On 24th December, 2016, my vehicle Mahindra Scorpio bearing No. TR-01-E-4317 entered in the Tarashakar Motors Pvt. Ltd. situated at Chinaihani, Agartala, Tripura for whole body maintenance with denting and painting. They taken a time of 3 days for this whole work with repairing. But, they will delivered my vehicle on 2nd January, 2017. Though, the overall work not satisfied and some instruments are misplaced from my vehicle, which are not found by me after taking delivery. Also the rate is much higher than others' servicing centre. The staffs' behavior also not good.
Again, my Xylo vehicle bearing No. TR-01-F-2317 was admitted on 02nd January, 2017 for some problem. They fixed this problem and accordingly delivered on same date. But, today, i.e. 4th January, 2016, my Xylo vehicle's Radiator water was finished and stuck on the road.
If this situation continuing going on, than consumers' believe will be finished in near future on Mahindra's Vehicle in Tripura.
The said service centre's workshop staffs not check any vehicle properly.

    1. I have a scorpio of 2006 model slx crde

    2. The ac has gone unserviceable for last 3 months

    3. The vehicle was taken to sri durga automobiles b-84 mayapuri industrial area phase-inew delhi 110054 on 12 december 2016 (repair order form attached).

    4. It was attended by mr saurabh singh (mob no. [protected]) and diagonised as comressor failure. So i was told that only in nasik unit it is available and so the vehicle was kept with them for 4 days. When i called up to check on it i was told that nasik unit has refused to give so i have pay advance amount so that compressor can be ordered from main office mumbai.

    5. So i paid 15000/- as advance and got back my car. Now again i called up to find out the latest on 21 december 16 and i have been told that this compressor is not in manufacture so i can collect my advance money and ac cannot be repaired.

    6. Now my querry is i have to drive the car without ac????
    i told i will procure it from online (it is available) for that i was told that it will not be fitted. So you are forcing me to go to a private repairing agency and compromise on the safety of my scorpio.

    7. I have serviced my scorpio always in a authorised service centre. Now kindly do the needful please.

          I own a Mahindra XUV w10 SUV, though the car is very good but GPS system is very faulty, Recently I had a problem of no signal in the GPS system. Regarding this problem i had gone to Royal Motors service center at kolkata for repairson 20th of Dec 2016, the service engineer there told me that the GPS antenna has to be replaced so he had put e request to Nippon office as GPS is the manufacturer and supplier of GPS and they will contact me and replace the GPS antenna . The next day no call was received from Nippon so I had to call Royal Motors again and the gave m no of Ajay Mishra from Nippon, I contacted him and he assured me that your request has been registered and they will repair within 5 days, Today is 3rd of Jan 2017 pls note no one has still done the repairs or replacement and inspite of repeated calling no one is bothered to answer the phone, Kindly advice the next step to overcome my problem .

            I purchased mahendra jeeto x716 on april 2016, from begin we face problems regarding gear and clutch accelerator cable. We service our vehicle from sahyadri mators pvt. Ltd at shirwal branch. We consistently complaining about gear problems. Sahyadri motors satara changed gear lever kit in warranty but denied to changed cables in warranty. According to service engg problems arise due to cables. Therefore we demanding cable under warranty, but service stations denied to do so.

              This is to inform that my mahindra nuvoport ka04 ms 3310 was given for service to india garage on 26/12/2016 in bangalore. I had a very unfortunate experience where they charged me rs.1200 extra on some oil leakage which was detected near the power steering. I cant believe a 2 month old vehicle can face such problems and i feel that i am cheated. Kindly look into this issue and do the needful. My mobile no is [protected]

                Kuv100 making too much noise while driving and listen music

                Hi I have kuv 100 K8 Diesel. While driving on roads too much noise is entering in cabin. All Windows vibrating like child toys. Same thing happens while listening music with a little bit more bass.
                I visited the service centre 3 times but they are not getting what the problem is?

                This is not acceptable from a company like Mahindra.

                I know it's a new product. But i just want Mahindra rectify the defect...

                I am really thanks to customer care manager secundrabad Mr. shashank sharma and Service manager Mr. Ramakrishna Motorline auto pvt ltd to resolve my problem with in time whatever they told me. And also I would like to Mahindra team for their prompt effort to arrange my vehicle problematic part with in 48 hours and assemble that in vehicle. I would like to suggest to service managers team of Mahindra to take care of their customer should be on top priority more then the Mahindra dealers because dealer business strategy may be on their profit and loss. But customer know only Mahindra brand if they hurt or suffer then blame will go to Mahindra not to dealer. Thanks again

                I have purchased a mahindra jeeto (TN 13D 3165) 14 MONTHS AGO whenever i need service the service centre ( Balaji autos padi Chennai-50), service at same concern located at kavankari puzhal. the spares availablity in their service center is very poor and response also very poor. need immediate action on the service centre

                    I am using KUV100 from past 6 months but to be honest I am not satisfied with the vehicle & service provided by your team
                    I am facing following issues with my car
                    1. Mileage issue
                    2. Front door noise issue(GSP Mahindra Gurgaon took my car 2-3 times to resolve this issue but fails every time).
                    3. Clutch & engine starts shaking while driving in traffic especially in 1st gear.

                    I request you to please look into this matter urgently, as my car is in warranty.

                      L booked for scorpio s6* by paying 10000 rupees to the sales exe. pondy on 28/10/16.they didnt show any colour assured to send in watsup.so colour was not selected by me.but no more response from the exe.after somany calls made byme after 10 days i contact pondy office and register my complaints.evenafter no response from their side.so after 16 days i given cancelation letter to the exe.and this time also no response finaly nov.16 i booked the same one in trichy dealer and got it and registeted on 1/12/16.after so many reqestation thro' phone and in person given letter on 17/12/16 and they given assurance to pay before 21/12/16 in written letter as usual no response after claiming daily by phone and the call was diverted to so many persons finaly i send message for legal action after that today they refund 9000 only.I asked for the balance they said 1000rs is charges towards booking by mahindra.I reqest you that enwuired the case and pay the whole amount to me to avoid legal proceedings thank you

                        I had booked Mahindra XUV 500 . Instead of making payment to CSD ( I had planned to purchase it through CSD), I paid Rs 13.78 L to Karavel Motors, Baroda on 20 Nov 2016.Realising the mistake, I requested for return the money, so that the same can be routed through CSD. However I found the response wanted, careless, inefficient. I am calling Mr Raju(accts), Dhruvin, twicw a day for reverting the money besides I had called to Mr Rohit (Accts Ahmadabad) also. I found them useless, unhelpful.Even after lapse of one month, calling twice everyday there is No response. Working of dealer appears worst than Govt Departments. The Manager Mr Vikas has stopped picking my calls. Now planning to cancel my booking.

                              My vehicle has travelled for around 7300kms for entire 10 months and all of the sudden it has became repaired which is Clutch plate, Fly plate and load plate as burnt still my vehicle it is in warranty stage but as your team from India Garage Automobile service centre, No.11, Sadaramagala Industrial Area, Near ITPL, Whitefield Road, Bangalore are telling that there is no warranty for this items and it comes under company manufacturing fault also from Mahindra TUV 300 T8 vehicle because i have gone through with N-number of complaints reviews with google and facebook lot of complaints with same issue so not only am facing this issue even so many customers are facing same issue ok it's my driving fault it as been burnt but what about other customers are they are also with the same driving fault? no right.dear team, i hope you are not willing to agree that there is ah issue from the manufacture there is some fault with the product of Mahindra TUV 300 T8 am not blaming on other products like Ex : Scorpio, Bolero & etc even I have used those vehicle but there is very less issues regarding this clutch plate and ...so kindly discuss with your manufacturer team regarding this so please i kindly request you that as per high priority basis please do the need fully from past 2 week my vehicle is in your service center so kindly do the need full from your end I will not be able to offer Rs: 46000/- for the full payment and even my vehicle has runned only for 7300kms for entire 10 months its to less as I compare for the other same vehicles, even i discussed with the area manager Hameed K told me that it will not comes under warranty but i will get it done under warranty basis so kindly reply me on the mail sir as an approve to replace it so i will get it done & now he is fooling me that it will not comes under the warranty.Am very much upset the way of his communication and rudeness on call see this what our policy if you need your vehicle you pay the 46000/- and we will release your vehicle from the service center if no let it can be in our service center.so please kindly resolve my issue with free of cost i will not be able to pay you for 46000/- so i kindly request you that i need this from the warranty basis it self with free of cost & an humble request from my end as an valuable customer for Mahindra i will be waiting for your valuable and positive response ASAP from Mahindra Team or India Garage Service Team

                                1. Had issues since start of service.. Pick up assigned to third party was delayed
                                2. Service paid for mileage 58070 was done and vehicle delivered. Amount charged Rs.9894/- vide invoice RBC17J001282 dated 10 Nov 2016
                                3. On checking the service, the light ( main) was not working and rear door left motor was not working. Requested to set right the same.
                                4. I had visited Sireesh JP Nagar on 26 Dec 2016 to correct the same.
                                5. JP Nagar did not have the stock of the motor and was informed that it will come and I waited there till 1300 hours and no sign of the motor. The bulb was replaced.
                                6. I was asked to pay Rs.120/- for the bulb and the same was paid. I insisted for bill and amount came to Rs.110/- instantly Rs. 10 was paid.
                                7. Post this there has been no communication regarding motor. No calls..

                                Is this the mode of Service at Mahindra? is what I think aloud of investing into Mahendra Passenger Car??

                                    Dear Sir,
                                    My vehicle has traveled for around 22000kms for entire 15 months and all of the sudden it has became repaired which is Clutch plate, Fly plate as burnt still my vehicle but as your team from Raj India Automobile service centre, Varanasi are telling that there is no warranty for this items and its not only my Driving fault it comes under company manufacturing fault also from Mahindra TUV 300 T8 vehicle because i have gone through with N-number of complaints reviews with google and facebook lot of complaints with same issue so not only am facing this issue even so many customers are facing same issue ok i agree that its my driving fault it as been burnt but what about other customers are they are also with the same driving fault? no right.dear team i hope you are not willing to agree that there is ah issue from the manufacture there is some fault with the product of Mahindra TUV 300 T8 am not blaming on other products like Ex scorpio, Bolero & etc even i checked with those vehicle reviews but there is very less complaints regarding this clutch plate and ...so kindly discuse with your manufacturer team regarding this so please i kindly request you that as per high priority basis please do the need fully from past 2 week my vehicle is your service center only so kindly do the need full from your end I will not be able to offer Rs: 50000/- for the full payment as i do have lot of financial issues and even my vehicle has runned only for 22000kms for entire 15 months its to less as I compare for the other same vehicles so i kindly request you that i need this from the warranty basis it self its an humble request from my end as an valuable customer for Mahindra i will be waiting for your valuable and positive response ASAP from Mahindra Team or India Garage Service Team,

                                    Hi,
                                    Similar issue i have faced yesterday. my car was driven 66000 km .
                                    I never faced any symptoms on this clutch plate issue, not even any abnormal noise observed.
                                    but suddenly yesterday while driving time gear not shifting in the middle of the road .
                                    managed and handed over to nar by showroom .
                                    Simply said clutch plate damage & flywheel damage, need to replace and have to pay 45000/

                                    Oh my god! this is purely product failure and quality of mahindra is now days very poor .
                                    i could not digest this is issue since i am the only person driving this car and no rash driving and definitely no over ride or etc, etc

                                    Seems this is onle of my learning why should not go with Mahindra in future

                                      I was purchased 1000VA inverter and 150AH Battery of Mahindra powerol company at Sri Sai Enterprises(P) Ltd., Vinayaknagar Nizamabad on[protected]. As it was not working since 7th of this month, I lodged complaint to the customer care, bearing no..[protected].The company technician visited and repaired and told me that inverter works after two days. But it has not been working after two days and again I contacted customer care and on their advise I spoke South India manager and area manager of the company. So far I could not get any response from the company. Hence I am requesting you to provide justice at the earliest.
                                      Mahindra And Mahindra customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
