service center.

                                    Hi,

                                    My bike has met with an accident and i have taken my bike for service centre in domlur (Alfa motors - mahindra showroom) but their response was very bad and they haven't taken my bike for insurance now when i ask them the reason their telling we have stopped getting spare parts as of now so we will not be able to take for insurance now i have spent almost 10, 000/- for spares and etc.

                                      Purchased nuvosport n8 amt model in oct 2016
                                      . On 5 th of may morning, when i drive my car gear use to shift to neutral automatically in a running vehicle and suddenly stop standstill!!
                                      Its lifethreatening if my car would have been running on expressway.
                                      Right now car is with g3 motors nerul.
                                      Service executive says we have aranged new gearmount box yet to receive from aurangabad.

                                      Its very very dangerous n lifethreatening issue, mahondra should rectify on priority basis..
                                      Now i am very much frightened to drive the amt car nuvosport.

                                        I am guarantor of Mr. Aftab Alam who has taken loan for Maruti Swift Desire Car whose Loan A.c No. 2947522.
                                        I complain Lucknow Office No.[protected] against Mr. Aftab Alaim who is not returning EMI Rs 10770/- timely. He is able to Pay EMI but my image is going down in Civil. I think he making cheque bounce.
                                        Sir your Lucknow Office employee is supporting to Mr. Aftab Alam not recovery EMI and showing a defaulter.
                                        If you do not take any legal action then I will complain in high level.

                                        In my bolero veh. RTO Registrations certificates owner name and address not correct...I Informed dealer but not correct name and addresses my bolero RC .So plz correct name and address then not problem in future.
