This department is in possession of Scorpio under reg no jk02AW 8777, and from the very day of its purchase it started malfunctioning, and same was brought in the notice of your different dealers located at jammu but without any satisfactory result, with the result the department had no option but to approach consumer court at jammu and the petition is yet to be decided.

in the mean while the said vehicle again developed some defect in AC system i.e not proper cooling and the department again approached your dealer Astro India Pvt. Ltd at Bari Brahmana Jammu, after checking the vesicle by the concerned mech. the defect still remand there and were advised to drop the vehicle at the dealers site for rectification and were asked to collect the same next day. after checking the vehicle, it was noticed the the defect still persist and then were told by the concerned that AC compressor needs to be replaced and was further told that the said part is out of stock at present and will be available after some time. The department driver after collecting the narrated the whole story and and having the past practice with the said dealer contacted Mr. Rakesh Kharoo DGM service for the purpose and instead of listing to the complaint he used un-parliamentary language and also dropped the call which height of the customer service of the said dealer.

may look into the complaint and take necessary action against action against the official and in the meanwhile the concerned dealer may be directed to rectify the fault without any further delay.

    Sir, i have purchase mahindra tuv 300 on 7/10/16 from ci automotives pvt. Bhopal. I have paid rs.31363 and rto rs. 64482 & insurence respectively, but the insurence amount recipet was rs.21525 & in rto recipet 55502 and we have complain to costumer care (Complaint no. [protected]) but we did get any response till today.
    When i send my car for service center there we found no free service so we pay the service amount and we got my car registered on 16/03/16..
    O please take action on mahindra & mahindra.
    We have also send the notice mahindra & mahindra and ci automotors pvt. Ltd.

            We wish to apprise you to the current pathetic support that we have been receiving ever since we purchased the Mahindra XUV 500. The details are given below

            1. The vehicle XUV 500 License No. MH 43 BE 2410 was purchased on Dussehra from THE MOTORS
            2. At the time of taking the delivery, there was white powder on the battery. We raised a query, but were told that this standard.
            3. Thereafter the vehicle software started showing more tyre pressure in the spare tyre.(Reported 3 times)
            4. Even while driving at night the vehicle would show high tyre pressure only in the right front tyre (Reported 2 times)
            5. The boot lock would not close even after central locking (Has happened 2 times)
            6. The SRS airbag cap was missing after first servicing (Missing since then)
            7. There is a continuous wheezing sound coming from the front left door. We were told that this is common (Not rectified till date)
            8. Of late the vehicle indicators have started blinking even after the vehicle ignition has been switched off (Already sent for servicing 2 times)
            9. There was also a malfunctioning shock absorber that was detected during the first servicing.(This should not have come at all)

            Kindly appreciate that it becomes very embarrassing when the vehicle starts to malfunction like this and we get fined by RTO for no fault of ours.

            We request you to kindly look in to the matter at the earliest and give us a resolution to the same or replace the vehicle and deliver it straight to us from the factory.

            Purchased KUV 100 in the month of Aug 2016. I had been offered a special discount of Rs.4000.I was told by the employee that this amount will be send as cheque . Even after 9 months the payment has not reached. My emails on this went unanswered. When went to the dealer, behaved arrogantly

              My name is Venkatesh. My car serviced in poineer automotive vijayawada. Service engineer pavan was used in abused language. My car service amount pay the ATM card swiped in showroom on this time amount cuting msg i got it. In my mobile. saw in net banking problem mechaine​ was not given to print msg. That's way car was not delivered.

              My RC book, insurance & guarantee card all car documents was missing​ in service centre.

              I informed to service Engineer to Pawan & Harish he wasn't responded.

              Pl take action the service Engineer Pawan & Harish. And then as early as possible my car original documents provide me. My car documents not their that's way my car was not using one half month.

                To whoever this may concern,

                Dear sir/ma'am,

                I have had my mahindra thar (Uk 08 ab 5700) at your dehradun workshop since more than one year now. The car is registered under the name of bininder sodhi.

                I have visited the workshop over 20 times now at regular intervals and have been assured by the body shop managers that the work is on track yet nothing has been done. And i've seen this time and time again. Every time i visit there is no progress.

                The due date of delivery was many months ago. And as per my last visit 4 days ago, the car looks like nothing has been done with it. The executives have handled this in a very unprofessional manner. It's taken so long that my car's value is also depreciating at an alarming rate.

                And even though i've repeatedly told the people at your workshop that i need the car, they've only given me false promises and lies. So it leaves me with no choice but to go to consumer court. You will be getting a notice from my side very soon. I think that's the only way you'll take this issue seriously and expedite the repair of my car.

                Looking forward to hearing from you regarding this issue as soon as possible.

                  Hi, my name is dushyant and booked an car kuv k4 black from nbs international... I have put all my savings and have also applied for loan upto 4 lacs... And my loan was sanctioned on 21st of april 2017... Because of delay from your end i am penalisd for extra cost of 15k for governer speedo meter charge... Before delivery of my car i have paid my first emi as well... I have no options to either cancel my delivery or company to do something about it... Rto registration delay is from your end not mine... I was told 15 working days its over 2 weeks back

                      We own a Mahindra Maxima vehicle with the number KA 18 B 5730. We have purchased the vehicle from your Chikkamagalur, Karanataka dealer.

                      Despite maintaining proper service schedule, we have faced severe customer harassment from Mahindra Dealer from Chikkamagalur. Recently our vehicle engine got seized because of not replacing the coolant..

                      Despite regularly servicing with authorized dealer, the engine got seized, which shows that the coolant wasn't replaced during the previous service. It is mandatory on your part to check the coolant levels and make sure adequate levels are maintained. However your authorized dealer did not do this. This is a clear case of cheating the customer. Despite being cheated, we still went to your authorized dealer to repair the engine seized. After paying the advance of Rs 20, 000 in cash, and thereafter making a complete payment by cheque dated 18th May 2017, your dealers are refusing to deliver the vehicle.

                      This is fraudulent, inefficient, unethical and unacceptable behavior from your authorized dealers.

                      We are really surprised that you are having such authorized dealers. This is pathetic dealership network which you have maintained. We are going to consumer court against your dealers and you as a company. This is clear fraud. All your actions are illegal.

                      We have a strong case, and we expect immediate response from you in next 12 hours beyond which we will take severe action.

Before first service when i handover my vehicle to 'service advisor" both front wipers are in working condition. But after delivery front left wiper is not work properly.

                          I am Mr.Deepak H.Ghori, Residing at A-1204, Krishna Avnue, Near Gajera School, Mota Varachha, Surat-Gujarat.

                          I have purchased your esteem company's car mahindra XUV500 W10 AT, chasis no-MA1YU2SPVH6B14478, month & MFG year : march 2017, Engine No:SPH4B19364 from your dealers president motors, piplod, surat. After consultation, test drive and discustion with sales executive Mr.Monty Patel of president motors. Mr.Monty Patel himself delivered same vehicale at my home dated 10 th April 2017.

                          Within five days of delivery of new vehicales and using not more than 150 k.m, i found that there was unnecersary noise coming from all parts of vehicles and while crossing speed brakers and driving on rough road, the noise was increasing at optimum level which was completly undesirable and unexpected from this new brand car.

                          After finding this fault immediately i informed sales executive Mr.Monty Patel, than he promised me that problem will be solved within hours. But i couldn't get any kind of response from Mr.Monty Patelfor five days inspite of informing him again and again meanwhile unnecessary noise sound was constantly increasing from the vehicles.

                          After five days of complaining, technician came at my home, he checked vehicle and he himself found technical fault and agreed with me, than he called me and said, ''yes sir, you are right, there is a technical issue ". He told me that we will pickup vehicle within hours.

                          For ten days continuously i reminded Mr.Monty Patel but all the times he gave false promises to me and show gegligence in his duty & show carelessners even he didn't give me manager's cell numbers inspite of asking many times .

                          After 12 to 14 days mental harracement, i found manager's number from internet and called manager Mr.Aanand lakdawala and i informed him about vehicle issue and i complained him about service, quality and performance of vehicle and insisted him to return my vehicle because i was discouraged, dissatisfied with vehicle as well as with president motors staff for their irresponsible behaviours.

                          But manager refused my praposal and promised me for service which i refused, manager said we will service your vehicle and he disconneted call with me saying that we are not responsible to take back your vehicles.

                          Next day, vehicles was picked-up and after 5 to 6 days, i got a call from president motors about delivery of vehicles, but i refused to accept it. Than after 2 days manager of president motors called me for delivery, again i refused to accept vehicles . Without my permission and in my absent president motors forcefully delivered vehicle at my home and gave key of car to my sister who didn't know about this matter.

                          Now i don't want this vehicle because i don't have faith in this brand, Company and service of mahindra motors as well .

                          Again i request you to take back this vehicle and return me my money otherwise i will take legal action against mahindra company as well as president motors.

                            I truly understand that my Xuv will not remain the newest ever, but I feel 100 percent cheated when u promise that in future any kind of software upgrades will be free, I was ready to wait for another month but on assurances from Mahindra and its dealers I went for it, how stupid for an APPLE OR SAMSUNG to charge its customers for every software update, sounds funny isn't it,
                            And more money minded ness of M&M shows when a 2017 vehicle is also charged,
                            And what the hell is silver box for 60000 Rs, then why haven't u increased the vehicles pricing by 60000, ist it cheating . As it is ur service stations r in a pathetic state, nothing but money fleecing centres, any body who bribes ur service engineer can get work done free others pay heavily, why don't u ask ur sakes person who promised me free software updates in near future, any tell me what new hard ware u have put to charge me, buying a flagship vehicle, W10 At, costing 23 lakhs, I people think 1000 is big thing for Customers, no it is a back up, u r a team of big cheat, liars who just want to make small small money also from ur loyal customers, this is my second vehicle from M&M, now I swear in future neither me nor will I recommend any one to go for it, U GUYS R FLEECING MONEY IN NAME OF MINOR UPDATES.

                              Hi,

                              I have given my vehicle for servicing on 13 may 2017 (Vehicle number mp20ce8363)

                              I had very bad experience with shahyadri motors hinjwadi specially the way they treat the customer and provide service.
                              I would like to highlights few points which clarifies the pain which i have faced during service:-

                              1) i have been provided an option of pick up and drop service on this case but there is no message indicating the vehicle has reached or a call from executive asking the problem which needs to be addressed while servicing. I need to call by myself for getting these information.

                              2) the driver which was appointed a duty of dropping the vehicle back has taken 4 hours to drop the vehicle. I was struggling with shahyadri staff for getting the information about my vehicle.

                              ​3) after servicing i found that one of the wheel cap is missing which i have bring in notice of shahyadri on 18 may 2017

                              4) i have reported the issue to shahyadri motors today (18 may 2017) asking for investigation but did not receive any response from them.

                              This is highly unprofessional behavior shown by a mahindra service centre.
                              Highly disappointed with this behavior and response from shahyadri motors.
                              Requesting action to be taken by shahyadri hinjwadi pune for providing missing parts.

                                  My car is 2009 model. Recently i am experiencing problems while applying brakes. The paddle goes inside and brakes does not work. The advisor of told me to cahnge the brake boosters which costs around 15k.
                                  I want to know what is the minimum kilometres in which the brake boosters are to be changed? And is the price charged by them is correct??

                                    I have a Mahindra Quanto which has clocked 1.2 Lakh km.
                                    1. The service is due at 1.2 Lakh.
                                    2. There was a problem in oil tank pipe which was observed during 1.1 Lakh service by the service centre. Instead of changing the part, they put M-Seal and blocked the leakage. Now, the old engine oil cannot be removed. Being an authorised service centre, how can they do this?
                                    3. They assured me that they will order for new pipe and they inform me.
                                    4. I totally forgot about this and the vehicle clocked another 10000 km.
                                    5. Now, the oil needs to be changed.
                                    6. On April 22nd, I called the service advisor and informed him about the issue of engine oil. He told me to bring the vehicle. I sent the vehicle. He told me immediately he will order for the item and he will told us to come after 4 days.
                                    7. On 2nd May we took the vehicle and the spare had not come. The service advisor Mr. Sreenivas told me that already Invoice has been raised. So, the product will reach within 3 days.
                                    8. Now, Mr. Sreenivas is not receiving my call.
                                    It has been 20 days. I have planned for a family trip next week. I don't know how to go now.
                                    9 . I have a FIAT Punto and Maruthi OMNI. I never faced these kind of irresponsibility from these companies.
                                    10. I feel, Mahindra vechicles are good. But, their service is the worst. I have decided not go for Mahindra Vehicles in future.

I am facing so many problems from starting and complained 2-3 time but there is no solution by company. I think i waste my money by purchasing mahindra's suv car. Worst experience for me.                                       I might very dissopinted with mahindra kuv 100 ac and their service and one major problem against radiator
                                      Last time I servicing my ac but now fan speed to much high and cooling like cooler
                                      Service centres always says problem resolved but after some time problem restarted
                                      Plz resolve my problem as soon as possible

                                        I had purchased a Mahindra TUV300 in December 2016 from Shiva Auto Ghaziabad. This was my first experience with a Mahindra Vehicle after driving Tata & Maruti & by far this has been the worst experience ever.
                                        It has been just 4 months since I bought my TUV300 & the vehicle has been taken to the service center every 15 days with complaints of niggles here & there. In 4 months, I've got parts changed for my vehicle 3 times. While it is still warranty period, I highly fear for the vehicle downtime & cost once the warranty period is over. I would really want to understand from Mahindra whether I was handed over a faulty vehicle or whether it is a regular case with Mahindra Vehicles
