Sir,

I have purchased new mahindra xylo e8 no. Mh 01 av 4295 on dec.2010 from your mumbai chowpatty showroom. As per your ray road service centre's car adviser's opinion the coolent pipe of the xylo car is leakage. I have visited & complained severeal times to your ray road service centre since last six months. But they are just ignoring towards the issue.

This is highly disappointing for me that my issue and concerns are not getting resolved.

Hence, i request you to please look into the matter as early as possible.

    Worst service of mahindra workshop in gwalior i m totally disagree... I will never go again here nd never buy any car of mahindra due to this facility provided by royal mahindra... There is parts available of mahindra logan car nd having 5times more prices of parts which available in market but not avilable in agency... Management of mahindra workshop is very bad nobody listen in worshop i[censored] r politly stable.

      Dear Sir/Madam,

      I'm using Verito Vibe vide Regn, No. AP31CH7272 at Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh. Head Lights found damaged and cracked inside the head light. I approached Neon Motors for service support. After continuous follow ups, they denied to replace the head lights. This is purely a manufacturing defect and needs your immediate response.

      Not Receving TR till date and no any response from Shashank Auto Pvt. Ltd sales manager Mr Mishra & Mr Pankaj.
      We have brought a Mahindra Bolero SLX Power Plus on 31.03.2017 from Shashank Auto Pvt. Ltd. Muzaffarpur but till date TR not received however we have paid Rs.1500/- for TR. Also vehicle was released after getting the full amount from bank not on DO given by bank.

        Myself Nagendra Yadav owner of car UP65BP4435 while I was on the way to kade Manipur my car cluchplate broke down due to which I have submitted car in Mahindra agency for repair and service. Since morning (10.00 A.M) they are saying that we have ordered cluchplate from Allahabad show room and will rich within 1 hour and lateron they said that it is on the way and now it's time 2.30 when we pressurise that where is the part than they are saying that cluchplate till now have not dispatched. What is the service .. we are residence of VARANASI and we had a marriage 2 days later, we have to travel 200 km .and they are wasting our time. Atleast they should have informed us so that we could have managed somewhere. Manager are having massage from their worker and when we complaint about that they said that it will take 2 hour time you can go for movie.

        This is the worst service in any of the car company.
        I will make sure that any of my relative will never purchase an Mahindra car.

          I had perchaged car in 17 jan 2017 and i was told to me that the car manifuctrauning is of 2017 and i had recevives doxuments with mag date jan 2017 and when i apply for regestration rto told me its mag of dec 2016. Austro india bari bramna did fraud with me. Their was dicount on 2016 car but i purchaged of 2017 and they did fraud with us i want to resolve same otherwise i had to put complane in consumer court

            Dear Sir, this is Aijaz Hussain Malik from J&K. I purchased Scorpio S10 from one of your authorised showrooms HIMALAYA MOTORS Tengpora Srinagar in 2017. I got it insured with a promise and written assurance of TCS refund of 13863 rupees. It has been three months since i regularly remind them of refund my TCS dues. And everytime i call there, they refer me to some other person. The people at showroom with whom i have communicated include Mr. Showkat Ahmad (contact: [protected]), Mr. Hamid ([protected]), Mr. Masarat ([protected]), some Maam at Showroom ([protected]).
            Before i approach consumer court, i find it fit to approach Mahindra Customer Care.

              I sent my xylo dl4cnb 6299 to sri durga automobiles for regular service and ac checkup on 4th may 2017. I was informed that vehicle will be ready for delivery
              On 05th may. There was no information regarding the delivery time so i called up the adviser mr omkar he informed that there is some blockage in ac pipe and they are replacing it will handover on 06th may afternoon. Again there was
              No update on 06th may so i called up mr omkar of sridurga he informed me
              That there two pipes having blockage one is available with them and another is not they already requested the part to mahindra factory and will be delivered on
              Monday and will hand over the car on 9th may surely. There was no update from them on 08th may i tried to contact them but mr omkar was not picking his phone and then i called up mr pankaj the customer care maganer in sri durga rama raod, he said he already left the office will check and update me today. When i called him he did not pickup his phone too. Then again i called up to reception and asked for update.

              Then mr pankaj called me and informed that part is still not received and it will take 2 more days.

              As i am a business man and mostly in field. I need my vehicle for travelling
              Daily. Since last weekend i am using taxi. Who will pay for it. Even they are not bother to inform the status when will i get my vehicle? It is very casual approach. Please help me to sort out this issue on urgent basis and confirm.

                With due respect i want to convey that i am owner mahindra quanto registration no. pb06aa6850, & customer id c[protected]. sir i had faced very worst experience at one of your service station, actually on dated 5 may 2017 i have parked my car at universal motors h. o: near canal, g. t road, new amritsar for service. during that period there was stealing of money & memory card from my car. for this i have already complainted to the general manager of service station, he had gave silly excuses about this rather than sought out this matter. actually this is not matter of money, its all about faith and security of service station. i am very disappointed by such services given at your service stations. moreover the staff at service station didn't provide me clear information about bill. they had put unnecessary charges in bill without any information. now its my humble request please look into this matter and solve it urgently. so, that we don, t get disappointed next time.

                I have purchased A Mahindra bolero from Adityamotor, cuttack Odisha on 19th of April 2017. But still today I am waiting for RTO registration & Fitness.
                Due to Lack of Registration I am unable to use my vehicle . Aditya Motar cuttack not satisfy me about my registration.. Main while I have deposited all the dues for RTO registration.
                Sir we have may problems in my SUV Scorpio. I have told so many times to our local dealer but they have not clarify the problem. We have no option to do. Kindly consider our problem and rectify as soon as possible.

                  I had sent my XUV 500 for servicing to INFINITY AUTOLINKS Pvt Ltd Vikroli (W) Mumbai on 13 Apr 17. I would like to bring to your notice that the approach to work at this workshop is absolutely unprofessional and unethical. Despite having paid a sum of 40, 000/- only for regular servicing (extremely exorbitant) the vehicle was sent to me in a dirty and uncleaned condition with unremoved marks and spots on the car. Also last year I had requested them for a spare key which they received but failed to intimate me ...on inquiring this time they said they had received the key but made lame excuses for not intimating/delivering it. The workshop too looks more like a slum outfit rather than a esteemed Mahindra servicing workshop.

                  With an extreme grievance and painful experience I am at ur complaint area. From my family fascination I also chosen BOLERO, my vehicle no is UK07BW5199 which I purchased in the year 2017. I usually prefer to get regular servicing. Now my vehicle is in paid service status which I make properly. In an urgent situation I felt necessity of servicing and called Mahindra Premier Motors Dehradun for booking appointment for servicing. They confirmed over phone of servicing date 10.03.2019 at 11.30 am, I reached with my said vehicle at 11.10 am. Nobody took attention after giving information about my prior appointment. After 3hrs my vehicle got opportunity to be in que after 4 and half hours later finally the technician started servicing work. For improper location, there is not a single stall of food or water outskirt the center for which my physical condition become alarming. After all the hazards, just now I received my vehicle after paying 12, 760/-

                      I purchased tuv 300 t8 100bhp vehicle from model fuels, dhanbad on 09/03/2017. The vehicle was delivered to me on the mentioned date, however, the dealer gave me tr issued on april 11th which will lapse on 16th may 2017 after repeated reminders. And till date the dealer has not given the sale letter and other documents required for registration of the vehicle with rto claiming that account is not balanced.
                      For your information, i like to inform you that i had made a deal with the dealer to purchase the vehicle for rs. 9, 01, 500/-, which includes cost of vehicle minus all discounts including co - operate discount plus tr, and i paid the whole amount on the date of delivery of the vehicle. Now the the dealer is claiming that i have to pay the amount for co-operate discount and then the company will refund it. And as per my knowledge this is not the policy of your company.
                      For your kind information, let me tell you that i am working as branch manager of bank of india. And this is the service delivered to me being a banker and this type of service has already cost the dealer being blacklisted by our bank in our zone that includes about 95 branches.
                      Please ask the dealer to deliver the papers at the earliest because if i am charged any type of fine by the rto then i will sue your company in consumer court.

                        Dear all,
                        I am back again with my plight owing to deplorable service and even sad customer care.
                        I had picked up scorpio with accessories fitted by koncept including rear ac.
                        During last quarter of last year, my vehicles hvac system packed up and koncept, sec 60 noida, replaced compressor/ cooling coil and condenser. While they did that, koncept disconnected the rear ac pipelines.
                        As summers started, i tried switching on the rear ac, which did not work.
                        I reached koncept - sec 60 on 2nd april and asked them to fix the ac. I was asked to prove to koncept sec 60, that i got the rear ac installed from mahindra..
                        I had to call up the sales executive - abhishek in sec 2 and accessories head - puneet. They acknowledged and asked me to come to sector 2 noida of koncept.
                        I was then asked to go to an ac technician to have the ac fixed. As i spent the entire day standing and fixing my ac, the ac packed up in next 2 weeks.
                        When i received a call for feedback from mahindra, i gave the same feedback and requested someone from mahindra to contact me. The complaint no was mst18b8203870 on 17th april 2017. I was told that, i will be given a call back someone will look into the issue and have the ac fixed.
                        It's been 17 days now and i have been driving the vehicle without ac in delhi heat..

                        My horror with mahindra doesn't seem to come to end and specifically with your sec 60 service center..

                        Can someone look this please help me out..

                          Hello,

                          We had booked a vehicle with infinity autolinks pvt. Ltd., vikhroli

                          1. Note that we had booked the vehicle (Mahindra tuv t6) on february 8th' 2017 by paying booking amount of rs. 10000/-.

                          2. As regards the car loan, we had informed mr. Jitesh that we will be trying for a loan with our banks, syndicate bank and will get back to him to proceed further.

                          3. After speaking with our bankers, we decided against buying the vehicle and informed mr. Jitesh, he provided us with the email id (Sales. [protected]@infinityautolinks.co.in) to proceed with the cancellation of the booking.

                          4. We had then sent a mail at that email id, which promptly returned back, hence after checking the email id on your website, removed the words (Co) from the email id and sent the mail on 12th march' 2017.

                          5. We had informed mr. Jitesh verbally on phone as well about the cancellation and he had assured us that he will send us a refund within a week.

                          6. Inspite of repeated request to send us the refund, mr. Jitesh went on dilly-dallying and today (5th may' 2017), he said that he will send us a refund of rs. 7000/-. When we asked him why rs. 3000/- was deducted? He said, its for the process

                          7. We would like to know what process was done, when we had specifically asked him to wait as we needed to speak with our bankers.

                          8.in fact, infinity autolinks owes us rs. 10000/- + the interest generated for the 3 months the cheque was kept with infinity.

                          9. We had tried got in touch with mr. Sarvesh (Manager at infinity autolinks), who has not been picking up calls.

                          10. This is sheer extortion. Please help us in getting back our full refund

                              I have mahindra thar which is bought from zulaika motors chennai till the date i bought it had issues with gearbox i have registered many complaints regarding it but still they didn't even reply are take notice of it and right now my thar is in service station for past three weeks and then took my thar to off roading and burnt the clutch n they are say that it has been burnt before i have all records of my thar complaint but no one is giving me a solution n i have three more mahindra wheels also is this the way how u treat ur customer really shame of it my vehicle number is tn92a1991 i want immediate response

                                  I was serviced my new vehical from sahyadri motors swarget pune, from an autorised delearship of mahindra... On 4 servicing in this delear ship they cut my rear drum brek without my permission... Afyer it i am facing problem from 2.6 years... After breaking vehical rear wheels cant stop they skets every time or one side wheel locks very fast... For this problem they dont have any solution they replaces my drum brake in warrenty but still...

                                  Today my car number (Tuv300) gj01rp0198 is for 30000 kms service in [censored]al motors, bopal ahmedabad, gujarat. As per pre appointment 11:00 am. Car left in service centre.
                                  At a time 3:36 message received from your side that your car is ready. You can pick at 4:25 pm. We are go there at 5 pm but car washing fully pending (Not started). We have no time to wait for another hour, so the staff of service centre issued our car without washing at 5:10 pm but recover all the amount with tax from us.

                                  Now we have doubt that 1-oil and oil filter changed or not?, 2 - diesel filter change or not?

                                  We have a original manual repair order from
                                  Gate pass original copy
                                  Money receipt
                                  Invoice not provided us and recover all amount from us.

                                  There is no facilities for customer like no fans available in customer waiting pemises, how can we stay one hour more in that location due to wrong commitment from your company

                                    I have been denied 2 free services of scorpio. I had been repeatedly told by the service center right from the beginning when i bought the car that there is no such time limit for free services but the free services will be done as the car reaches the kms. Accordingly 5k, 10k and 20k. They have also sent me back thrice from the service center (Supreme motors, howrah) by giving such excuses as they have shortage of staffs, don't have the product to change that's within warranty, it's going to take a long time to repair and as such. I feel disappointed and cheated by supreme motors situated at howrah and royal motors in kolkata and they want me to pay for the free services now.

                                      After I bought the said car showroom was closed and now service centre closed.
                                      Unfortunately, no one inform about global Galleria closed and where to go for services for the vehicle.
