during my job search from quikr website page i found job suitable for me in mahindra motors so i applied and provided them related documents with my biodata then i recived phonecall from ms amrita singh telling me that i had been shortlisted and i would be interviewed by hr recruiter of the company ms ankita sharma after my telephonic interview i was told by ankita sharma that i have been selected for the post of supervisor and asked to pay rs1490/- towards uniform fee then only i would recive job offer letter and asked to pay in

Then i call the traniee he as more ammout and i told cancel my file and refund my all amount .. in my account he say you pay cancelation amount on 10500 and i pay the amount in my phone pe through the phonepe number [protected] he promise to me today(18/08/2022) will be refund... i call evening but he says before 90 days it will be refund...
with me four phonecall numbers which communicated with me are as follows:

i hope proper action will be taken and amount of rs 1, 32, 390/- will be refunded to me... And i am poor i arrange my payments are 10% intrest amout so kindly take a proper action

    My car got impaired two times within three months and i have purchased the car in January 2022.
    This was the second time I got my business meeting cancelled due to the inconvenience caused by the car mechanism.

    Also this time the ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE got my front glass broken while they were shifting my car to the nearest service centre
    I need a proper assistance for the complainant as soon as possible

      Dear team,
      I have recently taken delivery of my first Suv The Tharin the month of July 2022.

      The car I test drove had Lumbar support. Shopping bag holder on the back of the seat, three USB sockets for phone but didn’t have any of those in my Thar. Moreover there was no cost reduction for me . I was not told about any of the above will not be available in the coming model .

      Furthermore the infotainment system has been giving problems and i have visited the service center five times. They have provided me with a new infotainment system but the problem still persists and they are clueless about any solution.

      Much to my surprise was given just one key, upon questioning was told due to chip shortage will receive the second duplicate key in six months? Please confirm me the reason why only Mahindra is facing this issue and the rest of the manufacturers are not eg, Honda, Maruti, VW.

      I seek full compensation for these faulty features and cause of acute pain to my back and health for inr 55 lacs.

      This consumer product deficiency and no update from Mahindra itself says volume about the company policy for cheating customers as a normal practice.

            I have been using the Mahindra Jeeto Plus 16 for the last two years and Ten months. This vehicle is used for Milk transportation for my bussiness. This is the only vehicle I have that I am using for my bussiness. As you know, Milk transportation can't stop for a single day which will negatively affect overall bussiness operation.

            The issue here is this vehicle is stopped several times during the running time made a massive negative impact on my bussiness. During that period, I purchased the different vehicle parts at my own expense and replaced them even during the warranty period because most of the time these parts are not available in the dealer's showrooms. I need to wait 1 week or more that will impact my bussiness.

            Now the same situation happened again, during the milk transportation time in the early morning the vehicle stopped again. Currently, I have hired another vehicle for rental and running with a daily rental method. This is making a huge loose in my bussiness. The dealers again say they don't have replacement parts and need to wait a long time. In the end, the result will be my business will be messed up and loose.

            The complaint is happening periodically.

            So could you please replace this vehicle or pay the rental amount during the vehicle are in the service station? Hope you will rectify this effectively from your side as I have trusted the Mahindra Group.

                  I have given my car for service on 14th July, 2022 to Supreme Motors, Chamrail, Kolkata which they handed me over on 18th July, 2022.
                  On 20th July, 2022 when I went at road trip to Bhubaneswar with my family I found my car is not able to generate pickup properly/even switching the gear was also little difficult. In the middle of the night I was left out with no help but somehow I managed to reach Bhubaneswar next day by travelling slowly whole night. Over there I went on to Utkal Motors (Mahindra Registered Service Centre) for checking the issue, I came to know the service which I have done of my car Scorpio from Supreme Motors was not done properly and due to this I have faced the issue. The Air Filter of my car was completely damaged and due to this other parts of the car was also damaged. And this, neglegency was done by Supreme Motors as they haven't done their work properly and because of their neglegency I have to face the harassment and this now shall be borne by your dealer or your company as it's you who have provided dealership to such neglegent agency.
                  I want you to take action against Supreme Motors as what have they done with my car by keeping it for 4 days.

                    Dear Mahindra,

                    I am writing on the delay of providing me the Sequential tail lamp and spare key fobe, that was promised to be in 4- 6 months. At first there is no intimation either from dealer Anant Cars (BG Road Bangalore) and nor from the Company itself. So, I wrote to your customer care first and then dialed them upon no answers. Your customer care says talk to the one by name Dakshanyaini at Anant cars and Anant cars says the company will intimate on the delivery. So I basically am running pillar to post to get what I was supposed to get about 6 months back, for which the full amount was paid.
                    Request you to provide me a date by which I will get the delivery of the sequential tail lamp and the key fobe. The other is the way customer has to run pillar to post to literally beg for the delivery of the missing parts in the car is totally unacceptable and uncalled for.
                    Car Number : KA51MS2520, Purchased on 8th April from Anant cars BG Road.

                    I'm another customer who is made to go through pillar to post in getting the sequence tail indicator. Booked AX5 diesel AT 7 seater in Feb 22. Same behaviour from Anant cars BG road. Asked to start with Dakshayini and she basically keeps moving the date to next 3-4 months again and again. You are basically talking to n number of service advisors to GM (Kiran) and many more. Each one says I'm outside and will connect with you after checking and after that you just have to keep waiting ...once you call back the answer is it's not available yet talk to Dakshayini and the cycle is repeated. Basically keep customer revolving and never give what is promised. I was given Anant car brochure that says AX5 will have sequence tail indicator. Plus I was given a letter saying that additional key fob and sequence tail indicator will be provided in 3-4 months. Now March 2023, waiting for sequence indicator for more than 9 months. Anybody listening?

                        Faulty XUV700

                        It has been two months since I purchased the XUV700 and it has been a disaster.
                        While driving on the road the car suddenly stops and I cannot turn the engine on or do anything to start the engine.

                        In the two months we have given the car about 6 times to the service person because of this issue. The service team has been very kind enough to help us out any time...
                        A new car cannot have...

                        We have bought our XUV 500 W6 model on 2016, and after a year or two paint started peeling off from the Bonet. We have repainted this from the dealer and same area is getting peel off again also the other parts of the body is completely getting rusted and started falling off.

                        We have approached the company and they are not willing to resolve the issue at a free of cost.

                          This is to request you, I Arpit Singh bought XUV-700 last month[protected] and was very much happy with the performance till[protected].

                          When the Sunroof of my car broke while returning back to home without any accident or reason for breakage. To most of my surprise I could not see anything that hit the Sunroof and it shattered with a very high cracking noise like an explosion. The broken piece of Sunroof fell on me and I got injured. I am highly surprised and shocked to see how such a highly trusted vehicle (Mahindra) got the sunroof broken without hitting anything while driving. It seems unbelievable as I haven’t witnessed such kind of accident in my life and it shattered my trust in the Mahindra vehicle.

                          I request you to pls pay your personal attention and support to get it fixed on priority and also check the quality so that it shouldn't happen in future. It somehow reflects poor quality of Product with false safety commitments to customers.

                          Request you to pls look into it and support me with corrective action before it becomes a life threatening issue to all customers who are using this vehicle and I am also very much concerned about Mahindra commitment for safety and customer support. I am attaching the images of the same and seeking your personal support for the same.

                                  If that is the way the company is thinking of growing by not giving services it is in bad taste and will not be in good Service providing company’s and if it is not company policy and done by your dealer

                                    I booked Mahindra XUV700L on 28th March 2022 by paying booking amount of Rs 21000/-( twenty one thousand only) to your dealer Vayalat Automobiles Pvt Ltd and Mr. Ashiq was the sales representative who was in touch with me at that time. Later on I was informed that the delivery of vehicle will take at least one year . So I have booked another vehicle and expecting the delivery in another 10 days time.

                                    So I hereby request you to reimburse the booking amount at the earliest which was assured at the time of booking .

                                    I have already sent mail to Vayalat Automobiles Pvt Ltd on this, but no reply has been received yet.

                                      When I called to customer care, they neither gave proper reply nor gave any suggestion. I tried to contact to GM of the unit and even texted him, but he neither sent me any response nor picked up the call.
