I had booked my car kuv 100, k4 on 27th september 2016 and got the car on 6th oct 2016, since then i am facing many issues among those the main issue is mileage. I am roughly getting 7 to 9 km/l without ac, whether in city limits or highway. Took it to the service station, they changed a gasket of the fuel pump and upgraded the software to improve the fuel management system. He assured me of good fuel service but unfortunately iam agin getting the same. It is aweful. Iam very disappointed and want an explanation from m& m that how can they claim 18.5km that too aari certified. How? I want at least 15km/l in city limits and more on highway. I am a economy loving people but i am dissapointed and want to move to consumer court if my problem is not solved.

    Am already a owner of SCORPIO model 2004, since then i am satisfied with the service and with the vechile. So now i have purchased KUV100 in the month of september 2016. I am very much dis appointed with this vehcile. As there is a serious problem in the steering and lot of viabration in the engine. When i approached the GM Service of WIN WIN Automobile your dealer, Misod BHOPAL Madhya Pradesh . I was told that it is MOTOR driven and hence will be tight. sir i want to bring to your kind notice that I have anotther Car BEAR which is also MOTOR driven but it is NOT tight and operates smoothly. Regarding Engine vibratuin i was told that its RPM is LOW and You have to give more raise in the accelerator and it will be fine. I am NOT at all satisfied with their answere ans service. Kindly lookinto the matter andsolve this proble. I am your esteemed customer since 2004,

      I have bought an Xuv w10 from caravel motors on 10 th Dec 16. The vehicle purchased was through csd. Being in defence the csd documents are required by me. The documents are also reqd by the dealer to claim it's profit. During the deal it was promised by dealers executive Mr manoj that documents shall be provided to me. However during deliver of vehicle the dealer said after registration the documents will be couriered. The documents were couriered but csd documents were not couriered. On being asked the executive flatly denies such promise.

          This is Regarding complaint of my Scorpio car No GJ-15-CD-5784. The car is just 2 years old and has run 27000km in which this is the 3rd time the clutch has failed making me in a mess on NH-8. My car failed to move forward near Mira Rd after calling customer care i got response after 30 mnts that too i had to towe the vehicle all the way to Malad G3 service centre at link Road, Mumbai. I would like to request u'll to plse resolve the problem as i think there is some manufacturing defect in this car. Last time the work was done in Vasai Globe Gallery it has been not more than 6-8
          months and the same issue is repeated before that the clutch was replaced by miracle agency in mira road now every time i have to suffer for the same problem and heavy losses of my work. I would request you'll to solve it or i wll hve to take serious legal action for this or replace the vehicle. I m not going to pay a penny for this.

          I would request you to talk to the agency G3 in malad link rd mumbai and get the issue resolved urgently as i have to stay mumbai till i get my car in my hand. I have important meeting in my home town Vapi. Gujarat. All my busuiness meetings r on stake and also the mental pressure what i had to bear was really bad??

          These r the images of the clutch plate n pressure plate. And as per reveiw there is clutch support cylinder issue in this model which company needs to recall the vehiclas n get it rectified??

            I, jayashree. J booked and made down payment for tuv 300 t6 + on 23rd nov 2016 at sireesh auto (Pvt) ltd., rajajinagar. Delivery of the vehicle was made on 1st of december 2016 around 6pm.
            As it was my brother's marriage we drove the vehicle for only about 50kms when i felt the steering to be hard. After the marriage i took back the vehicle to the showroom on 7th december 2016 for lcd/dvd roof display...

After lapse of 10 months dealer has no taxi refund. and blame to me you are not submitted the document in proper and dealer was not intimated to this lapse period for any further quarry.               Dehradun premier motors, charged extra on the servicing done, of quanto. I should say, never to go to ddn motor services centre. Since last 2 times, with my experience if you go with 1 task they do the servicing of other parts with extra reasons. Not fare. I think, management is careless, about managing their service stations working. Please look at it.

                I am a proud owner of maruti wagonr, planning to buy kuv 100 diesel, but now i have changed my mind as mahindra dealers are not intrested to even give a testride to the customers who are willing to buy the mahindra product, koncept mahindra, noida is the dealer whom i have contacted for.. I was given quotation and other details... Not even served a glass of water at showroom, but i was expecting a testride... The dealer is so hesitant to give a test ride... Now i have changed my plan to own a mahindra car. At 6pm the dealer is unable to give testride, the next day when it's scheduled at 1.15pm the dealer mentioned the testride will be done only in 5km radius... Here i would like to suggest kindly learn from maruti to take care of customers

                  Which i have been bringing to your service center kundan motors from the past 2 years or more for a check sign problem - i have been facing this problem from the past two years and there hasn't been a solution for it when the car was in warranty..
                  Lots of parts have been changed as the solution for the check light like the turbo pipe and tube hose vacuum part etc (Technical names i dont know) have been changed but the problem still persisted..
                  Today when my warranty has expired the service center is showing me the final solution that the turbo charger has got spoilt and as the warranty has expired i shall have to pay for it the amount of 35000/-
                  I would like to bring to your notice and i expect a reply from your end that why should i pay for this part when i have have been giving the car for a solution for when the car was in warranty
                  Why should i bare a cost for a problem whose solution was not found from the company mechanics and executives at the given time...
                  I would like to request you to solve this problem and consider it in the warranty and not charge me with the same - as i would not pay for the inefficiency of the service centres staff of resolving the problem on time.

                  NO QUALITY...forget about manner and behaviour.

                    We have hand over kuv100 dl7ct8717 to shiva mahindra work shop at site 04 shahibabadwork shop service centre on 14/12/16 morning 10:00 o clock but it it very surprising that in hole day unskilled workers or deputed poor maintenance engineer could not served the vehicle even when this car has come in service centre it was perfectly ok but by illiterate deputed worker destroyed its sensor system of start and car has not start now. A major mistake is committed by us in this regard to purchase this vehicle from mahindra & mahindra so to purchase car from said company think about hundred times otherwise this type of pathetic service will be provide by the company service centers.

                    Exactly... I was looking for kuv100 to buy... but now changed my mind... as dealers are not even concerned bout the customers... they have rules for test drive also after 6PM there is no policy to give test drive... and 5kms is the limit they have set for a test drive... I think magindra can't match maruti level

                      Our vehicle No. TN 37 CM 8110 for KEYWEST INDUSTRIES PVT LTD which is 1 year old vehicle. Till date we driven upto 12600 kms. On the time of delivery itself 1500 kms driven. As a new vehicle we found clutch fault and during 1st service at 5000 kms we complained to the above advisor. They stated that clutch is not covered under warranty after 1000 kms. if at the time of delivery itself problem in clutch then how can we bear the loss?. Similarly during 1st service engine head tools, battery tool not tightened, coolent oil leakage found. Again we corrected the problems.
                      During 2nd service at 10000 kms also service was very poor. again we complained the clutch problem, they checked using hand brake and confirmed that clutch was OK.
                      Due to hectic problem in vehicle, we given 3rd service at 12600 kms itself. Now the service was terribly bad.
                      We are quite dissatisfied by your service. We need to exact solution for this problem.

                        I had visited anant cars mysore road on 3/12/2016 with cus id rbr17e002665 with vehicle no ka 16 n 1375. My vehicle was not starting, so visited showroom so fr that they said 1 lakh amount. Even i had free service, so they refused to make repairs n said hav to open engine. So i took to another authorized bellary motors bellary, it had happened free n it was minor only wire was loose. But that bloody anant motors told me 1 lakh n told to open engine. Even fr dat i have written document of dat showroom. For this thing i had spent 21000 to toe my bolero from bangalore to bellary nearly 370 kms by another vehicle. From this me, my wife suffered in cold. Kindly take action on this showroom.

                          I brought a kuv 100 k8 two month back and the petrol carrying pipe from tank to engine had been cut by rats twice. Eram motors at thrissur had serviced both the time. I lost confidence to drive the car because always it is to be parked outside only and i cant control the rats in the open places. So i request you to kindly replace the above tube with metal one.

                            I purchased a Xylo H8 on 30th June 2014 with 3 year warranty From Sireesh Auto Pvt Ltd, near Silk board, Bangalore. Vehicle no. KA-51-MF-5509; Customer ID - C[protected]; Chasis no. E2C30192; Mileage - 21353 km.
                            For the past 2 months, my ABS light indicator was constantly glowing when the vehicle was running, indicating there was some issue in ABS. I got it serviced on 10th Dec from the dealer who billed Rs. 3212.22 + VAT for ABS sensor kit, in a total bill of Rs. 18671. When asked for details they said it is covered under warranty but not mentioning the reason for billing the amount and neither returning the money.
                            Similarly, the digital display in the central console is not functioning for the past 6 months. I have left the car for servicing and I was returned without fixing this issue. In the present service too this job is not done. I was told the sensor was not available. This too is under warranty and if it is not fixed in the next 6 months then the warranty is lapsed and I will be asked to pay for it. This is a real ridiculous service a customer can get.
                            I am a proud owner of another Mahindra vehicle too. I have a KUV 100 K6 purchased in February 2016. I was one of the first batch customer to get this car in Bangalore even before knowing the feedback on this new launch. This is because of the trust I have in Mahindra. But looking at the service I get from that makes me think if I should consider Mahindra as my next car.
                            In this competitive market if you need to succeed, just market penetration alone is not enough, you need to sustain by creating confidence in customers mind about the brand. But I see that missing in Mahindra.

I was asked by the dealer to get regular service done at their service centre at a-40 mohan cooperative indl estate mathura road new delhi which i have been getting done, though this is very far from my place of residence in vasan t kunj,
                              I want to bring to your notice the bad service being given to the customers by service people at koncept....

                              Sri Durga Automobile Mayapuri, New Delhi technicians left coolant pipes loose while attending a recall issue.
                              Coolant flowed into alternator and damaged it. I was forced to pay 9000 rupees. I need refund and compensation against mental harassment.

                              Jitender Virdi (GM at Sri Durga) refused to cooperate.

                              Mahindra customer care re-directed me to RR Automobiles who confirmed that alternator was damaged due to coolant inflow.

                                I have your mahindra duro it's number 672 I was given my duro to your declear for repair under insurance that ask me to deposit amount for repairing of my duro than I give them deposit than they start my duro repairing after repairing as per rules they have claim my insurance company but instated of that they ask me to pay my duro repairing amount and told me that insurance amount will come in my account which is lesser than my paid amount and for remaining amount I was given them cheque of asking amount and that told me that I was given my duro back after cheque is pass I also agree them condition but after two days when my cheque is passed and I was to their service center for take my duro back they told me that today is bank holiday and thay don't have any facility to check online account statement that my cheque is passed while I was showing tham my bank message that your cheque is passed but they don't consider it and force me to get delivery after they verify in bank account please help me to get my duro back from your Surat service center .

                                    They are giving me worst services Since the booking till after sales care. I have serious complaints against the sales persons and accessory team and after sale division. Actually my friend and me planned to buy same XUV500. But he dropped his plan because my bad experience from MAHINDRA's dealer. Hope your representative will give me a call back. Otherwise I will file case to consumer court for sure.
