I purchased a new Mahindra TUV 300 T8, automatic car from your show room in Chennai Anna Salai on 16/06/2016 and picked up a warranty for five years hence. The engine number is “V2G6D23176, chassis number is MAINA2V2EG6D37781.
The vehicle has done 26, 918 kms now and has been very sparingly used till date partly due to corona pandemic induced stay at home and substantial road and infrastructural developments resulting in road excavation activities going for a sustained longer period requiring car retention in the garage and virtually making a mockery of the warranty period, expiring in vain.
I have a problem with my car when the car stops suddenly and the indicator flashes indicating I need to move the car to the repairer to address the fault. I visited your garage in ‘Guindy’@ Chennai and understood that the car's “Actuator” ( AMT ) needs replacement and that would cost around INR 80, 000/-. Why so soon and that too with so poor mileage on record suggesting issues extraneous; other than normal wear and tear or mechanical breakdown arising out of any accidents
I fail to understand that this car which appears literally brand new is having such serious malfunctioning. This appears a serious unresolved issue with majority vehicles of this tribe that came out of your assembly lines in 2016 have this ‘ACTUATOR’ malfunctioning. I understand that the issue is more towards design fault (poor and inadequate R&D support) and should have been a case for product recall immediately. Reputed car manufacturers that are quality conscious and customer centric generally would have quickly recalled cars defective to fix issues than suffer credibility gap with customers whose first choice of cars were the one purchased. Whilst your organization stood oblivious and deliberately deviating the ethical and business demands from being a genuine conflict resolver.
I fail to understand that despite knowing the product is suffering from deficiency no attempt has been taken to address this issue shows absolute negligence and breach of good faith.

It is not only my interest at stake not knowing how to use safely this car on road but echoing that of innumerable others who suffered buying this defective piece and forced to suffer silently and or paying huge rectification cost that are imposed on us due to poor design efficiency.

I am first needing a resolution in respect of this defective piece in my car and what action would you take to instill confidence/ alleviate my sufferings to go forward. I am unable to use my car as the car stops right in the middle of the road/bridges etc. Besides being a traffic nightmare.

    People take a car like a pickup to do business. Not to keep him in the public center. You tell me sir, it takes months to repair a car like pickup, then how to pay the loan of that car. The car which has been parked in the service center for months. We bought Pickup Car 1.3 Bs 6 on Dec[protected]. Its first service should be at 10000 kms or which I got done ahead of time at 9750 kms. A few days after this, the problem of speed came at 12500 km. Today has been 20 days. The car is not fixed yet. Still it will take 10-12 days to do it right. Now you tell me. I bought a car by taking loan to earn my living. I am really surprised. Whether it is the customer service and quality that Mahindra offers to its customers. Is it justified to pay 10-12 lakhs for such a vehicle? that doesn't even run properly

              We had purchased Mahindra Treo Zor on 30.08.2021, Reg No: MH12SX6707 Having chasis No: MB7D8CLLFMJG47262 & Engine No: METMEAD0EMGJ0664. Had completed merely one year and having issues with battery charging/ getting discharged every alternate month. Every alternate month we had to send the vehicle to showroom and spend on it. We had been convinced and made assured about the on road working performance of the vehicle. But telling truth we had not experienced the same. We are dealing with battery issue frequently every now and then having loss of our time, money and effecting the purpose for which vehicle had been purchased. Every time your service advisor give a new excuse or different communication. Now we had given the vehicle to your Pimpri showroom on 30.08.2022 through RSA. As per your service advisor the battery charger is not working. We requested to replace as the vehicle is under warranty period. Today 08.09.2022 stil we had not received the vehicle back. Rohit (mobile: [protected]) te service advisor is not able to tell us when we will get the vehicle back. Even he is not willing to give a spare charger meanwhile so we can atleast use the vehicle for timebeing. We request you to pay your kind attention on this and help us at the earliest. Also to resolve the battery issue so the purpose of the vehicle can be served

                The worst experience I have ever had to go through after buying Mahindra treo. I had to go through a charger replacement of 4 times within 5 months of purchase. Not possible to keep the auto for charging during rain. There is waterleak to the dashboard which so dangerous while charging and it also effects the charger. There is so much delay in charger replacement which is effecting a daily wage of a poor man who he is feeding his family. The customer service or the repair service is the worst anyone could experience. People are so rude and does not take responsibility for a defect product for a which a person had spent around 3 Lakhs. When complained about the water leak the service people are asking us to build a shed. Will mahindra take the responsibility of cost of building it. We want Mahindra to take responsibility for their carelessness and to refund our money.

                      Dear Sir,

                      We own XUV 500 bought in April 2021. When we initially bought the car we faced oil leakage problem. It took 2 months for M&M to resolve the issue. Later some how the issue was fixed. Then our Car met with an Accident and an insurance claim of 5 lakh was made. It took 3 months for M&M to hand over the Vehicle. Last month that is Aug 2022 we faced a major issue where the pickup drastically dropped and a black smoke started emitting. The Car is in M&M service centre and still they are not able to diagnose the issue. when ever we ask them they say they will let us know and no actions are taken on this. In total the car has been in M&M service centre for a period of 6 months.

                      I really wonder if this the customer service and quality which Mahindra provides to its customers. Is it really worth to pay 21 lakhs for a Car which not even been driven properly and frequently visits M&M service centre.

                      My only humble request is to help me with a permanent solution or do provide me a better car which is stable and worth the money we have paid.

                        I am writing to complain about the poor service I received from your Mahindra Sleeba and Sons Automotive Vazhayila Trivandrum, pin695005

                        I am particularly irritated because
                        I contacted the service section at your company a month ago and they provided me phone numbers to connect to other sections to give rest of the details. I called them and I was asked to share the details of my vehicle through WhatsApp . They also promised me that they will arrange a callback later. However I received no calls and when I tried contacting them, no one answered any of my calls.
                        I hope this is not how Mahindra wishes to conduct business with valued customers.
                        I would appreciate the opportunity to discuss matters further and learn how you intend to resolve my problem and avoid a similar situation in the future.

                            On applying brakes in my car, the steering is vibrating, Mahindra people have changed the disc plate of my car 2 times and once the break paid, out of which 5200 ₹ of break paid was taken from me. But after few days this problem started coming back and I have gone to Mahindra service center about 8 to 10 times. They are asking me to change the break paid back and asking for 5000 ₹ back while the break paid of my car is brand new.

                                Just purchased XUV700 AX5 (P) MT delivered on 2/09/2022 in nae of Bhavna Bansal. On the day of delivery I came to know that the back turn indicator is very small and the adjacent bigger light is not provided with turn indicator.
                                On complaint to showroom, Koncept Mahindra, Safdarjung Enclave, Delhi they informed me that we are not eligible for back turn indicator bigger part by the comapny. Its really funny to have such a small back turn indicator for such huge SUV.
                                Month of manufacturing of my car is also not communicated. In fact I don't know my SUV manufacturing month till now.
                                Mahindra online booking is showing my car still not delivered to showrrom, however i got the car 2 days back.
                                My KYC in car is still not updated like date of purchase and Insurance. There is no reply from Koncept about how many days it will take.
                                If Mahindra is committed to provide services to its customers pls resolve the issues.

                                  Dear Sir

                                  I have purchased Mahindra xuv 300 w8 amt pm as aquamarine on 30.07.2022 from Shah Motors, Humnabad Road, Kalaburgi. I have paid advance amount for Rs. 11000/- at the time of booking in April 2022 through online. Excess amount of Rs. 17000/- has been paid by me in form of registration fees, and Rs.9000/- for accessories. Dealer has not provided registration fees receipt also.
                                  I have to receive a total amount of Rs. 37000/- from captioned dealer at Kalaburgi. When I talked with showroom manager today, he told that he will get back after verification, but he has never called me back.

                                  Kindly do the needful at the earliest.

                                    There is a problem about the differential of the vehicle . When vehicle running on a top gear it gives noisy sound . First time then problem faced by me then we go to agency. And then they change the pinion bearing of the differential.After that the problem is gone only for 2-3 days.After 2-3 days the vehicle differencial start noisy sound again. And then we again visit to agency.They change the second pinion gear in a differencial. After that problem comes again after 2 days..The vehicle again start noisy sound
                                    Sir / madam this is my humble request to solve my problem.

                                      I have Mahindra TUV 300 T6+ 2016 model.

                                      After driving more than about 10 KM if I stops and off the ignition, it won't starts again. First time, it starts normally even the car parked for 2-3 days. No problem occurs.

                                      But when engine hot, engine sounds loud and then stops. And I have to wait till engine cools down.

                                      What is the reason. Kindly advice

                                        Hello sir, I am Mohammad Afzal I have booked my vehicle yesterday at unnati motors Kamptee road, Nagpur.
                                        Amit nandeshwar the sales executive promised me to hand over the vehicle on Tuesday so,
                                        I have paid the booking amount yesterday i.e 1/09/22 and the guy Amit nandeshwar sales executive texted me on my WhatsApp number at 12:00pm and told to process the balance amount i.e 7, 11, 000/- to transfer in the companie's account so I did the same And at 2:30pm he is calling and telling me that at 11:00am today in morning the vehicle now has been sold to someone else you need to wait for few more days.
                                        I just want to ask you why these fellow take the booking amount and Is this the procedure of selling vehicle coz I have other vehicle with me I never had an experience like this before I am so pissed that I can't tell you but I need to follow some decorom that's why I am raising this complaint to you.

                                        What should I do I wanted the vehicle by Tuesday i.e 6/09/22 so that I can do it's exterior work and then take my vehicle for use.

                                        My question is when I have booked the vehicle before hand then why did they sell it and if they don't have the vehicle to sell why did the booked it?

                                        Kindly answer to my question I am waiting these people are spoiling your brand image and due to this I am worried that I won't be purchasing any vehicle in future from Mahindra.

                                        I am waiting here from an hour at the showroom, but these guys are not returning me the money telling me it will take time and it will be processed by Monday. Please do it as soon as possible I need to book other vehicle too.
