I have been charged extra 1% on total bill amount just for the sake that i have made payment by my card. This is totally against the rbis instructions. I have talked to there ca also for the same thing but he refused by saying that they charge 2% extra on card payments from other customers. Than i was compelled to make extra 1% as they said we will not issue gate pass for your vechile i[censored] will not pay the extra money. Kindly take a proper action.

      I purchased tuv 300 t6 on 23rd october, 2015 from shiva mahindra, patparganj, delhi the number is dl 7c t6971.. On 10th january 2016 i had third service at shiva mahindra, shahibabad industrial area, gaziabad service station. My vehicle had been showing obd sign on. As a result, the pick up sound etc. Was very bad. The problem was rectified. But after two days the problem started again. Again i took the vehicle at service station. They kept the vehicle for 24 hrs and rectified the problem. Again the problem started on 5th february. Now the service station says wiring problem on dash board. For last two days the vehicle is at the station, but no feedback. I called today to know the position. I am told that wiring issue was being discussed with mahindra as this the first problem. I am still groping in dark what to do.
      Secondly the srevice is pitiable. They cant sent driver to pick the vehicle. But after service they will urge to give them 10 points. Sir, kindly find solution, failing which i shall withdraw my vehicle to get it rectified from locals

        Myself ravi purohit from gandhidham, gujarat and i own mahindra xuv500 w8. My car number is gj 12 bf 5873 and as per their service rule, they will hand over to the mahindra on time but each and every-time i have to face so many problem like as below from your gandhidham dealer: b. Mangatram & co. :

        1. No proper response from your service dept.

        2. Car service and washing is not done properly.

        3. After the service, same problem is reflating within few days.

        4. Main issue is cruse control is not working properly and i have been complaining for the same for as far as 4 5 times to them. But neither my problem was solved nor i got satisfactory reply from there. Cruise control stops functioning after driving just 8-10 kms when it is switched on.

        5. Music system is not working and for the same i had made 3 time complain at service center but yet my problem is not solved. Yet there is no one who response me well to solve it out.

        6. No one is there who can help to solved the problem

          It is brought to be your kind notice that the above said vehicle was purchased during the year 2014 & it has covers approx. 60650 kms. The vehicle was sent for regular servicing after completing 60000 kms to m/s.J.S. Grover auto pvt. Ltd. Dalhousie road pathankot (Pb.) it is surprised to see that a huge bill amounting to rs. 37358.00 has been raised for the servicing of the vehicle.It is noticed in the raised bill that same parts has been showned changes without the actual need.When the matter was taken for such a huge bill, the answer of the agency m/s.J.S. Grover auto pvt. Ltd. Dalhousie road pathankot (Pb.) was not satisfactory.
          Earliest the service of the vehicle was got done from m/s. Sant auto zone matour kangra(H.P.) at 48000 kms. And bill of rs. 21366-00 was raised..

          Moreover same parts has been replaced which are changed during previous repair as the vehicle has no such type of problems.

          Being a new vehicle which is running nominally, such type of repairs involving huge repair are not required, the vehicle is always repaired from your authorized dealers.So you are requested to justify the repair done by m/s. J.S. Grover auto pvt. Ltd. Dalhousie road pathankot (Pb.) & other authorized dealers.

          It is further requested that suitable action may be taken against the firms & repair/replacement of parts which were fitted and were not actually required and raising such huge bill.Please note the payment shall not be made till clearance of the matter and if no action is taken by company, the matter shall be taken in the consumer court.

            I am from tarn taran . My name is s.sarabjit Singh . I was buy a mahindra Tuv 300 from Amritsar universal motors on 4/ 1 2017 . After 7 days I got a bad smell from my car while driving . I make a call to company and got non responsible answer he said it's normal complaint this is oil burning smell. But after few days i got gear shifting problem . When I shift 4rth gear to 5th gear it's goes in back gear. And now 1 day ago I was going for where with all family I got smell again a lot and after smell we see a lot of smoke coming from bonnet of my car . I complaint again they got my car there and talking to us as a non responsible person . They are talking about to open the engine and repair it but we want to exchange my car with a new car so plz help me ...

            This company has shown complete arrogance and unethical behavior towards me as a customer. I own an (XUV 500) and have given for servicing many times in the same service center, every time post servicing there is one new problem that comes up and is not resolved. I am forced to pay extra for the fault that is not even mine. I have noticed exchange of parts from one car to another in their service stations and this is very ridiculous. To mention a few are (horn, reverse cam, light bulbs, tape, etc.)

            Recently I have given my car for servicing under insurance to change the backside bumper which has reverse camera attached to it, and they changed the bumper but the reverse camera is not working now, plus after this service the tape volume roller also stopped working. I dont understand how a service and a bumper work can fail the volume button and the camera.

            I have also complained to the customer care of mahendra and that also stays unanswered. Worst service and worst company car to buy.

              I hade gone for my mahindra xylo service at SHRIJI MOTORS - MEHSANA, GUJARAT, first of all service executive give me a[protected]/Rs. estimation for radiator service and pipe change, at that time he was not gave the clarifiaction about labour charges, and finnally at payment stage the total bill amount was Rs.5580/-. also i paid it but after a second day again the problem was same water was likage in the inside part of engine, when i told him to yesterday i was already put my xylo car then why you were not properly service it, so he was told that i was already check it but not find that problem. so again i was put my car to the workshop and again paid the bill.

              I was totally dissatisfied with this Dealer.

              Request to company please take a Appopriate Action again the " SHRIJI MOTORS" MAHESANA

                We had ordered Mahindra Impero at UTKAL AUTOCOACH PVT. LTD. JAMSHEDPUR on 20.01.2017

                We were assured that our vehicle will be delivered by 30.01.2017 . Till date there is no response by the concerned party nor have they updated us about the status of the vehicle.

                Numbers provided on the payment invoice are not responding

                We did not expect this kind of service from Mahindra Group we are very disappointed and would like to cancel the order placed and complete refund of my money at the earliest.

                Don't commit if you cant fulfill

                Thanks for the wonderful experience from Mahindra Group would never like to do any business with you again.

                  Dear sir, we have purchase the vehicle from your dealer shiva mahindra ghaziabad and my bank give the full paymeny on 30th march, but dealer is not refunding the my amount fro last 5 days for any clarifications and not giving the correct answer for refund the amount and dealer delivered the vehicle from delhi and temparry was issue on 28th jan, but not give the file for registration till date

                    Myself Raj Kumar from Manesar Haryana, purchased the above said vehicle in 2016, Vehicle no HR 55 X 4280, after two months of purchasing found accelerator pedal is not working, I had already replaced the part one time but after that also the problem is not resolved.
                    Once overspeeding indication will glow after it will not go for pick up again I have to shut down the vehicle than again start, intermittent behavior it will show

                    Workshop people are not taking responsibility, M & M is not taking the responsibility who is suffering that is me.
                    Poor quality of products you people are selling to customers.

                      TS 07 EX 0303..has give for 2 nd free service at vvc motors dated 2nd feb 2017, and today its 3 rd feb 8 pm still my vehivle is not delivered where in their is no issues with the vehicle ... itwas jus a general service ... this is not the first time im facing the service issue even when i gave for1 st service i faced same issue they delivered 2 day .. im totally dispointed by the team of mahendra... i always used hundai, toyota ..this is my first mahendra vehicle and i feel vehicle is finebut the service is un comparable with ur counterparts ... i feeel and never recomend to any one about mahendra espacially VVC MOTORS .

                          I m Prateek Bhatnagar, owner of XUV500, vehicle no- MP04 CN 9325,
                          Vehcile on the name - Mrs Kavita Bhatnagar (Mother)
                          I had an accident with my vehicle few days back and decided to put my
                          vehicle in Win Win showroom workshop, as i have taken my vehicle from
                          there itself.
                          I have given my vehicle to service centre, from there Miss Roshini was
                          handling my case for insurance claim (United India Insurance), and i
                          was totally misguided by her telling the wrong estimation about my
                          vehicle repair, infact i was told that i had to pay something around
                          Rs 3000 for claim charge n some extra tax for paint and consumables.
                          But my estimate has gone so high which was really not expected by me.
                          Since they have made my bill at around Rs 110000 from which i was
                          asked to pay around 7500, but that was also negotiated and i have paid
                          Rs 5000.

                          Now my main concern is with few things especially with the Service Department-

                          1. Extremely unprofessional staff, when i was told to pick my vehicle
                          at around 3 pm, even though the vehicle was not even washed, i had to
                          wait for around 3 hrs to get my vehicle done . They already knew that
                          i had to leave for indore for a medical emergency, my grandmother had
                          an arm dislocated.

                          2. The trim was broken from inside gate, i have been told that it is
                          on order and il be fitted very soon in a week or so, but i dropped my
                          vehicle on 17 Jan 2017 and picked up on 30 Jan 2017, still it is not
                          there with them, and they have already claim the price for that in the
                          final bill.
                          my main concern is why the hell it is still not available after 15
                          days.The old trim was merely fixed with the glue and it came out as
                          soon i tried to close the door from inside while holding it.

                          3. I am having some problem with the system head as it gets hang while
                          running, i was told exactly the same damn thing that it il be changed
                          with in few days as they il receive but still not confirmed till date,
                          i keep asking them every time for that, still the response is bloody
                          same.

                          4. Mr Vimlesh who was handling my service thing has never shown his
                          interest towards repairing my broken mudflap, which i have already
                          told him to get it changed, and asking me shall i changed the time
                          when i was arrived to pick my vehicle.
                          He was fully responsible for the washing and alignment of my vehicle
                          which was not done and since the vehicle was not ready on time i had
                          to cancel my trip to indore which was my priority.

                          5. I feel the estimate given to me for repairing was wrong and
                          manipulated, since they knew that my insurance policy was zero dep,

                          6. Delay in delivery, i was told for one week max, but it took them 2
                          weeks still the vehicle is not complete.

                          7.Totally misguiding the customer, as they feel that every other
                          customer belongs to the rural or some village man.

                          With these situations and the misbehaviour happened to me, do u still
                          expect me to come to Win Win service centre for future vehicle service
                          and purchases, then please give me really one good reason for that i
                          would highly appreciate.
                          I want an serious action to be taken for my message and plz revert me
                          back with your valuable comments,
                          I still want to give a chance to you (Win Win automobile) first to
                          solve my problem, before i go further with higher authorities or may
                          be straight to Mahindra, as this i m leaving as a last resort.
                          I am totally unsatisfied right now and for that i feel ashamed on your
                          unprofessional guys.

                          I am expecting an answer as soon as possible or else i have to go further.

                            Received a call from the dealer Koncept Automobiles Sec 63 NOIDA promising to refund Rs. 2000/- but there is no talk of compensation voucher for Rs. 5000/- as promised on phone by the complaint cell Mumbai as well as Delhi. Cheque for Rs. 2000/0 also is yet to be received.

                            This is not in tune with the promises and good services as boasted of by a company of repute like Mahindra and Mahindra

                              Dear sir,

                              My name is Dhamothran from Chennai. My Vehicle no:TN22 CW1995. I am experiencing severe problems as mentioned below since July 2016;

                              1. Vehicle gets OFF while running and to start again, cool off period is around 20 min. This issue frequently happens every 100 km

                              Issue reports to Dealer (Zulaika motors, Chennai) in 01st Aug 2016. Various solutions has been proposed and executed and again received the vehicle after repair in the same month

                              Same problem occurred in Sep'16 month. Again the system had been scanned at dealer location and again repaired. After receipt, again vehicle experiences the same issue again and again in subsequent months changed various devices and system.

                              Total cost of repair - Rs.60000 approx.

                              2. After a while, still the vehicle is in dealer location, New problem pops up suddenly insisting to a repair cost of Rs.63000 which made me heart broken.

                              3. Now, I really need a solution which can help my business run smoothly and I request M&M to take appropriate action to do the further service without any cost.

                              Actual cost consumed till now - Rs.60000 approx.
                              Loss of business due to vehicle failure - Rs.200000 (7 months*30000 Rs/ month)

                                XUV 500 is supposed to be a high end vehicle but i am surprised and sad to see the state of affairs at the service center of global gallarie ( siddheshwar garden, kolshet road, dhokali, thane west) . The washing center here does not even have the air compressors in working condition, and the car cannot be lifted and hence not washed from below. how is this acceptable to such a big porganozation like Mahindra to allow their service centres to run like this with important equipments not working. wnen I questioned the incharge, they just giving excuses and there is no time frame by when this would start working . so it means that every time customer goes for service here, his underbody washing will not be done.
                                I am trying to highlight this state of affair to the Mahindra management who must send their quality inspection team to this site

                                  I have perched mahindra jito X716 from satara sahyadri motors. due to negligence of driver its engine chamber was damaged. we immediately move our vehicle by toeing to satara sahyadri service station on dated 8th Jan.2017.
                                  from till date your officer in charge not responding to our phone calls and avoiding meeting with us. also there responses are irreverent. i purchased this vehicle on bank interest and soon after its impossible to pay EMI as per schedule.

                                    I am regularly get my car serviced every 4 months at Sterling Motors Sector 18 Gurgaon and most timez even before every 100000 kms is completed. The vehicle is covered under extended warranty. Every service the brake pads are changed (in six months). Dry clean is not done even after being charged. I got the vehicle assessed this time from a good driver cum mechanic who says that due too suspension issues the tires are getting damaged and suspension should be changed. The vehicle was sent because of this particular issue but has not been sorted every time there is a bill of 15-25000/- but the condition of the vehicle doesn't improve.

                                      I purchase mahindra pickup in september .I have problem of vehicle pickup during regular use . When said vehicle shown to Your autherizred service centre at Baramati they raised problem in clutch plate and advice to change clutch plate . I claimed to change it under warrenty but they refused to change under warrenty . Vehicle total running is 4000 km. Request to look in to matter urgently as we loss our business Day by Day.

                                        I was wrongly guided by the ashok motors tezpur servicing manager while getting my car serviced after a small accident .
                                        the servicing manager at the body shop section of Ashok motors wrongly guided me where in i had to pay 17000 rupees from my pocket instead of bumper to bumper insurance.
                                        moreover he also miguided the insurance surveyor.
                                        kindly look into it.
