My driver meet with an accident and front mirror of vehicle was broken, company can't provide mirror from last 30 days and today mirror has came, my policy was cashless policy and company is not giving vehicle now and saying to deposit the amount of mirror, please tell me the defination of cashless.

I, Sanjay Kumar own a Mahindra Scorpio with registration number RJ-14 UF-0331, which met with an accident on 12/06/2017 and was sent for repair at Auto World, Sitapura, Jaipur.

Its being more than 3 weeks and my vehicle is not being repaired. Inspite of many discusions and visits they are not getting my Vehicle repaired. They are just giving a excuse of non-availability of parts.

I have purchased mahendra kuv 100 (Petrol) company had specified a average of 18kmpl but i am getting a average of 10-12kmpl i have visited the service centre and complained about the issue but company has not resolved the issue and instead reduced my car pick-up to provide better average but even that has not helped.
