I had purchased Xuv from sri durga rama road. i had done my first service on time . Unfortunately for the next service i wad out of town and reached at 14000 KMS . At that i me Karuna. Asked her to apoint me a advisor bt i hav to wait for 2 hour and after that i dont know whi was he named neeraj came with karuna and told me that they cant entertain

      I have purchased a new bolero maxi truck from mohan motor business pvt ltd . We did not use the car until its body was made, once we received the complete car there was issues in the car acceleration and i had given car to the service center of mohan motor, they told there was some minor issues in the car and gave back the car to us . Then again after a day we faced the same problem and gave our car to the service center on 07/01/2017 and the car is still in the service center they told they will give the car on 14/07/2017 .Minor issues don't need one week to be solved.

      I want to know whats the use of buying a new car if the car gives issues from the beginning. Please look into this matter and provide us the service properly so we don't face same problem again and again.

          Hello all,

          I have bought a new kuv 100 petrol version k6 six seater from anant cars, bg road, bangalore. Bangalore;

          Purchase date : 20 june 2016
          Chasis no: ma1va2rbcg6e86418
          Vehicle no: ka-51-mj-2598

          I have facing lots of problem in kuv 100, in less than 900 km runs only, i have contact to anant for following reasons;

          Worsre service ppl, no technical understanding

          1. Rpm issue :
          Within 1000 km, have encountered with rpm issues, service guys took my car 3-4 times on kept my car earlier for 3 days and again same problem came they kept it for 5 days and lastly more than a week (+9 days), it is really bad for mahindra brand values.

          Ame problems 3-4 times and total days kept car in service centre 15-20 days.

          Kuv 100 got stuck in mid of traffic no of times, even i went for holiday in mangalore location with family, what hell kind of kuv 100 is.
          And for long time wait, they are able to find out root cause and solved it, but again new problem came after first service on 3200 km, mentioned below;

          2. Clutch issue:
          They are putting all the blames on customer driving pattern, how clutch plate burn in simple drive they charged earlier for same 10+k but i denied and the discussed (Attached sms from hemanth - service guy) with mahindra and mahindra and finally i paid 2578 k to anant cars, why should i pay for brand new car, it is completely manufacturing defects product, i want my all money back with interest otherwise i am going to file case in consumer count against mahindra and anant for mental harassment. I have drive around 3350 km and clutch plat got burnt and service manager is saying it is my fault, what is thing, it is made by plastic or what... Low grand quality product.

          3. Music player and speaker quality is very bad.

          4. Getting mileage very less, feeling owing like bmw.

          I am having maruti suzuki’s swift, estilo, vehicle and toyoto innova 2 cars at present. But we have never faced such a problem with these companies. This is our first mahindra’s vehicle & we are facing such a bad experience. We don’t understand is this the company’s policy & attitude towards its customers. We are really upset about performance of mahindra.

          Now due to this experience i am thinking of going to consumer court, as i am very active in social media facebook, twitter and whatup. So you are requested to take steps urgently and satisfy the costumer at earliest.

          5. Noise come from gates and dashboard, vibration feels while driving a car..

          After 2-3 times, they have checked but issue still persist because after sometime all the time a new fault is being raised in a car within 3000 km run only,

          Contact person from anant cars (Gm-sethi and service manager-hemanth) and well aware about all the issues.

          1. I will not accept this defective and faulty car anymore as i feel totally deceived of my hard earned money.
          2. All money back with interest (As i do not trust kuv100 anymore) or else i am going to file a suit for compensation of rs 50 lacs for giving me mental harassment and for selling a defective car fraudulently to me and for making fraudulent commitments and cheating innocent customers like me.
          In the first instance i have brought all these grievances to your notice. I request you to either you redress my grievances as per my prayer reliefs.

          All the time anant guys giving excuse on issues, could you please let me know if kuv 100 has lots of problem in case of milage, rpm issue, not taking pick up, clutch plate burn issue (As hemnath called me told me write one letter to us mention in mail it is case of overdrive (Directly putting all the blame on customer itself-attached mail copy in mail) and will check with mahindra to solve clutch issue, mahidra approved 70% amount rest 30% paid by me.

          Again today i faced same problem, car is not going more than 20 speed and not crossing rpm morn than 3, what hell is, i have paid following amount to anant.

          On 6/01/2017, friday service guy praveen from anant cars called me to take feedback of clutch issues, i told car is not taking proper pick up at all, rpm is not going more than 2 or 3 (As displaying in odometer) as speed was 60 while i am accelerator more but it is not crossing more than that, i would suggest come to my home and will take drive and show you what exactly is happening after change the clutch plate, if i ran car in that condition, it can be lead more problems and service manager will blame on me but no response from him after 2-3 hours i got call from anant cars receptionist, again i explain the problems and tell please send service guy at my home as convey same message to gm and service manager but till date no response still my car in same condition. Please note this is response from anant cars.

          Really i am very worried about this car, should i ran or keep in parking as showpiece. Please suggest.

          I am attaching all the documents, mails and sms which got it during service of car, please take appropriate action and refund my money back

          I have paid close to 6, 80, 000 final payment,

          Paid 5000+ in first service

          Paid 2578 in clutch burn issue.

          Is it brand new car, i will never advocate to buy mahindra products to my friends and nears and dears,

          As i have given worst customer feedback in overall rating, please check in your record as well.

          I would request to check all the service history from anant cars and consider faulty car given to me.

          There is no assurance and liability from showroom and mahindra ppl once customer buying the kuv100.

          Once i bought this faulty kuv100 model, i have visited anantcars more than 20 times for service issues, it is really pathetic, it is not demo car for service guy, where they can teach to resolve or hit and trail for issues.

          I would humbly request to mr. Anand, please sir take such kind of issues in personal taking care so would get more real ground issues from customer like me, i was fond of mahindra scorpio and thar but sorry so say i removed from my wishlist.

          Waiting for a positive reply asap because your movement will decide my decision about consumer court and all.

          I have not receive any calls/mails. Issue is still in pending state. I am still looking for resolution, kindly help here. Anant cars dealer is very bad in service, always compel on customers to accept issues from customers side, non technical staff, just pushing problems ..thts it..completely fed up with them...i would suggest don't buy a cars or mahindra products from Anant cars.

          Same issue is also for my KUV100 K2. Mine also Pick up Issue. RPM does move above 2500.

          I think everyone who had purchased KUV has made a big mistake.

          I am also facing same problem with my KUV 100 K6 petrol.

          Very Bad experience and service.
          Who else if facing Pick up issue.. RPM not going above 2500

            I am completely frustrated with the after sale services provided by Mahindra Group. however various executive and even dealers are always interested in charging money from customer.if there is any fault in vehicle after sale then customer has to pay money to get resolve the same even if it is in warranty.such a #### service provided by M&M Group. i should recommend to each and every one not to purchase even a single vehicle from mahindra. never purchase TUV...

              My brothers has suffered a major accident on 2nd Jan, 2017 in XUV 500 car of Mahindra vide Car no. HR51-AR-0688.
              It was so major accident that whole of the engine is destroyed, windshield is completely broken, gearbox is destroyed. But inspite of that none of the airbags opened in such severe condition.
              We have not purchased such luxury car to face this type of technical fault in which we could have faced anything. We have lost faith in your company and will be going in Court with the complaint.
              My 2 brothers have faced very serious injuries, one has got his rib fractured with 15 stiches on his face and other one has got 30 stiches on his face and also fracture on his left side of the face.
              We are being given defective piece and we want answer for your fault.

                Refer to my complaint no, Id :1426877 dated : 14 Nov 2016 remains unresolved . Further, your dealer fails to accept the Insurance (bumper to bumper)and has charged full amount for the side mirror .
                I have been using the Mahindra Scorpio(4wheel drive) for last 10 years which is a very good product . Your dealer is earning you a very bad name .
                I am left with no option but to serve you a legal notice .

                  I Reshma R. Kamath also Reshma R. Kothambikar I want to do complaint against Muktara Automobiles Pvt. Ltd. Porvorim Goa Branch. I had booked a car KUV100 6+ on 05/11/2016

                  On 21/12/2016 My DD is ready on next day I had taken DD from bank and call the employee namely Mrs. Shubhangi and as my DD was ready she told me to come with DD and other documents by lunch. And I will get the online registration of car. And I had given the DD and some amount paid by bank transaction from my husband account and I have given old car i.e Mahindra Feastre at Rs. 80000/- done by Mr. Viraj Satardekar . I have done these things fastly because she said next day I will get the car by 24/12/2016 as my sisters marriage was their and said to them to give the car by on 23/12/2016 but on same day Mrs. Shubhangi called me at evening and said by while travelling, car has been found damage, so we can't deliver car to you. Then she called me and said i will give you the car by Tuesday by doing registration by RTO.

                  On 31/12/2016 she called me again and said that your car model is not there and tried to give other variant options but i told them to give the car which i had booked.

                  After some time the manager called me and said that Company had stopped 2016 model of car in silver color and if i want that model I have to buy 2017 model and I have to pay higher price to them. and after that I had called Mrs. Shubhangi to send the photos of that car which are available which she had given variant options ( of KUV 6 grey color) but after 5 minutes when I called her back to deliver that particular variant of Car she told me that Car is sold out.These two people are thinking customers are fool and they are affecting the reputation of the company.

                  Sir, I think your company is reputed company i don't want to spoil your name because I Like Mahindra cars and that is why I choose to buy Car but Muktara Automobiles Porvorim Branch forced to write a complaint. I had already paid all the money to your company. and now I want my car of 2016 or 2017 model but i will not pay a single amount to you or Muktara Automobiles.

                  I think you will look into this matter as soon as possible and do the needful.

                    Dear Sir,

                    This is to bring your kind attention that we purchased XYLO vehicle on ... almost 1 year?? Completed and we have completed 6 services.

                    Month of October -2016, when i start my engine

                    There is a light called ‘’ Oil Indicator ’’ is blinking. Due to this issue I have went to your authorised service station in SRI ARN MOTORS, Thanjavur – 613403, Tamilnadu.

                    On 19-Oct-2016. I have reached your service center and I registered my complaint for ‘’ Oil Indicator lights is blinking ‘’ also I informed them to do oil service too and they registered my complaint.

                    After that your service people inspected my vehicle and they recommended me to change the break pad and doing some Lath work also. I given green signal to go ahead to solve the subject issues.

                    After completed the service, I got my vehicle back and ‘’ Oil Indicator light ‘’ problem solved and new UNEXPECTED PROBLEM was created by your service people.

                    Let me to explain the new problem how it was created by your service people.

                    While I am driving the vehicle, while pressing the break suddenly my vehicle is getting ‘’ Jerking ’’ (only pressing the break getting jerking, otherwise my engine is normal running)

                    Please note that this problem is created after change / repair break pad and drum lath work.

                    Again I approved your service people and informed about this issue, then they said that ‘’ continue to run your vehicle it will solve automatically ‘’ .

                    But I had completed running of my vehicle for around 2, 000 + kilo meters, even though the same ‘’ Jerking ‘’ problem continues and it was informed to your SRI ARN Motors service peoples.

                    Then they told me to go to Thiruvarur Service center to solve the problem and again they did some Lath Work, they grinded the drum of my vehicle. After done the grinded the wheel drum, the problem not solved yet.

                    Then they are saying to me to change the Drum, which is not acceptable by me.

                    The problem was created your un qualified technician who repair my vehicle, they are the one who responsible for this issue. I argued with your service people (ARN Motors) people for issue and they have not given any acceptable reason and they not interested to listen anymore.

                    Due to this, I would like to register my complaint and it is to be solved by your concern only.

                    Kindly help me to solve the issue and keep the customer satisfaction in this regards.

                      I have purchase Mahindra centuro bike in feb 2014, from your authorize dealer Gupta Auto Sameer Plaza, G Block, Sambhaji Nagar, Chinchwad East, Pune - 411019, Near Thermax Chowk. I got my all service from Authorized service center.
                      Since, Bike purchase i'm facings lot of problems in engine noise, I am not given proper mileage, noise from shock absorbers and Dashboard key is not working properly
                      Now dealer is asking me to change engine head and ignition key set for cost of (2300+2400)/-
                      My bike has driven only 27000km and comes under warranty period
                      Why should I pay for spare part cost as my bike comes under warrenty period,
                      I am facing problem from 1st day of purchase

                        The words that I am going to pen here are aimed to make you aware of the work quality that you are delivering to your customers. I Ashok Chaudhary, wildlife photographer, I am regret to inform you that I faced very bad and irresponsible service from B.Mangatram, bhuj, Kutch, Gujrat. I purchased two cars from mahindra i.e. TUV(GJ12CG8435) and XUV 500 (GJ12CP6060), one year ago just because of the leading market values but since then I am facing a lot of trouble in running due to poor and careless service rendered. My XUV has taken a run of 20, 000 kms yet and both the jumpers(suspensors) are damaged. The behaviour of team mahindra was literally rude and even after having the warranty they refused to solve the issues but after a long controversy they got it done but the manner in which the mahindra dealer is providing after sales service would surely make your mahindra journey bitter and deprive the mahindra brand value.
                        I suggest you to please take an action regarding this or else we have to take some legal actions.

                          This is a Complaint regarding the Safety violation in the Vehicle manufactured by your Company named XUV500.
                          My Children had a severe Accident on 2nd January, 2017 by the Car. The Car just rammed into the Bus and was severely damaged and my 5 Children were present in the Car. But In-spite of such a Severe Accident, NONE of the Airbags opened nor the Steering Collapsed. And 2 of my Children were Seriously Injured.
                          One of my Child has got his Ribs Fractured due to the non opening of Airbags.
                          I want an Appropriate Answer from your Company otherwise I would like to go legally for the Compensation as it would have Injured my Children even more looking at the Condition of the Car.
                          What is the Point of Buying such an Expensive Vehicle if the Airbags of the Car does not work...???????????????????????????????????????????????

                            My name Is Sachin Gupta, I had bought suv 500 in 2012, i was very very happy with the vehicle, it was a W8 with its registration no. MH-48-A-4091, I travel Bhiwandi from Andheri 5 times a weak, this vehicle was excellent in driving and great comfort inside, drove this vehicle for three and half year clocked around 115000 kms and than sold it.

                            After selling my Suv 500, In 2015 I went to see Toyota Fortuner and Ford Endeavour, but could not find the same comfort which i enjoyed in Suv 500, hence decided to buy your newly launched Suv 500 once again inspite of my family not so happy with my decision, this time I bought W10, latest version with its registration number as MH-04-CZ-4901 in september 2015.

                            After buying this new version all the problem started, from May 2016 my vehicle has visited 8 times to your workshop for same problem, my car does not start only, every month we visit ur workshop G3 motors in Malad west, for same problem, 1st they told me some error occured which is been rectified, later they told me alternator is at mistake which is been replaced, 3rd time they told me that some current is leaking hence they have changed the cable.

                            Two times i have towed my car from bhiwandi to ur malad workshop, once from Andheri east, once from juhu and last time from lokhandwala complex, this time i got very angry and i had given my vehicle on 8th december 2016 to ur workshop, i requested them to fix it once n for all as i have to travell to Goa on 26th december, my family do not trust this vehicle anymore as this vehicle stopped at 7 different occasions, leaving us in great trouble as we have two small kids and it becomes a problem when ur new vehicle doesn't start.

                            Mr. Raju was my advisor this time, we spoke almost everyday, he updated me about things he was doing to fix my vehicle, finally on 24th december he gave me my vehicle and promised me now nothing will go wrong, trusting him i went to Goa on 26th december against my family will as they do not trust this vehicle, same thing happened my car stopped in Goa at fort Aguada near TAJ hotel, inspite of calling road side helpline no one came to help, went to local garage, he got the battery and my car started, in 7 days trip my car stopped 5 times in Goa, every time i use to call Mr. Raju, he use to give me some number but of no help, i called up my driver to Goa and asked him to drive back to Mumbai, me and my family came back in flight because my family refused to travell in this vehicle, now again on 2nd jan i have given my vehicle to G3 motors to fix the issue.

                            please please look into the matter as everything what i have mentioned in this mail reflects in car history summary in ur system and kindly fix the issue.

                            I was really happy and proud owner of Suv 500, but now like my family i also think that i had made a mistake in buying this car for second time.

                            kindly arrange to fix the vehicle completely or arrange for replacement.

                              I am vivek sharma S/O Mr. Roopnarayan Sharma i bought the car XUV 500 W6 (MP30 C3150)in February 2016 on that time i got 1 front Tyre in puncher condition and rear AC was not working i tried to reach my dealer ROYAL AUTOMOBILE GWALIOR M.P. but there is no response now i am facing problem front (main glass) have a one spot, head lights also there is inside dust is there and steering control buttons also is not working smoothly so those things should be change under the warranty but i am trying to reach this my dealer that workshop guys is not giving us proper answer when i will go there than they will say we don't have stock on those items and i will ask them when it will available there is no answer. please help me on that case.

                                I had purchased a tuv 300 on 17th sept 2015. After some time the car started giving problems off and on and i used to take it to my service dealer m/s jai kumar arun kumar in meerut.
                                They used to repair it and give it back. The car is giving problems from day one which can be seen by you in the service records.
                                But now for the past four months they are unable to rectify the same repeated problem. The problem is that the car stops anywhere and the excelarator does not work.
                                For this problem the car has been left with the workshop a number of times, sometimes for 3 days sometimes for 5 days and now for the past 15 days the car is in the workshop
                                sir/ madam did i buy this car after spending rs. 10 lacs for this headache.
                                I request you to kindly replace the car or give me refund
                                as i do not trust this vehicle anymore because it is not at all safe to take the family in this car anywhere.
                                Four months have passed and these people are unable to solve the issue.

                                  I purchased a Mahindra Scorpio S4+ 4 Wheel Drive on 29th December from India Garage, Chennai, Tamil Nadu.

                                  Yesterday while driving, the wheel belt cut off and the other belt was very threaded.

                                  Inspite of calling the RSS, they mentioned that I am not eligible for the same. Now India Garage did not inform me of this RSS facility which I assumed would be included by Default. Hence they did not explicitly ask me and failed to include the same.

                                  Day before yesterday their accessories Sony Set also broke and I went to India Garage and they replaced the same.

                                  Its not even a week since I purchased this Vehicle and I am facing so many issues.

                                    I have purchased a Scorpio Top Model last August 17th, 2016 from Mahindra-Poddar Autocorp-Boragaon, Guwahati and since then having an issue with a bolt behind the driving seat, which the dealer and Workshop claims as Manufacturing Defect. I have been repeatedly moving to and fro with the car to the work shop for more than 10 times, but the folks are not taking it seriously and not able to resolve the concern. This is a harassment for me. After purchasing a premier car of around 16 lakhs, this is the service I am getting from Mahindra which is really sad and unexpected. If it is going this way, I will take this case to media and file a case against this. Its been 6 months and the issue is still there.

                                      I purchased a Mahindra XUV 500 R FWD from your dealer Aditya Motors, NH-5, Bamphakuda, Phulnakhara, Cuttack-754 001 on 09.05.2016 vide Invoice No. INV17A000172 dated[protected] vehicle ID MA1YU2HHUG6C19467) customer ID C[protected]. During my first servicing in your outlet it was found to our surprise that the AXIL STUDS/RODS and its Phephery areas at the 4 wheels are totally rusted. It was also a surprise to all the service engineers at your dealer point and they assured me that the matter will be taken up in the proper forum.

                                      As I am using the only vehicle so travelling has become a major problem for me and my family now. We do not want to take any risk by travelling in a defective and rusted vehicle. If the matter is not solved immediately we will be forced to use the vehicle . Any mishaps arising due to the vehicle will be to your account.

                                      I expect a prompt and immediate action. I claim a replacement of the defective vehicle with a NEW Vehicle. Kindly do the needful immediately.

                                        i recently purchased a mahindra Scorpio top model, form your dehardoon showroom on 27 October and i received a pair of key but only one center lock remote and i also own one mahindra xuv and i get 2 remotes with but not with my scorpio can i know why ??
