Its been thrice that mahindra has dissapointed me... Tired of their carelessness... After giving them a list of items to be repaired and changed they still neglect it and say parts are still not come it's been 2months since i have given my bike to repair and i have been priorly told that please put all those and get the bike well repaired.. How long to wait??? I have lot important work n can't sit at home without bike how can u people neglect it!! When you have been told to repair than you can just put d parts & send me d bill... And even i hv tld if they want money in advance lso than ul can take but i need my bike urgently.. Mapusa bastora workshop of mahindra sucks..

    I regret to inform that, while i was on my way to visakhapatnam on my xuv 500 w10 (Bought in mar 2016 and self driven upto 24000kms) along with my family, i was struck up on highway. The stoppage of car on highway resulted in collision by a maxicab all of a sudden.

    Upon towing of the vehicle to automotive service centre and preliminary inspection, clutch plates were suspected to be worn out.

    It is not understood how a vehicle of less than 2yrs old and run only 24000kms have a problem with clutch plates inspite of driving as per the laid down norms in the manual. The service centre tried to blame my driving style. Let me reiterate that i have been owning and driving cars more than a decade. I previously owned swift dezire for 08years and done 85000kms, but never faced any issue with regards to clutch plates, engine, braking system and gear boxes. I have confirmed with the present owner of the car and he too didn't face any issues. This proves that there's no problem with my driving style. Further, behaviour of personnel at automotive mahindra, vizag was not befitting the hospitality sector.

    The whole incident has left me and my family traumatized, firstly since we were left starnded on a highway with a small kid and old parents, secondly my friend who was on doorside got hurt due to collision that occured due to stoppage of car on the highway. Further, to compound the problem the behaviour of mahindra automotive is akin to fleecing out money from customer. They declared clutch plates worn out, even without opening the vehicle and attributed it to my driving. This incited me to check internet and was appalled to know that this is a matter of frequent occurrence.

    I was suggesting all my friends to go for this vehicle instead of jeep compass, innova crysta and tata hexa as i believed mahindra is a trusted company. After this incident, i'm in no position to take a stand in favour of this vehicle.

    I still believe that it's only few individuals who are maligning the company and mahindra is still duty bound towards its premier customers.in wake of the aforesaid, i request a thorough investigation be carried out on the failure of equipment as well as behaviour of automotive mahindra.

      I am very disappointment for purchasing a mahindra xuv500 w6 since 8.5 months
      Ac is not working properly, noise comes from tyres which happen 2 times
      I send this car to servoce center to resolve my issues 5 to 6 times but i suffer this problem again and again which disturbing my mind

        I just owned kuv100(TN99 E 2401)reccently i done a 4thservice(done servive on 17/11/2017)in cai service CENTER coimbatore(REPAIR NO-RO18A009767)..i just travelled frm coimbatore to chennai on 09/12/2017. When i reached near chennai its shows low level fuel indicator on speedometer and i just stopped the vechile and called the road side assitance and they didnt bother it and i just stayed in hotel and next day morng i drive 5km and reached zulaikha motors chennai... And they investigated and said...instead o[censored]sing kuv filter they used tuv filter due to that engine belt also damaged... And i called to cai service center and said my querries and they keep on blaabeering and saying we will use that filter for all the vechicle... And zulaikha motors recoverd all the issues and gave me the vechile... I just lost my meeting...i spend this for whole day... I just pay for the vechile for service... Atlest do it for my money... Pls make it an Issue and take necessary action on cai service center coimbatore..i just upset with your company staff misbehavioural service...kindly reinspect my vechile and rectify the repairs and i attached photos with it

          Pls go trough the trail of mails from bottom to top about a brand new tuv300 purchased from india garage, mount road, chennai on aug17, multiple service visits in vain & utter failure. Still i have not even got a call from mahindra or from the india garage showroom??

          Worst car selling dealer & the worst car selling company...

          Once again post getting confirmation from your velachery service centre regarding the readiness of my new vehicle's repeated service issue, i took the delivery on 7th evening and to my shock i found the vehicle was in the worst ever condition and was very difficult to drive but somehow managed to reach home. (Refer my below mail on the same day night to your service feedback mail id has fallen to deaf ears)

          Mr. Mohan, service eng who attended my vehicle was not even aware of the vehicles past history and as to why a new vehicle is frequently visiting for service. He was replying to me as if this is a regular service visit of a age old car??
          Mr. Gopal, remember your statement : "your vehicle was handled with proper attention for rectifying the concern shared by you and now the vehicle is ready for delivery, as requested pl. Visit our dealer workshop, mr. Mohan will join with you for the road test and also explain you the details as required by you."
          In that case why should you make your new customer visit for service and that too for the repeated issue??

          Now i have been very supportive, cooperative for all this long but in vain as once again your expert service engineers inability/failure on resolving repeated issue in a new car is proved wasting my time, money, energy, causing mental, physical stress and trauma.

          I shall provide a week of time for your revert with a fruitful solution before proceeding it to legal.

          I bought my dream car of this age post doing a long time research in the market and was glad to got it delivered on 9th of august 17.

          Sales person: m. Mohamed thawfiq (Tl) & suresh (Had promised that rust proo[censored]nder coat, scratch proof body waxing, lombard b2b insurance but it was from cheap co., & few freebies were not there as told... But realized later that none was honoured)

          However right on the delivery day while i drove on my way back to home, noticed vehicle is dragging towards left... Thought because of wheel balancing not right...

          Since that was a long weekend (Aug 15) went for a long drive with my family & 'left dragging' was badly felt all the way both to n fro.

          Same week dropped vehicle at india garage service centre, velachery, chennai mentioning the issue... Service engineer said it is just a wheel alignment & delivered back on the same day. My question to everybody here was...,

          Why this problem while the new vehicle was delivered post qc been done?? If done religiously...

          While driving back it seems to be normal but the same was not for long... Once again heavy left pulling felt & this time it worried me as this seems to be some thing more than just a mere wheel alignment... I mentioned my views & again left with the same service centre in aug asking them look deeper. Again this service also left me in dissatisfaction & again the same issue cropped up after one or two drives??

          Third time i left the vehicle for service on sep month & asked them to take time as much as they want but to rectify the issue in full otherwise i need to escalate it to the company mentioning as "manufacturing defect".
          (Service station manager also told that the service call is still not closed as still am not convinced & this issue is already escalated to both the showroom & mahindra company and the same is for your immediate action)

          After change of parts in new vehicle also still the issue is not resolved & now again my new dream car is parked in service station since last week and no updates yet has now caused severe mental trauma, stress, agony to me since last 3 months & now it is very much evident that...,

          "this is a serious manufacturing defect"

          All this has now created a mental block in me about tuv 300 as this is not a safe condition to drive with self & family and...,

          "am forced to re look my decision of purchase & i seriously mean it"

          After testing my patience for last 3 months, undergoing all the mental trauma stress, agony, investing/eating up my money, personal / work time, energy, still left with dissatisfaction and now my new car, not with me and parked most of the time with service station, sarcastic statements from society & friends has made to lose the charm of tuv300, lost hope in mahindra thus diluting the very purpose of buying a new car?!?!

          "so i hereby demand a refund in full along with 3 months loan interest asap."

          Otherwise i would be forced to flash the fact in consumer complaints forum along with filing suit in consumer court for necessary legal action against manufacturing defect against the mahindra company & delivering of new vehicle without doing qc but confirming so in fake & defective service against the india garage showroom.

When you see the wiper rubber, wheel cap, mud guard, is not there & u hve been priorly told that please put all those and send the car well repaired... How can u people neglect it!!                 During annual servicing of my mahindra quanto c8 2014 model car, though the servicing was satisfactory, even minor spare parts, namely rear mud guards, mobile charging socket and frame for mounting the head lights & mirrors adjustment switches, were not available. The vehicle is just four year old and the reason given to me was that spare parts of quanto were difficult to obtain since this model is no longer being manufactured. It will be be appreciated that in the indian environment, vehicles are not discarded or disposed off very frequently. Spare parts must therefore be available for a reasonable period.

                    Vehicle number ka 28 p 0367. Tuv 300 vehicle. I have many issues regarding service.
                    A) the hand break noise has been addressed at least 5 to 6 times but not yet cleared. Everytime there it's only a temporary solution which lasts for one week. Problem still exists.
                    B) left side pull was complained several times, it was attended but not fully solved.
                    C) seat cover was cut during delivery, which was brought to notice and conditionally was taken delivery to change it. Not yet changed
                    D) hose pipe often comes out when we race. Not sure when it comes out. This has happened three times on the way to gulbarga, banglore, and hubli. This is not convincing to us.
                    E) water service is horrible. Service done yesterday and same thing happened again.
                    F) break pad was replaced without bringing to our notice. Company break pad lasted for 37000 kms and after replacing now second time they lasted for only 19000 kms. We had not complained about break problem. When asked why they replied that i have used lots. Of break and you should not use break often in city. I paid the bills and requested them to just inform the company about this. It was refused bluntly. They had not kept the replaced part in my car. I have no evidence and also they did not inform me about replacement.
                    We strongly believe in the mahindra brand and service. We wish to promote indian brands.
                    All the staff are polite except few, but service is unacceptable.
                    I expect the company should consider and act.

                      I purchased a mahindra thar jeep and from first day on wards i am repeatedly facing service problem at kudal sindhudurg mahindra & mahindra service center of naik and company kudal dealer.

                      The service is very poor no competent machanic nor proper supervision.
                      Complaints not attended properly and very poor service on routine maintenance.
                      The thar jeep body started rusted within six months of purchase

                      The back door lock is beyond repair as part was broken and in spite of repeated visits and requests the part was not made available for past one year and hence i have to use the car without lock of back side door.

                        I purchased the mahindra tuv 300 t6+ on 16/01/2016 from nexgen, ranchi.

                        After purchased this vehicle i have faced problems several time of coolent leakage due to manufacturing defect. All the time service center person telling us this problem resolve permanently but after some days the problem come again. Now we are fadeup with this kind of followup because in these days faced problem approx 20 times. Now please look into this matter as seriously and ensure for solution by replacing the entire engine or complete vehicle. Otherwise we are planning for go through legally.

                          1st week of the november 17, i have given my car (Vehicle no:ap 07 bu8188) for servicing at mahindra showroom in guntur (Pioneer auto world, mangalagiri road) they kept my for couple of days and delivered to me. Afterwards (When i open the byonett few days later) i have found that dip stick, for checking the engine oil was lost, which is there before servicing.
                          I went to the showroom and asked the service providers, but till now they are not provided the dip stick.. Please look into this issue and solve my problem. Thank you.

                          After lodging the compliant, company people have called me and provided the dip stick to check engine oil, Instead of metal one (which is present before missing), they have provided me with a fiber one. Anyhow thank you for your attention and resolving my problem.

                            I want to raise my concern on my purchase of mahindra tuv 300 since i bought it in dec 2016 i am tired of going to workshops and showroom. There are two major defects yet unresolved water leakage at driver side below the foot mat and other central locking taken from showroom mahindra original accesory. No one is helping have tried everything from showroom manager to going to workshops and worst part is i gifted this to my mother and she is the one running from pillar to post. I never expected that mahindra will have such poor customer reaponsiveness and i am least confident that even this mail helps as one call complaint i already did immediately after buying car. Is there a senior level employee who can look at my grievance please. I really donot want to be a bad publisher for mahindra among my friends but i am compelled to do so. Also one last thing the showroom charged 10000 for painting bumper but yhe colour is not what the body colour is. Please send someone who can see and check. I regret my purchase.

Already 19 days is over .day by day hares me, and don, t received my phone..Thevery bad behavior of your representative is very poor.The MAHINDRA brand in my mind has fallen from the top to the bottom rung. your company arrange 19 days late fine .otherwise cencel my car booking.

                                My quanto c6 vehicle no: tn09 br 7214, has well maintained by company service on time. Now my vehicle 56000 km driven and i have problem with cluctch plate in every 20, 000 km kindly look into this matter very urgently, i. E., whether the product has any failure or total vehicle problem if any. Today my vehicle has break down at uthukottai near andhra pradesh border by clutch problem. Also i replaced two times earlier in 20000km and 40000 km. Hence i want to know the exact reason for the issue.

                                  After purchasing tuv300 this year in march/april, till today there is one or the other problem's i am facing. Being a new vehicle and less than a year.. I have not seen like this type of issues till now in life.

                                  I have gone to service centers so many times.. Which i have never done before in my previous vehicle.

                                  Vehicle is getting repaired and returned.. Even then one or the other problems are surfacing. This is wasting my time and energy and other resources..

                                    Sir/ madam i want to buy a new car. So i referred kuv100 nxt and i compare all other company cars also with same cost under 8lacs. But some features are missing in kuv100nxt. The following features are miss in top end

                                    3. Rear ac vents
                                    4. Leather wrapped steering
                                    5. Android app connectivity

                                      This is with reference to my car no : ka04 mt 1817.

                                      Since the day i brought this vehicle i have been facing a lot of challenges.

                                      The very next day i brought this car i had some trouble with gear and clutch, immediately i reported this issue to your service centre i g workshop peenya industrial area. And i was told that it’s not a big deal new vehicle will have this kind of issue which will be fixed in first service.

                                      After my first service which took them 3 days to fix. I still had the same issue, upon follow up 4-5 times with the service centre they convinced me that it’s not a major problem.

                                      Later during my visit to service centre for my 2nd service i explained that it’s not yet fixed and i want this to be fixed at any cost, they again returned they vehicle any solution to it. Again the very next day of my delivery after my second service i revisited the service centre and i was treated ill and no response to my problem was given and they again returned the vehicle in the same condition as it was earlier.
                                      In total i have visited 8-9 times to your centre since the day i brought this vehicle.

                                      After all this inconvenience i have gone through, the worst thing that happen was, in middle of kengeri main road car was broken and could not move, had to get it towed to your center. After which your service men / engineers blame me for the problem occurred and questioning my driving skills.
                                      Please be informed that i am a skilled driver who knows how to maintain a vehicle. I already own 2 mahindra kuv, 1 verito, and 1 swift.

                                      Now the problem with this particular vehicle is, their is a lot of engine vibration, gear & clutch problem.

                                      I am really disappointed with the services and now as a customer who has paid a lot of money to you guys request you for a replacement of this vehicle as soon as possible.

                                      It's been had dealing with you guys.
                                      One of your agent called and promised me that he would take care of the issue, but I see no response.
                                      If I do not get a solution by Monday 11Dec evening. I would take it further to consumer court.
                                      It's the worst service I have ever experienced.

                                        My vechile reg no tn14k337 p. Nagaiah. The problem started within 2k. While driving in highway sudden air crack appeared in the wind shield. Next issue in 11k. Vaccum modulator. The tow hook is also fitting in the chassis and the2nd row seat foalds automatically when sudden brake is appilied. No proper response from the service centre. Pls take action. Km driven 17000 zulaikha motors ambatur. Ph.[protected] p. Nagaiah. And no response from mahindra hamesha also.
