Hi,

I have purchased mahindra kuv 100 k8 model on 28th oct 2016 from india garage whitefield bangalore and till now visited two servicing center to rectify the vibration sound issue in right hand side door for the inbuilt music system came along with the car. My vehicle has gone for repair in india garage white field itpl bangalore two times and they created a dent in right side door rather than solving the issue. Now it's with sireesh auto bangalore, two weeks back they told my right hand side door speaker is having issue and replaced a week before. Last friday they have taken out the musisc system saying it is faulty. Now bluesense company who has manufactured this inbuilt music system for mahindra kuv 100 k8 model told no issue found but still without any bass we can hear big vibration noise from right side door. We have verified with other k8 model with same settings and did not find any issue.

Kindly replace the music system or the door as you have failed to rectify the issue more than a year.

Sir I buy mahindra pick up fb from yavatmal showroom on may 17.At that time respective person give me commitment of giving head guard and music player.But its unfortunate that i still not get that item.Each time i call they give me TARIKH PE TARIKH.pls do something sir...
I am the user of Mahindra Kuv 100 6+ Dl10CG9482.
The performance of car is good but there is defect in parts(leakage of radiater pipe)..In my case the pipe of radiater is defected and getting heated in short run..

    I have purchased 2 mahindra bolero campur from tirupati auto unnao, they have charged rs. 33000.00 each from me against rto registration but receipt of rs.23000.00 is provided by them, after so many calls made by me to the dealer finally he replied to me that no refund will be made by them, and difference amount is paid to rto office unnao against new registration, sir please help me for the same,

      Repeatly complain about my mahindra quanto which has suffered 6th time breakdown to check by your expert but i think your customer care are useless . within 35000 km it was running well but after that up to 50000 km it suffered six time break down every time I have paid rs 15000 for repair. I have complained my times but they just ignored it . I thought Mahindra has worst customer service. I just request Mahindra to do the factory setting or replace the vehicle .         Here i would like to share a grievance against the person in vehicle exchange department at mahindra ramanattukara. K well i will explain in briefly.. I have gone your ramanattukara eram motors showroom when i asked the person i don't know his name but i asked him about the jeep for buying & he asked me the price range, and ishared it but suddenly he tolled me with little harsh "you can go& you can't get in this price"if i'm not getting in this price he can reply me in proper manner. So what i meaned i also working in a mnc so the behaving with customers is a major point. I already purchased my scorpio from this show room. But in service reception it is totally awesome.

          After our previous complaint, rectification of all the defects in our vehicle was done except one - VERY POOR MILEAGE.
          This has been a problem since we purchased the vehicle although it has been attended 2-3 times. At the time of purchase, we were promised a mileage of 18 kmpl on highways and around 14-15 kmpl .But since we have purchased the vehicle the mileage has been around 8-9 kmpl. We request you to take necessary actions.

          In the last few days, another problem has arisen. When driving the car, sometimes the accelerator automatically gets released and even after completely pressing it, the car does not accelerate for 20-30seconds.
          This kind of problem may lead to accidents. Therefore, I request the authorities to do the necessary.

          I bought xuv 500w6 on 18th October 2017from Shuhul mahindra Jammu.
          I haven't received my sale letter. I have been put through a lot of mental torture and humiliation each time I'm asked to come on some other day even when all my payment have been cleared
          Please take some actions as I haven't been able to use my car.

            I have registerd my complaint at mahindra service centre CHENNAI FOR THE SERVICE OF MY MAHINDRA XUV 500 INFOTAINMENT SYSTEM at its taking nearly a month for fixing the unit as informed by the dealer that it was due to a corruption in the software and even small led lights inside the car takes nearly a month to get fixed as the parts are not available in the service center

              My car no. Up 14 cn 0400 bolero
              Repairing at jammu shuhul automobile.
              I sumbit my car on 20 march 2017 for accid real repairing, since today my car is still pending for repairing.
              Workshop manager giving me one month since i’ve submitted but it is still not fully repaired.
              I’m very frustrated with service of this workshop.
              No one here is taking responsiblity of completion.
              If they not response it very mannered way i’ve to complain fir against mahindra and shuhul motors.

                I had launch an complain towards the service issue at mahindra service dealer. This complain is launch 3 times to customer care complain and they share the aervice manager contact no of ahmedabad. That person mr. Pandya also not respond towards the compain contacted twice but no result.

                I am having mahindra xuv premium segment car g. J.5 ra 0233.

                Please do clear the issue or i will go to consumer court and also issue the whole issue on all my networks on social media.

                There is no sales after services in mahindra.

                  Hi.. I recently purchased a xuv500 w6 automatic, i must say it's a wonderful car and i really enjoy it. But it has come to my notice that the brake disk is getting rust already.
                  I purchased jet black colour but recently there is some kind of white spots all over the body, it's very sad to see such kind of problems in a brand new car.
                  Hope mahindra team can rectify these problem according to my satisfaction.

                    Its been since morning that i have been calling the service centre for absence of aux cable while delivering my vehicle.
                    I have been told that the person responsible is absent today.
                    This is a clear case of theft of my belongings from the car.
                    Now i will be checking the presence of other items in vehicle, if found absent
                    I will be escalating the matter.

                    This is one of the most shameful act mahindra has done.

                      I have bought mahindra tuv300 t8 2016 model and recently discovered the wheel spinning issue now its creating a immense problem whenever there is uneven road conditions or on a mild off road. Even my wagonr performs way better than this car on the similar road conditions.

                      I have read some articles regarding this, that they got their problem fixed by mahindra. Hope mahindra will do same for me.

                        We had come to take the tuv 300 accorinding to the muhrat time. The vechicle was booked on 24 oct 17. However, we are now offered an old vehicle make april 2017, with torn seat plastic covers, driven to 131 km, dirty from inside and mud marks all over. The front of the vehicle has scratches and rain marks. No finishing and polish has been done. Feeling helpless

                            This is to notify i have purchased vehicle from sireesh auto pvt ltd singsandra bangalore the issue i am facing in my vehical since the day of purchase issue with gear shifting which i have been facing and always notified to service center and from service they did some repair work and still it is same what ever money they charged. We paid it but the problem is not yet resolved now service centers says that there ia a issue with clutch aasembly which serce center has changed with out our conformation now iam asking gearantee for gear shifting issues but company is not ready to provide and still they are not providing gear shifting gearantee. Even after sending a mail to mahindra customer care i am not getting proper solution on this issue.

                            Hopping that can get some solution on this by consumer help

                              I booked kuv 100 nxt, on oct 14th and dealer promised to deliver on november 5th.20 days have passed still there is no proper communication from dealer.
                              I have booked at pioneer auto guntur.
                              First they told that on nov 5th we'll get vehicle in 2nd lot as it is newly launched they sent random models and vehicles instead of sending the models which were booked. The same story went on for 2 weeks, finally they told on 17th vehicle has arrived and it is in rsa and we'll get it shortly. Now on 23rd november they are telling the model i booked has not come this time also. And it'll be available in next lot and that has started from nasik.
                              Now i'm thinking of cancelling the booking and look for some better brand where customers get some value.

                              Mahindra and Mahindra personnel has responded to the complaint. I must say it was a quick response. The personnel arrived to the dealership and met me and billed the vehicle which i booked from the plant and assured that it will be delivered to me as soon as possible. Today I was informed that vehicle had arrived the dealership and I can now take the delivery. Thank you to the consumercomplaint s.in for accepting my complaint. And forwarding to the right personnel.

                              Glad to hear an immediate response from Mahindra and Mahindra personnel. They have approached me and explained their concerns and said that they billed the vehicle today. As soon as it reaches dealer I can take delivery it seems. Hoping for the best! ✌️✌️

                              Its regarding the above complaint. The dealer has called me and informed that the model and colour I booked is not available (though it's a new vehicle). They are asking me wait till 2018. What's wrong with you people! Now I'm going to file a case in consumer forum.

                                My kuv100 dule tone purchase on 29 june 2017 param mahindra automobile pvt ltd show room at gandhinagar, gujarat. My car headlight damaged within three month on 3 september 2017 (After first service). I was asked to show room staff at that time but they was asked me to when you will come to second service that time i will solved your head light problem. When i am gone my second service then there service staff ask me, i will ask to company your car headlight problem and then after i will solve your problem. But now become two week time spent after my second service but problem its not solve. What can i do? Plz immediatly solve my headlight problem.

                                    I owe mahindra kuv100. I awailed three free servicing so far. But each time my complaints regarding vechicle problem does not resolved fully. Vechicle is still giving problem. I reported the same to customer feedback survey call but so far no action has been taken. Unfortunately every time before delivery of vehicle from service center i was insisted to sign customer feedback and satifaction page without looking the vehicle. You can even find out the pending job record from 2nd servicing. Kindly take proper action regarding my problem as my vehicle is still creating problem.

                                      This is to inform you that i had purchased mahindra xuv500 w10 fwd on 21stjuly 2016 in indiagarage, anna salai, chennai.

                                      I had purchased this car after 1 year of going through it completely with many test drive on and off road. I had been a big fan of xuv500 from a very long time. I still believe it’s a good adventure car with a muscular looks. But few cars like mine come with a defect from the manufacturing site. If replaced, when the complaint is given constantly by the customer it would be more loving towards the car and the company.
                                      From the very next day of my purchase i had a complain of low pressure in my front right tire and i had given a call to the sales person in the showroom., they had told me to bring the car during the first service and will solve it. But the issue was never solved from that point. I had taken my car to india garage guindy workshop to resolve this issue, they delayed by just giving a temporary solution but not a permanent solution. They took 1 year to take a decision to change the tire, for which i even paid an amount of 1500/-rs excluding taxes. And still the issue was not given a final solution. Still there was an air leak in the front right tire for which they recently took 10days (29/10/2017-08/11/2017) to swap the alloys from right to left and vice versa. And for now there is no air leak in the tire as such, i don’t know when the issue will raise again as they told me its problem with the company alloy.
                                      I had given my car for 30, 000km service and when i had taken from the workshop an error showing “engine!” was stable blinking in the cluster panel for which the road side assistance advised for tow, but the supervisor in the workshop said me drive the car to workshop for checking. I waited 3 hours and they said me to leave car again for changing the turbo and i’m yet to receive my car today (11/11/2017). I strongly believe a defective car was registered for me as the issues are raised only due to manufacturing side of view.
                                      And during the tire issue i found my car mishandled by paint chip off from the body of the car which they tried to cover it up with silver paint and never informed me., and the silencer of the car had a rusted appearance.
                                      I had the tire issues from past 15months and they never provided me a donor car during the long stay of my car in the workshop. Which made me very difficult to travel and on an emergency also. They had not intimated me that the car would take a longer time which made me expect every day. I had to travel 120km up and down to workshop for the manufacturing defects by mahindra which was never compensated to me. And a donor car was also not given for this long time.

                                      Concluding to this i request m&m to completely solve the issues of my car which is presently there and to the future once which if at all comes due to manufacturing defect and to compensate. Else to be precise replace a new car of my same variant.

                                        Dear mere pass scorpio hr26ck0028 s10 model h. Or usme rust ki kafi problem aa rahi h. Charo taraf se jung laga hua h. Or abhi meri gadi warranty me h. Or maine gurgaon sterling me jaa ke car ko dikhaya or unhone uski pics li or bole mahindra se approval aane ke baad hi thik hogi. Aaj un bato ko 1month ho chuka h. Nahi koi call i or m karta hu to kehte h approval nahi aaya h. Sir meri aap se request h. K meri gadi ki problem dur kar do nahi to main case file karunga mahindra ke against me.
