no service for your generator

We are running a school. And for our school we had bought a power generator, model ; mahindra silent diesel generator set 20kua 3285 gm. Single phase alternator and battery. On 17/5/17. But it went out of service within three months o[censored]se now it has not been in any use for last two months. Because its charger is out of service and we are trying to contact service providers but they do not appear on the time they promise....

I would like to draw your attention towards my vehicle (Up14-cc-1524) experiencing the same issue of clutch paddle down since the time i purchased it in the month of 21st may. It is burning the clutch due to some technical issue and service center made some temporary repair in order to avoid the part changed again & somehow deliberately making the time pass of warranty period. The issue is still not resolved & i have to keep visiting the company to get the same issue fixed again & again.

On 21st may 2017), i visited the company & got the clutch paddle & clutch changed on assurance by the company that same problem doesn’t occur again in future. But again i faced the same problem & visited the company service center & they again repaired it with assurance that same problem will not exist but clutch got down again on 8th september’17 & when i contacted the company they tried to divert the issue & misled with claims that issue is not related to previous problem. Mr bhushan dhir who is gm service tried to mislead by attaching pic of clutch plates which was of may’17 & not of sept month. No pics was taken in the month of sept’17 when i visited the company as i was there all the time when my vehicle was dismantle.

I even contacted higher level management of the mahindra company but no one bothered to take the issue seriously.

I would like to highlight one more thing here, mr. Bhushan mentioned the context in his below mail “discussion regarding the poor pickup and gear shifting issue of your xuv”.
So, this is the way mahindra’s employee has changed the situation or fault to the customer. I have attached the manual repair order form as a reference so that you can identify the purpose of my visit on that date (8th sep 2017) which was because i was facing problem again of clutch pedal down.

I am now feeling cheated & being harassed unnecessary from service center employees as they are not ready to change the part again which is in warranty period of 6 months. I have no other option but to file a case in consumer forum to address my grievance if this issue of mine would not get sorted out as early as possible.

Kindly take appropriate action towards the employees who are misguiding me by sending pic which were taken in the month of may & not in the month of sept’17.

    Guys i want to tell you that i went to genesis cars - koncept automobiles pvt. Ltd. B-1/ a-10 mohan cooperative industrial estate extension, new delhi, 110044 showroom on 3rd nov 2017 to buy new car. This showroom sold me an old and painted mahendra kuv k8 lava red colour model. Showroom said it's brand new but after purchasing i checked it and i found something wrong then next day i went to car 24 & found that car had been all painted from doors, fenders, bonnet, etc which was confirmed by mahendra engineer after checking. We put our blind trust in showrooms for fair deal but they are playing with our emotions. Buying a car is like bringing new member to the family and it gives immense pleasure to every member. These showrooms play with the emotions of middle class families just for few bucks. I would request to every facebook user to share it as much as possible so it can reach to them and they can understand the voice of middle class family. My phone no is [protected]

            As i let my xylo d2 to the service for the power window problem which was not working up and down. They produced the bill for as they said changed the motor and power window main switch. But, in reality they didn't change the part of power window main switch. Only the bill was produced as it was changed. How they were produced the bill even without checking the changed parts. What the wrong is with it. How the customers are ok with this type of mistakes. Really ashamed with mahindra.

I bayed it before 2 year and i am getting so many problem in my car like door problem engine problem and whole body getting damage so many thing and many time i gave it for servicing but after 24 hrs same from i am facing i need solution within 24hrs i spended too much money for what to stand on agency for repairing again and again plz kindly solve my problem other wise i will take another legal option (I[censored] will not solve the problem i will take help of court and other laws) may be that will be hard for you so plz its my humble request to solve it soon.                       This is to inform you that i am holding and second hand 2016 year manufacturer mahindra kuv 100 k6 5star my previous owner has lost the manual and the free service coupons during service now he says he has written mail and he has escalated the issue till now no one has replied plz fine the old owner rc and my rc attached

                      Now i have to get my car servicived as my meater reading 8602 km as on date when i have checked with near authorized service center at suchithra hyderabad he said he requried the free service coupons to get the free service done or i need to pay from my pocket

                      Please take this issue as my humble request and help us in getting the manual book and free coupons asap as we have planings to go long trips

                        On march 31st 2017 i purchased a tuv 300. T8 and your dealer at jagdalpur, chattisgrah, m/s balaji motors provided an insurance policy of iffco tokio (It was the only option) because they never allowed me to purchse any other companies policy, saying that it is a cashless policy and one of best policy in india, but recently my vechicle met with an accident after the repair works the told me to pay the full bill amount and and they will refund the amount as and when they they receive it from the insurance copany, is this the meaning of cashless policy will you please let me know the maning of cashless policy so that imay correct my self

                          I ram prasad meena purchased a mahindra supermo van from kalyan auto sales purani chungi, jaipur rajasthan on 22/07/2017. Mr. Mahaveer offer and promised us a discount of rs. 10000/- for school purpose purchased vehicle. He said us the discount cheque will be issued in your favour soon.
                          I want to request to you that the full amount has been paid by bankers dd to the kalyan auto sales as per provided quotation / estimate.
                          But our purchased vehicle is not registered from the concerned rto till know. And our original invoice, insurance is pending from above dealer. They not provided us the original copies such documents. They have promised us a discount amount of rs. 10000/- but the discount is not given us till know.

                          I request to you please register our vehicle from concerned rto, because such amount has been paid to dealer.

                          I am not satisfied from the services of kalyan auto sales jaipur. Mr. Mahveer was chiting with us.

                              I harkirat singh purchased Mahindra NuvoSport from Shiva Auto Car Gzb on May2016.My Car Driven Upto Date 11, 600km.
                              On 26 Oct 17, one of my car tyre bursted when i was driving my car in anand vihar area. Tyre side wall get 0.5"hole.I rushed to my car dealer and they said they have NO RESPONSIBILITY of tyres and they said we have to file complaint against TYRE Company.

                              IF THEY HAVE NO RESONSIBILITY OF THAT POOR PRODUCT THEY ARE USING IN THEIR VEHICLE THEN WHY THEY ARE USING IT.

                              SIMPLY PLAYING WITH LIVES OF OTHERS.

                              WE HAVE NOT PURCHASED CAR FROM TYRE COMPANY!!

                              I want my tyre to be REPLACED by MAHINDRA only.

                              Even after my complaint to consumer forum, Mahindra company have not taken any pain in resolving this issue.

                              After that day i.e 26th Oct, i am not driving my car since one of its tyre bursted and others may also burst.

                              Even after 20 days nothing happened till now. It is not acceptable.

                              I had driven scorpio for 8 years[protected]and got my every complaint solved when there is any. Very bad Experience This Time.

                              PLEASE DONT COMPELL ME TO GO SOCIAL MEDIA I[censored] PEOPLE ARE NOT LISTENING TO THIS IMPORTANT MATTER.

                              I JUST WANTED YOU TO TAKE RESPONSIBILITY OF EVERY PRODUCT YOU PUT ON VEHICLE TO SELL.

                                Dear sir,
                                I have purchased the mahindra thar crde recently on the 25th september 2017 from industrial & farm equipment, g. S. Road, guwahati-781005
                                I am facing three major issues with the vehicle right now-

                                1. Water leaking inside the car-there is water entering the car from the hood at the front passenger side. I have attached photo references for the same. I had sent the vehicle to the local mahindra dealer but they are not able to resolve the problem.

                                2. Gear box problem-there is problem in shifting to the reverse gear and also 2nd gear.

                                3. Over heating-there is overheating near the clutch which makes it uncomfortable to drive as it heats the feet

                                My humble request to resolve the above problems at earliest and kindly treat it as utmost important as i have bought the vehicle with great enthusiasm.

                                Dear Sir,
                                I regret to say that none of the problems mentioned in my earlier mail regarding my' Mahindra thar' has not been resolved yet.I even asked the Dibrugarh, Assam dealer to give in written that they are not able to solve the water leakage problem but they refused to do so and asked for a week's time to solve the issue.But since then it has been more then 2 weeks and nobody has contacted me from any dealer.So I would request Mahindra and Mahindra to take up this matter seriously since I have loads of other works then writing requests and complaints mail to you guys.
                                Since your company is not able to solve my issue I have a suggestion from my side that you can take the vehicle back as it is brand new(purchased on 25th Sep 2017) and has not even done 1000 km running.You can deduct whatever you want from the total amount I have paid.This is the only solution I can think of right now and I will always regret my decision of buying a Mahindra Vehicle.

                                  2. Since my first servicing, i was complaining about door opening warning indicator not working properly in respect of one door (Tail gate). After my repeated request for rectification, the same problem still exits.
                                  3. As a good customer, its my humble request to kindly look into the matter as servicing centre says that they had done their best to repair but with a small span of time (Like after 4-5 days) the problem of door opening warning indicator not working properly occurs again and again.
                                  4. Request take necessary corrective action soon as my warranty is likely to be expired in dec 17, otherwise i may be forced to take legal action against the company.

                                    Sir i have a problm regarding your services by your agency in mohalli.

                                    Ihave a mahindra thar which i bought in last year, in past few days i met with an accident and my jeep had a problm in clutch plates and clutch bearing, i gave it to raj mahindra (Mohalli) to resolve a problem which is suitated in sec 73. Company person replace a clutch plates but they didnt replace a clutch bearing, now there is a noise in a gear by a clutch bearing so its request u to reslove my bearing problm, my jeep no is pb 30t 0013 my phone number is [protected]

                                      This is sudham kishore kumar, i purchased nuvosport car from hydernagar branch hyderabad on 7th of september till date i have not received my docket manual book insurance papers am still driving my vehicle on tr plate... Even i paid 40000 rs for accessories no information regarding that,, now executive stopped attending my calls its been two much no response at all at the branch.. To whom i should contact now... Before purchase 100 calls now the worst case is no one is responding... I have not seen at all these sort of services... U guys should learn the services from maruti, hyundai, toyota etc how they treat there customer atmost... My biggest mistake is to purchase mahindra vehicle life time mistake...

                                      I want my cash back i dont want to use this mahindra vehicle dont want issues further i dont want to get troubled with the in efficient staff
