Dear sir/madam,

I have purchased tuv 300, t8 model from hav motors, patna, bihar which is a authorised dealer of mahindra & mahindra on 23rd march 2017. The vehicle is purchased in the name of mrs. Meena gupta, my mother. People at hav motors have taken all amount including rto and insurance. They have not given us the registration number till date. More than 7 months have elapsed. Whenever we have contacted them they just reply that "we will give you registration no.in 15 days." we are listening this for last 4 month. I have told the same thing to your regional manager of bihar. He has also not responded.

We have purchased the mahindra vehicle with lots of expectations. I request you to please look into the matter to resolve the issue,

    My self sachin sakhare i have mahendra tuv 300 vehicle registration no mh 14 fs 0259.
    This vehicle i am drop to service in kundan motors chinchwad pune date 13.10.2017*job card no. 14130. Vehicle have a problem noise of engine.
    I meet mr. Zuber khan he is service manager kundan motors chinchwad. He said your vehicle have engine ejecter and elterneter.
    I said please repair my it's parts in my warranty,
    But service manager said warranty is end.
    What is this...?
    Service manager have a lack of knowledge in mahandara vehicle and he provides poor serviceing. And he give very lightly he can't have seriasnees.
    Please kindly take any action for service manager.

      Yesterday onwards we were trying to get road assistance and i called the customer care team and asked about the road assistance and they didn't give proper reply and assistance. And later one person from the pathanamthitta showroom called me and i told then that we will reach there today morning and asked them to be there at time but no one came from the workshop and we were waiting for 4 hours. Such delay in taking care of the complaints.

        I sent my scorpio for servicing in oct-17 and got the car after 7 days. I paid 14000/- for normal servicing. My vehicle gets off suddenly after 7-8 kms run, i have mentioned the same while servicing. But the same issue arrived after three days and after many follow ups they picked up car and yesterday i got the car back after 7-8 days and again they have charged 1800/- bugs. Today i have faced the same problem.
        Please guide me how to take this further i am very dissatisfied with the servicing quality and response.

        After this complaint Mahindra took my vehicle again and after 4-5 days I got my car back after paying 19000/-. I was very happy at the time of delivery as assured by the team that the problem will not arise again. But my happiness was again screwed in next 7 days, the same problem arise again. Today again Mahindra has took my car, let see how much time they will take to resolve the issue and how much amount they will ask me to pay this time. I have paid almost 40k in last one month and I am not able to use the car properly. I am fad up with Mahindra's post sales service.
        After this complaint Mahindra took my vehicle again and after 4-5 days I got my car back after paying 19000/-. I was very happy at the time of delivery as assured by the team that the problem will not arise again. But my happiness was again screwed in next 7 days, the same problem arise again. Today again Mahindra has took my car, let see how much time they will take to resolve the issue and how much amount they will ask me to pay this time.           My car front right side bursted and met an accident but car is new 3 month old, car drivend only 3000 km and chassis also bended, we did bumper to bumper insurance but insurance people also playing alerdy 50 days over car in the mahindra service center work still not started,

              Xuv 500 purchased on 30/01/2017 in the name of sameep arora from g 3 motors, kandivili mumbai showroom. Pressurising us for rto job by them only and charged rs.1, 80, 000/- and receipt give of rs.1, 70, 000/- hence charged rs.10, 000/- in excess.
              Also more important original r c not provided so far almost 10 months have passed. Traffic police asked for the same. It is harrasement.
              Please help.

              Also charged rs.10, 000/- in excess towards rto expenses .Number of times requested for the same but useless.Banker also demand
              rc again & again.
              Dealer compell to take legal action against them & manufacturer who authorized.

                I send my tuv 300 for service @10000 km on 07/11/17 at approx. 2:00pm to service center of mahindra & mahindra located at sector -2 noida and after 27 hrs, i received faulty vehicle (Conductor side door handle/lock damage) not open door from outside. Very disappointed with service /dealing of mahindra & mahindra brand.

                Before that one major mistake made by service engineer during issuing of no. Plates. (We bought two mahindra tuv 300 in black colour with same specification t8 at same time from same place / dealer) he fix alternate plates on both vehicles and also register in company records. We are surprised when we receive rc and found the plates on wrong vehicle.
                If this type of negligence made by brand like mahindra & mahindra, then how? Customer faith on brand.

                  We are running a school. And for our school we had bought a power generator, model ; mahindra silent diesel generator set 20kua 3285 gm. Single phase alternator and battery. On 17/5/17. But it went out of service within three months o[censored]se now it has not been in any use for last two months. Because its charger is out of service and we are trying to contact service providers but they do not appear on the time they promise....

                  I would like to draw your attention towards my vehicle (Up14-cc-1524) experiencing the same issue of clutch paddle down since the time i purchased it in the month of 21st may. It is burning the clutch due to some technical issue and service center made some temporary repair in order to avoid the part changed again & somehow deliberately making the time pass of warranty period. The issue is still not resolved & i have to keep visiting the company to get the same issue fixed again & again.

                  On 21st may 2017), i visited the company & got the clutch paddle & clutch changed on assurance by the company that same problem doesn’t occur again in future. But again i faced the same problem & visited the company service center & they again repaired it with assurance that same problem will not exist but clutch got down again on 8th september’17 & when i contacted the company they tried to divert the issue & misled with claims that issue is not related to previous problem. Mr bhushan dhir who is gm service tried to mislead by attaching pic of clutch plates which was of may’17 & not of sept month. No pics was taken in the month of sept’17 when i visited the company as i was there all the time when my vehicle was dismantle.

                  I even contacted higher level management of the mahindra company but no one bothered to take the issue seriously.

                  I would like to highlight one more thing here, mr. Bhushan mentioned the context in his below mail “discussion regarding the poor pickup and gear shifting issue of your xuv”.
                  So, this is the way mahindra’s employee has changed the situation or fault to the customer. I have attached the manual repair order form as a reference so that you can identify the purpose of my visit on that date (8th sep 2017) which was because i was facing problem again of clutch pedal down.

                  I am now feeling cheated & being harassed unnecessary from service center employees as they are not ready to change the part again which is in warranty period of 6 months. I have no other option but to file a case in consumer forum to address my grievance if this issue of mine would not get sorted out as early as possible.

                  Kindly take appropriate action towards the employees who are misguiding me by sending pic which were taken in the month of may & not in the month of sept’17.

                    Guys i want to tell you that i went to genesis cars - koncept automobiles pvt. Ltd. B-1/ a-10 mohan cooperative industrial estate extension, new delhi, 110044 showroom on 3rd nov 2017 to buy new car. This showroom sold me an old and painted mahendra kuv k8 lava red colour model. Showroom said it's brand new but after purchasing i checked it and i found something wrong then next day i went to car 24 & found that car had been all painted from doors, fenders, bonnet, etc which was confirmed by mahendra engineer after checking. We put our blind trust in showrooms for fair deal but they are playing with our emotions. Buying a car is like bringing new member to the family and it gives immense pleasure to every member. These showrooms play with the emotions of middle class families just for few bucks.                             As i let my xylo d2 to the service for the power window problem which was not working up and down. They produced the bill for as they said changed the motor and power window main switch. But, in reality they didn't change the part of power window main switch. Only the bill was produced as it was changed. How they were produced the bill even without checking the changed parts. What the wrong is with it. How the customers are ok with this type of mistakes. Really ashamed with mahindra.

                                      This is to inform you that i am holding and second hand 2016 year manufacturer mahindra kuv 100 k6 5star my previous owner has lost the manual and the free service coupons during service now he says he has written mail and he has escalated the issue till now no one has replied plz fine the old owner rc and my rc attached

                                      Now i have to get my car servicived as my meater reading 8602 km as on date when i have checked with near authorized service center at suchithra hyderabad he said he requried the free service coupons to get the free service done or i need to pay from my pocket

                                      Please take this issue as my humble request and help us in getting the manual book and free coupons asap as we have planings to go long trips
