    This is to notify i have purchased vehicle from sireesh auto pvt ltd singsandra bangalore the issue i am facing in my vehical since the day of purchase issue with gear shifting which i have been facing and always notified to service center and from service they did some repair work and still it is same what ever money they charged. We paid it but the problem is not yet resolved now service centers says that there ia a issue with clutch aasembly which serce center has changed with out our conformation now iam asking gearantee for gear shifting issues but company is not ready to provide and still they are not providing gear shifting gearantee. Even after sending a mail to mahindra customer care i am not getting proper solution on this issue.

    Hopping that can get some solution on this by consumer help

      I booked kuv 100 nxt, on oct 14th and dealer promised to deliver on november 5th.20 days have passed still there is no proper communication from dealer.
      I have booked at pioneer auto guntur.
      First they told that on nov 5th we'll get vehicle in 2nd lot as it is newly launched they sent random models and vehicles instead of sending the models which were booked. The same story went on for 2 weeks, finally they told on 17th vehicle has arrived and it is in rsa and we'll get it shortly. Now on 23rd november they are telling the model i booked has not come this time also. And it'll be available in next lot and that has started from nasik.
      Now i'm thinking of cancelling the booking and look for some better brand where customers get some value.

      Mahindra and Mahindra personnel has responded to the complaint. I must say it was a quick response. The personnel arrived to the dealership and met me and billed the vehicle which i booked from the plant and assured that it will be delivered to me as soon as possible. Today I was informed that vehicle had arrived the dealership and I can now take the delivery. Thank you to the consumercomplaint s.in for accepting my complaint. And forwarding to the right personnel.

      Glad to hear an immediate response from Mahindra and Mahindra personnel. They have approached me and explained their concerns and said that they billed the vehicle today. As soon as it reaches dealer I can take delivery it seems. Hoping for the best! ✌️✌️

      Its regarding the above complaint. The dealer has called me and informed that the model and colour I booked is not available (though it's a new vehicle). They are asking me wait till 2018. What's wrong with you people! Now I'm going to file a case in consumer forum.

        My kuv100 dule tone purchase on 29 june 2017 param mahindra automobile pvt ltd show room at gandhinagar, gujarat. My car headlight damaged within three month on 3 september 2017 (After first service). I was asked to show room staff at that time but they was asked me to when you will come to second service that time i will solved your head light problem. When i am gone my second service then there service staff ask me, i will ask to company your car headlight problem and then after i will solve your problem. But now become two week time spent after my second service but problem its not solve. What can i do? Plz immediatly solve my headlight problem.

          I m sandeep wadhwani from indore n i have purchase brand new mahindra xuv 500 in past 3 years my car running only 10500 km and somtimes problems creat in my car... Last time i'll complain for your web site and company solve my problem... Now d new problem creat to clutch plate.. I dont knw company what they want.. My car only 10500 km running n many problem in my car
          Every cars creat problem for 60000 to 70000 km
          Sir please do action as earliest.

            I owe mahindra kuv100. I awailed three free servicing so far. But each time my complaints regarding vechicle problem does not resolved fully. Vechicle is still giving problem. I reported the same to customer feedback survey call but so far no action has been taken. Unfortunately every time before delivery of vehicle from service center i was insisted to sign customer feedback and satifaction page without looking the vehicle. You can even find out the pending job record from 2nd servicing. Kindly take proper action regarding my problem as my vehicle is still creating problem.

              This is to inform you that i had purchased mahindra xuv500 w10 fwd on 21stjuly 2016 in indiagarage, anna salai, chennai.

              I had purchased this car after 1 year of going through it completely with many test drive on and off road. I had been a big fan of xuv500 from a very long time. I still believe it’s a good adventure car with a muscular looks. But few cars like mine come with a defect from the manufacturing site. If replaced, when the complaint is given constantly by the customer it would be more loving towards the car and the company.
              From the very next day of my purchase i had a complain of low pressure in my front right tire and i had given a call to the sales person in the showroom., they had told me to bring the car during the first service and will solve it. But the issue was never solved from that point. I had taken my car to india garage guindy workshop to resolve this issue, they delayed by just giving a temporary solution but not a permanent solution. They took 1 year to take a decision to change the tire, for which i even paid an amount of 1500/-rs excluding taxes. And still the issue was not given a final solution. Still there was an air leak in the front right tire for which they recently took 10days (29/10/2017-08/11/2017) to swap the alloys from right to left and vice versa. And for now there is no air leak in the tire as such, i don’t know when the issue will raise again as they told me its problem with the company alloy.
              I had given my car for 30, 000km service and when i had taken from the workshop an error showing “engine!” was stable blinking in the cluster panel for which the road side assistance advised for tow, but the supervisor in the workshop said me drive the car to workshop for checking. I waited 3 hours and they said me to leave car again for changing the turbo and i’m yet to receive my car today (11/11/2017). I strongly believe a defective car was registered for me as the issues are raised only due to manufacturing side of view.
              And during the tire issue i found my car mishandled by paint chip off from the body of the car which they tried to cover it up with silver paint and never informed me., and the silencer of the car had a rusted appearance.
              I had the tire issues from past 15months and they never provided me a donor car during the long stay of my car in the workshop. Which made me very difficult to travel and on an emergency also. They had not intimated me that the car would take a longer time which made me expect every day. I had to travel 120km up and down to workshop for the manufacturing defects by mahindra which was never compensated to me. And a donor car was also not given for this long time.

              Concluding to this i request m&m to completely solve the issues of my car which is presently there and to the future once which if at all comes due to manufacturing defect and to compensate. Else to be precise replace a new car of my same variant.

                  I purchased mahindra quanto c8 from 2013 last, car number kl 46 j 3232,
                  Presently car is on thrissur service centre, have full insurance, now my car complete just 50, 000 km, service centre requesting me to change the engine head and gasket, i check with my colleague they are telling this is manufacturing mistakes,

                  I prefer to buy our indian product that’s why i choose mahindra, my long dream to buy a car, … finally i came to know mahindra is very whist quality….
                  Last time 40000 service also same issue like clutch break drum leak etc….. Spend more money last time also, last 2 week i was suffering i cant forget this vacation last 12 days follow-up is still on going.

Every time service centre charge a handsome amnt from me... Aprox rs.21000... Every time they changes parts only... And starting problem is continuing from the date of purchase.... Your service centre only focus on changes parts and make good bill... Plz do need full help otherwise i will go to high authority...

                      Hi team,
                      I recently purchased the xuv 500 (Oct 26th, 2017) last month. Its not even a month now and when i was fixing the new seat covers, i happened to see the seat metal bodies behind are rusted already. I am sure this will be damaged or jammed.
                      I am afraid if the seat action will not work and also if the interior is so rusted, i am afraid if the external parts of the body as well. I need the mahindra team to verify my vehicle body and give me a assurance about the old body parts and change my seating structures.
                      This is a new model of xuv 500 which was released last month and still i note these issues which is disturbing and worried about the safety.

                        I will give rate 3/10 according to my service experience (Very poor service).
                        Person doing servicing speak very rudely, he told that requirement of time for car service will be more because there is no person to do service. He said that you can do service elsewhere. Its free service and if we do service at other place then we have to pay for it then what is the requirement of free service. Why are you giving free service? Is this the way to speak with customers. When we come to buy the mahindra bolera car you speak nicely with us but after that you speak rudely at the time of service. Its very irregular service. At the time of second service they told that machine is not working so come at some other date. At service centre they take car of their relatives first and others after that. Is this the way to behave with customer.

Scorpio getaway is delux car and with full function in driver steering. How come there is not music stereo in new car??? So please do let us know?

                            I had purchased one imperio dc vehicle serial no h6d47117 on the 25th day may 2017. First i was assured that the vehicle will be registered as private vehicle and the dealer i. E., industrial firm & equipment, guwahati tried to registered the vehicle as promised but even after two months of purchase they failed to get it registered as private vehicle thereafter i had registered the vehicle as commercial after four months of purchasing the same. The vehicle has run of 6000km and unfortunately the vehicle has stooped in running condition three times. I am left stranded on the road for no fault of mine. Yesterday the engine stooped on its own once again causing me lot of hardship. So i request the company to rectify the same in a proper way so that i don't face the same problem once again, or replace the same. I will have no other option but to take legal steps against the seller and the manufacturer.

                              I have purchased mahindra gusto 125 cc (Engine no. Ulehe001047) (Chassis no. Mcdavibivhif01066) in 28 september 2017 from m/s shiv shakti motors, haldwani for nainital city, and my gusto is not running perfectly, even in single person pick up is very bad & engine is making some extra ordinary sound, fuel average is very bad.
                              Then i take this gusto to your haldwani service center, they change oil & deliver to me and said that now its ok but gusto is same as before, its feel me that dealer m/s shiv shakti motors, haldwani has sold me defective piece, after that i complaint in company & your area service engineer mr. Gupta has send engineer to taken this gusto to haldwani service center, and on 17/11/2017 he comes to nainital but gusto is same as before, know he is saying there is some defect in engine and they have not that parts, it will come from pune.
                              I humble request you to change this gusto with new one or i will go to the consumer court & forum.

                                I have purchased mahindra kuv 100 nxt k2 in 15/11/2017 from shiva mahindra automotive patparganj, industrial area, delhi 110092.
                                I have received a fault car as roof cushoining is not properly set, gear sensor is not working, there is fault in seat belt holder.
                                Even till date they did not provide me the registration of the car. They are always giving me a postponed date.
                                Now i m fed with the service of the dealer.
                                I have complaint on mahindra automotive but they didnt responded.

                                  I had complaint three time in narayana automobile faizabad road lucknow for break issue in my scorpio. Yesterday i had visited again there with same problem which was not solved last three time with some other issue also. Detail are mention below.
                                  1 - breaks are not working properly.

                                  4- deshboard noise.
                                  These problems which i told them n they mention on job card. I told that first slove these problem n specially break problem which i face last three services.

                                    I want to inform you that before purchasing the xuv 500 i thought this will be a very good vehicle but after getting the same when i driven on road, there is lot of bubbling on steering wheel if we go above speed of 100 and then i informed to da dealer and customer care, they are unable to resolve the problem till date and my vehicle is only 950kms runned and this problem i am facing from the first day of vehicle purchase and only one month is passed yet

                                    So i am very bothered and now i am planning to go with consumer court against mahindra

                                    This vehicle is not a perfectly designed for high speed. So plz i[censored] are going to purchase the same, cancel the same and chose to another vehicle

                                    Because there is neither good service nor support to handle the product with mahindra

                                    This is totally waste of money and a cheating with customer by giving the defective vehicle a

                                    And simply it will be resolved through legaly action in consumer forms

                                    I had purchage new mahindra bolero pick up fb and its creats problems in balanceing of wheel so that service centra of mahindra and mahindra surendranagar not solve my problem and not given gud answer or theirs behavour is very improper so i request as fast as solve my problems

                                      On 15 nov 17 i had parked my xuv 500 reg no py 01 cq 4756 at its normal place in front of my building with the handbrake engaged. The parking area is slightly inclined, therefore everytime after parking i engage the hand brake completely. After about 40 mins of parking, the hand brake of the xuv 500 slipped automatically and the xuv rolled backwards hitting a cemented bench thus breaking it completely. Beyond bench was a 10 m free fall. The rear tyres of the xuv was hanging at that point. The entire scenario was looking very dangerous. It could have fallen anytime and could have hit the house below. However as no one was in line of xuv at that time, no casualty occured.

                                      Somehow i with the help managed to tow the vehicle out of that dangerous position using another vehicle and towing rope. On checking handbrake was found to be loose however after applying it again it seemed to be working normally. This failure of handbrake is major concern for me and my family. This is the second major incident with my xuv 500 within a span of 05 months of purchase. It is now becoming increasingly difficult to trust the vehicle completely. The performance of the vehicle has been very good. But the isolated incidents like this questions the safety concept used in the xuv 500.

                                      It is therefore my sincere request that the through check of my xuv 500 be undertaken. I have handed over the xuv 500 to service centre at maddipalem, visakhapatnam today. I have explained everything to the staff of the service centre. I also expect the cost incurred in repairing the vehicle be borne by the mahindra & mahindra. I hope the name of the mahindra & mahindra be kept by ensuring the correct actions to ensure the checks and repairs of my xuv 500 are undertaken and cost of the damage be borne by mahindra & mahindra. I also need the assurance that such failures of any part of vehicle will not happen again.

                                        xuv 500 bluetooth issue blown out of proportion

                                        Dear mahindra customer support,
                                        I maintain xuv 500 registered no gj01 rj1052 since jan2015.
                                        Off late i found that the bluetooth was not getting connected to any of my mobile phone.
                                        I contacted local dealer m/s punjab mahindra s g road and they suggested me to handover teh vehicle for 2-3 days as its "silverbox" needs to be repacaed which is within warranty.
                                        I also took this opportunity to get paid service done...
