    My xuv500 was purchased from mpl motors about 3 years back. Regular service carried out earlier at mpl and now tvs at saligramam. The people have remained the same after the changeover. However quality has been hopeless. Any repairs carried out is only sustaining for a month or so.
    Subsequent raising of the issues is always were the response is not appropriate.
    A spare vehicle was asked so that in case of rains will have conveyance till the repairs are done.
    It is always not available whenever asked for.
    The concept of service manager and the gm is not helping either.

    Both damodaran and naresh of tvs at saligramam have to the extent told if you want you do it sir when i told them about lodging a complaint.

    If mahindra cannot provide after sales service why sell the vehicle in the first place.

    Disgusting people at tvs saligramam.

    I bought 12th may xylo car in the day I went to the registration you said, but so far the registration did not come I bought car in vvc motors kompally

      After one week i want my car back bcz its too late if there is a major problem. One week is enought for that.. But there is not major problem only one part is missing and ur compney not provide that part.. I forget car? Or a u sent a part.. I give me my car 1 week ago and compney not repair it on a 1 week.. Its a small problem.. But service center takes over time

      Dear Sir,
      I got servicing done for my XUV 500 W10 at your Sirsa (Haryana) service centre. The service centre insist on cash payment only. No cheques are accepted. Any payment made through card they charge 2% extra. This is clear cut violation of RBI guideline as well as PMs initiative of digital India.

        My car met with an accident on 5/6/2017 in indore, i reside at surat. I gave it for service in indore. I was told cost of total 70000 that will be covered in claim and major damage area was headlight bumper etc. When i got back my car, there was a problem with ac as well, i complained in surat's president motors that ac is not working. +they told me brake pad, disc lining is not working. I told them when ac was damaged during accident then you should cover that in claim, why should i pay for it now? I got reply from president motors, sir your car work was done in indore and we are dealer of surat so we are not responsible for all this. I asked them, please contact your indore dealer. I got a rude reply, sir you contact them, take no. From our toll free no. I asked whats my mistake? I gave car in mahindra authorised dealer of indore, you can check my car history, i never ever gave my car since purchase to any other mechanic other than your company. I complained at toll free no. Of mahindra ie [protected]. I got my complaint reference no cf[protected]. I did complaint on 14/06/2017 and i was told, no worries sir. We will talk to surat's president motors. Next day morning i got a sms stating sir, you will have to pay rs.1200 for ac discharge pipe, rs.2500 for compressor oil. I asked them, didnt you get any approval from your co. I got a reply, sorry sir. Our manager told not to start work till the time customer dont agree to pay. I called again to the company's toll free no. They just gave a simple reply, sorry sir. Our representative didnt call you but tomorrow surely, you will get a call and your car back. Its 4 days now after that talk and i didnt get any call or any message nor from a dealer or company. I called dealer again on no.[protected]. Sir, please give me my car. President motors says simple language, sir let approval come then we will repair it. Is it right? What is my mistake that i gave my car to mahindra and mahindra who keeps our car with them, make person handicap without car and irritate person by not repairing it so that after a saturation point customer will say fine. I will pay for your mistakes and negligence. I regret taking xuv500. Its more than 3 years and i always gave my car for servicing in the company. Is this the way customer is treated in your company? 1st you make mistakes and then you tell customer to pay. Please i request everyone not to buy mahindra cars, products are good but servicing is worst. Worst thing is they cheat customers by making a good story that its a part failure sir, it didnt happen during accident. I ask you president motors. When i gave my car for full repair, are your mechanics so negligent that they dont check full car. Whats the point then. Was that just to repair 2-3 things and take 70000 from insurance co. Mahindra servicing is a cheat.

          I wolud like to inform you that i bought a new car on last week at salem sks automobile at salem.
          They treat very worst in manner, they not provide general hospitality,
          Even they not provide single glass of water.
          They not return our advance amount till now more than fourty thousand they need to return us. While boking time they say first you need to pay 25k immediately after fifiten day only you can see your car.
          In the show room sales executive even front office staff also not speaking in hospitality maner
          I never seen a such poor service in govt office also.
          We are paying more than 12lakhs for the car but they think us begger.
          We feel very ashmed to buy the car in that show room
          We think mahindra have some good reputation, but like this show room will spoil your name.

            Sir, i had purchased mahindra maximo van, problem is diesel becomes black, showroom people (balaji Motor jagdalpur) changed every thing(made engine, change injector, changed pump) but problem yet same. they are unable to find the problem. I had spend lot of money for this but no solution. Please solve my issue.

              Dear sir,

              My mahindra make verito model vehicle (Ap 03 av 1207) sent for the service with prior appointment with the authorised dealer & service centre in tirupati (Balaji agencies), chittoor dt, a. P on[protected]. Before sending my vehicle i confirmed that there is noise in wheel bearing with service centre for the same they needs 2 days maximum for to complete the said works.

              After sending my vehicle i recieved a call from the service centre and said vehicle needs to change wheel bearing sets of 2 nos and general service costs about rs15000 to 16000. I given clearence for to do the same.

              I waited for a day and enquired about the vehicle with concerned supervisor. He said they will deliver the vehicle on[protected]butnot recieved the vehicle. And said supervisor gone on leave.

              I went to the service station[protected] and enquired with the another supervisor. He shows my vehicle out side service shed with scraped cars. I questioned the incharge "why you are not sent my vehicle" he appologised and agrreed to send vehicle on[protected] and asked for test drive. At that time i observed cluch is in tight condition and little bit noise in dash board. They said that it needs to change cluch cable and repair in dash board. I given clearence for that also and paid money about rs 25000/- for that also.

              But i didn't recieved my vehicle on[protected] and sent the vehicle on[protected] after repeated follow up with them. Vehicle delivered with the worest condition with proper inspection, cleaning and testing (Why i am saying this is i am not in position to change gears).

              The same i intimated to the manager. He sent one technician for to inspect. And again saidthat it needs to change the cluch plates. I asked supervisor to correct the problem which is caused at your service centre. He refused and not attending my calls.

              I went on[protected] to the service centre and raised the issue with their dgm and correct their mistakes and i sit for two hours and asked the job card for my vehicle to know who attended and how they supervised. But they cann't find that and accepted to correct it.

              They sent another driver to take my vehicle on[protected] and again they didnot attended vehcle problem kept aside till[protected] when i went to the service centre and refuesed to do that problem. After the discussions they said they agreed to do.

              They sent the vehicle on[protected] with little change in the problem.

              This shows that they are not fit for to operate service centre because

              1) they didn't have proper check list with them at time of collecting vehicle from the customer.

              2) they didn't have qualified technician's with them to inspect to the incoming vehicle.

              3) they are looting customer's money because of their lapses.

              4) they didn't have proper security to the vehicles (Suspecting thefting of parts in the vehicles)

              5) they will do un wanted works like wheel allignement and balancing for to increase bill amount.

              6) they are not in position to answer the customers and refusing to do the works and saying "you can complain and cann't do anything againest them"

              With the above i recieved vehicle with tight in gear shifting and got huge loss paying money to the service centre & for the hired vehicle.

              I hope you will do the justise

                I have purchases a mahindra school van in 2012 from mahindra show room in kadapa.

                The van had issues since the day we bought it.

                So far we have paid 2.5 lakhs in repairs to the same show room.

                We pruchased a used mahindra school van 2 years ago, we have no repairs so far

                But this new van that we purchased from the show room, we get issue every month.

                Yesterday we got clutch plates issue, we called the show room guys.

                Manager ramesh : sent mechanics to our place, but they are not ready to work

                When asked ramesh, he is very rude, tells back to us, "the repair costs 11500rs, first pay the cash, then we will repair the van"

                How can we pay money with out a bill reciept.

                How can we pay cash at 11:00pm in the night.

                When requested him that "ramesh, this is not the way it works, we need bill to pay, we have 2 vans, we are about to purchase new from the same show room", he still got back to us very rude "i dont care, first pay then we will repair, we dont have bills now, pay us first"

                We even told him "we dont have cash, but can pay with card"

                He responded back vulgarly "dont disturb me much, where should i keep the card, in which whole should i keep the card : (, i need 11500 cash if you need repair"

                No bills, do not know how much is the repai, do not know whats the parts cost, why not accepting cards.

                Why this van gets repairs every 2 months, and every time its atleast 6000 to 12000rs.

                I need a explanation on this please

                First (1) why should mahindra sell me a van which is not built properly, we changed almost every part since we bought it, whats the point in buying a new one

                Second : why should i pay cash with out bills, at 11:00pm in the night, and why is the manager too rash on me, and the way he spoke is very unacceptable.

                I am dont with mahindra, i will sell my two school vans, i will sell my two scorpios, i will start a campain in my place, i will make sure, atleast 50 vechicles around my contacts will sell there mahindra.

                I will also approach consumer court, on why my new van costed me around 2.5 lakhs in repairs for less kms we drove.

                I will stop all this if manager calls and appologies me, and pay me back the extra money he charges me every time, he send his people to my school

                  I have bought mahindra scorpio sle 2014 model, after running 20000 km clutche plate issue is came, within 20000km, have replace clutch plate twice.

                  Its is really disappoint me, its very costly to maintain the vehicle.

                  Even i have seen some blogs about mahindra scorpio clutch issue.

                  Going forward am expecting this issue has to address by mahindra and mahindra motor and as soon as possible provide the concrete solution for this issue.

                    I purchase mahindra kuv 100 k8 petrol on 8 feb 2016 by gsp motors gurgaon, i have not recieve topgear kit till date after many complaints. Secondly company claim as per arai mileage of 18.6 kmpl but in actual it gives only 12kmpl.
                    This company looted us dual way by making wrong promise and and false product.

                        8 weeks awaiting mahindra to replace my car. Bought a new car, that turned out to be cosmetically sprayed! Bumper replaced... Long list of dedects! Mahindra sa dragging their feet and keep referring me to the samea - holes that did me in in the first place... Wow custumer service in an all time low in south africa. Wonder what mr. Gupta will think about this?

                          We have taken mahindra ams provided by the service center for fourth service
                          As per that my vehicle was due for service, in which we had oil change and filter clean up, plus i had issue with wipper motor, which they replaced it complete motor saying it dint worked

                          Post that they deliver the car which have issue with engine heatup,
                          When ever a/c runs on the lower mode, and it happens even on speed of 40 km and within city, first thing noticed engine cool-lent was empty, whihc could be the reason of it run pune mumbai

                          I took vehicle back to them to see what happened, they say need to check not sure now it has been two days and there no update on the vehicle,
                          Service engenner not sure for the things

                          When ever we called he look more distress and annoyed to speak

                          The thing is engine dint had any issue with service, neither they performed any service, then just oil change why engine is heating up so badly, did they some goo[censored]p with engine oils & or while replacing the motors they performed any mechanical work on the engine too which is not recorded in the job card

                            I have booked kuv100/k4+/6str/ diesel variant at koncept automobiles pvt ltd, a9, sector 2, noida, gautam budh nagar (Up), pin - 201301 on dated 30.04.17 with booking amount rs. 11000/-.

                            At the time of booking sales representative of m&m committed to provide the dual tone colour (Red & black) similar to as available in k8 model and for this he charge some additional amount. After long discussion he gave his 100% assurance about quality and finishing of dual colour 100% similar to k8 model.

                            First he assured to deliver the car on 05.06.17 but unfortunately at the last moment he denied to deliver the car due to some internal reasons at the end of dealer. Secondly he ask to visit showroom on 12.06.17 to take the delivery. But when i reached at showroom find there is huge difference in terms of quality and finishing between dual color of k8 model as shown at the time of booking and my car.
                            When i object the same and ask to refund my booking amount since m&m is not delivering the product the i have booked and committed by sales team, the sales team of m&m threaten not to refund the booking amount.

                            Moreover i also surprised that the dealer also raised the invoice against my name without informing to me and also before the delivery. Please explain is this the working culture of m&m?

                            Here i would like to highlight that i am ready to take the delivery of car as i have booked and committed by m&m team only other please do the needful to refund the whole amount (I. E. Rs. 11, 000/-) to me as soon as possible.

                              Purchased vehicle on 08th june, drove it for about 24 kms and brought it home.
                              Next morning the vehicle does not start, called up the showroom and they sent the person from workshop. The technician tells me that the battery is giving low power output.
                              He jump starts vehicle and it starts, again asks me to drive for some time till the time battery charges back again. Next morning same problem.
                              They take the vehicle to workshop and confirm that some issue with the new battery.
                              They replace the battery with a service battery and tell me that the vehicle shall be dropped to my home.
                              While driving home, driver crashes the vehicle and has frontal damage.
                              Both headlights, complete bumper, both side fenders, bumper support anf many other parts.
                              They are asking me to claim insurance for a vehicle which is 1 days old.

                                I have a scorpio of 2011 model, jh01av2359. I had engine light and check lights on at times and during this time engine dont start.3 times this problem has been taken to service center namely, amit automibiles, bhagalpur, bihar and kiran automobiles, patna, bihar. I had spent already around 22000 rs on different repairs as suggested by the service engineers. Sometimes they change wires, sometimes cable, sometimes battery and dont know what all. If a customer is paying you as you say and still ustomer faces same problem.. Every other day the car doesnt start and after sometime it starts. I am totally exhausted by this problem and the fake promkses made by the service engineers. Please take back this car and return whatever value this car is. Please escalte the matter and do the needful

                                I have bought new xuv age 500 three month ago and i have drive only 4667 km in three months and my front right tyres got failure (a cut on tyre ) the is of very bad quality and now apollo is rejecting my tyres so please do help me in this matter

                                  I am owner of mahindra xuv 500, reg no ap20ap3344 which is purchased on[protected] from hyderabad from day one on wards i am facsing lot of issues with product recalls and struggling with service centeres

                                  First i am giving service to uppal automotiove for service they not at all respond my complaints after i am givien service to vvc kukatpally they took my car and kept 35 days after they are replaced dash board cluster and they not fitted new one that replaced part shows 48000 km if we replaced new one that should be zero reading if adjustble they need to adjust my orginal reading both are not done

                                  I am stay at khammam and manuguru many times my car got brake down at khammam one yaer back my car brake down and sended to vijayawada show room they done good service

                                  So i am regilarly i am sending service to vijayawada only, i given my car service on april 25th at autonagaer service station with high numer of complains, i told order spare key also my main complaint is vehicle getting off in slow speed in 2nd gear nobody respod this complaint, check engine lamp glowing same time but your technician telling check engine lamp because of fuel level low is this correct

                                  Any way my vehicle kept at almost 50days completed i visited show room 2 times in last time there is pending complaints so i will show all complaints to mr prasad he given commitment he can reslove all complaints and also they spolied my car painting rear tail gate and bumper poerstion completely spill with oil and painting got effected that is also they are given commitment but not done

                                  Yesterday when i am visited show room nobody not responding mr rahamtulla is there he dont know ant thing about my car and telling painters not there work not completed when asked manager he is conneted phone call to mr praveen reddy he is telling your not given car to me your given to mr prasad i am already terminated him so we dont no status of your car is this right way if you terminated person like prasad they why you are not took responsibuly of peding cars, other wise if prasad not there close the show room prasad left on 1st today 13th 13 days nobody up dated my car status

                                  If praveen reddy terminated him why cannot he taken responsibulity and telling on phone why he is not there at show room

                                  Sir i am fully fed up with service like mahindra i am very soory i need strong explation from 50 days what is happening my car in service centers so i dont want my car there is no responsible person

                                  I will go consumer cousrt i know how to fix all my complaints but this is pathaic sichuation about vijayawada service station

                                  Mr rahamtulla is not at all fit like service advisor jow you are keeping like this persons in front of customers first you people talk with him 10 mints how is his behavior i am fully dis satisfied if any body respond on this plz le me know

                                    This is to inform you all that i recently just two and a half month ago, i purchased a mahindra alfa. And two three days ago my driver told me that the chassis and body is cracking from somewhere. I inform to mahindra and mahindra service center. (Kumar auto wheels rudrapur). They told me to get welding on the body and come tomorrow in the service center. When i reached there they told me to wait in the waiting hall. After two-three hours they come to me and told to get the vehicle the home. And to enquire about the same on monday. On monday they told me that your vehicle willl not get guarantee benifits. Please help me

                                    The car was purchase in the month of octomber 2016 it has become unservisible only 15 days back the car was given for 2nd servicing, your serviceman told that the car would be given 20 th of this month however i need the car earlier the car travel only 11000 kmthe car was given for repairing 8th june therfore i requet you to give the car early .

                                      I owned a scorpio s6 from ashok motors (Authorised mahindra automobile dealer) in the month of december 2016 which meet an accident and i informed the dealer and suggested me to handover the vehicle to the dealer for the repair and insurance claim. On the day of delivery of the vehicle i was totally not satisfied with the service and the level of the work from the above said organisation. Problems found are mentioned below:

                                      1) paint was all over the glass and the body which is distinctly identified.
                                      2) broken glass were still left in the ac vent which may a threat to life which can be blown out anytime when ac is on and flew inside the eyes.
                                      3) the vehicle was not cleaned at the time of delivery the seat are full of dust and the broken glass were all over the floor
                                      4) the response from the service team was totally unsatisfactory

                                      The proof were kept in the form of photograph and the glass are still in the ac vent and i have to drive the vehicle without ac in this hot weather because if i use ac there is a threat of life.

                                        I am a buyer of mahindra bolero slx (Wb 22u 7877) purchased on 31st may 2013 from royal motors, kolkata.
                                        From february 2017 it started pickup problem when we went to the authorised service centre (Royal motors) for three times, everytime they denied to attend the problem as they don't have any technician. Then we contacted commercial service centre of mohan motors (Taratalla & diamond harbour branch) they were not able to diagonise the problem. Then we took it to the branches of shree motors (Banganagar &topsia) banganagar banch had our vechicle from about 10 days and can't diagonise the problem, blindly they are changing several parts like front&back pump and still they can't start the vechicle. Now they forwarded it to their main branch shree motors topsia, they didn't even informed us about the problem in our vehicle and randomly changed 4 injectors without even informing, and just sent a message regarding the bill of amount rs.-60000/- + service tax.
                                        Now, being a reputed automobile company your manufacturing is so defected that we have to change the whole engine in just 4 years of a vehicle like bolero. Till now i have spent 90000/- in 4 months for this problem and still it is not solved and after all the changes in the parts it us not gauranteed that the can start up the car, and even if they can start it haow can we satisfy ourselve that we don't have to suffer in future because of your manufacturing defect.
                                        I humbly request you to please look at my problem and give a proper and satisfying conlusion about it.
