I had booked Mahindra XUV 500 . Instead of making payment to CSD ( I had planned to purchase it through CSD), I paid Rs 13.78 L to Karavel Motors, Baroda on 20 Nov 2016.Realising the mistake, I requested for return the money, so that the same can be routed through CSD. However I found the response wanted, careless, inefficient. I am calling Mr Raju(accts), Dhruvin, twicw a day for reverting the money besides I had called to Mr Rohit (Accts Ahmadabad) also. I found them useless, unhelpful.Even after lapse of one month, calling twice everyday there is No response. Working of dealer appears worst than Govt Departments. The Manager Mr Vikas has stopped picking my calls. Now planning to cancel my booking.

        My vehicle has travelled for around 7300kms for entire 10 months and all of the sudden it has became repaired which is Clutch plate, Fly plate and load plate as burnt still my vehicle it is in warranty stage but as your team from India Garage Automobile service centre, No.11, Sadaramagala Industrial Area, Near ITPL, Whitefield Road, Bangalore are telling that there is no warranty for this items and it comes under company manufacturing fault also from Mahindra TUV 300 T8 vehicle because i have gone through with N-number of complaints reviews with google and facebook lot of complaints with same issue so not only am facing this issue even so many customers are facing same issue ok it's my driving fault it as been burnt but what about other customers are they are also with the same driving fault? no right.dear team, i hope you are not willing to agree that there is ah issue from the manufacture there is some fault with the product of Mahindra TUV 300 T8 am not blaming on other products like Ex : Scorpio, Bolero & etc even I have used those vehicle but there is very less issues regarding this clutch plate and ...so kindly discuss with your manufacturer team regarding this so please i kindly request you that as per high priority basis please do the need fully from past 2 week my vehicle is in your service center so kindly do the need full from your end I will not be able to offer Rs: 46000/- for the full payment and even my vehicle has runned only for 7300kms for entire 10 months its to less as I compare for the other same vehicles, even i discussed with the area manager Hameed K told me that it will not comes under warranty but i will get it done under warranty basis so kindly reply me on the mail sir as an approve to replace it so i will get it done & now he is fooling me that it will not comes under the warranty.Am very much upset the way of his communication and rudeness on call see this what our policy if you need your vehicle you pay the 46000/- and we will release your vehicle from the service center if no let it can be in our service center.so please kindly resolve my issue with free of cost i will not be able to pay you for 46000/- so i kindly request you that i need this from the warranty basis it self with free of cost & an humble request from my end as an valuable customer for Mahindra i will be waiting for your valuable and positive response ASAP from Mahindra Team or India Garage Service Team

          1. Had issues since start of service.. Pick up assigned to third party was delayed
          2. Service paid for mileage 58070 was done and vehicle delivered. Amount charged Rs.9894/- vide invoice RBC17J001282 dated 10 Nov 2016
          3. On checking the service, the light ( main) was not working and rear door left motor was not working. Requested to set right the same.
          4. I had visited Sireesh JP Nagar on 26 Dec 2016 to correct the same.
          5. JP Nagar did not have the stock of the motor and was informed that it will come and I waited there till 1300 hours and no sign of the motor. The bulb was replaced.
          6. I was asked to pay Rs.120/- for the bulb and the same was paid. I insisted for bill and amount came to Rs.110/- instantly Rs. 10 was paid.
          7. Post this there has been no communication regarding motor. No calls..

          Is this the mode of Service at Mahindra? is what I think aloud of investing into Mahendra Passenger Car??

              Hi,
              Similar issue i have faced yesterday. my car was driven 66000 km .
              I never faced any symptoms on this clutch plate issue, not even any abnormal noise observed.
              but suddenly yesterday while driving time gear not shifting in the middle of the road .
              managed and handed over to nar by showroom .
              Simply said clutch plate damage & flywheel damage, need to replace and have to pay 45000/

              Oh my god! this is purely product failure and quality of mahindra is now days very poor .
              i could not digest this is issue since i am the only person driving this car and no rash driving and definitely no over ride or etc, etc

              Seems this is onle of my learning why should not go with Mahindra in future

                I was purchased 1000VA inverter and 150AH Battery of Mahindra powerol company at Sri Sai Enterprises(P) Ltd., Vinayaknagar Nizamabad on[protected]. As it was not working since 7th of this month, I lodged complaint to the customer care, bearing no..[protected].The company technician visited and repaired and told me that inverter works after two days. But it has not been working after two days and again I contacted customer care and on their advise I spoke South India manager and area manager of the company. So far I could not get any response from the company. Hence I am requesting you to provide justice at the earliest.

                  Dear sir,
                  My car varito regi no rj 14 cm 9571 was sent to your service center auto world sitapura, jaipur, rajasthan on date 20 dec 2016. It was for routine service along some problem in steering. Service adviser communicated regarding steering problem that steering pipe has been leaked and same need to be replaced. He gave me estimate of 20000 rs. I refused for it because of previous bad experience at same service center. I took second opinion from another centre and he said that steering pipe is functioning well and there was no leak from pipe. There was another problem which was rectified with in 1000 rs. Now steering working well. This incident gave me really bad taste to me regarding your service center and put question mark over authenticity ans reliability of your service center.

                    This is really disheartening that Mahindra keeps on changing things without the customer knowledge. Coincidence is possible but not more than once. Here is what I mean;

                    1) I purchase a Scorpio SLE in 2013 to realize that a new generation Scorpio was launched a couple of months later
                    2) I purchase a new generation XUV500 last year and now realize that some of the features of W8 e.g. infotainment system is now comes with W6.

                    I generally prefer to take 1 model less than highest such that I get some option to customize, but when the customization comes as standard feature later than my purchase it's does feel good. Just fyi I have 3 Mahindra vehicle today - a XUV W6, Scorpio SLE and a Bolero Maxi pickup.

                    Just because of these confusions or rather fooling the customers is not good, not atleast customers like me.

                      My grivience is regarding lack of commitment done by your service provider SRI Durga automobile RAMA road New Delhi .

                      My car xuv 500 is under complete warranty and In my last two services I was given this commitment and assurances from the Sd auto that they will treat the problem of corrosion and rust happening inside the car almost everywhere on doors . First time this assurance was given to me by service manager Mr Narain that our body shop is changing so next time we will do it . In my next service again Mr Narain the service manager told me that their body shop is expecting pollution certificate once it's obtain them we will do it. I took his word very seriously and believed him. Now new service manager mr Diwan met me today and he refused completely to do anything related to my problem . What I feel is that I m cheated by Sd auto . I m having firm believe in Mahindra but dealers like Sd auto are turning ur name into bad reputation. Kindly look into this matter on urgent top priority and do the need full as my car is still under warranty and all kind of corrosion rusting happening inside the car paint parts .

                          With great disappoinment i am writing this mail as there is no response from mm on the issue which i am facing.

                          I bought tuv 300 t8+ on exchange of my celerio amt through xmart.

                          Two traffic violations were reported on 27/0ctober/2016 @ 2059hrs near bmtc shantinagar junction, bangalore i. E before the vehicle transferred to next party.

                          The exchage vehicle, which was delivered to sireesh auto (P) ltd on 27/08/2016.

                          The xmart officials are not doing anything to clear the traffic fines incurred due to their recless driving and we are suffering now.

                          Request mm to take necessary action. Can you forward this mail to concerned department.

                          I have sent many mails to the manager pre owned cars, but there is no proper reply or action taken.

                            Actually em not satisfied with mahindra... From the first day when i bought kuv 100 k8 diesel top model getting too mch frustrated... Because after sometime all the time a new fault is being raised in a car... When i take it for the first service then i came to know tht the modulator of a car is faulted thn it was replaced by the company... Aftr tht the ac belt tensioner making so mch of noise and the driver side left side door mirror is shaking with the music... Thn when i take it for second service thn i told them about this thn again the tensioner being replaced but after getting replaced it again making noise... And the advisor and the manager and mechanics told me tht there is no solution for this n my car has been damaged by the advisor olso when he check the door mirror noise on a test drive... And nothing has been sort out or repair by them properly... The ac belt noise... The door mirror noise... And the damaged driver door... And i really fed up from mahindra... I have xuv and scorpio olso bt there is no complaints in tht cars bt from when i bought this car... Really i changed my mind from mahindra and nw i am gonna tell my friends n coleagues olso tht not to buy mahindra cars... Go for other brands... Really the worst service ever by mahindra... Mahindra u lost my trust towards u... U tell me tht mahindra is not capable to satisfy the customers... And i[censored] really want to help me out from this so take my car back to u because now i dont want this car nw... N replace it with xuv so rest of the installments i will pay in amount of xuv...                               This is with reference to the XUV 500 W10 FWD M/t booked by my client Mr Sajid Jamil Ahmed Shaikh in the month of June'16 for black colour.

                              As black colour for the same model was not available even after 6 month my client decided to change the colour to Purple Metallic. This was conveyed to the dealer Global Gallarie in the 1st week of this month and I was told by Mr Rajesh Shetty that the colour is ready and the next day I was told that by the 15th of December the car will be delivered to the customer and to disburse the approved file with ICICI Bank Ltd.

                              The disbursement was received by Global Gallarie on the 15th of December And since then I have been calling the sales team and Mr Manish Malhotra but fail to get any feed back as they dont have enough courtesy to answer to customers calls waiting for 6 months.

                              I then complaint to the customer care where I got the no of Mr Prabhakar Jhakkan. But he too did not receive a single call out the 100 calls made by me only answered by text messages. His Mobile No is [protected].

                              Today I have been informed that the car is not available and will be billed to the dealer only after 6 days.

                              A customer who has waited for so long and is a privileged customer already owns a XUV since 2013. A loyal to Mahindra vehicles is being harassed to this extent. My customer is truly annoyed with this service he has received for so many months now.

                                I mr. Azal haji khan, my vehicle num mh01br7666 (W10). After purchasing only my vechicles started giving problems. It is almost more than years but still my car uis giving problem in the clutch has been failed, cyclinder, suspention and getting retling sound in engine.
                                I am your loyal customer and i have so many cars of mahindra such as scorpio mh04bk7273, xylo mh01ak 7666, suv 500 w8 mh01bb7666.                                   I had purchased scorpio s6+ from narain automobiles, 4, shahnajaf road, lucknow on 18/12/2016. My scorpio chassis no is g2l44034 & engine no. G4l12467 i used this vehicle 400km (Apprxo). This vehicle has two problem till date.
                                  1) sound during release of clutch.
                                  2) middle row seat lock not locking properly.
                                  For above problems i approached to customer care of narain automobiles, they gave me time for inspection on 22/12/2016 at 9.30am. I reached service station on 10.30am, on reception i told that my vehicle is booked for inspection. She told me that i don’t have list at present, list will be available at 11.00am, no ro had open, after manual inspection of clutch service manger mr. Alok told me that” this clutch sound problem is in every scorpio you can check “ i told to mr. Alok can you arrange any other scorpio for checking of sound but he not arrange that. The sound in cluth is still same and increasing and increasing. The even not bout her to see the clutch.
                                  For lock of middle seat mr. Alok arrange grease and greasing was done in lock the lock is still not functioning prop riley.

                                    I own Mahindra XUV 500 TN38 BT 1666 and is under Company Warrenty.

                                    There have been repeated problem in GPS system which has not been solved.
                                    Another issue on quality of key which has not been taken care by the company. Tech. Comparison shown. Key worn out due to poor quality and technology. Same feature with competitors key last long for so many years.
                                    To replace in short period why should I pay for it.

                                    Let me wait whether company will take care it seriously.

                                      Last 12 days my car is in Marshal traiding at Rajkot Gujartat for free service 20000kms

                                      company not provide drop facility
                                      company demands 22750 rs service charge for my free service when my car is in warranty period ( my car 9 months old only )
                                      company not give extra key and now demands 5000 rs for extra key

                                      steel today my car is in company service centre when first service company kept my car 10 days
                                      so i loss for use my car and time of my warrenty

                                      My kuv100 6+ having problem of horn, seat belt and left mirror. I brought it from hubli showroom. They are telling to bring to showroom with ur risk. Is the way to care o[censored]r customer. Last my car was from maruthi they didnot tell this word to me. They came to my house and made my problem correct to my satfication.
                                      I have bhouat a bolero that ha a problem with his engine but the ower of the showroom had not solve my problem I will try from 1 months please solve my problem I try in many of your customer care please solve my problem as soon as possible
                                      I am contacting dealer kundan motors, pimpri regarding roof top strip of XUV500 since 2 months but still my problem persist. Pl. look into the matter. I have shown them vehicle as well as end snaps.
