I booked my car in October, vehicle is delivered on 4th July 2022.
Day 1: Moment I took out car I can hear shock observers sound and speed breakers, I reported to sales executive, he asked to bring car
Day2 : at 7.30 evening he said issue is fixed, he asked to take home, I asked him to give in return of the issue. He denied it, I did not take vehicle as there was no possibility to test vehicle.
Day 3: I tested vehicle along with Service manager, issue is not fixed .he said he will try again and update me in 2 hours. He tried that day and could not fix. He said he will give next day as they have to open shock observers.
Day 4 : He said this is common issue in all XUV 700, so live with it. I asked to give him in written or take complaint on my issue. They denied any of that.
I am not sure how to deal with this situation :(
Mahindra And Mahindra customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
