After complaining here kottayam service center (Tvs service center thellokam) people repaired (They saying that i'm not sure) but still the problem not solved. L have wasting time for repeat visit service center. So solve the problem or what is further step kindly suggest me...

I have a bolero zlx top model. I buy it from raipur ralas motors and due to some reason. I have lost my stephny backcover assembly... Therefore i request to ralas motor to provide new one but they could not provide me... Then what can i do at situatio...???

I booked car on previous day of gst announcement at kumbakonam mahindra dealers. I registered that car on 6th of next month. I was purchased kuv 100 k6+ model in july 2016. At that time company says this car average is 27 for eco mode. And 25 for power mode. But they cheated with me original average is 16 for eco mode and 14 for power mode under 90 to 100 kmph. I am complaning about this problem during first service of my car nearest workshop. They said average will come. My car was travelled 15000 km but there is no change in average. Mahindra is cheated company....

Yesterday onwards we were trying to get road assistance and i called the customer care team and asked about the road assistance and they didn't give proper reply and assistance. And later one person from the pathanamthitta showroom called me and i told then that we will reach there today morning and asked them to be there at time but no one came from the workshop and we were waiting for 4 hours. Such delay in taking care of the complaints....

I sent my scorpio for servicing in oct-17 and got the car after 7 days. I paid 14000/- for normal servicing. My vehicle gets off suddenly after 7-8 kms run, i have mentioned the same while servicing. But the same issue arrived after three days and after many follow ups they picked up car and yesterday i got the car back after 7-8 days and again they have charged 1800/- bugs. Today i have faced the same problem.

My car front right side bursted and met an accident but car is new 3 month old, car drivend only 3000 km and chassis also bended, we did bumper to bumper insurance but insurance people also playing alerdy 50 days over car in the mahindra service center work still not started,
New car&new tyre how it is bursted and why should i have to go with insurance this is a product failure

I went to the workshop they said there is a problem in turbine and they had replaced it with the new but today again i had faced this problem when started my car and went to back of my car i had seen oil coming from the silencer. Xuv 500 purchased on 30/01/2017 in the name of sameep arora from g 3 motors, kandivili mumbai showroom. Pressurising us for rto job by them only and charged rs.1, 80, 000/- and receipt give of rs.1, 70, 000/- hence charged rs.10, 000/- in excess.
Also more important original r c not provided so far almost 10 months have passed. Traffic police asked for the same. It is harrasement.
