I booked my car in October, vehicle is delivered on 4th July 2022.

Day 1: Moment I took out car I can hear shock observers sound and speed breakers, I reported to sales executive, he asked to bring car

Day2 : at 7.30 evening he said issue is fixed, he asked to take home, I asked him to give in return of the issue. He denied it, I did not take vehicle as there was no possibility to test vehicle.

Day 3: I tested vehicle along with Service manager, issue is not fixed .he said he will try again and update me in 2 hours. He tried that day and could not fix. He said he will give next day as they have to open shock observers.

Day 4 : He said this is common issue in all XUV 700, so live with it. I asked to give him in written or take complaint on my issue. They denied any of that.

I am not sure how to deal with this situation :(

    Good day😊

    As Mahindra Lifespaces has very renowned name in construction business. So we felt fortunate and very excited to live in Mahindra Centralis, Pimpri - Pune project.

    Unfortunately it's seems not fortunate. It's very difficult to get possession.
    We thought Mahindra has very good process and built quality in his work.
    But when we saw flat we worried about flaws remains. Project team is not working properly.
    And when we requested possession date for two times nobody respond. That two dates are passed and still not started working on any correction.
    Project team just delaying the dates and sales team is not able to convey customer request.
    As we paid high amount of cost to live there, it seems worthless.

    And please do understand my request empathetically and do needful for me

      I have bought MAHINDRA SUV 300 car in Dec 2021 top model for Rs13lacs, car is good, but its music system is not working properly- i am facing issue with its bluetooth connectivity from last 6 months. i have complained many times to service center, but they say- we are updating our software due to this music system issue is there.. BUT NOW AFTER 6 MONTHS ALSO THEY ARE SAYING SAME THING. KINDLY RESOLVE MY ISSUE ASAP. I am very much dissappointed as i have spent 13Lacs rs, but these kind of issues should not be there.

        Greetings for the day.

        With utmost dissatisfaction in service by M M Automobile, Anand, Gujarat, I am raising my concern to you.

        1. On 20th Jun 2022 I contacted M M Vora Automobile ( Contact no – [protected]) to book Wheel Plate for my Mahindra Pickup Bolero vehicle no GJ07YZ1980 .
        2. After 2 days a visited the showroom and placed order which was promised to deliver in a week time .
        3. Again after week when I contacted the showroom I were told that Wheel plates are out of stock and we have to wait for some more time
        4. When I repeatedly make follow-up they started behaving rudely, I were suggested to operate my vehichel with the same malfunction wheel plate which is not in a good condition
        5. Now they are saying they can not confirm the date of availability of part and when I ask for contact details for concern person to raise my concern they misbehave with me and also they are not providing any details of concern person, also I was rudely told “ You can go any where and raise your voice but nothing is going to happen”

        Is This the Brand Value that Mahindra and Mahindra carries. ?

        I will raise my concern to higher authorities if it is not resolve with satisfaction.

        I request you to please look in to the matter on top most priority.

          Hello Team - I have got XUV 500 W6 during November 2017 and I had lot of issues at the time of delivery and raised multiple complaints with the quality and with Zulaika service in chennai. Once after the delivery they addressed all my issues including re-painting which I patiently bare those. No customer would have faced those issues during delivery of Veichle or may be I don't know.
          Currently the age of my car is just 4.5 years but the paint got pealing off daily by a kind of bubbles forming and got rusted too. Attached few pictures of your reference, but there are many. When I reached Zulaika on there bad service they still stand and saying that I haven't dropped my car for service to them, you cannot claim the warranty. I agreed that I havent dropped for 2 years bcoz I was living in my native which is out of Chennai and during that time I have lost 6 of my family members due to Covid affected. To be honestly saying, the whole world suffered and lot of things changed due to Covid. Considring that, Mahindra or Zulaika dealer should think on certain aspects of customer and support, especially the kind of XUV 500 cars, why this paint is getting pealed off within the short period of time.             I bought my Mahindra XUV 300 in September 2019. My vehicle was giving me trouble on July 1, 2022. It was not getting accelerated and somehow I managed to bring it to office. I called up the Mahindra Service station at Nahur, Mumbai - Harekrishna Motors and the engineer was Mr Mandar lase. Since there was a complaint, I gave him the approval to do the routine servicing also. He gave me an estimate of Rs 7900/- which I was fine too. In the evening I called him for the issue of not getting accelerated. He was not even bothered about the complaint and was only focused on servicing the vehicle. He doesn't know to speak to customers properly. Then i approached the GM who gave me assurance that the concern will be sorted. Today I got my vehicle which was bought in a bad condition. it had shock absorber issues, it was not washed and in such a bad condition and hence i gave my vehicle back to them. The bill amount came to Rs 10241/-.
            Such a bad experience with Harekrishna motors. This has been happening for the last 3 times. Every time after service, my vehicle again goes back to them.
            Request to have this investigated and provide justice.

                Sir I recently purchased XUV 700 from one of your dealers and since then its has been gear locked twice and this time while on the way and somehow I took the car to nearest Mahindra centre in Sahibabab, they did nothing much and has now left in difficult situation .Sir I request you to please help me and resolve my problem as soon as possible.I trusted the brand Mahindra but this time I am highly disappointed.

                  I have purchased a new Mahindra Bolero Neo .Same day I noticed a unusual sound from rear side from the vehicle, that time i was only one person inside the vehicle. After that when we seated 5 persons the sound was very awful like some thing broken from rear. It was very disappointed me. Then i called to the sales executive he said take to service center. In the service center they can't found the problem .I had to left the vehicle there. They said very soon solve the problem.

                    They firstly found my profile from different job platform, then they call me after they told me to sent a documents, after interview team call you tomorrow then they take my interview then i got selected as a senior supervisor at Gandhinagar, after they told me to pay a deposit for my job confirmation.

                      Hi I have sent my car on 23 June for repair at Mahindra concept workshop Gurgaon but the same was not repaired properly. I sent back the car but again the car was not serviced when the car came. I had to send my car again 3rd time after multiple follow-ups but the same was not corrected even after 3 days they kept it with them. I have been asking them from the date of purchase that my car is having some shocker issue or suspension issue but everytime they have mentioned that it is fine and today at the 3rd visit when I forced them they said shockers need to be replaced and they asked me to pay for the same though I was told that we will replace it when required fre of cost.

                          TUV 300 CAR Rain Water leakage to the floor of Driver Seat.

                          Rain water is getting inside my car since last few years. When it rains, water gets on the floor of the drivers seat of my vehicle.
                          If it rain the entire floor mat of the driver seat flooded.Showed Mahindras service centers many times but not resolved yet. Wind glass was refixed at the service center this past week at a cost of Rs 4000, but still the problem exist.

                            Dear Sir / Madam,

                            I am writing this as a very dis appointed customer of Mahindra & Mahindra. I have owned a XUV 5OO almost 4 years on completion but out of 4 years i am experiencing Water Leakages through Sun Roof from 3rd Year & 4th Year during Rainy Season.

                            In this scenario i had to rush to Service Center for its Maintenance Part, last year i had to keep XUV in Service Center for resolution for almost 4 to 5 days.

                            My Question Or Complain to M&M is as mentioned below:

                            I am having 5 years of warranty period so the service towards Rain water Leakages is absolutely free during this period but what happen after 5 years for period who is going to bear the cost of repairs of Water Leakages post 5 Years of warranty period ???

                            This issue is still open & i want a resolution & also a answer to my ? "Who is responsible to bear the repair cost post 5 Years" is it M&M or Self ?

                              I orderd the eletric vechicle 1 month before for which i have payed the entire amount by loan on the asked date. i was promised to get the delivery on dates and it was keeping on changing and when i tried to contact them they never answered the phone. i had to waste my time and money to get in touch with them. after continuous followup my vehicle was delivered yesterday without any service books and related papers. how unprofessional is this. as a consumer i was not given a proper explanation to this matter. i took a loan for getting the vehicle and the payment of first emi is due on 2nd of july. this is not acceptable. even after the delayed delivery i am not given all the details or related papers of my vehicle. This need to be corrected and no other consumer must experience this type of service

                                Hi Team,

                                Hope you are doing well.

                                This concern is regarding bolero pikup 4*4 4WDS purchased from Snow View pvt. limited solan.

                                From day one we have cleared our requirement that we need a vehicle to make a Recovery Van (crane) to start our small business, but as we went for the approval with RTO to modify it, he said that this vehicle can't be modified as per the Government rules.

                                We got to know from sales person that he was also not aware this changed rule, as a sales person it's his responsibility to show us the vehicle which suits our requirement, but due to his negligence or due to his lack\not updated knowledge of his field, he showed us (Bolero pikup 4*4 4WDS) and we bought it which has cost us our time, money and efforts.

                                We are already delayed for 1 month 1 one and have started paying the loan installment, we can’t use this vehicle either in personal use due to commercial number or the commercial use as it can’t be modified to make a crane.

                                    It's very unfortunate to bring into your kind notice that I have booked Thar LXD MT 4WD HT B6 on 16th Aug 2021 with Unnati Motors, (MIDC, Yavatmal, Maharashtra) and was assured that the delivery of the vehicle will be on or before 12th Mar 2022 (Same mentioned in the booking receipt). However, now it's 28th June 2022 but till now there is no update on delivery.

                                      I have purchased an XUV 300 from United Automobiles a month back. Just 2 days back I was out to the local market and while my car was parked with my mother and dog sitting inside and I got down for picking up some fruits. All of a sudden, boom the back passenger window glass blew and shattered inside. My mom froze and got scared. There was no collision. I took pictures and shared on the dealers service group. I was asked to bring my car to the service station and was repaired in one day. However, I raised this point with them that is a major quality issue and I was also told my one of their employees (will choose not to name him/her) that he/she has seen the windscreen blowing up of a brand new XUV 700 before it was delivered and that the company repaired it and the customer obviously had no idea about it. Upon me asking why it happened and the reply was due to heat.
                                      When I raised this point of this being a quality issue, the GM o[censored]nited very casually tells me this is a normal phenomenon and can happen in any car 😳😳 the gentlemen argued with me and refused to agree that this is not supposed to happen. In 45 years, my family has owned from an Ambassador to maruti 800 to SX4 to I 10 but I have never seen or heard something like this. I would like to mention this on their page and will definitely not stop her and escalate this as I am scared knowing that even the windscreen can blow up while I am driving on the highway and it is going to be "just a natural accident" for United.
