I took my tuv 300 to gsp power system pvt. Ltd. For the first service all the work was great except washing they scratched my tuv 300 from multiple places, they were washing my car with old floor wiping cloth and water used was so much dirty that it was looking black when i showed objection the staff turned out to be rude they said, "yha to gaadi aise hi dhulti h"and "ek gaadi k liye paani change nhi hoga" please take action for the same

I have purchased TUV 300 T10 AMT on sat. 25th nov...but till the date I have not got my vehicle... delivery still not happened.
No response from dealership... no backup arrangement from dealership. This is very unethical and unprofessional attitude.

I want my money back with compensation.

    My name is anshul ranta and i am using scorpio s10 residing in delhi. On my cars 3rd service i went to mahindra sterling motors in gurgaon and after the service they said there is a company recall and they will check the car and there will be no charges. I went for the company recall after a month and the people over there along with the supervisor had no idea what exactly is the fault. As i asked them what is the recall regarding and what exactly do they will check and there faces were blank. They had no idea as what they are suppose to do. I was shocked to seen there approach and it was really very disappointing. If i didn't ask them what the problem was they would have done anything in the car. I was angry at them and one of the supervisor said it is mahindra's problem and not there's and i was pissed off and i went walked off without fixing the issue. I did not expect this type of attitude from them and they wasted my time so i am submitting a complaint so that no one faces this issue in future.

      I own xuv 500 w10 model.. Im facing issue of ac cooling.. When i go to service they just change the ac filter and say the problem is solved but it still dosent get solved.. When we again complaint them they again change the filter... But the problem dosent gets solved tje representatives here and the worksmen are not much knowlegable and are little arrogant... Service provided by them is not so proper and of quality... They juat charge alot labour charge for any reasons... This problem is becoming a greater issue.. So i request company to look over it and take corrective actions as required

        Dear sir,
        I (Kalpna chaudhary) own a mahindra car xuv 5oo reg no. Uk07 ba 7725. I took shield certificate (Warranty extended) on dtd 26 dec 2016. At that time i was told that shock absorber warranty is included in it.
        Sir, on dtd 28 nov 2017 i gave my same car for service to dehradun premier motors pvt. Ltd. The service center executive told me that we need to change the shock absorber of my car. I said ok change it.
        The service center charged from me the payment of shock absorber which cost me inr 6950/ and labour charges of the same part inr 566.80/ total amount inr 7516.80
        I tried to explain the executive that this part is all ready cover in warranty but he refused and charged the amount of same part.
        Sir its a request to you that look the matter and plz refund my amount which is charged from me wrongly and forcefully.

          I have complain of my vehicle xuv500 w8... I already did complain on your portal 2 time but yet my problem is same...
          I have starting problem in my xuv500 since 2013 when i purchased this..
          In nov. 2017 i visit your service centre 4 time within a month... They changes parts and make good bill rs.22000/- but problem is continuing.... Parts change are shoker and starring road and many more little parts... But problem is same...

            I had mahindra quonto vehicle purchased on[protected] from g3 motors malad that the vehicle gave tremendous maintainance problem apart from regular servicing from g3 motors malad & dombivali. However the engine of the same had brakdown on[protected] suddenly and g3 service station give us estimate of rs.200000/- to recover the problem. Its ridiculous that such big name product of suv engine breakedown within 50000 kms

              Greetings,
              I am a loyal customer of your brand mahindra. I am from hyderabad, telangana.
              I purchased mahindra xuv 500 w8 xclusive edition (Pearl white) in the year 2015 from vvc motors kothaguda, hyderabad, telangana.
              Previously also i owned a mahindra xuv500 w8 (Pearl white) in the year 2013.
              If you notice i have purchased 2 top of the class variant available in mahindra twice.

              Xuv 5oo xclusive edition i lastly purchased, is been having serious issues with the front right wheel drive shaft, i had to get the product replaced thrice in a year which approximately costs me around 18000/- excluding the labor cost and the taxes. The first time it happened i took my vehicle to the showroom and they said i need to pay to get it replaced as it is not covered under warranty. I was confused for a while yet, i got it the job done.

              The second time the same thing happened after 3months from the time i got it replaced. This time i spoke to the service manager of vvc motors kothaguda, trying to understand why this happened again. They weren't sure why this was happening and gave some lame reasons like if the car hit a big pothole or ran over a speed breaker and the bracket of the drive shaft has broken. After a long talk and discussion with the service center, they replaced it again for the second time.

              4 months after the same thing happens the same drive shaft the same bracket has again broken while i was driving back with my family from outstation and this happens and stranded on the road in the middle of the night for 3 hours in a remote area.
              Later towed back to the service center on the next day and this time i was very upset with mahindra and the service or the quality of the products being replaced i had to argue with the service center, cause none of them where able to give me a good reason for why this is happening only to my car thrice already and all they tell me is some pothole or speed breaker and later when i asked is this car not an suv or meant to handle rough terrains while other cars which are smaller than xuv 500 are able to swiftly move around on the same roads and my car which the top variant and a premium flasgship car of mahindra always kept me in a place i was stranded.

              I had the same car previously as i mentioned earlier and i never faced such a problem before.

              This time i. E., 30 nov 2017, the same thing happened again last night while i was driving the same drive shaft bracket has again broken and i had to tow my car back home and i parked it.

              The reason for my complaint now is i want to know, what happens if something went wrong while i was driving with my family and drive shaft is broken and something happens, it's like the life of my family is threatened in your car and this is the 4th time the same drive shaft has been broken and there is no permanent solution to my problem.

              I would like mahindra to replace my vehicle with an updated new model as i suffered a lot of trouble with the vehicle, this is not the way a loyal customer has treated anywhere, facing the same issue repeatedly.
              And i am still eagerly waiting for the new release of xuv700, while all this is happening i don't think i would ever recommend or buy mahindra ever.

              Note: - please revert asap, it's a very serious problem being faced by me as a customer repeatedly within 2 years from the car was purchased. I would like to escalate the issue to the hon'ble court with proper documentation required from my end. I also would like to mention the service quality or the cleaning of the vehicle is horrible in vvc motors and they do not update software and do not provide quality service to the car or customer.

                Again clutch failed for the fourth time in 51000kms
                Despite regular service from the company service station.. Couldn't understand why company can't rectify this problem things are happening in every 6 months... Afraid of to take the car in traffic. Pls take necessary action and solve the problem and don't spoil company image...

                  I have given new vehicle for a service but its almost 20 days now they are not able to resolve the issue.
                  I never had such a pathetic experience from any of the other vehicles brands in the past.
                  The service team is not able to resolve the faults in car and neither they are good in managing customer.
                  Not even there response is good.
                  Worst service i have experienced in my life, i will never recommend this vechile to any one.

                    Dear team, i have purchased an xuv500 from your dealer g3 motors, nerul, navi mumbai on 4th sept 2016. Within just 7000 kms in july 2017, my vehicle stopped in the motors. They informed me that the entire clutch assy is burnt and i got it replaced immediately paying apprx rs.22000. Now again in just 3 months i. E.in nov 2017, again i experienced some knocking in the clutch and i immediately got in touch with your service center in thane i. E. Salasaar automobiles. Their executive took a trial run and said that it was the problem with the clutch again & they advised me to take it to g3 motors again as last time they had worked upon it. So i acted accordingly and toinked the vehicle all the way again to g3 motors. Now again the g3 motors is saying that the entire clutch assy has been burnt, this is absolutely ridicolous!! I just dont understand how can the entire clutch assy get burnt in just a small duration of 3 month and that too every time after 700 kms. This cannot be a coincidence. The ridiculous explanation given by the on floor technician mr. Anish sawant & his senior mr. Parab is that i drive with my leg on the clutch. There cannot be a more ridiculous experience and a pathetic experience than this kind of an absurd explanation for the service center. I have been driving for over 15 yrs and i have owned 4 different cars from maruti & hyundai till date and now these mahindra service center guys are telling how to drive rather than resolving the core issue. I would appreciate if you can immediately look into the matter and get me a free replacement of the entire clutch assy this time or replace the entire vehicle if its faulty. I will not accept this kind of pathetic & ridiculous response and would like immediate resolution to this issue once and for all.

                      Dear sir, i have purchased bolero car from your dealer mukhtar automobiles pvt ltd, goa. On 24.08.2017, model is m & m / bolero power plus zlx, registration no is : ga 06e 6340. Till date i have not received original rc book from your dealer agent from vasco rto. (Smart card for registration from vasco rto). Already 3 month is over, 4th month is running there is no proper response from dealership.

                      I reuest please look into the matter, urgently as i am facing lot of problem from rto goa, as well as from rto maharashtra, as vechile is frequently running in goa and maharashtra in every month i have to pay fine of about rs.2000/- to rto for not having original rc book.

                        I have been mahindra customer for more than 24 years... And has been using marshal and then bolero for more than a decade. As i was contacting mahindra dealer g3 at navi mumbai... They told me that only two colors for sle is available...

                        It was shocking as after spending nearly 8, 5 lakhs, you are deprived of colour option only to two.. Is n't it unfair... Only top models have colour optons.. This is the first time happening for us... Till now, at least 4 to 5 colour options were avaialble...

                          I recently purchased mahindra xuv 500 w6 in zulaika motors and i see worst accessories fittings (Car seat covers) with pads got broken in the 3rd row seats can't able to pull back once it got folded. Also, after billing they said no fog lamp available and it is in transit. They are telling this for almost a month and more. Not even a proper response for all these from executive, service manager etc. I am keep on calling them once in 2 days and no further updates. Please do the needful for the customers who bought xuv i. E. Luxury cars. Not satisfied!

I have done radiator job done indraprastha they have given me 5000 km guarantee but now it is now also my radiator coolent going less. And now who will be responsible. I have call to the company they told me to put plain water. And go on.

                                I am the owner of xuv 500 i purchased the vech may 2016, in hyderabad nagole, l. B. Nagar dealar. My car very well maintained and no extra electrical accessories are fixed in to it. On 25 th 2017 around 4 pm my xuv500 was parked in front of my house and no one used the car on that day it was in the parking are and suddenly fire falmes started coming from front bonnet the fire reached upto 12feet high and my family members and neighbors took their their life risk to control the fire and at the same time we informed police also they came within minutes time and they done panchnama also.
                                My xuv50 traveled around 13000 km. Only but right from the purchese i found some manufuturering defects like head lamp set and fuel gauge set defect and now it got fire that to parked vehicle i informed service center on the same day and the xuv500 is in service center upaal, hyderabad. Now i am waiting for their responce.

                                Me and my family members cant imagine and cant dare to travel in that defected car. It was sure manufacture defect.
                                Now i need replacement with new xuv 500, what to do please guide

                                    Insurance of my scorpio ends on 30 dec2017, for that renewal they request me to renewal it by the dealer 200km away. They message their account no ask me to transfer the amount. Even though the same insurance company in my own town i response their request. Since i am working in nlcil. And also no branch in my town of their account bank. I request my friend to transfer the amount after informed the staff of the dealer. But after credited amunt they ask me concurence letter from my friend. Even though i req. To renew it first i promisr to send the letter since last day but repeatedly they said after recieving the letter then only they renew. This is a good lesson taught by your leader never get faith on the dealers word. It is a simple process renewel it in my home town branch in few minutes. But past two days i mentaly disturbed with pressure never before. Evenleads to think for consumercourt.

                                      It is to inform you that, on 15th may 2017 we had bought a supro car from samrat cars pvt ltd vapi, but the car tires have been damaged within 4-5 months, we are continuously follow –up for your agency for last 1 and half month and two times we had sent our car to workshop for the same. But still there is no progress in your end. And the condition of our car tire is very bad, so kindly replace the tires as soon as possible. Please find attached copy of tire image.

                                        Still we request to the for reverse this mistake payment form last seven days he is daily answer today it is done at night i am waiting for payment in my account but payment is still day and time not credited in my account

                                        I am asking question your mahindera to ts -16949 system and directio for how to reserve your customer for join with your mahindra team for long time
                                        Today my self speak to owner he replay i am not aware for this issue, mins owner are not aware about his account and default amount he pick-up in him pocket
