Just purchased XUV700 AX5 (P) MT delivered on 2/09/2022 in nae of Bhavna Bansal. On the day of delivery I came to know that the back turn indicator is very small and the adjacent bigger light is not provided with turn indicator.
On complaint to showroom, Koncept Mahindra, Safdarjung Enclave, Delhi they informed me that we are not eligible for back turn indicator bigger part by the comapny. Its really funny to have such a small back turn indicator for such huge SUV.
Month of manufacturing of my car is also not communicated. In fact I don't know my SUV manufacturing month till now.
Mahindra online booking is showing my car still not delivered to showrrom, however i got the car 2 days back.
My KYC in car is still not updated like date of purchase and Insurance. There is no reply from Koncept about how many days it will take.
If Mahindra is committed to provide services to its customers pls resolve the issues.

    Dear Sir

    I have purchased Mahindra xuv 300 w8 amt pm as aquamarine on 30.07.2022 from Shah Motors, Humnabad Road, Kalaburgi. I have paid advance amount for Rs. 11000/- at the time of booking in April 2022 through online. Excess amount of Rs. 17000/- has been paid by me in form of registration fees, and Rs.9000/- for accessories. Dealer has not provided registration fees receipt also.
    I have to receive a total amount of Rs. 37000/- from captioned dealer at Kalaburgi. When I talked with showroom manager today, he told that he will get back after verification, but he has never called me back.

    Kindly do the needful at the earliest.

      There is a problem about the differential of the vehicle . When vehicle running on a top gear it gives noisy sound . First time then problem faced by me then we go to agency. And then they change the pinion bearing of the differential.After that the problem is gone only for 2-3 days.After 2-3 days the vehicle differencial start noisy sound again. And then we again visit to agency.They change the second pinion gear in a differencial. After that problem comes again after 2 days..The vehicle again start noisy sound

        I have Mahindra TUV 300 T6+ 2016 model.

        After driving more than about 10 KM if I stops and off the ignition, it won't starts again. First time, it starts normally even the car parked for 2-3 days. No problem occurs.

        But when engine hot, engine sounds loud and then stops. And I have to wait till engine cools down.

        What is the reason. Kindly advice

          Hello sir, I am Mohammad Afzal I have booked my vehicle yesterday at unnati motors Kamptee road, Nagpur.
          Amit nandeshwar the sales executive promised me to hand over the vehicle on Tuesday so,
          I have paid the booking amount yesterday i.e 1/09/22 and the guy Amit nandeshwar sales executive texted me on my WhatsApp number at 12:00pm and told to process the balance amount i.e 7, 11, 000/- to transfer in the companie's account so I did the same And at 2:30pm he is calling and telling me that at 11:00am today in morning the vehicle now has been sold to someone else you need to wait for few more days.
          I just want to ask you why these fellow take the booking amount and Is this the procedure of selling vehicle coz I have other vehicle with me I never had an experience like this before I am so pissed that I can't tell you but I need to follow some decorom that's why I am raising this complaint to you.

          What should I do I wanted the vehicle by Tuesday i.e 6/09/22 so that I can do it's exterior work and then take my vehicle for use.

          My question is when I have booked the vehicle before hand then why did they sell it and if they don't have the vehicle to sell why did the booked it?

          Kindly answer to my question I am waiting these people are spoiling your brand image and due to this I am worried that I won't be purchasing any vehicle in future from Mahindra.

          I am waiting here from an hour at the showroom, but these guys are not returning me the money telling me it will take time and it will be processed by Monday. Please do it as soon as possible I need to book other vehicle too.

            I had a horrible experience with Royal motors at chhotto belu, belu milki, Delhi road West Bengal . Just to replace an air filter of Rs850, they charged me Rs2300. It was clear they are running the shop to loot people . They will not explain and give any justification for those unrealistic charges. Shame shame Mahindra & Mahindra. Shame Royal motors.

              Sir मैंने GJ08CC6547 Bolero Camper Gold Zx गाड़ी 23/12/2020 को शिवम sales पालनपुर से खरीदी थी इसके कंपनी नियम के अनुसार 11000 पर पहली सर्वीस और दूसरी सर्विस 21000 पर कंपनी सर्वीस सेंटर में करवाई है

              लेकिन दूसरी सर्विस से पहले गाड़ी के इंजिन में प्रॉब्लम आनी शुरू हो गई थी जिसके लिए मैंने सर्विस के टाइम कंपनी में टेक्निकल को बोला भी था लेकिन उस समस्या का कोई हल नहीं किया गया और इसका चार्ज भी मेरे से लगभग 15000 के पालनपुर शिवम सर्विस सेंटर में लिया गया । जबकि मेरी गाड़ी गारंटी period में थी

              अभी कंपनी के अधिकारियों से बात करने पर कोई भी संतोष जनक जवाब नहीं दिया जा रहा है

              7 वर्किंग डे में मेरी समस्या का हल नहीं किया गया तो उपभोक्ता सरक्षण में जाऊँगा ।

                I was lured into the above membership with false promises of two nights of Additional voucher by Ms Nidhi at your Resort in Mussorie Mall Road on 6 th June 2022. Furthermore she informed that night stay point deductions were ranging between 70 to 80 points.
                When I booked 3 nights stay at Gangtok after the lockin period in August I came know that these two points was not correct. Your office bearers are deceiving people to achieve their targets.
                I have raised a complaint and want to surrender my membership and claim full refund alongwith the First Annual Maintenance fees paid in August.
                My email conversations and phone calls are not very conducive as a huge penalty is being charged as per mail by Mr. Zahid Sheikh.
                I am a retired person and aged over 73 years and request you to see that I get full refund as I was mislead and deceived by your senior employee.
                Pray for your help in getting back the full sums already paid.

                          We bought our new XUV 300 Auto in Nov 2021. Since last 2 months we have recurring problem with the wheels. Rear wheel is making this annoying sound. First time the service advisor said plastic bag was entangled in the rear wheel because of which vehicle made the noise. There was no proof produced for this even after asking for it. The second time same issue reoccurred just in 2 weeks. The service advisors says it is due to resting the vehicle...

                            Worst experience in Nizamabad 503212 Mahindra showroom ..we bought a new car and it's got trouble by not going speed more than 40 and we submitted in showroom they took 8 days ...even accepted now the behaviour and their intent was worst trying to cheat people by telling wrong prices and confusing the people of village people they assume that village people doesn't know anything keeping these in mind and cheating people ...I was experienced live ...I never again purchase or suggest someone to people to buy a vehicle in Mahindra showroom

                                My name is Rakesh Lata .This is the complain regarding service of my car in auto world mahindra service center in sitapura, Jaipur, rajasthan. I gave my car (mahindra Quanto) registration no. (RJ14UD7018)
                                in the service centre of mahindra on 4/8/2022.
                                I got my car from service center on 6/8/2022 In worst condition. So I gave my car again on 17/8/2022 . Still They are demanding more money from us and still they are not fixing my car . Service center team is really not cooperative and very irritating and abusive. I am really disappointed from this behavior of a team of service center. So this is a request please help me in this situation .

                                  I want to draw your attention to the problem i have faced for last 3 years. I have a xuv 300 w6 car . I purchased it from JK Grover Automotive Hatwas Nagrota Bagwan distt Kangra Himachal Pradesh. From the very first year there is a noise while applying break. I visited more than 10/12 times to resolve same problem. But all in vain. Yesterday i visited again and they hold my car for diagnosis.
                                  Sir, this time i am excepting a permanent solution of this from your side.. otherwise I don't bring it at home back. Please change my whole break pannel

                                    Hey I am Enosh, I have purchased marrazo on 5th is this month and have driven approx 1800kms, as we see ARAI claims 17.3 mileage and also Mahindra says the same. Though I have driving in between 80-100 in high I am getting a mileage of 12km/l. On 1st service I have raised the issue, I have said that we have resolved the errors, and again I have driven long trip of 700km, mileage is same.

                                      Hello Sir,
                                      I had purchased Mahendra bolero Neo eight months back and for the first time I took the vehicle for long journey to Gujarat from Nizamabad but faced soo many issues during journey.
                                      1) First the engine light came and after that the Engine issue started.
                                      The vehicle started jurking...and also the vehicle become like neutral no acceleration work and the vehicle stopped on the road.
                                      I waited for some time after that I started engine and it started but the engine light was still on.I took the vehicle to Beed service center and he removed the bugs and after that there was no isssue till 400km ..but after 400km the same issue continue and any how I reached to bhuj service centre but here the service person says that their is some issue in engine and I dont understand its a newly purchased vehicle and only 8months old then why this engine problem.
                                      They also said that it will not be covered in insurance and the repair cost will be around ₹6500.
                                      Being the new vehicle and with complete insurance and still it is not covered under insurance, as I was not having any other option i had to pay and make the vehicle done.
                                      They did something and removed the error and again after my further journey the error came again.
                                      I was fed up with the car issue and all of my family was on the road in the middle of the night. I never imagined this type of situation we will face with this new car.
                                      Now the issue was very severe and we called the RSA and towed the vehice back to bhuj and they checked the vehicle and said there is some sensior issue and the cost will be 2500₹ that too will not be covered in insurance.
                                      Again I paid and made it done.
                                      We were very fed up with the car issue and dropped going further and and returned back.
                                      Return journey was very tension full was repeatedly seeing the screen that engine light is coming or not. And we anyhow managed to reach Nizamabad.

                                      So Sir I request you to please properly check my vehicle and if the issue is major please return back my money I will buy some other company vehicle..or if it is repairable please do it...
                                      The car has spoiled my complete journey
