Bought the car in nov 2017. It has been 5 months haven't recieved my wheel covers. Initially they said it was unavailable. Now the showroom and mr. Praveen the sales person has stopped responding. They were supposed to give it with the car during delivery. Which i dint receive. Later when asked for it they said it is out of stock. Now also i m not getting any response form the authorities or the sales person.

    I purchased kuv 100 nxt last month from midway motors, berhampur and while purchasing mr. Ankit behera ensured that he will be giving me rear camera as a free accessories. It's been more than a month and there is no response from him. If think had to be happen so then i wouldn't have purchased this car. Now you please take this matter to your management orelse after 10 days iam going to file a case.

      My mahindra nuvosport car met with a small accident and my front bumper and its inner support padding were damaged. On 2nd may early morning i left my car to anant cars hulimavu bannerghatta road bangalore and i have been told that claiming insurance and repairing will take a couple of days. But today 5th of may i have been told that due to non availability of bumper inner padding they have to bring it all the way from gurgaon plant and it will take at least another three four days, my question for the manufacturer is that if your company cannot afford body parts availability in major business cities like bangalore, then why you people manufacture these cars and sell to the people like me and harass.

        This car has reqular two issues, one symbol comes on dashboard which indicates there is issue in auto transmission, and gear does not shift automatically

        And another indicator comes is engine on dashboard which does not allow to move car more 80 speed.

        The car has been sent to workshop for several times, nbs service engineer including work shop manager has looked in to this matter, but could not resolved this matter. They changed many components and entire amt mechanism. Now i am sure after end of 2 year, the product supplied to me is defective.

          I am a mahindra scorio owner from kolkata... I am using scorpio for 1 year, my scorpio is second hand.. I have bought this from previous consumer who have lived in haltu area., let's back to the point that as my capacity,,,, i used to give my scorpio to get good service in mahindra company.,,,, beacause i had a strong belive on them but... As every time i had given my scorpio but when i got back my car,,, every time i've noticed there were some problems every time...
          I 've changed my servicing center two times but finally i didn't get no result... Every time i told problems to scorpio servicing center but they used to serviced every time something different...
          As a result i do not get a satisfying service... Any time... But they used to ready every time a big payment for us... Now today is last time i have given my before 3 weeks at least... To check gear box and light... But when i get back my scorpio my gear box iscorrected but there is a still problem with head light of my car... And i haven't told them to fix my break shoe... Of car but they did this... It is very awkward and big problem for me... Now i am telling straightly i can't bear this huge payments... Are they joking with me... Sorry i can't continue my company servicing... Now i've to send my scorpio tomorrow to company what is this... Nut bolts were also absent in the wheels of my car... It's a very big cheating... Which is going for at least 1 years with us... Please try to fix my problem otherwise i 've to take another step

            Hello

            I have mahindra thar which i bought in 2015 from nbs motor from andheri west mumbai. This was my third service from g3 motor limited workshop which is situated in 301, link road, opposite sonal link residency, mith chowki malad - west. The standard of service done by them is very poor. My car number is mh14ey-0578. My thar was really dirty from inside. They did not clean it properly. It look like nothing is done while servicing. My thar is so hard to drive like it was never service. I have doubt that they change engine oil and other parts which they charge. Last year service was bad also but this year was really worse. They charge me rs 12323.84 for service. I think they did nothing and give it to me by cleaning from outside. Please look into my compliant regarding them or shall i write complaint to mr. Anand mahindra regarding service of your workshop.

Mr gulsher has given defected scorpio s11 in 26 march 2018 whose real glass is of bad quality which has been broken in nearly 23 days of purchasing due to surrounding air of enviroment please take strict action to this otherwise i will go for higher law n order to take strict action towards mahindra.

                  I shakti yadav has purchased mahindra xuv500 from your dealer star automobile jabalpur on 08th dec-17.

                  But would like to complaint that i am very much mentally harassed by the mahindra dealer and it’s no response attitude for not refunding my exchange bonus and corporate discount, in spite of submitted all related docs to the dealer star automobile jabalpur since last four months and this is 5th month started

                  It was completely giving us the false commitment for providing my exchange bonus and corporate discount and misguiding me as mahindra customer.

                  I am fed up from their casual approach and false commitment.

                  Would appreciate to get the resolution to the customer as per mahindra guidelines and process or else i need to take another step to get the justified resolution asap

                    I got my mahindra thar serviced on 9th april 2018 from sri durga automobiles moti nagar, new delhi and as last time i was again told that they are unable to carry out a simple take of wheel alignment and were supposed to call me at a late date.

                    I hereby request you t kindly let me know the reason for dealership not being able to provide this simple service (Understandably paid) and also let me know of an alternate service center which can provide complete service assistance.

                    Dear,

                    As the above-mentioned subject, we have given mahindra thar (Vehicle no: dl10ct8153) for regular service at your service station sri durga automobile, 55, rama road, moti nagar, industrial area, block c, najafgarh road industrial area, new delhi[protected] on the last 10th of aug 2017.

                    The guys charged 12, 797 for the service+alingnment+balancing +coating and some other things which are needed for the car.

                    But they have returned me the car just washed and polished nothing else. No additional work was done which is mentioned above. After i contacted the service manager he said bring your vehicle tomorrow we'll check and correct all the things. Then i stand whole day at a service station and make the alignment, balancing and coating in the car.

                    I seriously have doubt that the guys did nothing with the car. The material for the internal body (Lubricants, small parts etc.) which they have charged me they did not put actully.

                    Therefore i request you please look into the matter and suggest.

                      I required transaction inquiry from your bank regarding wrong transaction as below described.

                      Recently, on date of 26/3/2018, i tried to transact rs. 8500 through chiller android application from my hdfc account (No:[protected], name:- dilip krishna jangam, khopoli branch, ifsc code:[protected] to my relative’s registered mobile number [protected] (Hdfc account no: - [protected], name: - yogesh baban waghmare, khopoli branch, ifsc code:[protected].
                      This mobile number is already registered to hdfc bank from last 10 years.

                      But, this transaction is not completed successfully that time, even wrongly money credited to sunil raghunath vare icici account (No:[protected], name:- sunil raghunath vare, ankalkhop branch, sangli, ifsc code :- icic 0006359).

                      So, i requested to you, to be inquire regards my money return back to me.
                      Why money have deposit to dormant account? As per telephonic discussion with your icici customer care, dormant account transaction is not possible in any condition.

                      I already my complaint given to hdfc branch, khopoli. On date of 26/3/2018.
                      Here, i have attached my hdfc account statement of march month.

                        I took a fresh KUV 100 next from the Mahindra Showroom of Eram motors, Thrissur on March 22, 2018. The vehicle has a terrible engine sound accompanied by extreme jerking. Also there is noise that is akin to crickets while giving acceleration. Very poor noise and performance. Please do the needful. Extremely disappointed in choosing kuv

                          For some noise in my xuv500 engine i drop my car at tepla ambala mahindra showroom and service advisor ajay kumar give me estimate of 14000 approx. After 4 days when i went there i see 10 of worker pushing my car to start. I feel so bad. Then he said it take 2 days to start and u have to drop care here for 2 more days and engine problem estimate is more than i said. We said him to give our car back. Even after 6 days u have done nothing and said this after 1 week. Then when we said him to give gate pass he said deposit 2000 rs otw u r not able to take car. Also service manager sandeep kumar joined him. Such a rude behaviour from ur staff. Kindly request u to suspend them asap for bright future o[censored]r company

                                I own an xuv 500 and there is a problem with the radio reception. I took it to the service centre and they checked and informed the problem is with the antenna and to fix the problem they will have to change the rear wind sheild as gthe antenaa is in that!!!. This is is really surprising and to change a wind sheild to fix a minor problem as radio reception is unheard of. What kind of car designing is this. The repair and service cost of the xuv is abnormally high and not worth it. I will not be recommenidng this vehicle to anyone. It is better to buy other brands where the service and spare cost is sensible

                                  I am gopal subudhi from sunabeda situated in odisha. I have a bolero max pickup and bolero plus. There is some problem with pickup. The battery is discharging soon and it is stopping on the way. I contacted the nearest mahindra showroom situated in jeypore in odisha. The mechanics are unskilled, they show a bad behaviour. They are not able to recognise the defect in the vehicle. They have no knowledge about the vehicles. I sent my vehicle to the showroom for repair. It was there for 2 days but the problem has not been solved. They are sending back the vehicle by saying that they don't have time to repair the vehicle. That's why i took the vehicle back from jeypore. The manager of the service centre is not responding to us. The mahindra service centre located at bhubaneswar is too long from sunabeda (Near about 500 km). If you will try to open a service centre at semiliguda then thousands of vehicle will get better service. So i am resqueting to take neccesary action against my complaint.

                                    Dear sir
                                    It is a height of this koncept mahindra sector 2 noida that they are not doing pick up my car from last ten days for scheduled service even after repeated phone calls and from today morning they are no ticking phone. I came myself yesterday and they promised to pick my car at 8:00 am so i came personally at 8:30 am to deposit my car for service.
                                    I am using my scorpio since jan 2012 but from today onwards i will not suggest anyone to buys car of mahindra because service part is worse in fact beyond worse.

                                    As it was written previously that Mr Manoj Tripathi, GM, Automotive Services, Koncept Mahindra did a very good job to resolve my all complaint and concerns, during my stay at Service Center I could see and observe that he handles the things efficiently, he is an asset to the company.
                                    In future I will prefer to contact him directly for any type of service in respect to my Car.

                                      Customer Grievance

                                      Out of much anticipation and despair, I decided finally to write to you as someone senior with Mahindra & Mahindra on my recent experience with the XUV500 that I bought on March 18th, 2018. This was bought from Sri Durga Automobiles, Moti Nagar New Delhi.
                                      As much as I am Happy with my choice of the vehicle (I simply love my new car); My experience with this transaction has been very sad and struggling throughout with false promises and mishandling by the staff of the mentioned showroom.
                                      Let me begin with my Sales person Mr Chayan (ph no[protected]. During pre-purchase cycle, he was totally adamant to sell me a different color that I was looking for – Purple. He did his due diligence as a sales rep by keeping a great follow up and sweet talks – except he simply said purple color not in stock and pushing me for black color instead. It was my daughter who called the reception desk at Moti Nagar showroom to check availability of the color and was confirmed as its available in inventory. Only when we confronted Mr Chayan on face with this information did he confirm that yes color was available and we went ahead with booking of the vehicle. Also, he pleasantly sold us the accessories package worth nearly 1 lac with chrome fittings, side-step etc.
                                      At time of delivery, all was good except the chrome handle were found mis-fits. When pointed out, Mr Chayan and his colleagues argued that this is how they are made. I had clearly seen perfect fitting chrome handles and looked genuinely as part of the vehicle. These was standing out as not fit properly and dangling from the handle. Only after intervention of couple of other customers and escalation to senior management on the spot did your team agree this was not fitted properly and will take 2 days to change as not in stock. I was absolutely fine with it. When leaving with the car – I had forgiven the above two mishaps with your team as I was taking back home a XUV500 car!
                                      My misery starts when I was following up for the Chrome handles. Mr Chayan had stopped picking my phone within the week. He who was calling me twice a day will not reply to my calls anymore. I started dropping sms and WhatsApp and finally called the reception with false name. He got on the call and promised to call me in couple of days. Ms Minakshi (ph[protected] from CRM-Sales also got engaged. I would have called and messages them at least two dozen times. Neither had courtesy to call me back or give me a firm answer till around April 8th – 10th when she confirmed that Chrome is available and Mr Chayan still saying I need to talk to Ms Minakshi only.
                                      Meanwhile I had developed an issue with the Infotainment System – the volume would go low and high on its own. And was a serious malfunction; making the system no more entertaining. I googled to figure out it’s a known bug and needs software upgraded to latest.
                                      Another thing I needed help was to get the wheels alignment done for the car probably as the new alloys have set if off a bit.
                                      Ms Minakshi organised the car pickup to attend ALL THREE issues for April 15th. These issues were discussed with her well ahead in time during the week before and I asked them to make the service advisor call me once vehicle reaches the service station. This was picked up at 11am from my home on April 15th. I called after 45 mins and Ms Minakshi acknowledged that car was received 30 mins ago. I wanted to speak to service advisor, she said he will call back. I kept calling your showroom all day till 4 or 5pm and nobody got me connected to the service advisor. Finally service advisor calls me in the evening to convey the Chrome handles have been set. But they cannot help on Infotainment System as they don’t have expertise. AND - Since I have not purchased the alloys from their showroom – they will not do any wheel alignment. “YOU WILL HAVE TO GET IT DONE FROM ELSEWHERE”
                                      This statement was totally uncalled for. Your people took entire day to set Chrome handles job that takes 15 mins (which is perfect now); and refuse to fix other problems. I spent appx Rs. 18 lacs on your showroom to get this answer? I wanted to speak to the GM and was told he was busy and will call back. I gathered his name – Mr Rahul Bhatia (ph[protected]. Ms Minakshi told me he is aware of the situation and will call me next day Monday April 16th.
                                      I waited entire week and left 2 messages for Ms Minakshi (I can share all copies if you require). But no one called me.
                                      Finally I called Mr Rahul on his cell phone on April 19th. He simply did not know who I was or anything about my mis-adventure with Sri Durga Automobiles. No information was shared with him. He promised me a call back maximum by Saturday 11am April 21st to have this settled.
                                      I am still awaiting his call as on April 28th and have already sent him text messages. He has typically shown same behaviour as his other staff members – No courtesy to call back or message or anything!
                                      I really need answers and fixes to my two below very simple questions:
                                      1) Does Sri Durga Automobiles have the expertise to support my Infotainment system bug that your staff themselves acknowledges along with Mahindra and Mahindra on several online blogs.
                                      2) If the customers buy Alloy Wheels from your showroom – do you refuse them as well for basic service as Wheel Alignment.
                                      Kindly let me know on the above as official statement so I can seek help directly from Mahindra and Mahindra. Along with a strong feedback about each of your named staff members in this letter.
                                      Even though I head 3 SEO’s in my organisation, I refrained myself from any escalated reaction on the web for this transaction as I believed an esteemed organisation like yourself would have some basic etiquettes and courtesy to a customer who has spent nearly Rs 18 lacs on your showroom. Who definitely shouldn’t be left stranded.

                                        Dear sir,
                                        I have purchase mahindra xuv 500! 22 days back
                                        From the day first gear box have sound! When i call to mahindra showroom (Shiv mahindra ghaziabad) they said its normal and remove after first service! Now i am at service station and they says that gear shifting leaver and wire have manufacturing default. And now they are open my brand new suv ingine and gear box. What is this. I am not agrey for that. I need exchange my car with new one. So that’s why i’ll text you. If you not do they same i’ll go with consumer court and all social platform.
