I had purchased a mahindra xylo h8 model by november 2016.in my 1 st service i told vst motors of chennai poonamalle barnch that my steering alignment is not proper, they told me it has been corrected while they returned the vehicle. But to my knowledge it was not done properly, also i noticed a dent in my left body which was not there before i entered the service center, they had charged me 6000/- for dent removal and painting, i told them to run the recorded video of the cam recorder but no body showed interest in it.

And again yesterday on my second service of the xylo i told them the same problem now they have made the problem more worse. The steering is not returning at all and it has become so hard. They dont have any idea of servicing the h8 model. They have made my driving experience worse. Kindly dont trust any mahindra service center, the same problem used to come with mpl motors porur. Now the same thing is happening in vst motors, poonamalle branch. Their service advisiors dont have any idea of the vehicles they are there only to charge you. Worst expereience.

    My self abid hussain khanday and dealing with logistics and transport
    One and half year ago a bought a m&m jeeto from himaliyan motors and more then a month ago, it got break down on nhi-a and after that job card open at himaliyan motors srinagar and jeeto has been dropped over there after 02 days they called me reading the issue related engine and told me that your vehicle is under warranty and will be ready in one week as we have ordered the parts, time gone passing till more then a month they were supposed to say today tomorrow your vehicle will be ready which lead me a huge loss and few days back i when i sat two days at service center personally then they gave me the vehicle repaired, but at the time of delivery they over chrged me by saying that vehicle is not under warranty which they were supposed to say when they have opened job card or even i personally visited several time and every time they told me that your vehicle is under warranty, even upto to few hours before billing

    There is service manager namely hamid who is not heaving manners to talk to customers, if strict action will be taken against that manager i will lodger complaint at consumer court for misguiding me

      Hey,
      I bought a scorpio s10 from raj vehicles patiala, punjab this year in january
      The back door and the right door behind that of driver seat makes noise since day 1 we have got the car.. We have taken the our scorpio to agency and they say it is a manufacturing defect in all the scorpios whereas a number of my friends are driving mahindra scorpio they do not find such problem, next time we took our car to the agency they said its a fault in the chasis fitting they adjusted it but it still makes a very disturbing noise of which we are very disappointed about.. Please address to my complaint as soon as possible.

        This is to inform you, that g3 motors from navi mumbai don't provide a good service to the customers, i had a problem in my car ac since last 1 month i had to keep my car in the service center for 3 days when i called the advisor, who's name is nitesh from nerul he said that ac is working, he said said there was some carbon in the ac switch which is been cleaned, i was ok with that again yesterday in the evening i took my car out i faced the same problem of ac, which was not working i called up the advisor in the morning, he told me that he cant do any thing until and unless he sees the problem from his eyes, some time the ac works some times it dont

          Dear sir, with reference we are purchasing a vehicle model (Tuv/t8)
          No odo2 aj - 8683 from aditya motor since january 30th 2017, total running km 7, 478
          Yesterday we are servicing my vehicle in aditya motor at cuttack they are saying me your clause plate damaged needs to be replaced, i am agree and they changed & service my vehicle but they charged me for paid 50% for both servicing and spare (Rs. 4, 948.00).

          Now when i was ride my vehicle unfortunately the gear was not changed i m facing lot of problem due to gear shifting so i park my vehicle on the road side at jagamara, mallick complex, lane no - 2,

          Now i request to kindly send your service people to rectify my problem as soon as possible & instruct to your dealer for refunding my money (Rs, 4, 948.00) coz my vehicle is under warranty & first service is done and also vehicle was running 7, 478 km

                Hi, i had complaint against a employee of sikkim motors (Mahindra & mahindra) almost couple of week back to the managing director of the company (Promod dalmia) regarding over charging for repair of vehicle. He assured me of taking up the issues n wind it. He spoke to his gm and asked to return the extra cash which i had played. I got the amount back and after few days (I. E today) i went to mahindra workshop to change my clutch plate. It was totally harassed by the workshop by not issuing the mechanic. Finally i got the mechanic but again they gave my mechanic to another vehicle. When i protested they again gave the mechanic but again after 10 minutes they took off the particular mechanic. This thing went for 4 times n after that i complained to managing director of the company but he too did not cared about it. I even messaged him regarding the matter but he too didn't reply. I felt cheated and humiliated by sikkim motors.. As c consumer my voice was even not heard by the managing director. So i would like to complain regarding this matter n i would like to be taken strictest of action and i was haressed and humiliated more then ones.

                  I had given my thar jeep for service in kj karnataka agencies in puttur.
                  They took my vehicle 3 days fro service.
                  Its 20000km service.
                  My demanded complaint to provide hand brake cable but still no part available.
                  There is no tyre rotation (But sa telling we have done).
                  Demanded for fuel gauge is not working properly (6/7 months back olu complained) still that problem is not solved.
                  Even demanded and complaint raised for mud guard paint protection since the vehicle delivery... When ever i ask sa ll tell part is on the way. I have told him to claim by warranty he accepted and making delay.
                  Even i dint like washing facilty from the dealer... Here iam frustrated and not using beeps. Informing it in calm way... I dont refer this worst dealer to any of my neighbor... The sa and dealer is not suitable to manage this dealer ship... Fire them.

                    An authorised dealer "sahyadri motors" in satara, has been arrogant, unprofessional and adamant since the day i purchased my first car kuv100 k8.
                    Car is too good. No complaint about the product. But the service team is delaying the service. Everytime i call to book a service. They assure timely delivery, and every time i am forced to leave the car and wait for 1 day.
                    I am doing service in a company. Taking leave from my job everytime to drop the car and pick up the car is not a feasible solution. Why they dont understand customer.

                    I will never reccomend anyone to buy mahindra car from sahyadri motors, satara. Please bann them

                      I had given my car for servicing on 22nd of june for ac issue my car got delivered to my house on 23rd of june.. As i was busy in working.. When i checked my car on 25 june which is sunday.. I realised my car hand brakes are not working.. U guys must have done soemthing wrong again to my car.. When called the person who attented me from mahindra service centre.. He rudely replied i will talk to u on tuesday because today is sunday and monday is holiday on occassion of eid.. When i asked what should i do now as i have to travel out.. He said call on tuesday.. That was such a big insult to a customer.. That guy name is rishikesh he is from nbs sewri service centre mumbai... I asked him whether he checked my car before delivered he was like yes i checked after delievering is not our concern and call back on tuesday...

                      Such a bad customer service mahindra have.. They ruined my car.. They dont know to fix the parts of cars.. Lack of knowdlege their engineering or mechanics have

                      I want to get my car fix done.. Whenever i have given car service some of the other new issues come up

                        Dear sir/madam,

                        Really now i annoyed to purchase this tuv 300 amt. I lost my 11 lack in this bad product.ac issue was resolved on priority thanks for it. Now another complaint with this new one vehicle and same reported to mahindra service center also.

                        Vehicle automatically get neutral in running condition, i think this very dangerous problem, when reported to service center they not able to diagnose the problem, they request to left vehicle over there and we will call you when complaint resolve.

                        Next day they called and told that “vehicle is now ok and problem has resolved.in gear box there is one bolt get loose so that vehicle get in neutral in running condition, yesterday we don’t have the bolt in our parts so now we make some modification in same bolt and tighten it. Now your vehicle is ready.”

                        This complaint solve, now another complaint when i drive my vehicle gear box makes noise.

                        From the date of purchase i faced a lot of complaints and i visited to service center a lots of time which is 30 km away from my home on one direction.

                        This last one complaints if again complaints still remain then i will go for consumer court, mahindra totally cheating with people if new vehicle have a tons of problem coming one by one in a few days.

                          I'm owing a xylo maxi cab, it met with an accident, the part required is rear door, service centre told me that it would take 15days but it's been 25days and still the part didn't reach the service centre. My car no is ap 31 TE 6465, this is the worst service ever in any automobile industry. I will never let any my friends or family to buy any ur products... Having a great machines is waste without proper care...

                            Hi i have xuv 500 w8 jan 24th 2014 and i have completed 62000 kms as on date i have issue with engine noise and bad suspension, every time when i go to india garage mahadevpura bangalore they will take compliant but i could rectify problem and finally they are saying the sound from engine quite normal. And i would like to complaint about vehicle suspension it is almost similar like bulllock cart or tractor, several times i visited service garage no body are ready to tell what would be the problem when my vehicle was warranty at least they were taken care now it's been 3 yrs when i go asked they are saying your vehicle warranty got over you should pay for change of parts. It is really painfull hear, finally what i want tell if vehicle is under warranty they will one type of answers after the warranty they will ready to replace all the parts, such good and graet vehicle no value if warranty completed. Please suggest how to take issue with higher level.

                              From last 10 days we are regularly pursuing simla automobiles service station regarding the same problem which is coming in our mahindra maximo supply vehicle but they are unable to fix it up and due to which the other part of vehicle got damaged and i have to pay 8000 to fix that part and still they are refusing to do it as they have short of technicians to fix that particular problem. And even its our seaon time and my supplies our suffering.
                              Kindly update asap.

                                We have purchased mahindra jeeto vehicle on 30/09/2015 vehicle no. Mh14dm2583, there was sudden breakdown in the engine for which we have given for repair to silver jubilee motors bhosari midc pune, against repair order form no. 291 dtd. 26/05/2017 but till date we have not received our vehicle back as they are saying there is spare material shortage from the company. Facing a loss of rs.3000/- per day we are not at all satisfied with the quality of vehicle and the dealer service commitments, we would like to surrender this vehicle to mahindra and mahindra and request for new vehicle as such a serious problem in new vehicle and spending money on maintenance is useless. Request to refund our money back and scarp the vehicle and a very poor response and negligence from service centre.

                                  My xylo got accident some 2 years back. After repair i paid total 5lacks to the authorised service station & got my vehicle. I really feel sorry to say that its all worst coz after that i took my vehicle to the service station 3 times for same problem & it still prevails.. Following are my concerns

                                  My queries are
                                  1) cross check & give confirmation of all the parts replaced or added by amravati unnati mentioned in there bill. Bill also to be cross checked for prices & all.
                                  2) confirmation that the vehicle is balanced, sound & tuned to ride without any worry.
                                  Also
                                  1) air entering the vehicle through door gaps.
                                  2) body shaking.
                                  3) lid cover of goggle box above driver drops down
                                  4) vent covers of ac are loose & falls down
                                  5) seat belt cover in not made available yet
                                  6) dikkle is still not made available
                                  Final question : for how many days i have to suffer with this issue?? Is there any concrete solution???

                                    The vehicle was accident before 3 months. And it was sent to the service center ks motors jhotwara jaipur. But the center not only delayed but left many lacks and deficiencies in service. Not the behaviour and aptitude was satisfactory. It delivered one month late from scheduled time. And today while delivering the vehicle we find many more shortcomings in service like washing, drycleaning and fitting. So u are requested to do required action. Regards.                                       I have 6 vehicles from mahindra and mahindra. I am facing major problem in your crde engine.in every 3-4 months starting trouble in these engine. After diagnosis we got fault in common rail, injector, high pressure pump and booster pump installed in fuel tank. Its hampering my business routine. My three vehicles are in break down condition since last two day in shivnath automobile workshop. Expecting maintenance cost around 90000.00 for two vehicles and expected date of repairing is 10 days for one of them.                                         I bought xuv500 w6 on 12 jun 17.. Very next day i found the reverse camera given to me is of very bad quality i informed the dealer but they didn't provide me any help. There is a problem with left tweeter on the dashboard. The dealer said you have to write to mahindra for this or you will need to leave your car whole day and we will check whether we can fix this or not. Is this really acceptable from mahindra..

                                        do not receive any call from this website and also they are hackers and they do not give any resolution at all they will ask you to install an application which is truth spy and will ask you t give them OTP of your debit card so that they can take out the money from your card..

                                        Somebody called me stating they are from Mahindra and said they will give me a compensation of Rs.9000 asked me to give them my visa card number and tried to take out the money from my card the number from which I received the call is [protected]..he said his emp code is 034146

                                        his supervisor is sushanto verma..is this mahindras website or someone else is running this site
