My vehicle xux 500 num mp 09 cr 0797 i have send it for service at ahuja automotive indore for sensor checking they have not worked it properly boot and door open sign continuously blinking on screen at night alarm of car start automatically anytime when i get my car it work for one day then the sensor start getting problem i wish that u take my request sensiorly and update my request

I had done 60000km which cost me 30000rs. But they didn't check battery condition where I got breakdown in pondicherry at midnight. Didn't look at sound where it is coming from dashboard and also suspension. All above are informed to look at the time of giving the vehicle for service.

Meri workshop walea koi vi gal nai suni. Nd baad ch mainu kehnde tuhanu ehda claim lena paina main ohna nu keha asi calim nai lena.

    Gaddi sanu pehla hi 144kilometer chali hoyi mili. 33kilometer gaddi asi use kiti.
    Jadi asi es bare complaint workshop in de manager — vikas sharma nal kiti to oh sanu kehnde es da claim lena paina. Nd sade missbehaive kita nd koi complaint nai koi vi sun reha.
    3din to thar dada motor di workshop ch khadi a. Hun sadi koi complaint nai receive karda.
    Main ajj vi vikas sharma nu request kiti ta ohna ne ajj vi meri gal nu keha ignore me kar ditii.

      We have bolero zlx with registration no. Uk 08ak9824. We are doing all the services of the said vehicle on timely basis. But we are not getting proper service from haridwar area. Recently on 06/07/2017 also we given vehicle at mighty auto wheels pvt ltd, nh58, delhi haridwar national highway, near patanjali, bahadrabad dist, haridwar-249402 for servicing. The have done the servicing and charged rupees. 9465 from us. But they have not done proper service. After the servicing ac is not working now. Also we got alarm that "engine is over headed", while checking the time we found that the coolent was empty in tank. Kindly do the needful on urgent basis..

        Hi

        I want to purchase a scooter for my kid and so was checking your website for dealer address who sells scooter in Mumbai.
        I live in goregaon west so the nearest showroom which showed was at Motilal nagar at goregaon west and another at Kandiwali west. When I tried calling the no mentioned in the site af both the dealers they were non responsive. The Motilal nagar person gave a call back and when I spoke with him, he said that it's a personal number and not of any dealer.
        My kid also visited the Kandiwali showroom and there too they said that they have stopped selling scooter long time back.

        Its a surprise that such a big company and they are loosing business in such a way that their websites are not properly updated. Today when they whole world is getting noticed and achieving business through online I feel how irresponsible is the Mahindra Scooter team can be to do not have their proper dealers list updated on their website.

        This was not less, then I registered myself for. Call back and when I received the call from the company representative, to my surprise they too did not have any update on it. They were also just mentioning the same address and numbers mentioned on the website and so could not get any further help from them too.

        Hope the company doesn't loose business in such a way and still I am looking for a dealer near me. If you can help me out it would be good or else have to lookup at other options.

        May I get a quick response from your end.

          Hi I visited your Service Centre located at Jhalawar for getting Clutch set on 5th April 2017.

          However, just after 2 Months the clutch plate stopped working. By this time I came to Jaipur and here service center asked for 8, 500 and told that there is not guarantee for the clutch plate.

          While service center manager and service area manager denied for warranty had to opt for future service from outside. Outside it was told that Mahindra Service center at Jhalawar cheated me by putting the clutch plate of Jeep instead of putting Bolero clutch plate.

          This is sheer negligence and I need compensation for the charges charged and amount of time got wasted.

          At Jhalawar, I was charged for 7, 696 for defective clutch plate.

            Dear Team,
            I purchased car Xuv 500 w6 in December 2016 from Silver Jubilee Motors Ltd. Camp, Pune. (MH 12 NP 6448, Registered on my brother's name Amol Pethkar) Recently did first Servicing on date 13 June 17. Servicing not at all happened properly. It very very disappointing to me that Big Brand like Mahindra has such poor Servicing.

            I had asked for pick up and drop service. My car servicing handles by Mr.Rupesh Mohite(Hadapsar Pune branch)
            1.The driver who came to pick my car was not at all professional. he did not mention the things properly on job card which I had asked for.
            2. I had mentioned my to do things again when I received call from Mr Rupesh Mohite.
            3.when I received my car at the end of the day Exterior cleaning was not at done properly. Ac water marks was there And I had asked to paint one scratch( 1-2 cm in length)which is there on back side of my car.
            4. I called same time to Mr Rupesh . He commited that he will do it on very next day.. But unfortunately till it is not happed. I mentioned my problems on feedback form as well. I have taken follow up more than 20-25 times (I called up many times / sent SMS I have all logs with me) but every day he is giving me false commitments.its been more than 24-25 day I didn't not received any Response from Silver Jubilee service centre nor from Mr Rupesh.
            5. Another thing is before I received call from Silver Jubilee customer care, Mr Rupesh Mohite called up and requested that 'I will to all pending work.please Give me 9 or 10 points for my all work.
            Being human I trusted Mr Rupesh Mohite's commitment. And he made me fool.
            These kind of people you are having with you, who are giving false comitments to customers and making them fool. This is very unfortunate that happening In Big Brand like Mahindra.
            I will never suggest any one to buy such Brand where people makes you fool.

            I am expecting this has to solve in coming one week. otherwise I am going to raise this in consumer Court.

              Very disappointed with the service engineer Mr bhimrao, who is rude and arrogant with customer..

              I'm surprised after every service my car goes to Mahindra I get a call from ur back end team.. But this time I never got a call..

              Note I'm using Mahindra cars since 2007.. Earlier Logan and then ur xuv 500.. My xuv is one of the launch model in 2011.. Never Had a service complain till date besides this executive Mr bhimrao.

              Can u Pls call me so I can share my concern

                I purchased the car in the year Oct, 2014 with registration no. OD02S5167 from Utkal Automobiles Pvt. Ltd, Bhubaneswar, Odisha. Clutch was having some issues(it used to be very tight) from the beginning and whenever, I was complaining about it, the service centre people will always say, it has no issue and will be free after running some kilometer. It has never happened. Before some days, it has started showing some signs of slowness in the car and it was not picking up well. On 6th Jun2017, I reported to their service center at Pahal, Bhubaneswar, Odisha. The service centre person Mr. Jagadish informed me that it has happened as the driver was driving th vehicle by using half clutch. How it is possible that somebody will drive the vehicle with half clutch throughout the journey. I have argued with them but they insisted that I need to pay money. By complaining, nothing is going to happen, we have all the evidence. As the vehicle used for kids to drop them at school, I have to pay and bring the vehicle. Initially, they told me that it is only clutch plate issue, then flywheel. I went to net to know about similar complain in XUV 500. I found out that many people are facing similar problem with XUV 500. I would request for necessary action. I have to pay Rs40k for this and total bill was Rs54, 517

                  I bought TUV 3oo in FEB 2017 as i came back to settle back in India and had sold all my cars when i went to settle abroad . The only car which i could have bought the next day of landing was TUV as they had ready stock unlike ford ecosport or hundai crea .
                  So i bought TUV 3oo and post running around 7k kms it started making noice on gear change and hence i took to workshop in chandighar but according to them car was fine . I again showed the prob to ghaziabad workshop and they said some part manufacturing problem and replaced. After 1000 more kms 'engine' light showed in dashboard, i took it to same ghaziabad workshop and they said fuel filter need to be replaced and i payed for it at 8000kms which should be changed at 30k kms . Any ways after one week the light again showed up and i took it to noida workshop this time and after analysis of 2 days they said all is well with car and no light is showing now .
                  The big question is if there was no problem then why koncept mahindra Noida took a test drive of 220 kms in a day ... its really strange as i had owned many brand cars in about 12 countries, but to my surprise i have never seen someone to take 220 km teat drive in one day and that too when all is well .
                  Mahindra please revert else i will burn the car to ashes on 27 August at hindon ghat and whole world will see the viral video .

                  Buying maserati is good Mr Anand Mahindra but troubling customers from your own soil is really sad .

                    This complaint regarding universal motors, mahindra agency in amritsar. My car xuv500 has a complaint for its breaking system and electrical wiring. Now i have changed my breakpads 5 times in journey of 55000 kms. Is it possible. Service managers are so uneducated and unethical in their words, that they does'nt even know how to talk to customer. Till the date they even don't know what is wrong with breaking system.
                    Secondly i have changed my music system 4 times under warranty just because of some electrical problem in car, for i have send my car to agency 2 times and nobody attends properly as they don't know how tackle . Now they say you need to keep car at agency for a week so that we can check thoroughly, ??? now i have to stop my work, business for this stupid car for which nobody is responsible. Please suggest should i go to consumer court or sue them or sell my car. ????????? i need answer from mahindra and mahindra

                      Problem : Gear cable breaks frequently.

                      Its been replaced 3 times .
                      Also problem in gear box was detected and repaired at service centre, kannur, kerala.

                          Mh 43 at 5087 has been given for service /repairs to your g3 motors @ nerul, since past 10 days, was told that the coolant and oil had got mixed due to some problem in the coolant parts, am surprised that this is almost a new car which has run only 25000 km and these issues are not supposed to have arisen, your service centre says that they are awaiting spare parts for the same its been almost 8-10 days and have been inconvenienced and not getting a proper reply from the service team, feel i might have made a mistake buying this prduct as i feel cheated

                            My kuv 100 k2, millage is 10 kmpl last one year after complaint mahindra don't attend any problem and say only one thing mahindra with you humesa.
                            So please don't buy any mahindra car because mahindra is for us not we are us for mahindra. They think that after selling the car, automobile responsibilities is nothing his customer is idiot. So please don't buy any mahindra car and be safe from being idiot by mahindra.

                              I purchased a mahindra tuv 300 6+ in the month of july 2016 and from day one i have been complaining about a banging sound below my hand brake in spite of me leaving the car in the service many times and left as well in coimbatore mahindra also the problem is not solved i am really upset because of this i stay in ooty my vehicle number is tn43h2691 and whenever i leave it in the service center person tells that he will call after talking to senior service engineers but no one calls please do rectify this problem for me or else i will leave the car back from where i bought and send a notice in this issue my email id [protected]@gmail.com

                                  Dear Sir,
                                  hi my name is abhay chowhan my email id is [protected]@gmail.com.

                                  I had purchased a TUV 300 car from one of your dealer i.e. CI Mahindra Jinsi Jehangirabad, Bhopal (M.P.) on 28/10/2016. With car your dealer presurrised me to purchase the insurance and other legal formalities from his showroom only, he assured me that my insurance cover is zero depth for which, he also took some extra amount from me.
                                  Haplessly on 28/05/2017 I had an accident in which my car was fully damaged, on 29/05/2017 I tow away my car to the dealer at that time they assured me that my car will be replaced by new car, but after some days they called me to pay 70, 000/- as repairing amount because initially they were not examined my car fully, and now after claiming the insurance they found that there are some major works left in car and I have to pay the amount against that repair.
                                  Sir I purchased your car because of your name and my trust in it but your dealers with their bad intentions and to earn more profits are playing with your customers trust which is sending a wrong message against the company in the eyes of your customers.
                                  I request you to kindly give your attention as I already submitted my complaints on customer care lines but no one took any heed on my issue. So please on the sake of your reliable customers please take an attention on this and try to replace my car or repair it without any cost and also take some strict action against your dealer/showroom owner who is spoiling your company’s image.

                                  I am pleased to inform you that i on the 5th day of this month submitted a complaint against the showroom owner i.e.CI Mahindra Jinsi Jehangirabad, Bhopal (M.P.) that he was failed to provide appropriate services to me against my accidental vehicle TUV 300, and prayed to you to take some serious action against them,
                                  Here through this mail i am making an apology to you and to the showroom owner too i.e. CI Mahindra Jinsi Jehangirabad, Bhopal (M.P.) and making a request that please do not take any action on my complaint against showroom owner, as he respectfully repaired my car which made me satisfied completely and allow to take cool breeze. I would like to take my complaint back to me with all due respect to you and and a deep apology to the showroom owner, now I am not having any dispute pending against it. Thank you

                                    Sir, this is vinod chhabadia from sagar, i buyed a commercial vehicle i. E mahindra supro. My driver meet with an accident and front mirror of vehicle was broken, company can't provide mirror from last 30 days and today mirror has came, my policy was cashless policy and company is not giving vehicle now and saying to deposit the amount of mirror, please tell me the defination of cashless.
                                    A suggestion for the company please keep some skilled and well educated employee in company those who know the meaning of cashless.
                                    Being a multinational company why they are doing fraud with us, during the purchase they said that this is cashless policy now they are saying you have to pay the amount. I will never recommend anyone to buy this company's vehicle. If it is possible for you to return my vehicle please do me this favour, it would be great help.

                                    Company is charging rs3200 of mirror than what is the benifit of buying mahindra vehilce. I think nothing can be worst than this fraud company.

                                      I, Sanjay Kumar own a Mahindra Scorpio with registration number RJ-14 UF-0331, which met with an accident on 12/06/2017 and was sent for repair at Auto World, Sitapura, Jaipur.

                                      Its being more than 3 weeks and my vehicle is not being repaired. Inspite of many discusions and visits they are not getting my Vehicle repaired. They are just giving a excuse of non-availability of parts.
                                      This is such a pathetic service i have ever seen..
                                      i am facing lots of problem in my day to day life and my business is also being suffered due to this as i dont have any means of travel other than scorpio.
                                      i need my vehicle repaired as soon as possible otherwise i will go for the legal proceedings against Auto World, Sitapura and Mahindra Company..

                                        As per your technical specs it clearly says it got two charger one on the front oter one on the rear side but while taking delivery it was not there and the sales manager also cross check with mahindra team and told me to put a mail
