I had an accident last july 2016. I took my xuv 500, MAHINDRA XUV5OO
FWD W4 - JA SLVR to star india pvt ltd, kharagpur. They promised me to return my car within 2 months. But after 6 months they have produced enormous amount of bill of rs 3.5 lakh. After my request for appropriate adjustment in comparison of last 6 months, they said adjustment could be done only rs 2000.00 . I want justice regarding this matter....

We were promised to deliver the car witin a month but dealer failed to deliver the vehicle in agreed time

We tried to contact higher authorities to get it done on time, due to our urgent need of car for my father we had to buy another car from other provider.

Since last 2 times, with my experience if you go with 1 task they do the servicing of other parts with extra reasons. Not fare. We have hand over kuv100 dl7ct8717 to shiva mahindra work shop at site 04 shahibabadwork shop service centre on 14/12/16 morning 10:00 o clock but it it very surprising that in hole day unskilled workers or deputed poor maintenance engineer could not served the vehicle even when this car has come in service centre it was perfectly ok but by illiterate deputed worker destroyed its sensor system of start and car has not start now. Sri Durga Automobile Mayapuri, New Delhi technicians left coolant pipes loose while attending a recall issue.
Coolant flowed into alternator and damaged it. I was forced to pay 9000 rupees. I need refund and compensation against mental harassment.
