    I purchased tuv 300 t8 100bhp vehicle from model fuels, dhanbad on 09/03/2017. The vehicle was delivered to me on the mentioned date, however, the dealer gave me tr issued on april 11th which will lapse on 16th may 2017 after repeated reminders. And till date the dealer has not given the sale letter and other documents required for registration of the vehicle with rto claiming that account is not balanced.
    For your information, i like to inform you that i had made a deal with the dealer to purchase the vehicle for rs. 9, 01, 500/-, which includes cost of vehicle minus all discounts including co - operate discount plus tr, and i paid the whole amount on the date of delivery of the vehicle. Now the the dealer is claiming that i have to pay the amount for co-operate discount and then the company will refund it. And as per my knowledge this is not the policy of your company.
    For your kind information, let me tell you that i am working as branch manager of bank of india. And this is the service delivered to me being a banker and this type of service has already cost the dealer being blacklisted by our bank in our zone that includes about 95 branches.
    Please ask the dealer to deliver the papers at the earliest because if i am charged any type of fine by the rto then i will sue your company in consumer court.

      Dear all,
      I am back again with my plight owing to deplorable service and even sad customer care.
      I had picked up scorpio with accessories fitted by koncept including rear ac.
      During last quarter of last year, my vehicles hvac system packed up and koncept, sec 60 noida, replaced compressor/ cooling coil and condenser. While they did that, koncept disconnected the rear ac pipelines.
      As summers started, i tried switching on the rear ac, which did not work.
      I reached koncept - sec 60 on 2nd april and asked them to fix the ac. I was asked to prove to koncept sec 60, that i got the rear ac installed from mahindra..
      I had to call up the sales executive - abhishek in sec 2 and accessories head - puneet. They acknowledged and asked me to come to sector 2 noida of koncept.
      I was then asked to go to an ac technician to have the ac fixed. As i spent the entire day standing and fixing my ac, the ac packed up in next 2 weeks.
      When i received a call for feedback from mahindra, i gave the same feedback and requested someone from mahindra to contact me. The complaint no was mst18b8203870 on 17th april 2017. I was told that, i will be given a call back someone will look into the issue and have the ac fixed.
      It's been 17 days now and i have been driving the vehicle without ac in delhi heat..

      My horror with mahindra doesn't seem to come to end and specifically with your sec 60 service center..

      Can someone look this please help me out..

      I have a Mahindra Scropio LX 2.2. Hawk Reg. No.UP16AS8386. I have got my scorpio serviced by Koncept automobiles, Sector-64, Noida. all the times I am not satisfied with their services. The clitch of the motor is not working despite service by them. Please do something.

        Hello,

        We had booked a vehicle with infinity autolinks pvt. Ltd., vikhroli

        1. Note that we had booked the vehicle (Mahindra tuv t6) on february 8th' 2017 by paying booking amount of rs. 10000/-.

        2. As regards the car loan, we had informed mr. Jitesh that we will be trying for a loan with our banks, syndicate bank and will get back to him to proceed further.

        3. After speaking with our bankers, we decided against buying the vehicle and informed mr. Jitesh, he provided us with the email id (Sales. [protected]@infinityautolinks.co.in) to proceed with the cancellation of the booking.

        4. We had then sent a mail at that email id, which promptly returned back, hence after checking the email id on your website, removed the words (Co) from the email id and sent the mail on 12th march' 2017.

        5. We had informed mr. Jitesh verbally on phone as well about the cancellation and he had assured us that he will send us a refund within a week.

        6. Inspite of repeated request to send us the refund, mr. Jitesh went on dilly-dallying and today (5th may' 2017), he said that he will send us a refund of rs. 7000/-. When we asked him why rs. 3000/- was deducted? He said, its for the process

        7. We would like to know what process was done, when we had specifically asked him to wait as we needed to speak with our bankers.

        8.in fact, infinity autolinks owes us rs. 10000/- + the interest generated for the 3 months the cheque was kept with infinity.

        9. We had tried got in touch with mr. Sarvesh (Manager at infinity autolinks), who has not been picking up calls.

        10. This is sheer extortion. Please help us in getting back our full refund

                I was serviced my new vehical from sahyadri motors swarget pune, from an autorised delearship of mahindra... On 4 servicing in this delear ship they cut my rear drum brek without my permission... Afyer it i am facing problem from 2.6 years... After breaking vehical rear wheels cant stop they skets every time or one side wheel locks very fast... For this problem they dont have any solution they replaces my drum brake in warrenty but still...

                Today my car number (Tuv300) gj01rp0198 is for 30000 kms service in [censored]al motors, bopal ahmedabad, gujarat. As per pre appointment 11:00 am. Car left in service centre.
                At a time 3:36 message received from your side that your car is ready. You can pick at 4:25 pm. We are go there at 5 pm but car washing fully pending (Not started). We have no time to wait for another hour, so the staff of service centre issued our car without washing at 5:10 pm but recover all the amount with tax from us.

                Now we have doubt that 1-oil and oil filter changed or not?, 2 - diesel filter change or not?

                We have a original manual repair order from

                Money receipt
                Invoice not provided us and recover all amount from us.

                There is no facilities for customer like no fans available in customer waiting pemises, how can we stay one hour more in that location due to wrong commitment from your company

                  I have been denied 2 free services of scorpio. I had been repeatedly told by the service center right from the beginning when i bought the car that there is no such time limit for free services but the free services will be done as the car reaches the kms. Accordingly 5k, 10k and 20k. They have also sent me back thrice from the service center (Supreme motors, howrah) by giving such excuses as they have shortage of staffs, don't have the product to change that's within warranty, it's going to take a long time to repair and as such. I feel disappointed and cheated by supreme motors situated at howrah and royal motors in kolkata and they want me to pay for the free services now.

I have successfully completed my free services Now paid services going. Last 4 days I am coming for Self Motor spare but they replying "will be receiving tomorrow" like that(Repair order number RO18H000516). 5th day I came they told "its takes another more 5 days" like that, as well as they are not respecting and responding, This showroom spoiling the Mahindra product services and SKS management is against the scope of Mahindra company. Really I am worrying so Much. My Relatives and Friends also bought Mahindra cars because of My Individual Reference. I am a Business man . Because of the small service I have wasted more time. Kindly take action, if its continues same like this I will change my car with my friends and relatives.

                        I purchased XUV 500 W8 top end version in August 2014. It is a single hand driven, impeccably maintained and run 30000 km. From ladt few months i have started getting issues like the start stop feature not working, AC blower issues and now the vehicle one day just wouldn't start. I had to call breakdown service.

                        In workshop earlier they have said the battery has become weak and hence start stop is not working or because we are using start stop feature hence battery had become weak! This is really disappointing and not expected from a brand and flagship vehicle of Mahindra. On top of it I have come to know battery has warranty of only 2 years. So as soon as 2 years are over its started goving problems ?? I had a simple Ford Ikon before this and it ran perfectly well for 5 years without any battery issues. Also most battery companies give warranty of 3 or more years. Why is Mahindra not taking up this with Amaron and if the product is faulty they should stop using Amaron battery.

                        I would like to know how come such a supposedly powerful vehicle is supposed to run on weak battery product ?

Mr sahu prepare all document complete and send it to mr safiouk khan sale manager. As at the time of purchase mr khan told me we give you special discount apart from your corporate discount the such discount come from our ho after 2 month but despite of my several approach and make calls at last mr khan says sorry we are enable to pay corporate discount. This is a breach of sales contact and notice to you please look at the matter at your end otherwise the matter will be decided at consumer forum and your company was liable for that.

                            I have purchased a mahindra e20 car on nov 3 2016 on my daughter's birthday.in the same week my vehicle met with a small accident and bumper got damage, i left my vehicle service at sreesh auto service station at magadi road bangalore. They have removed my navigation card from my car in spite o[censored]pdating and following they are giving me a my card nor a new card. My wife feel very difficult in driving without the navigation card. Kindly help

                              Hello,
                              I, Haji Mohammad Amin, booked a Scorpio S10, 4×4 on 29th March, 2017, at M/S Shuhul Automobiles Pvt. LTD. Jammu, after having paid a booking amount of Rs.10000. I was told that the vehicle would be delivered within 20 days of booking and above that the company suggested me to pay excess amout to ge t the vehicle before due date. I desired the vehicle to be available as early as possible so I paid an extra amount of Rs. 4, 00, 000 over the booking amount, making a total sum of Rs. 4, 10, 000.
                              It has been over a month now, and the company is still not providing the vehicle, and moreover they have extended the delivery date for another 15 - 20 days.
                              I wish the total amout to be refunded as soon as possible, and strict action to be taken over the company so as to avoid any such complaints in future.

                                I bought xuv 500 w4 just 2 months back and have fallen sick with respiratory disease cause of the gases passing through the AC vents. I have shown it at the dealership (sterling motors, mathura road, faridabad) but with the 1st visit no resolution.
                                I am worried for the monies paid and my health with this car. Driving without the AC for last 7 days. Do intervene and help resolve this issue please.

                                My wind shield is under warranty period. It is suddenly cracked due to heat and win win mahindra is not replacing it.. at first it was very little crack. And now its getting huge automatically.

                                  I purchased Kuv100 k2 + in September 2016 and from that month onwards the car is having problem with its Central locking system it is not working properly at all and sometimes the key doesn't work due to which we are facing lots of problems i.e. door doesn't open sometimes. This is our first car and we are having this kind of problems how will we ever buy our next vehicle from mahindra and we will also recommend our friends and family not to buy vehicles from mahindra due to the experience we are having . The service is not good at all.
                                  It will be good if mahindra will solve our problem immediately.

                                    On 24th april 2017, i had given my car to the authorized service centre of mahindra (Ks automobiles pvt ltd, udaipur) with repair order no ro18a001341.
                                    Till 29th evening the company is not able to deliver my car and still some work is left as told by the staff of the company

                                    Firstly it was informed to me by sms that my vehicle will be ready by 25th april with the estimated cost rs4000+tax but there was no information for the delivery of the vehicle.
                                    I enquired the next days ie on 26th and 27th but still vehicle was not ready and now today is 29th and still i don't get any conformation regarding delivery of my vehicle and when i enquired they told me to take a trial of about 100km for their satisfaction but when i request to send me the repair order notesheet copy on my whatsapp so as to communicate you they do not give me the copy.

                                    And at 19:36 hrs they give me sms that my vehicle is ready with final amount of rs 24203.05+taxes.
                                    Sir/mam i want to draw your attention that on 24th april 2017 i complaint at the above service centre about malfunctioning of gear of my car and i am not able to understand that the above mistake in my car takes about 6 days to get repair and i performed my all the work with hired taxi and it costs me too much. So i request you to provide relief in final amount which will fulfill my taxi bill

                                      Sir, i have purchase mahindra tuv 300 on 7/10/16 from ci automotives pvt. Bhopal. I have paid rs.31363 and rto rs. 64482 & insurence respectively, but the insurence amount recipet was rs.21525 & in rto recipet 55502 and we have complain to costumer care (Complaint no. [protected]) but we did get any response till today.
                                      When i send my car for service center there we found no free service so we pay the service amount and we got my car registered on 16/03/16..
                                      O please take action on mahindra & mahindra.
                                      We have also send the notice mahindra & mahindra and ci automotors pvt. Ltd.
                                      We have also attach the doc. Of proof

                                      I Mr. Anish Anant Mahadik, the purchase a Mahindra KUV 100 K4 5 setter(M/s, Siddhivinayak Tours & Travels) from your NBS Showroom at Andheri (W), My first servicing due is 3000 Km and i am given from your G3 service station at Malad (W), (Morning appointment 9.30 am) but unfortunately my vehicle first service is bad response because their service provider & washing member are not perfect wash & clean (after service my vehicle given to me evening 8.00 pm). I am told to check my vehicle for some trouble ( Check the Nut Bold tightness/check the noice to seat bolt) but they are not solve my problem & they are given less response. In their service station the Air compressor is burned to their washing members fault in that reason my vehicle not clean inside the vehicle. The G3 service provider is told me the mahindra shiwari service station is closed, they are given first response to only purchase the vehicle at G3 showroom. so, my first service is bad experience.
