Sir my xuv 500 which registration no MH 31 ED 90 is at Provincial automobile nagpur his Ac is not working properly since last year and i complained about it but they are changed ac filter last service and told me to cooling proper at some time when i send Vehical for service they take 4 to 5 days and misbehave to me
Please take action about it and Repair my Vehical problem

    Mh 43 at 5087 has been given for service /repairs to your g3 motors @ nerul, since past 10 days, was told that the coolant and oil had got mixed due to some problem in the coolant parts, am surprised that this is almost a new car which has run only 25000 km and these issues are not supposed to have arisen, your service centre says that they are awaiting spare parts for the same its been almost 8-10 days and have been inconvenienced and not getting a proper reply from the service team, feel i might have made a mistake buying this prduct as i feel cheated

      My kuv 100 k2, millage is 10 kmpl last one year after complaint mahindra don't attend any problem and say only one thing mahindra with you humesa.
      So please don't buy any mahindra car because mahindra is for us not we are us for mahindra. They think that after selling the car, automobile responsibilities is nothing his customer is idiot. So please don't buy any mahindra car and be safe from being idiot by mahindra.

        I purchased a mahindra tuv 300 6+ in the month of july 2016 and from day one i have been complaining about a banging sound below my hand brake in spite of me leaving the car in the service many times and left as well in coimbatore mahindra also the problem is not solved i am really upset because of this i stay in ooty my vehicle number is tn43h2691 and whenever i leave it in the service center person tells that he will call after talking to senior service engineers but no one calls please do rectify this problem for me or else i will leave the car back from where i bought and send a notice in this issue my email id [protected]@gmail.com

But no one solve my problem anytime.. Sir we tired many time to make calls in saumya vechile... Every time said i have transferred to another people but no one take any solve d problems

            Dear Sir,
            hi my name is abhay chowhan my email id is [protected]@gmail.com.

            I had purchased a TUV 300 car from one of your dealer i.e. CI Mahindra Jinsi Jehangirabad, Bhopal (M.P.) on 28/10/2016. With car your dealer presurrised me to purchase the insurance and other legal formalities from his showroom only, he assured me that my insurance cover is zero depth for which, he also took some extra amount from me.
            Haplessly on 28/05/2017 I had an accident in which my car was fully damaged, on 29/05/2017 I tow away my car to the dealer at that time they assured me that my car will be replaced by new car, but after some days they called me to pay 70, 000/- as repairing amount because initially they were not examined my car fully, and now after claiming the insurance they found that there are some major works left in car and I have to pay the amount against that repair.
            Sir I purchased your car because of your name and my trust in it but your dealers with their bad intentions and to earn more profits are playing with your customers trust which is sending a wrong message against the company in the eyes of your customers.
            I request you to kindly give your attention as I already submitted my complaints on customer care lines but no one took any heed on my issue. So please on the sake of your reliable customers please take an attention on this and try to replace my car or repair it without any cost and also take some strict action against your dealer/showroom owner who is spoiling your company’s image.

            Hello sir,
            I am pleased to inform you that i on the 5th day of this month submitted a complaint against the showroom owner i.e.CI Mahindra Jinsi Jehangirabad, Bhopal (M.P.) that he was failed to provide appropriate services to me against my accidental vehicle TUV 300, and prayed to you to take some serious action against them,
            Here through this mail i am making an apology to you and to the showroom owner too i.e. CI Mahindra Jinsi Jehangirabad, Bhopal (M.P.) and making a request that please do not take any action on my complaint against showroom owner, as he respectfully repaired my car which made me satisfied completely and allow to take cool breeze. I would like to take my complaint back to me with all due respect to you and and a deep apology to the showroom owner, now I am not having any dispute pending against it. Thank you

              Sir, this is vinod chhabadia from sagar, i buyed a commercial vehicle i. E mahindra supro. My driver meet with an accident and front mirror of vehicle was broken, company can't provide mirror from last 30 days and today mirror has came, my policy was cashless policy and company is not giving vehicle now and saying to deposit the amount of mirror, please tell me the defination of cashless.
              A suggestion for the company please keep some skilled and well educated employee in company those who know the meaning of cashless.
              Being a multinational company why they are doing fraud with us, during the purchase they said that this is cashless policy now they are saying you have to pay the amount. I will never recommend anyone to buy this company's vehicle. If it is possible for you to return my vehicle please do me this favour, it would be great help.
              Contact person of the company is kartik and his contact no. Is [protected] he talks in a rude way with the clients.
              Company is charging rs3200 of mirror than what is the benifit of buying mahindra vehilce. I think nothing can be worst than this fraud company.

                Dear sir
                I, Sanjay Kumar own a Mahindra Scorpio with registration number RJ-14 UF-0331, which met with an accident on 12/06/2017 and was sent for repair at Auto World, Sitapura, Jaipur.

                Its being more than 3 weeks and my vehicle is not being repaired. Inspite of many discusions and visits they are not getting my Vehicle repaired. They are just giving a excuse of non-availability of parts.
                This is such a pathetic service i have ever seen..
                i am facing lots of problem in my day to day life and my business is also being suffered due to this as i dont have any means of travel other than scorpio.
                i need my vehicle repaired as soon as possible otherwise i will go for the legal proceedings against Auto World, Sitapura and Mahindra Company..

                    Sir i had buy Xuv 500 W10 on 16 jan 2017 it was told to me that its manifacture of 2017 when i went for RC to RTO on system it is showing of model of 2016. At that time on 2016 model their is discount of 60000. But i buy of 2017 model My sail personal was akash of astro mahindra bari brahmna and vikram i had registered same complaint two months ago also but their was no action taken on that . If still their will not action taken in few days than inwill launch FIR and inwill put case in consumer coat.please do need full as soon as possible already 6 months passed no actio taken on that.                       Sir, i booked a Scorpio s10 from Shuhul motors Jammu and i was told to transfer full and final payment. When i did the same i was told that vehicle is lying in the show room and i can take the delivery as and when i will come but when i came to show room i was astonished to know that the dealer has sold the vehicle to someone else. Today again on first service total unsatisfactory work was done. No proper washing and despite request the system was not updated.

                        My KUV 100, MH31 EU 9791 bought from Provincial Automobiles Nagpur on December 2016 met with an accident 3 months back wherein the left front panel and left front door have been damaged and need replacement. Since then I have been visiting the above mentioned showroom for the needful repairs to be done but there has been no resolution to my problem. Every time I am made to hear that the required items are yet to come or they are in transit and what not. They told me that they will call me once they have it but till now haven't received any call. Such kind of a poor service provisioning is literally unbecoming of a big corporate name as yours. I am thinking of selling off my vehicle as if this kind of a service is being given to a new customer what the hell will happen in future.

                          This is m. Balakrishna resident of manuguru, bhadradri kothagudem (Dist) of telangana state. Believing in your vehicles performance and its efficiency, i have purchased three no. Of mahindra maximo load vehicle (Four wheeler) from your mahindra dealer in kothagudem.in that one of the vehicle with reg. No. Ap-20 tc 0862 was given for servicing (For the complaint of water boiling) purpose in mahindra showroom (Authorized dealer) of v. V. C motors in khammam on 06/05/2017 and its work order no: 6o18c001361. Last week on 27/06/2017 they called for collecting the vehicle from the show room. So we went and observed that my vehicle is not ready for delivery even after two months and also observed that my vehicles all lights and engine coils are missing. When we asked about the reason for the vehicles condition, dealer replied saying that the lights and engine coils have been theft by somebody and for replacement of those he asked us to pay amount of rs. 18000/-.
                          Sir, when we have given vehicle for servicing it’s your dealer / service provider responsibility regarding safety of the vehicle up to the delivery of the vehicle. If any damage or something goes wrong to the vehicle that is his responsibility for rectification and replacement of the parts without any cost to the customer. How he can ask us to pay the amount for his irresponsibility.
                          I hereby request you to kindly look on this issue and resolve as soon as possible.
                          Please do the needful. Looking forward for positive response from your side.

                              "this recall is limited only to the scorpio ex variant manufactured during the said period and does not affect any other scorpio variants," the company said in a statement.
                              New delhi: mahindra & mahindra ltd, the country's biggest utility vehicle maker, will recall 23, 519 units of scorpio ex variant for potential faulty pressure regulating valves, the company said on tuesday. The affected vehicles were manufactured between may 2012 and november 2013.

                              "this recall is limited only to the scorpio ex variant manufactured during the said period and does not affect any other scorpio variants," the company said in a statement.

                              M&m will identify the affected vehicles and get them examined by its engineers. The defective part will be replaced free of cost immediately, the statement said. This is the second recall of scorpio in less than a year. The company had earlier recalled 985 units of the same ex variant manufactured between october and november 2013 for faulty pressure regulating valves. The latest recall also concerns the valve functioning that has been found inconsistent, some dealers said quoting a communication from the company.

                                I have booked Mahindra KUV 100 dual tone at Sahyadri Motors Baner Pune. I have paid downpayment amount and the loan amount was disbursed before GST. Now they are telling they have not completed the RTO process and asking me to pay extra difference amount on RTO charges. There was no communication regarding this initially. Now all of a sudden they are asking to pay extra difference amount. On consulting other dealers and automotive vehicle legal advisors. I have been told this is totally not fair and asked to raise complaint. So i request you to kindly enquire with dealer, help and advise me.

                                  I am Thomas Kannamkulam Thomas purchased mahindra TUV 300 T8 on 28 th march 20017 .during the first service ie at 3000km icomplained that ihave complaint about the aliegnement

                                  of my vechile the work shop staff at Balaji motors Jagdalpur, Chattisgrah . immediatly done whell balancing . handed over the vechicle to me, but after this exercise my vechicle moves only to left, ie force fully momes to the left if iam not holding the steering stongly. on the compleation of 10000nd kms again i repeated the complaint this time they have done the aliegnment but on road test found that still my vechicle on the left of the road, and they called the vechicle today 29/6/2017 hole day they tried to set the aliegnmet but on road test vechicle moves to the left. now iam planning to present my vechicle to a mechanic out side your dealer. advise me what ihave to do.

                                    My xilo vehicle no - or25b1122 a/c work complitely done on 17/05/2017 at utkal automobile pvt. Ltd. Bhubaneswar odisha. But due to condencer moter defect the engine damage on 21/06/2017 and informed to the said auto mobiles on 22/06/2017 at 10 am. But the utkal automobiles touchnned on 22/06/2017 at 10 pm but till today they have not finalized the matter. I think the problem arises due to improper works.

                                      I have purchased mahendra kuv 100 (Petrol) company had specified a average of 18kmpl but i am getting a average of 10-12kmpl i have visited the service centre and complained about the issue but company has not resolved the issue and instead reduced my car pick-up to provide better average but even that has not helped. Never expected such thing from mahindra, please resolve my problem or i have go for legal proceedings.

                                        I am having mahindra quanto recently my car had occur starting problem so i took it to the authorised service station, after inspecting the vehicle they informed me that there is a problem with my engine it was shocking for me as my vehicle had run only 2000 km after its last serviced .At 37800 km such thing was unexpected from a company like mahindra .
                                        My vehicle is time to time serviced yet i faced such a big problem
