Dear sir,
This is with reference to my car no : ka04 mt 1817.
Since the day i brought this vehicle i have been facing a lot of challenges.
The very next day i brought this car i had some trouble with gear and clutch, immediately i reported this issue to your service centre i g workshop peenya industrial area. And i was told that it’s not a big deal new vehicle will have this kind of issue which will be fixed in first service.
After my first service which took them 3 days to fix. I still had the same issue, upon follow up 4-5 times with the service centre they convinced me that it’s not a major problem.
Later during my visit to service centre for my 2nd service i explained that it’s not yet fixed and i want this to be fixed at any cost, they again returned they vehicle any solution to it. Again the very next day of my delivery after my second service i revisited the service centre and i was treated ill and no response to my problem was given and they again returned the vehicle in the same condition as it was earlier.
In total i have visited 8-9 times to your centre since the day i brought this vehicle.
After all this inconvenience i have gone through, the worst thing that happen was, in middle of kengeri main road car was broken and could not move, had to get it towed to your center. After which your service men / engineers blame me for the problem occurred and questioning my driving skills.
Please be informed that i am a skilled driver who knows how to maintain a vehicle. I already own 2 mahindra kuv, 1 verito, and 1 swift.
Now the problem with this particular vehicle is, their is a lot of engine vibration, gear & clutch problem.
I am really disappointed with the services and now as a customer who has paid a lot of money to you guys request you for a replacement of this vehicle as soon as possible.
Mahindra And Mahindra customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

Updated by Ik Khans It's been had dealing with you guys.
One of your agent called and promised me that he would take care of the issue, but I see no response.
If I do not get a solution by Monday 11Dec evening. I would take it further to consumer court.
It's the worst service I have ever experienced.
